Everything was perfect... great service and the food was exceptionally good... there were four of us... we ordered different starters, main courses, and desserts... and everyone tried a bit of everything. The food is excellent... as is the service and the ambiance. A wonderful, successful evening for us! Great... we've been here several times in three years! Thank you... many restaurateurs can learn something from this. It's also nice that this old-school hotel... retains its glamorous flair. Unfortunately, some guests in the entrance area neglect a certain standard of appearance... this is probably due to neighboring rehabilitation facilities! The hotel can't be blamed for this, of course! It's still a shame... because at the reception, you'd think you'd landed in the hospital.

The restaurant "Stell dich ein" didn't convince me. It was nothing but a show. The portions were very small. The vegetarian dish "Can I have something more?" was just a culinary euphemism. It consisted of various vegetables neatly arranged in a small pile on a large plate. The carpaccio with mixed salad included beef, arugula, pre-made balsamic cream, and capers. In the French onion soup, you had to hunt for the onions. The soaked bread with a brown crust was topped with rubbery cheese. It certainly wasn't French. The chocolate mousse looked like it was pre-made with a nice decoration. We paid about €40 per person for the meal, two small mineral waters, and a 0.1 l Prosecco. To me, it was a rip-off with convenience food. And I was still hungry... The actually nice ambiance didn't help with all this. The subsequent concert as part of the Kissinger Sommer was fantastic, though.

My wife and I were at this restaurant last week around 8:30 p.m. We ordered drinks and food. After 10 minutes, we received our drinks. After 20 minutes, we were told there was no chef and the food was unavailable. A wasted evening. The cocktail was okay.

A lovely atmosphere, the waiters very attentive and friendly. The time between courses was absolutely appropriate—not too short, not too long. The waiter's wine recommendation complemented the courses very well, and the meal itself was excellent. Thank you!

Unfortunately, our visit to the Stelldichein restaurant turned out differently than we had anticipated. Ordering drinks was quick, but we waited quite a while for the appetizer (about 45 minutes). We initially explained that we only had two hours to get to the concert on time. The bored waiter didn't seem to care, and everything progressed very slowly and uneasily. After the waiters had cleared the table, we also waited another good hour for the main course. The dinner was overcooked, the sauce was very salty, and the meat was as tough as chewing gum. We then had to cancel the whole thing and pay for everything, as we were already 20 minutes late for the concert, which we had been looking forward to all day. It's a shame! We thought the restaurant downstairs was as unique and good as advertised, but that wasn't the case at all. Unfortunately, the food downstairs and upstairs didn't impress us; we expected far more from a 4-star establishment, especially a grand hotel. The restrooms, at least downstairs, weren't clean either, with urine splattered all over the seat and floor.

After an afternoon at the spa, I was looking forward to a delicious meal. A menu display was displayed at the entrance to the foyer. I sat down and had to wait for three waiters before I could order a cappuccino. When I asked, one of the waiters told me there was no food available that day, but there was a buffet in the restaurant in the evening... Very disappointing for a grand hotel. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

During our stay at the Grandhotel Kaiserhof Victoria, we had a three-course meal one evening and were completely satisfied. The service was also outstanding and very friendly. We noticed that a lady was celebrating her birthday with six people, and the guests were also looked after very professionally.

We booked a three-course meal at this restaurant to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. When we ordered, we were asked about the occasion and treated very courteously, with the promise that the table would be set especially beautifully. I was really looking forward to the evening! When we arrived, we picked up our menu (as is customary there) at the reception and were served by a very grumpy lady. No table had been reserved in the restaurant, and the setting wasn't particularly special for us. The food we ordered was very tasty, hence the two stars, but the quiche was left out of the appetizer (quiche with salad), and the horseradish sauce was left out of the main course. No apology in the form of a coffee or something similar was offered. The food and ambiance are truly lovely, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. What a shame!! for such a great place.

"Weinwerk"—the name suggests that this is a wine bar with a corresponding wine selection, expertise, and service. Far from it. I'll try to briefly describe our impressions. Ambience: Beautiful place, but unfortunately more show than substance. Wine list: Extremely limited wine selection. Any mediocre restaurant has a broader selection. There's no indication of the growing region or the wineries directly next to the wines listed. The "Riesling" alone lists three vintages. Upon inquiry, however, only one vintage was available. This one was of sub-par quality. Therefore, we later switched to a rosé. Unfortunately, this one isn't enjoyable either. Simply disgusting for any wine connoisseur. A typical rip-off bar for spa guests. Staff: Friendly, but lacking any expertise in wine, which is something you should expect in a "wine bar." Food: Simple cold platters and tarte flambée, which looked good, but the taste isn't worth commenting on, as I simply didn't crave any more after the wines. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star, as negative star ratings aren't acceptable. In any case, we'll be looking for other wine bars in Bad Kissingen in the future, with similar offerings and service. It's a shame.

It's a shop, not a restaurant. The shop would be rated higher, but since it's listed as a restaurant on Google, it only gets negative reviews.
