We ate at the Zollhaus last night with a total of four adults and five children. The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the kids had a great time playing on the playground. The food arrived very quickly, which is always very convenient with children. I would especially like to mention the friendly and helpful staff! I left my purse in the beer garden, and they found it and stored it overnight. Thank you so much!

Sometimes less is more. The food was rather mediocre. The pizza base was too thick and hard. My curry was supposed to be spicy. Hmmm, the taste was okay, but spicy is something else entirely. The cheese spaetzle was good. The service was friendly and prompt.

Unfortunately, not recommended, especially in the evening. We were two adults and two children. We ordered a children's pizza, a portion of fries, a portion of onion rings, and a Miami salad. The children's pizza arrived... A few minutes later, the salad arrived. And then nothing at all for a while. After a while, we asked. Then nothing again for a while. Minutes later, the onion rings arrived. Fries came one after another around us, but none for our table. Then we asked again. By that point, the pizza and salad had been eaten... I had just started on the onion rings. No sign of the fries. Then we were told that something had been mixed up. So, still no fries. Then - finally - the fries arrived. When it's a bit busier, this unfortunately doesn't work so well. Eating together isn't possible.

I definitely recommend the beer garden. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Prices are completely reasonable. The waiters and waitresses are also very friendly. We've been here several times and will be back.

We really liked the place. Simple but with a very pleasant and spacious terrace, a children's area, and two large trampolines. That was a real treat. The food was very good and the price was reasonable. The only regret is not being there on Friday to enjoy the fish grill.

Nice atmosphere, food and drinks were okay (+30°C, but no ice in the cola?). The waiter was the last straw and was incredibly annoying with his thousands of rules and speeches. He gave a lecture about chair positions and how difficult it would be for him with more than one table. Is there something wrong with that colleague?

More like a kiosk with beer tables. Portions are generous, but most of it comes from a deep fryer. Prices are high. I prefer the Munich beer gardens a thousand times more and are more beautiful!

Even though we had to wait a very long time, over 30 minutes, to place an order on Saturday evening, I give it a full 5 stars. The young man made such an effort to serve everyone. He sometimes ran around with plates in his hands and, despite being under pressure, was the epitome of friendliness. I have absolute respect for that. The seating is typical wooden beer garden seating, which unfortunately doesn't invite sitting for long. Very uncomfortable. There are plenty of play options for children. We didn't eat anything that evening, so I can't rate it.

I was here for the first time today and was very impressed with my Zollhaus curry. It was delicious and a huge portion. The server was also very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

What the customs house is missing are sloping roofs on their wooden pavilion where you can sit underneath but otherwise I think it's really good I like going there the advantage is that you can use public transport there so men go for it

Very nice beer garden, especially if you're traveling with children. Separate kids' area, two trampolines, sandbox, nest swing... Prices are reasonable, portions are large. The staff is friendly and accommodating; for a 5-star rating, they should be a bit quicker at the table, but that's just nitpicking.

You will be served very quickly. The pizzas are also excellent, but of course everything else is as well: there is always a freshly tapped festival beer. Unfortunately, I only miss grilled steaks.

Unfortunately there was hardly anything to choose from on the menu. Only the frozen products were possible. When we asked for mayo with the fries, unfortunately none were brought to us. Proud prices for the fact that there was no side salad with the schnitzel. If the beer garden season is already over, then a shortened menu would have been a good option. We were disappointed. We had salad with falafel and calamari with “fried potatoes”. These came out of the deep fryer like the other ingredients. The salad and side salad looked like they came from a plastic bag and were marinated in some kind of mango sauce. We ended up there by chance because we needed something quick to eat. Typical beer garden classics but also (frozen) chilled pizza are offered here. The quality is not very convincing. I'm surprised that such companies can still survive today. The actually nice atmosphere seemed outdated and dirty. The children's playground is very old. The toilets are dirty and unkempt. Doesn't really whet your appetite to go there.

Promotions with chicken (Saturday/Sunday) are very good. Price/performance too high for a beer garden. Unfortunately, you have to check the bill carefully, as some things don't go as planned. Unfortunately, from time to time there is also a very intrusive place/referrer. Actually it doesn't work at all.

Zollhaus used to be our favorite beer garden, but unfortunately it has become very negative. We were there again on Fridays recently, the Steckerlfisch has become 4 euros more expensive and the portion is also smaller, which is a shame, so we always go to the Zollhaus on Fridays. The service wasn't the best either. Went back to the customs house today and actually wanted to eat something, but then we had to wait a long time until someone came to take the order. Then we just had something to drink and went somewhere else to eat. We didn't want to wait forever to eat. The prices are also very high. A pity. Probably won't come again

Phew. What can you say... The pizza was a frozen dough, very sobering and completely overpriced. 12-14 euros for a pizza with a frozen base.. The schnitzel was really good (I didn't eat it myself). However, at 18 euros it is also a house number..
