Everything was perfect… great service and the food was outstanding… there were four of us… we ordered different appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and everyone tried a little of everything. The cuisine is superb… as are the service and the ambiance. A wonderful and successful evening for us! Fantastic… we've been guests several times in the last three years! Thank you… many restaurateurs could learn a thing or two from this place. It's also lovely that this old-school hotel… retains its glamorous flair. Unfortunately, some guests in the entrance area disregard a certain level of decorum… this is probably due to the neighboring rehabilitation and spa facilities! Of course, the hotel can't be held responsible for that! It's a shame nonetheless… because at reception, you could easily think you've landed in a hospital.

The restaurant "Stell dich ein" (Get Involved) failed to impress me. It was all show and no substance. The portions were very meager. The vegetarian dish, "Would you like a little more?", was a culinary euphemism. It consisted of various pieces of vegetables, neatly arranged in a haphazard pile on a large plate. The carpaccio with mixed salad, besides the beef, consisted of arugula, pre-made balsamic cream, and capers. You practically had to hunt for the onions in the French onion soup. The soggy bread with browned edges was topped with rubbery cheese. It certainly wasn't French. The chocolate mousse looked pre-made with a nice garnish. We paid around €40 per person for the meal, two small mineral waters, and 0.1 liters of Prosecco. To me, it was a rip-off with convenience food. And I was starving... Even the otherwise pleasant ambiance couldn't redeem it. The subsequent concert as part of the Kissinger Summer Festival, however, was fantastic.

My wife and I were at this restaurant last week around 8:30 pm. We ordered drinks and food. After 10 minutes we received our drinks, and after 20 minutes we were told that there was no longer a cook and the food was inedible. A wasted evening. The koktajl was okay.

A lovely atmosphere, the waiters very attentive and friendly. The time between courses was absolutely appropriate—not too short, not too long. The waiter's wine recommendation complemented the courses very well, and the meal itself was excellent. Thank you!

Our visit to the Stelldichein restaurant unfortunately turned out to be quite different from what we had hoped for. The drinks order was taken quickly, but we waited a considerable amount of time for the appetizer – about 45 minutes. We explained at the beginning that we only had two hours to make it to the concert on time. This didn't seem to interest the bored waiter, however, and everything proceeded very slowly and sluggishly. After the table was cleared, we waited another good hour for the main course. Dinner was overcooked, the sauce was very salty, and the meat was tough as chewing gum. We had to leave and pay the bill, as we were already 20 minutes late for the concert we had been looking forward to all day. It's a shame; we thought the restaurant downstairs would be as unique and good as advertised, but that was far from the truth. Unfortunately, the food, both upstairs and downstairs, was disappointing. We had expected much more from a four-star establishment, especially a grand hotel. The toilets, at least downstairs, weren't clean either, as urine was spread on the seat and floor.

After an afternoon at the spa, I was looking forward to a delicious meal. There was a menu board at the entrance in the lobby. I sat down and had to wait for three waiters before I could order a cappuccino. When I asked, one of the waiters informed me that there was no food available that day, but there would be a buffet in the restaurant in the evening. Very disappointing for a grand hotel. I unfortunately cannot recommend it.

During our stay at the Grandhotel Kaiserhof Victoria, we had a three-course meal one evening and were completely satisfied. The service was also outstanding and very friendly. We noticed that a lady was celebrating her birthday with six people, and the guests were also looked after very professionally.

We booked a three-course meal at this restaurant to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. When we ordered, we were asked about the occasion and treated very courteously, with the promise that the table would be set especially beautifully. I was really looking forward to the evening! When we arrived, we picked up our menu (as is customary there) at the reception and were served by a very grumpy lady. No table had been reserved in the restaurant, and the setting wasn't particularly special for us. The food we ordered was very tasty, hence the two stars, but the quiche was left out of the appetizer (quiche with salad), and the horseradish sauce was left out of the main course. No apology in the form of a coffee or something similar was offered. The food and ambiance are truly lovely, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. What a shame!! for such a great place.
