Sehr guter Italiener! Mit einem super Ambiente. Das Restaurant ist nicht all zu groß aber gerade das macht es so gemütlich. Das Essen ist echt lecker und gerade für meine Freundin ist es auch eine super Anlaufstelle, weil auch glutenfreie Pizza und Pasta angeboten wird. Und eines ist noch zu den Kellnern zu sagen. Es bedienen einfach waschechte Italiener die es lieben in diesem Restaurant zu arbeiten und das merkt man einfach.

Leckere Pizza in schönem Ambiente und guter Lage in Würzburg.

Schnell ein paar Nudeln zu m Mittagessen!

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem kleinen süßen Restaurant zum Abendessen und sind zufällig hier gelandet: was für ein Glückstreffer! Der Aperol 6€ und die Portionen wirklich groß und gut. Wir sind so froh, dass wir hierher gekommen sind. Der Service sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Wir werden es weiter empfehlen!

Alles war köstlich, frisch und perfekt gewürzt. Hervorragender Service. Angemessene Preise. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich habe am Abend Pizza bestellt. Dachte bekomme selbstgemachte und frische Pizza. Dann kommen gummiartige und kalte Brocken an. Aber das war nicht das schlimmste. Es hat lange gemauert, okay. Dann wurde ich angerufen, weil er meine Adresse nicht gefunden hat. Ich habe es ihm genau beschrieben, öfters in mehreren Versionen und alles mögliche. Er: jaja. Kommunikation 0. und dann hat er es weiterhin nicht verstanden und sagte: ich lasse hier ja! Ich sage: nein. Das geschieht 10 mal oder so und er ruft immer wieder an. Er hat auch immer panisch und agressiv gesagt: ich habe noch andere bestellungen. Ich lasse jetzt hier! Ich konnte ihn beruhigen, mit: hören sie mir zu, sie haben mich nicht gefunden. Und mache sie jetzt xx und ich gebe ihnen ihr Trinkgeld. Weil er sonst nur pasnisch dieselben Sätze gesagt hat, aber ich wusste nicht einmal wo er sich befindet. Und ich dachte: ne, ich habe jetzt keine Lust zu suchen. Mitten in der Nacht, zudem er nicht mal in meinem Treppenhaus war. Dann sage ich: gehen sie raus. Und ich musste ihm mit einer Lampe aus dem Fenster leuchten (war schon später geworden) und erst dann fand er mich nach einer Zeit. Er warm im Komplet falschen Haus. Statt gerade zu gehen, ist er links abgebogen. Wie, wenn ich es genau erklärt habe? Es stand sogar in der Bestellung und mit den genauen Design. Pizza hat nicht geschmeckt. Nicht wie von einem Restaurant, sondern ah habe Hunger und nichts hat sonst offen. Aber dann bereut man doch jedes Mal die Bestellung.

Das Restaurant war sehr voll, was seine Beliebtheit unterstreicht. Trotz des Andrangs war der Service hervorragend und die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war köstlich und den Besuch absolut wert. Heute saß ich draußen, und das kühle Wetter machte das Essen noch angenehmer.

Waren heute spontan im Bella Napoli essen. Die Pizza war super lecker. Der Servicemitarbeiter super nett. Man fühlt sich dort wie in Italien. Kommen sicher wieder.

In Würzburg kann man an einigen Orten gut italienisch essen. Aber im Bella Napoli ist es am authentischsten! Schon diverse Mal hier gewesen und nie enttäuscht worden!

Ein kleines aber gutes Restaurant. Top Service. Der Chef hat seinen Laden und die Truppe im Griff. Gute Preis-Leistung. Egal ob Pizza oder Nudelgerichte alles sehr schmackhaft und reichlich. Tipp: am Wochenende UNBEDINGT reservieren. (Keine Chance für Kurzentschlosse). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war (leider) längere Zeit nicht mehr dort...heute (endlich) wieder. Ich kenne Bella Napoli und Toni seit über 40 Jahren, quasi kennengelernt als Baby. Für mich ehrliche authentische Küche, gleichbleibend gute Qualität (ohne viel Schickschnack und Geschmacksverstärker..), aufmerksamer unaufgeregter netter Service und ich konnte mich bis jetzt immer darauf verlassen, dass es gut schmecken wird! Zugegeben zu den Stoßzeiten kann es etwas lauter zugehen, wer das nicht mag --> Schaut ab ca. 14 Uhr vorbei, da ist es sehr entspannt und mit italienischem Radio. Zu empfehlen definitiv die Tageskarte (Fisch) und meine Favoriten Crespelle und Tris di Pasta in vegetarischer Variante.♥️

Leckeres Essen, schöne Auswahl. Das Restaurant ist etwas klein. Die stellweise der Tische ist nicht ganz so gelungen da man immer an einem Stuhl hängen bleibt. Lieber einen Tisch weniger.... Der Lärmpegel ist etwas lauter aber trotzdem kann man sich gut unterhalten. Der Service ist sehr gut und herzlich.

Die Pizza war zu salzig, das Kalbfleisch verkocht und die Soße geschmacklos. Wir waren mit der Familie dort, und niemand war wirklich zufrieden mit der Qualität.

Super Essen und freundlich Bedienung

Wir waren gestern ca. 17 Uhr zum Essen dort. Uns war es klar das ohne Reservieren nichts geht. Aber die Tischen waren bis zum teilweise ab 20 Uhr ausgebucht. Das hat uns gereicht länger wollten wir nicht bleiben. Leider ohne ein Lächeln bedient und dann wie die reservierten Gäste kamen alle sehr herzlich begrüßt. Also wenn man nicht bekannt ist oder als Tourist unterwegs ist merkt man den schnell den Unterschied Die brauchen keine fremde Besucher kommen mit Anwohnern sehr gut zurecht.

Delicious food. But very crowded, cramped, and loud.

The true Neapolitan experience. You get snapped at upon arrival because one person fewer than booked showed up. The tables are then passively and aggressively moved and pushed back together (?). After ordering, you wait 1.5 hours for your food and can whet your appetite by looking at the people at the next table, who arrived 30 minutes later but had already finished eating. Only the food itself somewhat redeemed the terrible service. Thanks for this pre-Christmas hospitality.

I dont know are they making pre ordering but pasta come almost come in the same time like my drink. Less then 5min, it was look like heaten in microwave. I was in the restaurant for 25min which i was there i only here how waiter speak loud with chefs on italian. When i ask him "Where is music", he answer "We are taking break a little bit for music because after we have so many reservation" :) and the first impression was when i come "Do you want food for take away", because i was alone. But i deside to sit a relax.

At Bella Napoli, we were greeted by a lovely selection on the menu, and the daily specials were even better. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere in the restaurant reflected that everyone at the table felt the same way. But the service deserves an extra five stars! The three men who handled the orders and service were truly outstanding. We were lucky enough to sit right at the counter and could watch these professionals at work with enjoyment and admiration. My utmost respect – they perform their jobs with heart and perfection.

A wonderfully authentic little Italian restaurant where they still serve food like Nonna used to make. Honest cuisine with fresh ingredients, and the service is so genuine that you feel like you're in a piazza in Italy. I'll definitely be back.

We used to eat here occasionally, but it's been a long time since we last went, and now we remember why. The food is sometimes good, but unfortunately, it's extremely loud, and if you sit in the middle, there's a huge draft coming in through the door. Because it's so crowded, the two servers are overwhelmed and can't keep up with the demand, meaning you have to wait a long time before you can even order. There are other options in Würzburg.

Delicious food, truly Italian! ... and that's coming from someone who lived in Italy for over 8 years ... I'd love to come back ... if there were 6 stars, I'd give them all ...

We spontaneously stopped by Bella Napoli for dinner during a short break. We got a table right away, and the tris di pasta were absolutely delicious. Thank you so much, we'll be back when we're in Würzburg.

Came here for lunch yesterday, so good we came back tonight for birthday dessert. Great food and great people. We felt like we were at home in Germany

Good pizza and excellent gluten-free pizza since I started visiting here, great pasta dishes (also available gluten-free), and incredibly friendly and personable service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. My recommendation: the classic Margherita pizza with a bottle of Primitivo or Merlot. Pictured is a Quatro Formagi, also good, but too spicy for my taste.

The food was unfortunately subpar. The pasta was drenched in cream, and I felt sorry for the meager truffle leftovers. Barely salted, uninspiring... The service was also, unfortunately, at best adequate... not good...

Bella Napoli in the heart of Würzburg – Italian flair, delicious al dente pasta, fresh fish in aromatic broth, crispy bread, and colorful drinks. Friendly service, a perfect location for outdoor dining. Highly recommended for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. Best from the entire team.

Very good, classic "Italian" - great!

We were there for dinner and, despite the restaurant being full, we got our food quickly. Unfortunately, the highchair was broken; there should be more than one, and surely that could be replaced or repaired. The service was okay; the restaurant was full, and the men tried hard, but sometimes they couldn't keep up. Perhaps they could at least assign someone to the bar on weekends so the waiters don't have to pour drinks as well.

The atmosphere is nice. We sat outside. The owners and staff exude Italian charm. Unfortunately, our meal was disappointing. The risotto didn't taste like a proper risotto, but more like a rice dish with no particular flavor. The pasta diavolo wasn't spicy—the pasta dish was just a regular tomato sauce. I can't recommend the restaurant. We also found the pizza to be average. I won't eat there again.

Why do you have to pay €2.50 more for gluten-free food? It's a disgrace in this day and age with allergy problems. Simply convert everything to gluten-free. Gluten addicts eat there, too. By the way: Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't do pizza at all.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated. It feels very cozy, with lovely checkered tablecloths on the table, and it has a rustic feel in a good way. The food is also really delicious. I had spaghetti with frutti di mare from the daily special. It tasted very fresh and was seasoned perfectly. My companion had veal medallions with a white wine sauce, which was also very tasty. The price is really reasonable for the quality of the food offered, and the portion sizes are perfectly adequate and filling. Unfortunately, I have to deduct points for the seating and the service. We reserved a table for two people, and even when we made the reservation, the staff seemed stressed. I wanted to explain that my companion is in a wheelchair and that we needed a table with some space. This didn't seem to matter, as I was cut off when I tried to explain and was told that only my name was important for the reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant, they were accordingly surprised to see the wheelchair. We couldn't sit outside due to the cramped seating, which was a shame given the beautiful weather. Instead, we were seated at an uncovered table inside. After our meal, we weren't asked if we wanted anything else, even though our drinks were empty. Only after we asked were we brought the menu again for dessert. Conclusion: The food is really very good and well worth the effort, but the service could be improved.

The ambiance is truly lovely, and the service is—despite the busy place—on top of its game. Kudos! Unfortunately, the food was a bit mixed. As a welcome from the kitchen, each guest received a bruschetta. The appetizer (vitelo tonato) was outstanding in both quality and quantity. The pizza was good, but quite salty. One of the daily specials (ox cheek Bolognese) had very little meat in the sauce. However, all the portions were very generous and reasonably priced.

We happened to be passing through Würzburg and were looking for something to eat and stumbled into a shop that has probably been there for a while with a great daily menu and the best food. We are very very satisfied. A real recommendation!

Good atmosphere, good price and quite big portion. They also offer free appetiser.

Authentic Italian cuisine. We ate delicious antipasti and pasta. If you are looking for a very good Italian, you have come to the right place.

The food was really incredibly good, and it was great that the dishes were also offered gluten-free. Unfortunately, the restaurant was quite full and extremely loud, and the service was quite stressful, but we will still be back.

Due to my stay across from this restaurant in the hotel. I decided to eat here. It's a small restaurant with character. I chose the daily menu “Frutti de Mare with spaghetti”. The food was delicious and there was a free starter. If I were in the area again, I would go again.

A fantastic Italian as you would imagine. Warm service, red and white checkered tablecloths and very good food! The truffle ravioli and then the tiramisu to finish were to die for.

The food was very good! The order was received promptly, neutrally friendly. The glass of wine was “put down”. The food came promptly. After eating it, I sat in front of my empty plate for 30 minutes, and an additional 20 minutes in front of the empty glass. Regular guests are warmly greeted and farewelled, even in pairs. For “walking customers” the interest is zero. It was my 2nd attempt. Now also the last one.

The place has a very Italian feeling to it. The service was Italian and very nice. The food was amazing. Everything was delicious. A perfect place for a cosy evening.

As a hobby pizza baker, I was really disappointed with the pizza. Tasted like a better frozen pizza to me. The ambience is actually really nicely done but it's such a loud noise backdrop. I wouldn't recommend it. The men from service were very quick and tried hard.

We stayed at the Bella Napoli in Würzburg and came without a reservation. Nevertheless, we got a table for a limited time, which was very convenient for us. The staff was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed the food. When the next guests arrived, we were able to comfortably enjoy a very good grappa and wine at a table outside.

As always, great service and a brilliant meal.

Authentic Italian restaurant in the middle of Würzburg. Small but nice (reservation probably necessary). Very tasty food, friendly service. Priced well too. A bit loud background noise (when it's full), but that's the case almost everywhere. Absolutely recommended 😊👍🏻

1x and never again!!!! Ambience terrible! Way too crowded and way too loud! Too narrow and 0 privacy. The people sitting next to you at the table are literally sitting on your lap. Food was okay, but there are much better Italians in Würzburg. The big hit, however, was that we had a voucher for 12/19 which the restaurant no longer accepted today. Apparently too old. There was no expiry date on the voucher itself. Something extremely cheeky. After some discussion, the neighboring table even joined in to order a drink for both of us on their necks, after the restaurant itself misbehaved and very rudely denied us our voucher! And last but not least, we were cheated out of €4! They simply charged more than what was on the menu! Really! 1x and never again! I've never experienced anything so outrageous, almost anti-social!

Simply awful: - Waited almost an hour for food even though there was nothing going on. - The service was totally bored and without enthusiasm. - The food was completely unseasoned and tasteless! You could clearly taste that frozen goods were used here. If the taste matched the price, it would be fine. But like that? Never again. I haven't eaten something so tasteless in a long time.

The waiters are friendly. I ordered Vongole Pasta (17.90 euros) and Pizza Hawaii (10.50 euros). The pasta was light and not salty, and overall the portion was large for the price, so I enjoyed it! However, there is no air conditioning, so it is very hot in the summer.

I was already thrilled when I ordered an Aperol Spritz from Luigi at the Hotel Rebstock opposite on the evening of my arrival and was able to take it back to the hotel without any problem. The following evening I brought the glass back and was able to place the order for myself and my son on the way, so that the food was basically ready when we arrived shortly before closing time. The portions were generous, the food was extremely tasty and we were served very courteously despite the late hour. We had spaghetti al limone, tomato mozzarella, a huge mixed salad with lots of olives and a salami pizza. Class!

Very tasty dishes. Both the pizza and the pasta were perfect. And that even though there was a lot going on. We sat inside and it was really great.

Service was very slow even though there were only people outside. 25 minutes until we had the drinks at the table, sorry, that's not possible. Starter carpaccio so medium, pizza very salty. All in all not a good experience, we won't be coming back.
