La Rustica Ristorante & Pizzeria in Würzburg

Herzlichen Dank an David. Wir wurden super nett bedient, haben wunderbar gegessen und eine gute Zeit im La Rustica verbracht.

Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung und die Lage auch, aber die Preise sind für die Pasta zu hoch!

Wir waren schon öfters dort, aber die Vorspeise für 2 Personen (20€!!) Ist mittlerweile leider nur noch halb so groß und bei der beliebten Trüffel Pasta fehlt der frisch gehobelte Trüffel, sowie der Geschmack. Sehr schade! Die La Rustica wurde sonst immer sehr gelobt von uns...

Sehr nettes Personal. Essen ist sehr gut. Hatten beide Pizza und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal 😉

Wir kamen an, da hieß es "sucht Euch ein Tisch aus", Kellner war im intensiv Gespräch mit Kumpel beschäftigt. Nachv5 Minuten endet das Gespräch, ignorierte uns und ging ins Lokal zurück. Wir warten nochmals 5 Minuten auf eine Karte, oder Kellner. Nach 15 Minuten gingen wir davon aus das keine Interesse an uns ist als Kunde, standen auf und gingen. Es waren 3 Tische besetzt sonst war nichts los. Fazit wenn der Service schon so schlecht ist brauche ich die Küche gar nicht zu versuchen.

Wir waren gestern zu 9. dort essen - ein JGA - allerdings war jetzt keiner von uns extrem betrunken oder so. Haben die Abneigung aber relativ schnell gemerkt. Bestellungen wurden gleichzeitig aufgegeben, Getränke kamen schnell. Essen kam dann leider sehr unterschiedlich oder auch gar nicht. Auf die 2 Pizzen und den einen Vorspeisensalat hätten wir lange warten können, wenn wir nicht nachgefragt hätten. Sie haben es „vergessen“. Es wäre vielleicht aufgefallen dass 2 Leute am Tisch noch nichts zu Essen haben, wenn man mal geschaut hätte oder nachgefragt hätte ob alles passt. Beim Nachfragen reagierte die Bedienung genervt und hintenrum sagte eine weibliche Bedienung, wir seien selbst schuld, dass wir das Essen nicht bekommen haben, wenn wir ständig zum Rauchen rausgehen.. weiß jetzt nicht was das eine mit dem anderen zutun hat, aber sowas ist schon sehr frech und unerzogen. Wir sind halt in der Wartezeit nach draußen gegangen und der Tisch war immer besetzt. Als Entschuldigung gabs aber immerhin einen Schnaps aufs Haus. Bei der Rechnung wollten sie uns dann auch noch abziehen, weil wir angeblich eine Portion Nudeln nicht gezahlt hätten, weil mit „betrunkenen“ kann mans ja machen. So kam es uns zumindest vor. Bei wenig bis gar kein Trinkgeld wurde auch sehr beleidigt reagiert. Aber für solche Aussagen kann man einfach auch kein Trinkgeld geben. Essen war aber sehr gut, kann man nicht meckern.

Mittelmäßiges Essen und miserabler Service. Drei von uns hatten Pasta, und alle drei bekamen verkochte Nudeln. Die vierte Person hatte eine Pizza, die man bestenfalls als mittelmäßig bezeichnen kann. Ich bestellte Bruschetta als Vorspeise. Es war altes, zähes Brot, das kaum Anzeichen von Röstung oder Grillen aufwies. Der Service war sehr schlecht. Es dauerte ewig, bis wir unser Essen bekamen, und es war sehr schwierig, die Kellner zu erreichen. Mitten im Essen bestellten wir weitere Getränke, die aber erst serviert wurden, nachdem wir nach der Rechnung gefragt hatten. Auch die Rechnung zu bekommen, war schwierig. Zuerst dauerte es ewig, bis wir einen Kellner erreichten, und dann kam die Rechnung gar nicht. Nach einer Weile kam ein anderer Kellner (übrigens der erste an diesem Abend, der uns unaufgefordert ansprach) und fragte, ob wir noch etwas wollten. Daraufhin wurden wir nach der Rechnung gefragt. Aber selbst dann dauerte es noch eine Weile, bis die Rechnung kam.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, tolles Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen, Preis und Leistung sind Top.

Ich war jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal da und es war unfassbar lecker! Die handgemachten Nudeln sind echt eine Besonderheit und die Vielfalt an Gerichten wirklich erstaunlich! Der Service war auch total nett und ich freu mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch! ❤️

Essen war gut aber auch nicht besonders. Geschmacklich einfach zu wenig. Ansonsten sehr nette Bedienung. War halt mein Eindruck.

Wirllich einer der besten lokalen.Die Bedienung waren Einzigartig mit ihrer netten natürlichen Art, die würde ich sofort einstellen, wenn ich ein Geschäft hätte.Das Essen ist wirklich lecker und es gibt auch auseegewöhnliche Hausmannskost.

Furchtbar unfreundlicher & inkompetenter Service. Das Essen haut einen auch echt nicht vom Hocker. Im Restaurant ist alles sehr eng, laut und dunkel. Ich würde empfehlen woanders essen zu gehen.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschieden ins Restaurant La Rustica zu besuchen. Netter Empfang und lösungsorientiert wurde uns ein Tisch gegeben, trotz der ausgebucht Situation. Service ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Unsere Vorspeise aus der Wochenkarte war frisch, schon angerichtet und das wichtigste, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Pizzas zum Hauptgang waren ebenfalls köstlich. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit authentischer italienischen Küche. Schöne Ideen und Umsetzung der Wochenkarte. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen La rustica bedenkenlos weiter.

Die Pizza war super lecker. Die Carbonara war allerdings eine Sahnesoße, obwohl sie Original italienisch auf der Speisekarte stand. Der Service macht seinen Job, aber warum so ruppig und unfreundlich? Ansonsten ein schöner rustikaler Italiener. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen auf einer Holzterrasse sitzen.

Antipasti la rustica gegessen war sehr lecker und zum Genießen und beim Abendessen ist Musik gelaufen und gute Atmosphäre! Der Nachspeiseteller Dessert Variationen war sehr lecker!

Pizzen hervorragend. Aber Finger weg von der Fischsuppe…von der bin ich immernoch traumatisiert…

Absolute Herzensempfehlung. Bester Italiener hier im Umkreis! Grandiose Auswahl und von Vorspeise bis Dessert einfach unglaublich gut!

Despite having made a reservation by phone, we had no table, and the service was unfriendly. A real shame. Addendum to the owner: We would have liked to review the food. We can only comment on our actual experience. It's especially disappointing on a birthday when the reservation wasn't properly recorded. Please learn to handle criticism.

My favorite pasta in Würzburg! 🍝😋

I was there for lunch today. The food was okay as always, but the white wine spritzer I ordered was a no-go for me. White wine in a glass with two ice cubes in it—not really. That's what carbonated mineral water is supposed to be, but no ice cubes. They're obviously still skimping on water!

Centrally located restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was rather mediocre. The grilled fish was overcooked, and the side dish seemed uninspired. The tiramisu, on the other hand, was okay. The service left much to be desired: We sat in the dark without cutlery or a candle, and even when the food arrived, we had to wait another five minutes for cutlery – by which time the dish was already cold.

Our waiter was attentive, but not obtrusive. He remembered what each had ordered, so that when he brought the food to the table, he placed it correctly. The food was delicious and good (not too large) sized portions. Good prices too.

Had a delicious spaghetti la mare!

We've been to La Rustica three times so far, most recently for lunch. We were very satisfied each time. The food was incredibly delicious and not your average dish. Special requests were also accommodated without any problems. The service was consistently exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Children are also treated very kindly, including promptly serving children's meals in advance with child-friendly cutlery – all without us having to ask. We'll definitely be back soon!

A very nice Italian restaurant not far from the city center. The pizza and pasta were delicious. The value for money is also very good, making it a top recommendation! We'll be back. :)

I don't need to go back a second time. One pasta, two drinks instead of pizza, a pinza that also came wrong, and then €63.00. Congratulations if this works out in the long run.

We sat outside under the umbrellas on a 30-degree day, and it was very pleasant. The tables and chairs were a bit close together, but it was still fine. The service was very prompt and very friendly. The food is inventive, and you can find something different on the menu than you're used to. We first had a vegetable starter, followed by pasta in lemon sauce with burrata and a pizza. Everything was excellent. The pizza's size was difficult to judge due to its oblong shape, but it was more than sufficient. The appetizers and the lemon sauce were truly delicious. The price/performance ratio was good. You get value for your money, and you could taste the quality. We would definitely go back.

After two hours, we only received the appetizer platter, which wasn't good. Our inquiries were met with a rude response. Never again! Please don't go there.

Unfortunately, this is an Italian restaurant where none of the staff speaks Italian, and the dishes offered aren't very traditional. The pasta, in particular, disappointed us: the tagliolini with lemon and burrata was an interesting idea, but the flavor was completely overpowered by the raw garlic, which was present in large quantities and in pieces that were too obvious yet unavoidable. When we pointed this out, the waitress—though kind—replied that she liked it because she loves garlic, but unfortunately, not everyone has the same taste. The carbonara, revisited with lots of parsley, also failed to impress. There were six of us, and only the two people who ordered steak finished their plates, although the flavor wasn't particularly memorable there either. A real shame, because the restaurant is very well-kept, clean, and pleasant, but unfortunately the food didn't meet our expectations.

The food is delicious and the service is good, too. The seating is really nice both inside and outside.

We decided to go out for dinner on a whim and waited at the entrance for about five minutes. Although we were noticed, unfortunately, no one came to greet us or show us a seat. We finally sat down on our own. After a long wait – during which the wait staff walked past us several times and other guests were already being served tickets – we felt increasingly uncomfortable and overlooked. When someone finally came to us, we were simply asked if we had a reservation. When we said no, they simply said an unfriendly "Then you'll have to get up!" – without any offer of an alternative or an apology. The overall experience was disappointing. We would have preferred more attention and a more respectful tone. It was a real shame, because we were actually looking forward to our visit.

The interior design and ambience evoke memories of the classic pizzeria of days and years gone by, which unfortunately are rarely found today.

The salad was small (asparagus salad for €15.90). The olive oil was rancid. What a shame.

Most outrageous “service” in a long time.

Good pizza, but disrespectful treatment of two women – very disappointing!!! We've always enjoyed being guests at Pizzeria Rustica, but this visit was unfortunately a bitter disappointment. After waiting for over an hour, we were repeatedly fobbed off with the statement "the pizza is already in the oven" – even though we could see it wasn't prepared until much later. The staff responded unfriendly and dismissive to our polite inquiries. Instead of showing understanding or apologizing, we were even portrayed as the cause of the problem. In the end, they advised us not to come back in the future – a disrespectful and completely inappropriate way of treating guests. It's a shame, because the pizza tasted really good. We're convinced the evening would have been different if the owner himself had been there – we know him as a dedicated host. Unfortunately, this leaves us with nothing but frustration over a ruined evening. We won't be back, as the unfriendly male waitress suggested.

It could be great. Unfortunately, the service does not make the coming guests feel welcome. It's very hectic and you're deliberately overlooked for a long time. The food is really tasty and the portions are large.

I stopped here after walking about 8 km through the city, and I was famished. I was lucky to get a good table on a Friday evening without a reservation. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was fantastic, the food was excellent, and the dark beer definitely quenched my thirst. I'll definitely return on my next visit.

It took forever for the food. And when the food arrived, it was also done wrong. They didn't even bring any bread or olive oil, which is very typical for the Italians. Very bad experience.

Very authentic Italian with great food!

We visited the location with four people. The main point of criticism is the lack of service and the excessive pricing, both for drinks and food. Missing pizza bread was only brought after repeated requests, and the advice that the spaghetti was completely inedible due to over-seasoning was completely ignored. You can do that! But you don't have to. Invoice amount 219 euros. We won't be coming back.

We were there for the New Year's Eve menu. Products very good, but you could have gotten more out of it with more bold seasoning. Service worked through the courses without asking for drinks. Disposable camera as a gift is totally unnecessary, it just produces waste. Overall, very nice evening.

Never again! Staff rude and don't keep promises! The 4 of us got there and we were PROMISED a table after 10 minutes to a MAXIMUM 20 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes in front of the door at -1 degrees, we were told after repeated inquiries that there was no table available. Were treated like dirt

The pizza is really delicious, but there are a few points of criticism: We ordered a table for 5 people and were seated at a table for 4. Due to the elongated shape of the pizzas, we had major problems with space when eating, which somewhat spoiled the positive experience. The tables were generally placed very close to each other. Since there were one person too many for the table, I was sitting somewhat awkwardly in the middle of the room and was often in the way of service staff. The Christmas music was a bit too loud for pleasant table conversations. If it's just about the food, there is still a recommendation. The pizza tastes great, the ingredients are fresh and it's really big.

As always, very tasty food. What bothered me a bit was that an employee came every 10 minutes to ask if everything was okay and cleared away as soon as someone was finished. Me and a friend of mine has been coming here constantly for the 5th on a raw for the amazing fungi pizza they do with the great ingredients and unique crust, I also would like to highlight the great service and the professional staff who never let anyone down even without reservation as possible also the atmosphere of this place is so cozy and authentic, I will give 6 stars if possible but this is enough for now, highly recommended!

Quaint. Simply nice and delicious.

I was at La Rustica with friends last week and we were all absolutely thrilled! The food: Authentic Italian cuisine at its finest! The pizza was crispy, the pasta was perfectly al dente and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The daily specials, which always surprise with new creations, are particularly recommended. The service: The staff was super friendly and attentive. We immediately felt welcome. The ambience: Cozy and inviting! The restaurant is lovingly decorated and you feel like you are in a small Italian village. Perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a convivial evening with friends. Conclusion: La Rustica is an absolute insider tip in Würzburg! Everything is just right here: food, service and ambience. We'll definitely be back!

The pizza or pinsa was very good! The piccante is also really hot! We didn't really like the atmosphere, it was very crowded and we sat in the middle. However, we didn't make a reservation, which excused the table. The service wasn't outstanding but OK.

While the food is nothing new. The service is friendly and fast. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very cozy. All in all a great place for a first date.

Disappointing girls night We were looking forward to a nice girls' evening, but unfortunately our visit to the restaurant was anything but pleasant. The pizza and calzone were very tasty, but the pasta was far too dry. In addition, the prices for the food are significantly too high. The biggest problem, however, was the atmosphere. It was extremely loud, so the only way to have a conversation was shouting. The tables are far too close together and my chair was constantly being bumped into by the neighboring table. In addition, the music was way too loud and the air in the room was stuffy - really unpleasant. We didn't feel like having dessert anymore because the evening overall was so disappointing. It's a shame, we expected much more.

The food was WAY too expensive Noodles at steak prices

The pizzas are really tasty, the pasta dishes are OK. Anyone who has intolerances should be careful. For example, we had celery, even though it wasn't on the menu. Unfortunately, the starter plate is not recommended. Unfortunately a disappointment both in terms of price and taste. If you like artificial stones, you might also like the ambience.

Very tasty pasta dishes. If you're looking for something special, try pear gorgonzola. But the other dishes were also very aromatic, not just the standard version. Not exactly cheap, but absolutely worth the price. Clear recommendation from me.

Unfortunately we didn't get to eat because we were sent away beforehand. The review therefore only refers to the experiences surrounding it. We wanted to go to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon (restaurant about 10 percent full) with our newborn twins and the twin stroller after consulting the waiter, who said it wouldn't be a problem. Once inside, we said the car could be folded up, we just needed space for the two baby seats (preferably places on a corner bench) and two places for ourselves. We were then told that this was currently not possible because the places had to be kept free for potential customers. One cannot guarantee that the places our two children occupy with the bowls are not needed. The argument that we are also paying customers and not only occupy the seats but also plan to order something did not work. Things can change so quickly, unfortunately it is not possible to provide one of the 10 empty tables for us. We then decided to eat somewhere else. What a shame!
