McDonald's in Bad Kissingen

McDonald's stop. Kitchen is a bit slow but everything was fresh.

In my opinion, McDonalds has changed for the worse over the years. Everyone knows that prices are rising, but no one here is happy about it. Restaurants are simply uncomfortable in the long run and often too crowded

We were just there for some fries. The lattice fries were visibly and tastefully old and warmed up. The saleswoman showed us with her look that she knew that... really bad service... such a fart for €4.50.

So it couldn't get any worse! Were there on November 2nd, 2024 at around 2 a.m., it was catastrophic! The food wasn't good and we worked WITHOUT gloves or a hairnet! Hair from the employees was included in the meal! I wish you could give 0 stars! The shop hadn't been swept in ages, the floor was sticky everywhere. And instead of taking care of it, the employees dance around to music! They were also unfriendly!

Today was really bad, unfortunately. Fries tasted like old fat, several things were forgotten when ordering. And in terms of price, that's now too much because you'll be hungry again after a maximum of 1 hour.

Clean, quiet and fresh burgers. Everything is fine there!

It's okay to get something to eat every now and then. I wouldn't recommend eating there.

Absolutely the last thing… unfriendly employees. I waited 40 minutes for my food (not a problem in itself but this is a FAST food chain) and my girlfriend had to complain 3 (!!) times because she got the wrong thing. The third time, her burger was simply “forgotten” and given to her cold. I would prefer to give 0 stars

Absolutely not recommended!!! I ordered a simple menu and was brought the wrong burger twice and the third time I waited 20 minutes until I finally went ahead myself and no one brought it. Simply outrageous and I didn't get an apology either!! Is not recommended

Despite the voucher, employees don't give out vouchers in order to increase sales, everything is dirty here and the employees are unfriendly!! I will never go here again and will not recommend anyone!!

Everything perfect - burger at the right temperature - fries crispy and not too salty - fast, friendly service even though I didn't order from these stupid machines but rather old school from person to person

Absolutely filthy McDonald's... Tables stick, windows at the entrance etc. dirty. And the toilets 🤮😑 don't work at all....

NOTHING works here. Really nothing at all.

In itself it was a great McDonald's, the food was great, but unfortunately after a while there was a cheesy, unpleasant smell coming from the back corner of the store. Don't know where that came from either... You have to know!

I was rude and asked for napkins. I was shouted at and told me they were at the front door. People at every other McDonald's are close to where you buy your food and not miles away.

The atmosphere is just like a McDonald's. Unfortunately we waited a very long time for our order (approx. 30 minutes) and the restaurant was poor.

Hatte einen 1 Double Big Mac bestellt aber nur einen bekommen. Der Kassier oder Schichtleiter konnte oder wollte nicht verstehen das dies eigentlich zwei Burger sind die ich bestellt hatte. Der Service lässt teilweise schon sehr zu wünschen übrig und die Mitarbeiter verstehen kaum Deutch oder wollen nicht verstehen. Die Bestellung über App funktioniert auch nicht immer.

I've been here several times and my impression of the place was generally poor. On my last visit, my food was dropped in front of me as if it was part of the order, and then parts of the order were missing, which isn't a bad thing considering the quantity, but it's still a shame. The employees are noticeably unsympathetic, although expectations are not high here. The opening hours here are generous. The order will be processed quickly.

As always... ordering through the machine went really quickly, enough distance, friendly staff and reasonable customers. It's funny that everyone here follows the current rules.

There is now one more star because I haven't had a complaint about forgetting ingredients or something similar in a long time. concerns. But the fact that you can clearly feel the greed for profit at DeSanto as a guest and also see that there is a severe lack of service from many (not all) of the employees is really a shame. If you pay all of your employees properly, they will certainly work more happily. I think DeSanto has forgotten what his beginnings were like. Too bad.

Staff friendly. Order was complete and warm. Outdoor area, unfortunately very unkempt, McDonald's sign full of dirt and cobwebs. There are no ashtrays on the tables, so there are a lot of cigarettes on the floor. Tables dirty even though there was nothing going on. Employee walked through the restaurant and ate a burger in the restaurant, that's not possible! You could put a tray trolley on the terrace, the tray trolleys in the restaurant were very full, despite there being little activity.

Very bad service, everyone was very unfriendly, otherwise everything was okay.

So I don't go in there often but I've been there three times now where something was forgotten and the stuff isn't expensive enough. People check your goods before you leave the room

Money is collected but the order is not issued as ordered.. it's a shame that it worked often enough but it hasn't for a while.. hopefully this deer slips on the dirty fat... p.s thanks (not) for 4 orders with paid sticks of fat aka "fries". 🙏🏻

Arabic or Egyptian music really sucks (either radio or no music sry) and the pickup screen didn't work again, not even wipes for wounds were put in

was there on a Friday evening when it was medium busy. The order was processed quickly, but the fries tasted like they had been warmed up in the microwave the day before. The ambience is apparently not maintained or cleaned properly. In addition, an invalid code for the McDonalds survey or the associated free product was printed on my bill.

A constant in terms of food and service for years. You can stop by every now and then for a quick snack. But unfortunately fast food has now become very expensive. Price-performance simply no longer fits, unless there are offers. But it's not at the branch ;-)

Yes, everything will be more expensive, but at €4.20 for a small bottle of water it really takes the cake. Of course I could have canceled the purchase after mentioning the price, but I didn't realize it at first or was too taken aback. Added to the fact that this McDonald's isn't always the cleanest, it was probably the last time I was there.

The food is getting worse, smaller but expensive. I've just been avoiding McDonald's for the last few months. Before I pay €12 for a paltry meal, I'd rather go to a kebab shop and buy a good, higher quality kebab for €7. I also find these self-ordering screens just annoying.

It's best to avoid this McDonald's and go to the one in Oerlenbach. The waiting time for food is incredibly long here. The packaging is usually already full of fat, so I don't think I need to say anything about the contents, the burger. A Mcflurry is more of a watery, melted ice cream, which is better drunk with a straw than with the spoon provided. Parts of the order are often missing, such as sauces, fries or sometimes even entire burgers.

The employees could clean the tables and chairs more often. Oh yes, the table top also needs to be cleaned more often.

Super narrow access and short drive-in route, people can step out at the food counter, be careful here, really dangerous

Maybe a little more staff should be hired to clean the tables. There was no more room for the trays either... I've seen better.

Unfortunately, all the tablet carts are always full and things pile up. Tables are dirty and everything is under the table.

Had diarrhea for 1 day. Chicken nuggets were good in themselves 5 stars but only 4 because of diarrhea

I mistakenly ordered nuggets online instead of normal nuggets and already paid for them. Noticed this error at the drive in window and reported it verbally immediately. I still got nuggets that were covered by normal nuggets. Inedible stuff. Maximum weak loading.

Leider nur 4 Sterne da es mir aufgefallen ist das in letzter Zeit der Außenbereich sehr unsauber ist. Da steht auf den Tischen noch Reste von anderen und der Wagen wird nicht entleert der sich dort befindet. Es fühlt sich keiner verantwortlich. Ansonsten ist alles super freundliche Bedienung und kurze Wartezeiten

Haben lange gewartet obwohl wenig los war, die Chicken Nuggets waren trocken und hart,kenn ich so eigentlich von McDonald's nicht.

Wir waren schon in vielen Mac Donald Restaurants Egal ob in Städten , Autobahnen, anderen Ländern Bad Kissingen fällt unter den schlechtesten Restaurant

Waren gegen 0.00Uhr am Samstag dort das Personal war vollkommen übervordert.Starke Verständigungs Probleme und freche Antworten wenn man gesagt hat das die Bestellung falsch bearbeitet wurde.Auserdem waren 3 Bestellmonitore defekt.Von Sauberkeit keine Spur Tische dreckig und Boden voll mit Müll.

Jeder hat eine Meinung, ich habe mich gut gefühlt, ich habe ruhig gegessen, das Frühstück ist wirklich gut, vielen Dank McDonald's für den Empfang und das Frühstück, ich empfehle es mit Zuversicht 🥰

Bei der Bestellung hat bis jetzt immer etwas gefehlt, also gut kontrollieren, ob alles da ist! Leider auch echt schmutzig. Schade, denn die Leute sind echt nett da.

Essen war frisch und heiß wie es sein sollte

Die Portionen werden kleiner. Die Qualität wird schlechter. Die Preise werden deutlich teurer. Will McDonald's seine Kunden für dumm verkaufen? Ärgere mich jedes Mal wenn ich da hin gehe. Hat sich nur zum schlechten entwickelt die letzten Jahre.

Üblichen Speise und Getränke. Nur die Klos sind nicht immer so Sauber. Abzug für einfach unsauberes lokal hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden..

Könnte sauberer sein, Boden, Tische und Terrasse, ein Rückgabe Tisch draußen auch fehlt..mac halt..

Extrem sauber und gepflegt. Freundliches Personal, schnelle Bedienung mit drive inn

McD- Standard. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber motivierte und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider schmutzig (Speisereste auf dem Boden und Tischen; besonders die Toiletten inkl. Waschbecken sehr ungepflegt).

Hier arbeiten die nettesten McDonald’s Mitarbeiter. App funktionierte nicht bei mir, dennoch konnten sie mir weiterhelfen.

Die Burger und Pommes waren frisch und heiss. Für den Service ziehe ich einen Stern ab, nicht das ganze Personal freundlich und motiviert ist.

Eine sehr freundliche Bedienung (ältere Dame)nett ..die Sanitäranlagen sauber und ordentlich.. schnelle Bedienung der Innenbereich zum verweilen ist ok

Also gestern abend war es echt mal wieder schön bei MC Donald 's.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter mit guter Laune Und auch mal wieder sauber .Leider war die Apfeltasche kalt.

Eine sehr schöne künstlerisch gestaltetes Lokal. Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn die Kunden sich auf den Toiletten benehmen könnten wären die auch sehr sauber. In diesen Zeiten muss man ja dankbar sein das man sie umsonst benutzen darf und jeder wünscht sich doch saubere Toiletten. Danke an das Personal für eure endlose Geduld.

Seit langem mal wieder bei McDonald's gewesen und festgestellt das kann man sich wirklich schenken da was zu essen Service und Personal sind top dafür in der Filiale

Habe mir ein Doppelpackmenü bestellt. Big Macs und Pommes waren ok. Herr Sopper geht hier sehr gerne zum Essen und nimmt sich immer 20er Chicken Nuggets mit Ketchup.

Ein normaler McDonalds, außer vielleicht der Parkplatz & Eingang sind nicht so toll geplant. Essen ist ja meist überall gleich. Bedienung am Tisch bei Bestellung über App wie immer die schnellste Version zu Essen 👍🏽

Macht einengroßen Bogen drum rum! Es interessiert niemanden ob du 10 min fährst und zi hause dann merkst das die Hälfte fehlt. Auch der schichtleiter sowie der Geschäftsführer haben keinen Bock daran was zu ändern. Es ist einfach wiederlich. Wir fahren schon bis oerlenbach, nur um diesen Sauhaufen zu umgehen. Und wen interessiert es NIEMAND NIEMAND

Also am Drive war schon mal Horror mit einem Code zu bestellen da wir nicht verstanden wurden. Dann haben die Saucen und ein Cheeseburger gefehlt. Auf Anfrage kam der Mitarbeiter am Drive mir mit einem „Oh mein Gott“ entgegen. NIE WIEDER!!!!

Heute Nachmittag war ich mit meiner Frau in Bad Kissingen bei McDonald's. So etwas haben wir bei McDonald's noch nicht erlebt. Das bis auf die Pommes fast kalt. Dann wollen die den 2G Nachweis ohne Mund Nasenbedeckung kontrollieren. Die Tische und der Boden wurden schon lange nicht mehr ordentlich gereinigt. Der Abstellwagen war überfüllt. In der Küche werden trotz langer Haare die Speisen ohne Kopfbedeckung zubereitet. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen

Pommes waren alt und kalt. Salat von MC Chicken war nicht knackig. Das bin ich anders gewohnt. Schade
