Everything new and clean. Several toilets 🚽 are available so that there is no need to wait in line for a long time despite the bus arrival.

This is one of the worst rest stops we have visited. At Burger King there is only one ordering terminal (3 blocked - so that there is no stress for the employees), very long queue, employees rude. The fish rolls at the “Nordseestand” were bad with rotten lettuce leaves, too overpriced for this lousy quality – a rip-off. The toilets were totally dirty. Demanding money for that is really a mess. The one star is for the huge parking lot.

Great rest stop on A9. HUGE parking lot for cars, RV and trucks. They serve really tasty frozen coffee. I took caramel Frappuccino and was boomb! Cold, full of flavor, whipped cream on top and even strong, stand up me like redbull. No complaints at all, recommend that place.

Too few staff, one person serves several counters, and at Burgerking there are 3 ordering terminals so that the two employees are not overwhelmed during preparation.

Texas style schnitzel box & falafel box were very tasty and there was also a free kids menu for our family with a small child.

Were there yesterday just to use the toilet. Disgusting smell of urine, everything dirty and rotten. The toilet lady was sitting in the room talking on the phone, otherwise I would have spoken to her directly. Who is the managing director here who doesn't notice anything?

The shower has not been working for over a month

I was at this rest stop today around 7 p.m. In the toilet there was a barely clothed man, probably a truck driver, who was washing his body and shaving his beard in the women's toilet! I asked him about what he was doing and he simply replied, “wash my hands.” When asked why he didn’t do that in the men’s restroom, he only replied with a sarcastic comment, “I’ll do it.” I then spoke to an employee and explained the situation to him, but he wasn't interested - he just acknowledged it but didn't react. He neither said anything about it nor did he go there to speak to the man. Just DISGUSTING and DISGUSTING. From now on I will give this rest stop a very wide berth. Really unbelievable.

Toilets are extremely dirty and at 3:30 a.m.... when there isn't even a big rush. It's an impudence to ask for 1 euro for this. We don't even want to talk about the cashier behind the counter...he looked as dirty as his toilets...when asked for a coffee he moves his round body towards the coffee machine in annoyance... Rude to the point of not being possible anymore... Normally a hygiene issue... Next time...I'd rather go to a toilet in the parking lot

Visited Sunday, 8:35 p.m. 3 toilets were blocked. Burger King was already closed and there wasn't much else to eat. We didn't take the salad bowl for €13.99 because it was completely overpriced. Let's just eat at home. We will no longer drive to this rest stop.

Staff very friendly...food selection more than poor. In this day and age, maybe something healthy can be something too?

This large, but still well-arranged rest stop from the Serways Group on the A9 actually offers those looking for a break everything they need: rest stop, toilets, gas station, dog run, hotel, etc. The area seemed very well maintained and clean to me. I now find the prices for using the toilet to be cheeky, even if you are given a voucher to use towards a purchase. The joy of this gives way to disappointment when you look at the prices of the products in the range.

I only rate the shower, or rather the lack of it. 3 months ago caput, 2 months ago caput, 3 weeks ago caput, 2 weeks and a week ago caput. And today, of course, caput. I don't think it's broken. I think you're lying because you don't want to clean.

Today I come morning with my husband and we asked about food but one man ignored us too much...he didn't listen to us when we completed to manager of the store he was also not speak good and showed bad attitude...no one go there...workers are too much rude and bad attitude...workers have a no fun for work 😢....bad experience totally..

Exactly the same diesel prices on the toll roads. Some do-it-yourself petrol stations like these petrol stations charge 1.86 per liter of diesel price . You must first enter the fuel dispenser pin at the pump and then determine what you are going to refuel and only then the hose in the tank is full and then ask for a receipt. That was the first time for me and I already had the diesel hose hanging in the tank. Still didn't get diesel. I then walked inside and asked one of the ladies who immediately walked with me and and done for me. (Diesel hose put in the tank for the credit card machine.) Very nice helpful staff. For when you don't speak the language.

Hardly anything in the toilets works as it should. This kind of quality is usually found when you don't pay an entrance fee.

This is definitely one of the best motorway rest stops we've been to so far. The food was freshly prepared. The portions were relatively large, but the price was, in my opinion, very high. The places to eat were clean. The sanitary facilities were also absolutely fine.

Serway's toilet, out of 5, 3 had leftovers, none were there to clean. There was toilet paper everywhere and you need 3 passes to flush because the water only flows in without pressure and too little water...
