Mir blutet mein Herz. Was hab ich bekommen? Schade.
We've been there several times and have always been very impressed with the pizza. This was our first time outside since the new service concept, and we were totally disappointed.
The service was very slow and uncertain. We waited 10 minutes just for the menus, even though it was barely busy, and we waited another hour for the food.
The pizza dough was extremely thick, making the pizza look very small, and the dough wasn't cooked all over. Some of the salami pizzas had 2 cm thick slices, and the artichoke pizza had only 3 wafer-thin artichoke snippets.
I'm very disappointed with the service concept and will only order something to go from now on.
The service was actually super friendly.
The pizza was very good, not overpriced for the prime location on the Main River. Thank you very much. I'll be back.
I bought a Café Crema to take away here today and was really upset about the price. A small paper cup, half full for €3.40 is a disgrace even for the city center. If the service at the window hadn't been so friendly, the store wouldn't even have gotten 2 stars. That was the first and last time I was there. Such prices are really outrageous. If I had known that you could get coffee to go a few doors down, I would have left the coffee in the Pizza Hut and gone. In the bubble tea shop around the corner you pay €3.40 for a LARGE Café Crema and it's 4 times as much.
The food is delicious. The sushi from the production line is an experience that shouldn't be missed.
It would be nice if there was a little better lighting so that you can better see what is on offer.
