Incompetent staff! When I asked what the "King of the Month" was, they said "Chrispy Chicken." I opened the burger and immediately noticed the sauce was disgusting. Without even taking a bite, I went to the counter. Yes, it was crispy chicken with garlic sauce—that was the "King of the Month." I can't eat it like that because I'm allergic to garlic. They gave me the impression that I was out of luck, but that's how it was. My wife ordered the same burger shortly after, but it hadn't been made yet. We decided amongst ourselves to have the second burger made without sauce and then swap them. Then we ate. Afterward, I noticed at the ordering terminal that the "King of the Month" wasn't actually called "Chrispy Chicken," but "Garlic Chicken Burger." I went back to the counter to explain that it was the employee's (dark-skinned) mistake when I took the order. I asked the manager to come over. He didn't believe me when I said I hadn't been told it was a "Garlic Chicken Burger." He only believed his employee, and that employee would never lie. "You can be glad there's any staff left at all." Here, the customer is not king. I felt like a liar. No apology! If I couldn't eat the burger, I was supposed to get a real chicken burger. The owner brought me the burger and put it on the table. In return, he wanted the garlic burger. I said that my wife had eaten it. Then the owner said that I wouldn't get the burger and took the bag away from me. I was speechless. It's been on my mind day and night ever since!

One of the worst Burger King branches there is. The food is so unloving, and the employees are so outrageously rude! Never again, I say.

The red-haired guy carefully made the hamburgers 👍🏼 and that's rare! There were only two workers, but the order was made very quickly.

Half of my order was made incorrectly and forgotten. When I asked about it, the response was annoyed and I just shook my head.

Everything you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. A little tip: Go to the bathroom first (if needed 😉). It costs €1, but you get a receipt that you can deduct from your order.

Unfortunately, the rest stop is under construction – otherwise, it's a very small restaurant where everything is always freshly prepared. The staff is super friendly and helpful – if you can wait a few minutes for your fresh food – > CLEAR RECOMMENDATION

The most incompetent store in existence! It feels like no one understands what's going on when you have a problem. I redeemed 1,400 points for nuggets, which didn't work. After 10 minutes of arguing that I didn't need the rest and would like the order canceled, I left €10 "poorer" and without food. I hope the team enjoys the food and my money! Everything else will probably have to be resolved through other steps. That's it for me with Burger King!

We had to wait in line for a very long time because half the terminals weren't working. The burgers were okay, but the fries were already completely cold and soggy. You couldn't even order salad. The atmosphere was relatively dark. I'm actually a BK fan, but this is a bit off-putting. Probably the worst BK I've ever been to.

Beware of rip-offs!!!!! King Bacon 7 € offer, what you get is a 1 € cheeseburger and it's cold, the staff are completely overwhelmed. Typical rest stop rip-off, people usually come and take their stuff with them, so it's difficult to flip something on the motorway.

This is a Burger King. It's in a rest stop. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. I don't know how I could write much more here; it's just a Burger King. You can order at the counter or at the self-service kiosk. There's a large playground outside and a small one inside. I can't really say much more than that. It's just a Burger King.

The quality of Burger King and Co has been declining rapidly for some time now, but these burgers are really bad. Dry bread, 2 small splashes of sauce, 2 microscopic cucumber slices. The fake photos in advertising really should be banned when the reality looks so sad.

Unfortunately really not good. Sauces were missing (which you paid extra for), fries chili cheese was covered with the minimum of cheese and sauce, the burger almost fell apart, the churros tasted like cardboard. At least the ordering machine worked and the drinks were the right ones. Hence at least one star

We waited 20 minutes and behind the Counter was Casper the friendly ghost we couldnt get our Food we couldnt pay it was a traumatic expirience

All four order machines had a long line. Despite friendly requests, the staff was not willing to scan the code from the cell phone and accept the money. At this point the counter staff was standing around waiting for the orders. A no go and I almost left. But McDonald's often doesn't do it any better.

Finally a shop where you get full! After we only paid €48 thanks to coupons, we were able to enjoy chicken nuggets and a crispy chicken! We were disillusioned to realize that we can no longer eat as much as we used to. Normally the nuggets (20) were inhaled as a small appetizer. However, a burger and 20 nuggets reached the goal and our stomachs were full! We will taste the other 6 burgers later. Gladly again!

The employees type everything wrong in order to get more money. Nuggets are true when spoken to and said that their own management delivers such crap and that it would be normal as hell

The food at this BK was far below the quality we expect. It was so bad that both of my children ended up with stomach aches and even threw up shortly after we left, which was within 15-30 minutes. As regular BK customers, my kids immediately noticed something was wrong with the food. Avoid this location at all costs—it desperately needs a complete overhaul.

True life savers! I left my handbag here on a Friday before the Christmas holidays, in the middle of the pre-holiday stress, and only noticed it 400km later when I arrived at my destination. The nice people found them and kept them safe until I could pick them up on my return journey two days later. It could have been a stressful, horror weekend for me but thanks to these great people here I was able to sleep without any worries. 10 out of 5 stars! ♥ *** The food and ambience is as you would expect at BK: not a star menu, but good, clean, tasty and efficient. Perfect for a quick rest.

That was a really good burger! I was at the Raschthof and got ebbes for dinner at Burger King. The Whopper I had was so fresh and juicy that you would have thought it had just come off the grill. Salod and vegetables were crunchy, and the bread roll was nice and fluffy. The fries were pretty crispy, not too greasy and well salted. The staff were friendly and quick - exactly how you would want them if you were in transit. I'll definitely come back here!

2 out of 4 order machines were intentionally out of order, so we had to queue forever. Machine rejects valid paper vouchers because of alleged scanning errors, but the expensive stuff from the screen is then sold instead. Burger almost cold, some fries in the deep fryer for too long. So no recommendation.

3 of 4 terminals out of order, order refused at counter. Amex shown as payment but rejected. When trying to pay at the checkout, the order number would be entered as the price and then the Amex would then be rejected. I left without eating at the service.

During your lunch break it's the right place for veggie burgers that simply taste good.

The nuggets weren't finished, the drink cup was only half full. When asked, they said that it had to be that way. I'm used to misery on motorway journeys, but I've never experienced anything like that here. At least it was nicely decorated inside by the rest of the rest stop.

Very poorly prepared burgers, cheese was missing. The Cola was missing from the large menu, ketchup and french fries sauce and the junior menu wasn't included for free either, as expected. The kids box was also missing ketchup and even toys. Everything only received on request. So it's best to check at the counter whether everything is correct!

The staff is usually friendly, but when ordering to go I would always check the order for completeness. In the last 10 orders within the last 1.5 years, something was missing not just once but no less than 9 times. This is a no go for me! If this BurgerKing wasn't so close, I definitely wouldn't go here again.

It's Wednesday, August 14, 2024 and Burger King closes at 6:05 p.m. Officially the end would be at 7:00 p.m., which would itself be ridiculous. After 3 years and all the scandals, I wanted to give the franchise one last chance. That was the last one and I hope that this franchise and its locations will be replaced by better ones after a market shakeout.

Of the 4 ordering machines, only 1 worked and you can't order at the counter

They close one day at 18:30 and the other at 20:00. And there is no routine on that. Decision is being made every day differently depending on customers amount. Be there before 18::00, after it's a lottery:)

It should be open until 8 p.m. We were there at 6:45 p.m. Before I saw the sign that said “Today only until 7 p.m.,” I was bluffed by an employee: "There's nothing left!"

Worst Burger King I've ever been to... should open at 10 a.m. at 10:15 a.m. they say we have to turn on all the devices first, it takes about 10 minutes... then you want to order and apparently there are neither fries nor various burgers. .. Coffee 4€ is also a bit expensive... if you have another option to eat you should go there and not here...

Citizen King opens at 10am! We had to wait 15 minutes because they weren't ready with anything... The lettuce on my citizen was definitely not fresh, that was obvious! Apart from a burger, we couldn't order anything else because, as I said, either nothing was ready or everything was broken, we had to listen to these two statements the whole time. The staff is very rude and obviously doesn't know anything! You can't use the Citizen King app or collect points! Definitely not recommended!!!

Absolute impudence. According to the app it's open until 8 p.m. and at 6:45 p.m. you're sent away with the message that it's closing at 7 p.m. today. We drove off the highway specifically for this. I absolutely can't understand something like that these days.

Is this really supposed to be a BK? Impudence! Never seen such a bad BK. Coupons no.. something is being picked up... order incomplete.... no toys in the kids menu.... two 🍔 too few and no side dishes....kitchen floor dirty....unfriendly shift manager.... service overwhelmed due to lack of language skills (you could feel sorry for yourself because the boss directed from behind in a sloppy manner).... Gave up after 15 to 20 minutes and asked for my money back. We continued to Plech to Mc Donalds. It's just great but it's there too ☝️Check your order... what a day... just for a bit of fast food

By far the worst Burger King! I've never experienced anything like this. I've been here several times and almost every time something is forgotten!? It can happen sometimes, I won't say anything, but so often?? Of course, every time you don't check whether everything is complete, you should assume that the order is suitable for take-away. For me it was definitely the last time I was here!

digga at first they said that there were no coupons and wanted to really rip us off. They only put a patty in the whopper even though they said that wasn't the case. The food is totally greasy and the nuggets taste expired and only like herbs. the whole kitchen was totally dirty. They said the coupon didn't exist, so we ordered the expensive one and that was exactly what was on the coupon. zero knowledge!!! pure cheekiness!!! All 3 accounts couldn't communicate with us because of insufficient language skills (no front) and we had to order for 15 minutes so that they could check something and they didn't know the ordering machines, pure cheekiness

I definitely agree with the 1-star reviews here. Shortly before 8 it's completely dead and you can't get anything warm to eat. Nobody understands what kind of strategy is being pursued on a motorway like the A9 and how to run a rest stop like that. Very disappointing.

Wie kann man denn bitte jemanden an die Kasse stellen, der nicht mal einen Burger vom Coupon richtig erkennen kann, geschweige denn sich in der Landessprache zu artikulieren weiß ?

Der erste Burgerking wo man auch Heiße Pommes und Burger bekommt. Wir hatten auf der Durchreise dort gegessen....

Durchschnittlicher Burgerking an einer Autobahn Raststätte. Der Service war sehr schnell und freundlich.

Bacon King mit rohen Bacon und wenn man fragt ob man den Bacon nochmal mal kurz anbraten kann, versteht das Personal einen nicht und sagt dass der rohe Bacon normal wäre. Danke für nichts!

Ужасно невкусно. Котлета не жареная, а тушеная, причем не сегодня. Фарш с какими-то жилками. Бекон вообще без следов обжарки. Мало соуса.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht, in dieser Filiale: die Burger waren geschmacklos, noch nichteinmal das Grillaroma war zu schmecken. Tomaten, Salat, das Fleisch … alles wie Pappe. Nie zuvor habe ich so einen schlechten Burger King Burger gegessen.

Rasthof BK mit reduzierter Karte. Ambiente typisch Rasthof. Nicht sehr einladend und definitiv nicht wieder.
