Thank you to our waiter Alexander for the friendliest and most attentive service imaginable! And to the owner: he's a superman! The food was also excellent!

It's a disaster. You wait over an hour for someone to come, and then it feels like even longer for the food. This is the second time it's happened. I'm never coming back here, and I realistically wouldn't recommend it to anyone… the food was okay, though.

At 6:56 PM during opening hours, nobody answered the phone for several minutes (10 minutes). I had an important question.

It was delicious again this time, even though it feels like it's getting more expensive every day ;-) Flatzz are great too!

Everything was great. I'd be happy to come back. 5 stars.

We went into the restaurant, just the two of us, and there was only a small table near the cashier. We didn’t want to sit there, so we sat at a table for four. Then a man came over with a terrible attitude — he started mumbling and raising his voice at us, talking so rudely, like we wouldn’t understand him because we’re foreigners. Then he walked away and left us there. After that, another guy came and apologized, saying the first one didn’t speak English. But then he said we weren’t even allowed to sit until he told us where to sit — like we had to wait for his permission. Then he told us to sit at the small table near the cashier, and when we refused, he said we had to leave. The whole situation was so disrespectful, rude, and honestly racist. Since when does Pizza Hut make people stand and wait for “approval” before sitting? Pizza Hut is the same all over the world. I’m sure they only acted like that because we’re foreigners — no way they would’ve treated a German person like that.

Ordering was relatively quick. But that was it. Ordering a second drink was simply not possible. After waiting for an hour and asking several times, the food still hadn't arrived. Since all the other guests had gotten their food more or less quickly by then, I paid for my drinks and left. The staff consisted of three people in total, who were hopelessly overwhelmed. I will definitely not be visiting this Pizza Hut again. It was unacceptable overall.

Gazmend really provides excellent service!

I think Pizza Hut asks itself the following questions: How few staff can you employ? How much patience can you demand from customers? How far can this concept be pushed without anyone complaining? I used to enjoy going there. Today was my last visit.

October 13, 2025 at around 6:15 p.m.: I tried to order by phone for a total of 15 minutes. The doorbell rang, but no one answered. So I had to walk through town for 20 minutes to get there, but there was almost nobody in the restaurant. When I asked if there was a reason why no one was answering the phone, the man just said he hadn't heard the doorbell ring. Just the question of whether I wanted something to eat in or pick up, no apology, nothing!!! Last week I ordered a whole pizza at the window and asked, as it was raining heavily, if I could quickly eat the pizza at the bar. The answer isn't possible for takeaway! The place was completely empty!!!!!! Please do something about this catastrophic customer service!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The €6 pizza lunch special is very tasty and good. Unfortunately, it's not valid on weekends.

We come here often; it's always clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the pizza is incredibly delicious! UPDATE: We were here again 2 days ago for dinner. The pizzas were so heavy, we were really shocked! We wanted to order a refill on our drinks, but the lady rather rudely pointed out to us that the glass would only be for one person: "just so you know." The pizzas were delicious, but incredibly greasy. What a shame.

The food itself tastes good, but I ordered a Summer beef cream pizza with sour cream sauce and didn't get any sauce on my pizza.

Very expensive, tables outside dirty

There were three of us there and we had booked a buffet. The staff were very unfriendly. Only one pizza for about 30 people. This is unacceptable. Bad service and long wait times. All the guests complained.

Disgusting service. You can count on the attention and politeness of the staff only at the moment of payment, in the hope of a tip. The rest of the time they are absolutely indifferent and ill-mannered idlers who do not care about you.

All-you-can-eat on Thursday evenings for 14.90 - You can choose your own pizza and as much as you like. 5.40 for drink refills (must be mentioned separately, otherwise it's 4.90 for a 0.5l). Just choosing the pizza makes you feel like you're getting a bargain. Service was good.👍🏼

My husband is a Pizza Hut lover. So, if we visit Germany or Belgia, every time we look for a pizza hut for at least one meal, and the place never disappoints. This pizza hut is special because you may also buy one pizza slice of different pizzas.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio has become an absolute disaster. When I asked for half of my large pizza to be a margherita, it apparently wasn't possible. How bad can service staff be?

I bought a Café Crema to take away here today and was really upset about the price. A small paper cup, half full for €3.40 is a disgrace even for the city center. If the service at the window hadn't been so friendly, the store wouldn't even have gotten 2 stars. That was the first and last time I was there. Such prices are really outrageous. If I had known that you could get coffee to go a few doors down, I would have left the coffee in the Pizza Hut and gone. In the bubble tea shop around the corner you pay €3.40 for a LARGE Café Crema and it's 4 times as much.

I think the second floor is better than the first at Pizza Hut, but so far I'm satisfied. In any case, I ate the barbecue pizza there and had two colas cero

We ordered for delivery at 5:39 p.m. (1 pizza, garlic bread) Food finally arrived at 7:45 p.m. The delivery time was constantly changing, first 6:20 p.m., then 6:33 p.m., then at 6:45 p.m. it said “will be delivered in 30 minutes,” then at 7:08 p.m. it suddenly said “will be delivered in 42 minutes.” Ultimately the order arrived at 7:45 p.m. Pizza cold of course, garlic bread hard and cold. We tried to call PizzaHut several times starting at 6:50 p.m. and no one answered all six calls. ‼️(As a little side information, we ordered something from Subway at 7 p.m., the order arrived exactly 1 minute after the Pizza Hut order & now the awesome thing... the Subway driver was on his way to Oberdürrbach by bike, the one from PizzaHut by car 😂)

I was there years ago when the restaurant was fairly new...absolutely no comparison. It seemed a bit “run down” to me. However, the employees were all very friendly and nice. The pizzas were very tasty and my mixed drink (some kind of lemonade) was also prepared without carbonation upon request. As I said, if the atmosphere were better, I would give it more stars.

There are no alcoholic beverages available because they don't have a liquor license. This includes no non-alcoholic beer. The dark-haired woman was very friendly. The way the drinks were prepared was extremely disgusting. Not again!

Your delivery service is rubbish

Nice Pan pizzas (the American thick base ones). People who enjoy such pizzas, would love this place. It's consistent with other pizza huts around the world. :)

They brought us the pizzas and left them there, without cutlery or plates. I had to look for the waitress to bring me the drinks, and she was on her cell phone the whole time without paying attention to the table. The experience was bad. The bathrooms were dirty too. I really don't recommend it and would never go back. The pizzas were not very good either.

Chik 'N' Cheez Pizza was delicious, but I was definitely missing something "tomatoy" on it. Service was absolutely friendly.

It's a shame that they don't tell you that it's all you can eat and that 2 minutes before it starts. Likewise, when you are told that the kids menu is free, once you order it suddenly isn't free anymore. Pizza Hut has slacked off a lot, it's a shame! We used to enjoy staying here

The quality of the pizza was really bad. Hardly any taste and super greasy. Service was great👍. And the dining room was so cold that the guests had to put on their jackets. Won't come a second time.

Everyone is good and the shelter is nice

I had the pizza festival offer which allowed me to try a few different pizzas and it tasted really good. One star deducted for a price increase of about 40% since my last visit in August. I have to deduct another star for the heating being out (for a week), it was bitterly cold and many potential guests understandably left the restaurant early...

By buffet I mean something different. Far too small a selection of pizzas. Apart from 6 pizzas there was nothing else. Paid 25.80 for 2 people. Pizza was very greasy. Not worth recommending.

Get nostalgic with a pizza hut pan pizza topped with gooey cheese!

One of the few Pizzahut where you cannot pre-order online at Pizzahut.de. But is it possible to call? Unfortunately, it's not so great when you put it together yourself and everything is wrong every other time. So you can only fall back on the standards. Maybe arrive in 2024 and enable pre-orders online as a huge chain in their own shop. But luckily Lieferando still delivers the cold pizza. We all know that the prices are ridiculous. All the unnecessary fat floating on the pan pizzas is probably quite expensive. It's not as if the part-time workers are paid fairly based on the prices.

Everything was good, simply furnished and a bit cool. But pizzas are great, We were there for the lunch buffet.

Extremely high prices for fast food, way too high

Was there for the last time today! Either the staff is incompetent or it is a systematic rip-off. At the counter there is a large advertisement, "Offer - 3 pieces of pizza + drink 8.99" so ordered 3 pieces to take away, when asked which drink, the drink was refused because you are actually not allowed to take cups with you on public transport. And then the 3 pieces of pizza suddenly cost €10.77, when asked why, well the offer is only valid with a drink and since the pizza is already in the box and everything is already recorded in the system, he can't change or cancel anything anymore.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because even after almost 20 minutes of waiting (for takeaway!!!) no order was placed. Staff overwhelmed to the max and unable to take a simple order. I've never experienced anything like that.

Service was very friendly and helpful. Clean toilet and enough space in the restaurant. Unfortunately the pizza was a bit too greasy for me and for the price I only got 3 points for the food. The dough/edge is crispy and still juicy on the inside. It would be nice if there was air conditioning in the restaurant for hot days.

I love pan pizza, you can only find such a thick pizza base at Pizza Hut. However, the prices are horrendous, especially after the change in daily promotions. Current promotions are not only tied to the day, but also to a specific time. Danger! When I ordered, I even asked again on the phone whether the promotion was valid and then I ended up having to pay the full price (€28 instead of €15…), even though I was assured over the phone that the discount was valid. This was only valid until 5 p.m....it would be nice if you could look up the information on the internet and that the employees had the right deadlines in mind for the actions and I could rely on them! Online orders never work in this branch. I love Pan Pizza, but the ordering service and prices are disappointing...

After a long time, Pizzahut Würzburg again. Competent, friendly, quick service. Pan pizza super crispy and delicious, Caesar salad with chicken strips crunchy with a tasty dressing, yeast wheat beer and shandy tasty and wonderfully cold. Just go there and leave full and satisfied. 😃

Super delicious vegan pizza, we will definitely be back. Very nice service. Unfortunately not enough staff at peak times. I waited 35 minutes for a pizza. This wasn't the employees' fault, but simply because the staff was understaffed.

Buffet / all you can eat on weekdays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for €10.50. You cant complain. This allows you to try varieties that you wouldn't eat as a whole pizza. On busy days it takes a while for the pizzas to be refilled.

You guys are my heroes! We arrived relatively late in the afternoon, everything was clean (including the toilet), beautifully decorated, the food came quickly, fresh, hot. Service was friendly, refilling drinks worked wonderfully. Highly recommended

First of all, the staff was really good, friendly and helpful. Let's get to the actual negative... The food... 15€ for 4 mozzarella sticks (not even a liquid core), 4 chicken wings (mushy and greasy (high 10), 4 chicken fingers (dry and tasteless) and 1 kilo of fries which were ok. Are you kidding us?? What about that justifies 15 euros?? The pizzas... 25€ for a pizza with a cheese crust... I tried all the pizzas I ordered and found... They all taste greasy and almost like nothing. The bottoms are soaked with fat and sauce... Nothing is crispy... Everything is soggy and greasy. That was over 100€ for 3 people to eat for... Sry but that was just yuck. Pizza Hut is definitely off the list. Far too expensive and far too little good food. Better an Italian or a frozen pizza. Both are better than Pizza Hut

We ate here a week ago. The waitress who served us was always busy with her cell phone and never once asked for drinks (we had refills). The staff gathered at the bar and spoke very loudly in unknown languages ​​that I could barely hear my wife. When we asked for desserts, the waitress gave us menu and said "look here" and immediately walked away. We didn't want to order anything anymore. We have been here many times and I have to say that the atmosphere was definitely better in the past! Now let's go somewhere else! Cleanliness and food was okay, hence 2 stars.

Went to this restaurant for the first time today and the friendly employee offered us the lunch menu for €9.99. The selection of pizzas was plentiful and tasted very good. If we happen to be there again next time, a visit is definitely a must.

I ordered 3 portions of chicken wings to pick up today, and none of them were center wings (which tastes best from poultry). When I eat on site it was always well distributed (whole poultry without tips) you know what poultry looks like, right? :/ Unfortunately I can't post a photo here, it's just outrageous!
