Were there yesterday just to use the toilet. Disgusting smell of urine, everything dirty and rotten. The toilet lady was sitting in the room talking on the phone, otherwise I would have spoken to her directly. Who is the managing director here who doesn't notice anything?

The shower has not been working for over a month

I was at this rest stop today around 7 p.m. In the toilet there was a barely clothed man, probably a truck driver, who was washing his body and shaving his beard in the women's toilet! I asked him about what he was doing and he simply replied, “wash my hands.” When asked why he didn’t do that in the men’s restroom, he only replied with a sarcastic comment, “I’ll do it.” I then spoke to an employee and explained the situation to him, but he wasn't interested - he just acknowledged it but didn't react. He neither said anything about it nor did he go there to speak to the man. Just DISGUSTING and DISGUSTING. From now on I will give this rest stop a very wide berth. Really unbelievable.

Toilets are extremely dirty and at 3:30 a.m.... when there isn't even a big rush. It's an impudence to ask for 1 euro for this. We don't even want to talk about the cashier behind the counter...he looked as dirty as his toilets...when asked for a coffee he moves his round body towards the coffee machine in annoyance... Rude to the point of not being possible anymore... Normally a hygiene issue... Next time...I'd rather go to a toilet in the parking lot

Visited Sunday, 8:35 p.m. 3 toilets were blocked. Burger King was already closed and there wasn't much else to eat. We didn't take the salad bowl for €13.99 because it was completely overpriced. Let's just eat at home. We will no longer drive to this rest stop.

Staff very friendly...food selection more than poor. In this day and age, maybe something healthy can be something too?

This large, but still well-arranged rest stop from the Serways Group on the A9 actually offers those looking for a break everything they need: rest stop, toilets, gas station, dog run, hotel, etc. The area seemed very well maintained and clean to me. I now find the prices for using the toilet to be cheeky, even if you are given a voucher to use towards a purchase. The joy of this gives way to disappointment when you look at the prices of the products in the range.

Today I come morning with my husband and we asked about food but one man ignored us too much...he didn't listen to us when we completed to manager of the store he was also not speak good and showed bad attitude...no one go there...workers are too much rude and bad attitude...workers have a no fun for work 😢....bad experience totally..

Exactly the same diesel prices on the toll roads. Some do-it-yourself petrol stations like these petrol stations charge 1.86 per liter of diesel price . You must first enter the fuel dispenser pin at the pump and then determine what you are going to refuel and only then the hose in the tank is full and then ask for a receipt. That was the first time for me and I already had the diesel hose hanging in the tank. Still didn't get diesel. I then walked inside and asked one of the ladies who immediately walked with me and and done for me. (Diesel hose put in the tank for the credit card machine.) Very nice helpful staff. For when you don't speak the language.

Hardly anything in the toilets works as it should. This kind of quality is usually found when you don't pay an entrance fee.

This is definitely one of the best motorway rest stops we've been to so far. The food was freshly prepared. The portions were relatively large, but the price was, in my opinion, very high. The places to eat were clean. The sanitary facilities were also absolutely fine.

Serway's toilet, out of 5, 3 had leftovers, none were there to clean. There was toilet paper everywhere and you need 3 passes to flush because the water only flows in without pressure and too little water...

I give these 3 stars because years ago I drove with my grandpa from Kühlenfels to the rest stop, the destination was the North Sea, my grandpa wanted to eat a good fish sandwich after a long time, but unfortunately the prejudices were once again confirmed by the fish counters south of Hanover A sad picture, the outside area was moderately clean, but it may have improved in the meantime. I will try again soon on the North Sea.

The black man who works in the restaurant and looks after the toilets is very rude. There is zero interest. It may be related to theft cases in trucks. He definitely needs to be fired.

Very good coffee, unfortunately it takes a little longer to get it. (no, there was no bus in front of us) We have been stopping there on our travels for many years. We have never experienced anything like this time there. The toilet facilities stink from the bistro. Most toilet seats turn dry or only rotate halfway. Hand disinfection is also empty for the ladies. It's no better for the men either, there's this disgusting smell everywhere. We'll look at it again on the next trip. If the condition remains the same, it will be the last time.

This is a really great, huge parking lot. Everything here is totally clean and tidy. The coffee here was super delicious. The staff was really nice and friendly, and even had a smile on their faces. Feel free to come by again.

Unfortunately I can't give a 0... Bringing food to people from Spain who work 20 hours and can't take a shower?! Neither at the gas station nor in the restaurant! People who don't like cleaning! At the price of the highways it is shameful! But if a gas pump breaks down at the moment, it's a problem! Getting rich at Zé Povinho's palate... Denying a shower is unacceptable! Unfortunately I'm going to be driving for another 20 hours and I can't stop! A SHAME... INADMISSIBLE

I still think that the prices for rest stop restaurants are completely excessive. If the employees benefited from it, it would still be something good, but unfortunately that's not the case. The staff is really very nice, I would like to give it 5 stars for that. But Serways himself is increasingly filling his pockets. Toilet costs 1 euro now, but you can now only redeem 1 voucher per purchase for completely overpriced goods. The prices for coffee feel like top quality coffee would be sold here, but that's not the case.

Stopped primarily for the toilet. It smelled and wasn't clean and all for €1. This has never happened to us at this chain of toilets. The rest of the rest area made a good impression.

This toilet is an absolute disgrace. The glasses were broken, there was no disinfectant AND soap, the floor was dirty and there was paper everywhere. Having to pay money for this is like a bottomless rip-off. Thank you, never again.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, ABER die Toiletten waren unterste Schublade. Total schmutzig und stinkig. Und dafür zahlt man Geld.

Eine Raststätte, wie man sie 1000-fach auf deutschen Autobahnen kennt. Für einen Snack und Kaffee passt es schon.
