I was very rudely informed that there were no tortillias from the advertised campaign. If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have ordered anything.

I ordered via Lieferando and once again didn't receive the entire order! My stars are as follows, Food: the delivery took 90 minutes and the food was cold despite the warming box! Service: apparently incompetent! 1 x forgetting something is bad but it can happen. 2 x what is forgotten is incompetence! In order to get the matter out of the way, I was offered to claim the forgotten food in the comment field on my next order, which is of course complete nonsense. I'm a single person and have a minimum order value of €15, which I can barely manage anyway because I can't eat that much, and then demanding a burger that I've paid for and can then probably throw away because I'm full is stupid to me!!! If the recessions here are to be believed, this is not an isolated case and should be checked by Burger King headquarters. I will definitely complain there again.

Although system catering should actually have the same taste in all branches, I always notice that Neutraublinger delivers the best fast food in the region! However, you always have to check the order you receive, something like sauce is often forgotten.

It couldn't be worse. Have it delivered to your home. Burgers, fries etc. everything COLD. Delivery took over 1 hour. The distance is a maximum of 1 km. Never again. Really HORRIBLE

Unfortunately, with my order (drive- in) something was missing again and a burger was also wrong. I've never had too much of anything. Funny...

Worst Burger King experience I've had so far. A total of 5 employees including the owner were on site. Despite the high number of employees, there were massive delays. The cashier didn't speak any German and worked so listlessly and slowly, it was pure madness. It was so bad that over 30 burgers piled up and no order was processed for over 10 minutes. Meanwhile the whole shop was full of people who were waiting for their food, even though it was already ready and should have been handed out. The employee was not overwhelmed but appeared to not want to work. Discussing doesn't help either because of the language barrier. Other customers have tried English without success. When we got our food after the owner helped, it was already cold. That was also to be expected after we turned 20!!!! We waited minutes for our food, even though there were initially only two orders in front of us.

Fries, cold. Burger, cold. Bun didn't even see the toaster from a distance. Cold, dry. Patty is now so small that you can no longer see it in the bun. It used to be delicious here. Not anymore. And not a single employee smiling. Never again.

Bad Burger King in Regensburg. Ftriiten tastes like old fat. Burger hardly any sauce, often hard bun. Chilli cheese nuggets often don't taste fresh, as if they had been fried a few times

Burger as usual is next to a main street so it's not that pleasant outside. But it's fast food and not for a date 😊

I waited 2 hours for my food (delivery service) and when I didn't see the need to wait anymore, I called them and asked when my food would arrive. I only got stupid answers: "I can't help it, just wait" well it's now 10:10 p.m. and the food is still not here?! I ordered at 8:18 p.m

The staff are very rude and don't give you what you order. They don't give what someone ordered, there has never been a situation where I had all the food. They don't even try to act like they want to be there, the reluctance to work can be felt from a mile away. My food is getting cold. I will never go there again. Toilet is never tidy

Very noisy environment. Chairs are pushed around with a loud noise, and this is done by the cleaner. Tables partly sticky from lack of cleaning. Staff under all cannon. Communication in German is not possible at all. Waiting times for food-->20 minutes for a small order. Food itself is BurgerKing quality, but not in this store anymore.

Wrong order received. Burger with jalapenos instead of tomatoes. Went in, apologized and offered to keep the second burger, but then the boss decided to take it with us. Tomatoes were also slapped onto the same burger. Then after going in again, finally the right burger. What's that supposed to mean?

The quality of the food was at the standard Burger King level. There wasn't much going on when I tested it. The staff was underutilized and had a lot of time. Unfortunately, the employees were not very motivated and friendly. Especially when there isn't much going on, you should take some time for the service. You could also address and greet the guest when he orders at the terminal and I am cleaning around as an employee. The restaurant makes a neat and clean impression.

I came here after a long trip. I ordered a Whopper Cheese menu with take-out. Served by the Leader. I was already enjoying the ordered dinner when the manager appeared with one of the employees and they put a shake in front of me as a gift! And the 2 young people at the other table got an ice cream! I was very happy about it 😀 Visit here too, to see if such luck befalls you!

Food gets mixed up so often. You won't be noticed if you want to pay in cash on site. The main employee at the counter works so slowly that the fries get cold. This has happened to me 3 times now and I don't go here anymore

Unfriendly and unprofessional, the employees were very rude towards my children. My children asked a question about the free fries offered on the back of the receipt. The employee ignored my children and said she didn't want to talk to them.

If you eat outside, i.e. hot indoors in the BK, the food is still somehow edible. When you order burgers, etc., the quality goes downhill again. The last time I ordered was last Saturday, it took three quarters of an hour, and apart from the Big King, the Chicken Nugget Burger and the Whopper, they were completely overcooked and therefore tasted bad. My wife and I didn't even finish eating because it was simply inedible. Then the young woman who delivered the order keeps a distance of over one meter as if I were contagious or some sociopath or something like that. If you do your job like that, you're probably better off somewhere else. Disrespectful and horrible to have your food delivered like that!

Everything clean and nicely decorated. Very little going on, but that could also be because the restaurant was visited in the afternoon. There was only one waitress and one in the kitchen, the waitress was very nice and helpful. The taste was good, the prices are now too expensive unless there is a good coupon.

For quick hunger, not very busy

You really have to praise the new team and especially the new boss! A lot has changed for the better over the last few months and some of the older reviews here would no longer be published today. If there is a napkin on the floor somewhere, the boss himself comes and cleans it up, gets involved and motivates his people by having fun. Ask customers if everything is okay and so far I haven't been able to find anything negative about the food or the restaurant itself. Thanks for tackling this! :-)

So we really go here 2-3 times a week, both for work but mostly for personal reasons. The food was always delicious and there was never anything wrong with it. The managing director is the best, always in a good mood and super nice (now like a buddy because we see him so often). Come here and see for yourself. It's important to say these days that fries are salted and there is carbon dioxide in the drinks.

The usual BK problem. No reusable cups, touchscreen is not functional. Diet Coke is not available

This Burger King is the best in the area. Friendly staff and freshly prepared food, which I've never had anything to complain about. We have been there several times and have always been served quickly. You've noticed a clear improvement since the new boss came in, who always lends a hand and isn't above sweeping the floor. I have already recommended Burgerking Neutraubling to several friends, who were all enthusiastic, so a clear recommendation!

Well, burgers are better served cold than hot

I like to come here with my family for a burger meal, but for me it's the best Burger King in the area. You can eat here in a relaxed manner, the facility is nice and clean. Burger King has a very nice boss who cares about the well-being of his guests and has a heart for children. I can only recommend this burger.

I ordered food over an hour in advance so that I could eat it in time for my lunch break. And nothing happened because apparently there was no driver there. Can't tell you about that. Never again.

Everyone is aware that it is fast food, so I refrain from evaluating the nutritional value. The burgers are tasty, the fries are crispy. The staff is nice and quick. The ordering terminals are also great because you can take a little more time making your selection. Tables could be cleaner, but since, like everywhere else, there are too few staff, you have to ignore the fact that they don't wipe down immediately after someone leaves the table.

I ate well and then forgot my wallet. An employee found it and what can I say "❤ - many thanks to the great and honest team"

The paddies are getting smaller and smaller and the meat can no longer be seen from the edge of the bun. On the other hand, the prices are continually rising; there are individual burgers that are close to €9. Not commercially clumsy. The taste is and was fast food, whatever else. The service was friendly, the dining room and toilets were clean.

If you like thick extra garnishes in the form of flies, then it is recommended. (see photo)🤮 In addition, the employees were generally overwhelmed and frustrated. The fly probably wasn't a coincidence at all. The guests could only communicate with them in English. It was a complete mess, even though there were only a few guests there. So far I've enjoyed going to BK at regular intervals, but I probably won't set foot in a store like that again.

I can't understand the bad reviews. Currently it is the best BK in the area. Restaurant, kitchen, sanitary facilities are very clean and tidy. The staff is very nice, pleasantly quiet and the burgers are very well prepared. Someone regularly went around and cleaned the tables.

Cheese on the burger wasn't even remotely melted, cheap crap

Things are going more and more downhill. You can now get your food quicker in a normal restaurant, you don't even want to touch the screens on the ordering machines anymore because fingerprints, including ketchup and worse, are stuck to them for 14 days, and some of the staff walk around in casual clothes (gastronomy --> hygiene?) is a) overwhelmed, b) listless and c) not fluent in the German language so that communication is sometimes hardly possible

Sorry but if I order beef then I don't want to eat chicken. Didn't feel like turning around. Be more careful about what is released in the future. The waiting time was also too long.

1 Stern ist schon zu viel Pommes und ein Burger wurden vergessen Also wieder rein Dann wurde uns ein Nugget Burger als „Geschenk“ in die Tüte geworfen mit den Worten der würde eh nicht schmecken Zuhause dann bemerkt statt Cola und Eistee bekamen wir 2 Eistee Der vegane Rösti lover ist genau so wenig vegan wie die bestellten veganen Nugget Burger. Definitiv niemals wieder Saftladen Achso und die Wartezeit betrug 30 Minuten Hier fehlt es an Führung und motivierten Mitarbeitern Schon so viele Chancen bekommen und es wurde immer schlimmer bei euch Macht das Ding zu…

Der laaaaaaangsamste Burger King den ich kennenlernen durfte. Das Essen war nach knapp 40 Minuten fertig und dann stellenweise kalt und falsch. Hier scheint es sich anscheinend um ein Team voller unerfahrener Neulinge zu handeln, wirkt alles nicht eingespielt. Die Burgerausgabe (Burgerrutsche) war voll mit Burgen & Co. und die Mitarbeiter standen verwirrt davor und nichts ist passiert. Der Laden war jedoch voll wartender Gäste! Würde ich nicht mehr hingehen…

Wir warten seit 18.10 Uhr auf unsere Bestellung laut Aussage von Bürger King ist Bestellung unterwegs 19.48 Uhr es ist immer noch keiner da sorry das letzte mal das ich da bestelle...

Personal voll unmotiviert. Wir bestellten zweimal Vegetarisch und bekamen aber einmal normale Burger. Zudem war es sehr dunkel in dem Restaurant, vielleicht müssen, oder will das Restaurant Strom sparen. Werde nicht ein zweites Mal hier her kommen.

Sehr sehr freundlich, mein Sohn hatte ein Spielzeug gesehen, dass es gar nicht mehr gab, der Chef war so lieb und hat Ihm ein ähnliches aus dem Lager geschenkt 😊 essen war frisch und lecker 😊 das Restaurant war sauber 👍

Burger und der Rest war einfach lauwarm.

War zum Kaffee trinken da und ich muss sagen er schmeckt wirklich sehr gut der Laden machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck auf mich

Beim letzten Besuch war ich sehr unzufrieden . Ich hatte kalte Cheeseburger und tiefen fette Cheesnuggets bekommen . Mich sieht Burger King nicht mehr .

Lautsprecher oder Microfon war komisch eingestellt. Hörte sich so an als würde man angeschrien werden, war aber eher lustig :-) Essen war wie gewohnt

Das Essen ist in Ordnung aber es dauert immer ewig bis das Essen kommt. Das bekommen andere Fastfoods viel besser hin.

Zum Glück habe ich die Bewertungen erst nach meinem gestrigen Besuch gelesen. Anscheinend hatte ich das Glück meines Lebens 😅 Die Angestellten wirken tatsächlich eher wenig motiviert. Was mich jedoch komplett überrascht hat war der (vermutliche) Chef der Filiale, der als er gemerkt hatte, dass der Angestellte beim Drive weitermachte UNGEFRAGT am Schalter eingesprungen ist und meine Bestellung bearbeitet hat - er war absolut nett und höflich - so hab ich das wirklich selten bei BK erlebt. Später habe ich gesehen, dass er sogar geholfen hat, den Müll auf dem Parkplatz einzusammeln. So was sieht man wirklich selten - Chef mit Vorbildfunktion. Dieser Herr ist zurecht Führungskraft! Davon sollte es mehr bei BK -und generell- geben. Ach ja, mein Essen war frisch, lecker und heiß.

Leider ist es dieser Filiale offensichtlich nicht möglich Personal mit ausreichend Deutsch kenntnis am Drive Schalter zu beschäftigen !! Jetzt ist es mir schon öfter passiert das ich aufgrund dieses Missstands nicht die korrekte Bestellung erhalten habe oder bereits beim Bestellvorgang der Verzweiflung nahe war !!!! Ich kann nur an die zuständige Stelle appelieren das dieser unglaublich nervige und frustrierende Missstand behoben wird.

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt, nach über 2 Stunden Wartezeit. Obwohl eine normalerweise angegeben war, hab ich angerufen. Ich habe höflich nachgefragt ob die Bestellung eingegangen ist. Dann wurde mir einfach aufgelegt. Sowas finde ich geht überhaupt nicht und ich werde auch nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Ich war am 03.09.2023 dort essen. Diese Filiale ist sehr verdreckt und das Essen hat leider auch nicht sowie erhofft geschmeckt. Darüber hinaus sind einige der Selbstbedienerkassen defekt.

Sehr unfreundliches Kontakt verlangen dass wir von Automaten bestellen müssen 20 min warte Zeit wegen 2 Double Cheeseburger.

Wer Majonäse mag! Zwei Wobber, es war so viel Majo drauf, dass ich mit Servietten diese entfernt habe und trotzdem tropfte es von allen Seiten.

Die Dame am Telefon tat uns fast leid mit solchen Kollegen. Hier sollte das Personal dringend fachlich eingearbeitet und geschult werden. Die waren so was von planlos. Kein strukturiertes Zusammenarbeiten erkennbar.

Ich habe 3 pommes bestellt hab aber nur 2 bekommen mein Milchshake sollte 300 Milliliter haben hatte aber nur 250 ungefähr

Fachkräfte, die die Sprache nicht richtig verstehen. Getränkebecher zurückgeben um richtig aufzufüllen. WC' geschlossen, werden gerade Repariert.

Geschmacklich einer der besseren Bk-Läden. Manchmal kurze Wartezeiten allerdings nehmen sie es mit den Öffnungszeiten nicht ganz so ernst. Größtes Manko sind die fehlenden Polster an den Stangen zum anlehnen an der Kasse. Leider sind die Toiletten sehr versifft und es stinkt extrem. Siehe Foto. Personal ist maßlos unterbesetzt!

Wow, Toiletten werden saniert auf jeden Fall keine offen für Kunden. Drin wie draussen absolut dreckig. Es wird nix weggeräumt oder die Tische geputzt. Bestellung an der Kasse eine katastrophe - keiner konnte richtig deutsch und verstand einen - schwierig im Servicebereich wie ich finde…. Einmal und nie wieder

Essen ganz normal aber Service ewig langsam und unfreundlich!

wir waren fast alleine im Restaurant , trotzdem mussten wir warten , das Essen- die Burger waren lauwarm und lätschig. Die Pommes, fast weiss und weich.Die Soßen Ketchup und Currysoße zusammengewischt.Die Toiletten waren zum abgewöhnen. s Stinkend, vollgekotet, angetrocknet.....die andere Toilette war ohne Spülkasten. Wir haben dies gemeldet, war aber bereits bekannt.

Es war mir eine Freude hier zu speisen. Das Personal war sehr engagiert und das Menü war so wie ich es bei Burgerking gewöhnt bin, perfekt und wunderbar. Das Restaurant und die Toilette waren sehr sauber. Selbst der Parkplatz wurde nicht vergessen bei der Reinigung. Das Ambiente war nicht perfekt, da die TV Geräte und auch die Musik nicht in Betrieb waren. Der Rest war perfekt. Bitte wenn möglich, wenigstens an die Musik denken. Ewig lange Wartezeit, nur 2 Mitarbeiter an der Theke/ 1 davon nur für to go Schalter... Essen nicht heiß, im Hintergrund eine Mitarbeiterin der es wichtiger war ins Handy zu schauen, als das Essen zuzubereiten... Ich möchte dort nichts mehr essen.
