I've been to Nushu several times and always find the food, especially the sushi, really tasty. There is now even a vegan salmon alternative. :) The service was very, very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. However, I give the service a star deduction because it decreased after we had the food. At some point our glasses were empty and no more questions were asked. Otherwise all around great. 😊

The plate for two people is mega.

The food tasted great. The service, however, left something to be desired. After several drinks, we went to the toilets where women were already standing in front of them, waiting to finally go to the toilet. Two men ran from the men's toilet to the women's toilet with a plunger and a toilet brush and tried to clear the blockage. Toilets completely blocked. A solution was found and we were led to an alternative toilet. But hey guys, this problem seems to happen quite often. Please take care of it. You don't pay very much when you eat at your place and then you can't even go to the toilet normally and easily (as already mentioned, the problem is known internally at the restaurant).

Amazing sushi, the best in all of Würzburg. The waiter told us to leave or offered us to switch tables after 90 minutes as he needed our table, not long after we ordered our second glas of wine. Awful service.

The store is heavily promoted, and when you walk in you think, "Oh, how cool!" But when you take a closer look, you also ask yourself: "Where did I end up?" The large seating areas look cool at first glance, but they take up a lot of space and make everything very cramped and uncomfortable. Above all, the tables are close together so that you can hear the conversations of the neighboring tables and vice versa. I find that less pleasant. The highlight of the whole store was actually the washroom next to the toilets, which is designed pretty cool. However, the toilets themselves were wet, flooded and dirty. You can look into the kitchen through a glass window as you walk past, but it's not necessarily presentable. The food itself is okay, but there are probably much better restaurants in Würzburg. The service is slightly overwhelmed, even though a lot of people work there. Sometimes food or drinks are forgotten. However, they are relatively quick when it comes to cashing out. All in all, you can eat here, but you don't have to.

Essen preiswert günstig und 👍 gut Service müsste man ein bisschen schulen aber bei diesen nicht überteuerten Preisen verständlich Portionen Vorspeise Ok Aber Hauptgeichte fast zu groß . Gut ich esse gerne eine Vorspeise und von daher wir hatten Spass das Essen war gut manches sehr gut und schön verarbeitet preis Leistung Hit

Comfortable pleasant restaurant. Friendly service, had our food very quickly. It was fresh, very tasty and a good portion. We had a curry, mine was with spicy mango sauce and I enjoyed it tremendously! Can only recommend this place. Price was also quite moderate.

Delicious, the fried shrimp rolls and fried chicken rolls are good, the nigiri sushi is a bit expensive but delicious

Review only for the food and service. We wanted to pick something up on the way home. The greeting was friendly at first and then a colleague came over and there was probably a discussion between the two. Then the mood was gone and unfortunately we noticed that. The food was fine until, well, there was no love worked in the kitchen today. Any Yumyum bag would probably have been better and the soups tasted like either hot water (left) or canned coconut milk warmed up with canned vegetables. The salad was just that way and you can save everything with sauce... Unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't exactly right either. The costs for energy, personnel, etc. have increased, we understand that, but to then reduce the amount is simply bad.

The food was good. Not perfect but enjoyable. But for takeout it's was absolutely fine. The service was super friendly and had a lot of positive energy.

ATTENTION DANGER TO LIFE! STAPLER IN THE FOOD! I got fried rice to go with my 3 year old daughter. There was simply a stapler in the food. Luckily I saw it. Review is always deleted. If you make mistakes, STAND BY IT!

I tried it twice and twice it was a bad decision (at least for us). The service is very nice and friendly, but that's it. Neither sushi nor grilled dishes were successful. The tables were clean, but the chairs weren't particularly clean. Well, it wasn't all bad, but I definitely won't try it a third time. :)

We were really excited about the food! Only the somewhat 'very loud conversation' between employees and boss (?) was unpleasant. You don't do that in front of guests!!!

Vegetarian sushi menu for €16.50, inexpensive and very tasty. Ambience modern and cozy, although a bit dark.

I rarely and hate to write bad reviews, but unfortunately we were not given a warm welcome in any way. People pushed past us very rudely and after we asked if there was room for us despite not having a reservation, they muttered in annoyance and asked us if 50 minutes would be enough for us. After we were shown to a pretty dark table and only given a card, we decided to leave the restaurant. Unfortunately we felt very uncomfortable. It's a shame, we would have liked to try the food.

A restaurant where we feel completely comfortable. From start to finish. The food is really tasty and the price is great 👍🏼 We will definitely come more often. Thanks to everyone who made the beautiful food and service possible for us. It was an unforgettable evening ❤️

Delicious food and attentive service

Wir waren mit Freunden und Familie dort, um einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Leider war es etwas sehr eng und die Preise sind ziemlich nach oben gegangen und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Portionen zudem etwas abgenommen haben. Das Essen an sich war aber perfekt und der Service war auch sehr freundlich!

Beautifully decorated restaurant in the city center of Würzburg. The sushi was very tasty and the food came quickly and seemed freshly prepared.

The sushi on site was beautifully prepared and tasted great. But dealing with our labrador was much nicer. Water, cuddles and good words. All in all, a very nice experience.

For me the best sushi in town. The wok dishes are also very good :) Service good. Modern furnishings, a bit dark at the back. Very comfortable seats :)

We went to Nushu for the first time this afternoon following a recommendation. Food was quite good. However, there was a problem with the bill. We then noticed that a dish was on the menu for €15.50 and was billed for €18.50. When we pointed this out, they said the price had changed. Only one or two cards have not been corrected yet. We, of all people, got these two cards. For me that means going to Nushu once and never again. We wish you continued success with this method.

Obviously we were very unlucky, but the service was just subpar. Waited +35 minutes despite a reservation, dirty table and glasses, parts of the order only came after multiple requests and not even close to the same time... etc. The food itself was good, but unfortunately it wasn't a pleasure to eat here. A pity!

Das Essen war lecker aber Nicht schön war, das wir kurz nach dem Dessert gebeten wurden zu zahlen und das Lokal verlassen sollten. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das mir das jemand bei der Reservierung gesagt hätte, denn es war mein Geburtstag. Bin sehr enttäuscht und werde mir auch gut überlegen nochmal einen Tisch zu reservieren.

The best sushi restaurant in Würzburg and the region! Even friends of mine from North Rhine-Westphalia and Berlin rave about Nushu. From the ambience, to the service, to the food, everything is at a very high level. We recommend!

The best sushi around, in my opinion. We are there almost every weekend. Of course it is a little more expensive, but quality has its price.

The food was absolutely delicious, the service staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the music was a bit loud and we waited longer for the drinks. Drinks had also run out.

We've been going to Nushu every now and then for years, but unfortunately the quality is steadily declining. Unfortunately, yesterday was our last visit there. Above all, the service was really bad, we were completely ignored by the waiters for half an hour, so we had to ask someone if we could at least have the menu. You can just tell that a lot of guests are being transported through in as little time as possible and that the quality and cleanliness suffers. In the cutlery basket at our table, for example, there was. B. a dirty, used fork. The taste of the food really wasn't great, there are dozens of better (and cheaper) addresses for Asian food in Würzburg. Afterwards we sat there again for 40 minutes with empty plates and empty glasses and no waiter in sight. Unfortunately, as a guest you also noticed that the mood in the service team was very bad and uncoordinated, people were shouting at each other, which unfortunately made our evening in the restaurant even more unpleasant.

In addition to the excellent sushi, warm dishes such as Salmon Piece or Blackbeard (octopus/shrimp/beef fillet) were absolutely amazing.

We made a reservation 4 weeks in advance for 10 people. I don't know what went wrong, but when we came we were only given a table for 6 people and were told that 2 chairs would be added. :-( The ambience is very loud and packed with tables very close to each other. We left the restaurant and went to another one. That's why we can't say anything about the food.

Sehr gutes japanisches/Sushi Restaurant. Von außen wirkt das Restaurant eher unscheinbar, von innen ist es jedoch schon eingerichtet und hat eine wirklich exzellente Auswahl an Gerichten und hervorragendes Sushi. Zur Auswahl stehen (natürlich) auch einige lokale Weine.

Ich hätte mich echt gefreut, wieder Sushi von Nushu essen zu können, allerdings versuchen wir zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von zwei Monaten etwas to go zu bestellen. Entweder geht niemand ran, oder man wird weggedrückt und falls jmd. nach gefühlt 100 Mal anrufen ran geht, soll man in der Leitung warten, bis man nach einigen Minuten die Motivation verliert und von selbst auflegt. Ich bin echt kein Freund von schlechten Bewertungen, aber so etwas geht einfach nicht. Ich würde gerne wissen, auf welchem Wege man euch erreichen kann, wenn nicht telefonisch?!

Im Nushu bekommt man richtig gutes Sushi in vielen Arten und auch in Menüvorschlägen. Des Weiteren bekommt man noch Vietnamesische Küche, über die ich vom Geschmack her nichts sagen kann, sie sind aber, wie alles andere auch, sehr schön angerichtet. Die Meeresfrüchte und im besonderen der Oktopus sind sehr gut. Eine Reservierung mehrere Tage im Voraus ist ratsam. Ein Besuch ist auf jeden Fall ein kulinarisches Erlebnis.

Portionen klein und Essen mehrmals nur lauwarm. war früher viel besser. Leider. Kaum was vegan.

An Weihnachten immer noch mit Halloween-Deko. Nämlich Spinnweben an den Decken😃 Sonst alles perfekt. Essen klasse und Personal hervorragend. Weiter so.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Tisch und Karten waren leider ziemlich klebrig.

Modernes, immer gut besuchtes Restaurant, abends ohne Reservierung nahezu unmöglich. Atmosphäre aufgrund der vielen Personen oft hektisch und laut. Die Speisen sind sehr schön angerichtet und teils ausgefallen. Rein auf das Essen bezogen gibt es natürlich auch günstigere Alternativen, aber man zahlt hier eben für das Gesamtpaket.

Freundliches Personal! Preisleistung passt mittlerweile nicht mehr so richtig! Die Speisen sind gut, aber doch schon etwas überzogen!

Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Laden , aber es hat sich gelohnt. Das Ambiente ist mega schön dort ☺️ Zum Glück hatten wir reserviert weil da war echt viel los aber war ja Wochenende. Dadurch das viel los war waren die Kellner sehr gestresst aber immer sehr freundlich. Jetzt zum Essen wir hatten die Duo Platte ich als Sushi Neuling fände das mega lecker auch wie es angerichtet war sehr schön für das Auge mit angerichtet. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder einmal kommen.

Sehr laute Musik, Essen war ok und der Service auch.

Wer hochqualitatives Sushi für einen "normalen" Preis will der sollte hierher kommen. Nushu gibt es schon seit vielen Jahren und ist sehr etabliert in Würzburg. Tisch reservieren wäre notwendig, da es immer sehr gut besucht ist.

Das sushi is sehr frisch und lecker

Tolle Gyoza und ein grandioses grünes Curry! Der Nachtisch Mochi-Eis war leider sehr enttäuschend (Schmeckte nach Großhandel, Mango war steinhart, geschmacklich nicht gut) Aber die ersten zwei Gänge haben so überzeugt, dass ich darüber hinweg sehe. Vielen Dank!

Hervorragendes, leckeres Sushi. Hat natürlich seinen Preis. Service ist variabel, meist extrem höflich, selten etwas genervt. Stühle / Sessel sind bequem. Reservierung dringend empfohlen.

Trotz Reservierung an meinem Geburtstag über 30 Minuten Wartezeit bis wir an den Tisch konnten. Über 40 Minuten Wartezeit bis wir unsere Sushi Platte für 2 Personen bekommen haben. Als wir nach etwas über der Hälfte von der Platte gegessen hatten, hab ich eine Pause gemacht und war auf Toilette. Als ich zurück kam, war das Essen bereits abgeräumt und meine Freundin sagte, sie hat der Kellnerin gerade noch hinterher rufen können, dass wir den Rest mitnehmen möchten. Keine Frage, ob wir noch einen Espresso oder Nachtisch wollen, die Kellnerin kam sofort ungefragt zum Kassieren. Haben uns rausgeschmissen und unerwünscht gefühlt. Ab sofort lieber wieder nur Mittagstisch zum abholen. Ein Stern, weil das Essen wirklich gut und und ein Stern, weil die Location cool ist.

Es war ein Restaurant Besuch der besonderen Art. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich, und wir wurden an einen netten Tisch platziert. Der Gastronom persönlich hat uns dann noch mal begrüßt und uns seine Küche und die angebotenen Speisen erklärt. Dabei betonte auch, dass seine Mutter in der Küche für die Zubereitung der Speisen verantwortlich zeichnet. Wir haben ihm dann so ungefähr unseren Geschmack erklärt und immer frei Wahl bei der Speisenfolge gegeben. Bei italienischen Restaurants ist das ja oft ein Freibrief für überteuerte Speisen, hier wurde es jedoch für raffinierte und äußerst köstlich zubereitete Essen auf dem Teller genutzt. Jede einzelne Speise war super lecker, mit frischen Zutaten und fantasievollen Gewürzen gekocht. Stets war der Service am Tisch mehr als zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. In der Tat hatten wir hier ein ganz besonderes Gastronomieerlebnis und bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Würzburg wird es keine zweite Meinung geben, wo wir zum Essen hingehen. Essen top, wie seit Jahren schon. Leider ist der Service noch nie besonders gut gewesen und letztens war es leider sehr schlimm. Nicht aufmerksam, nicht abgeräumt. Wir konnten nicht einmal ein 2. Getränk bestellen, während der Kellner einen Shot am Nachbartisch getrunken hat. Hätte der Gast Priorität würde das ganze Konzept stimmen. Schade. Werde vorerst nicht mehr hingehen.

Essen war geschmacklich gut, Preis leicht überzogen. Service war dafür aber das letzte. Über 30 min Wartezeit trotz Reservierung, dreckiger Tisch/Boden, man wurde nach dem Essen förmlich hinausgebeten das heißt leere Getränke wurden abgeräumt man hatte nicht mal die Möglichkeit noch etwas zu bestellen. Leider kein Vergleich wie es früher mal war. Schade

Dieses Restaurant wird zu recht gehypt. Die Gerichte + Sushi sind richtig gut. Allerdings kommt mit gutem Ruf auch ein höherer Andrang und längere Wartezeiten. Man sollte also nicht kurz vorm Verhungern sein. Aber wenn man auf die Wartezeit eingestellt ist, ist es gar kein Problem.

Habe das Gefühl, dass dieser Laden zu sehr gehypt wird. Das Essen ist zwar gut aber Preis-Leistung leider nich zufriedenstellend. Getränke passen. Der Service war kaum präsent, teilweise wurde wir sogar angepampt, dass das Dessert, welches wir bestellen wollten, ausverkauft is. Was wir ja vorher auch nich wissen können? Alles in allem ok.
