Cocktails were very bad! It tasted like chemicals and the staff was still annoyed by the comment! Sushi were so so! I've eaten better ones too. Don't go there anymore.

Kokono is a very nice sushi bar. The food is freshly prepared and the selection of food is very large. The employees are very friendly and always come to the table quickly. The interior and exterior furnishings are very chic. So it's a very nice restaurant where you can eat very well. ;-)

We were there for lunch, the food was delicious, the service was great and the toilets were clean. We'll be back 😊

I was eating there today, when I asked about the toilet, the waiter wanted €3 from me (even though I was visibly pregnant) so that he could use the toilet. I think it's really cheeky if you're already a guest there and pay for the overpriced food. I don't know anything like that and all facial features have escaped me. The good gentleman then threw this €3 into the tip jar. Outrageous

The restaurant was very nice, the service was ok but not attentive, the food was average. We had sushi as a starter and prawn curry as a main course. Both came to the table shortly after ordering. We didn't even have time to eat the sushi as an appetizer. Unfortunately the curry was very tasteless and unfortunately there was a piece of beef in the shrimp curry. In a restaurant I expect that you can enjoy the food in peace and that the main course is served after the starter. Maybe I was just unlucky and the food is better on other days and the service is comparable to a restaurant. After all, you pay restaurant prices here and are not in a fast food restaurant.

Absolutely recommended. Never had better Asian food. And the ambience and service are also very nice.

terrible service and hospitality, the maid snorted in our faces because we did not understand and began to speak in German despite us speaking in English because we are foreign. Also we asked to pay with the card but they didn't let us do it, and also they didn't make us the receipt.

This restaurant offers the best sushi I have ever had. In addition to sushi, they have delicious dishes such as kokos-curry lachs. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is cozy and elegant. Highly recommended.

If you have lactose intolerance or fish/seafood intolerance, you're unfortunately in the wrong place here. Only 4 dishes were possible (1x starter, 2 sushi's which were also very similar and 1 warm main course). Really disappointing. The taste is ok, but I've had much better sushi...

Delicious sushi, very (!) delicious curries. Tofu was beautifully prepared and the sauce was perfectly creamy. For 2024, the curry was also very good value for money, so you'll be happy to come back. In sushi, the fish-rice ratio is fair and there is no skimping on the fish. The preparation is extremely (!) quick if the restaurant is not crowded. Sushi is prepared and beautifully presented at a counter directly in the restaurant where fish can be seen.

I went out for a nice meal with my family for the first time in months. But my food was full of mushrooms that were nowhere to be seen on the menu. Unfortunately I can't eat this because I have an extreme allergy to mushrooms. I told the condition I can't eat it because of that, but they don't exchange it, force you to take the food with you and pay for it even though I can't eat any of it. I would have understood it if mushrooms were on the menu. All the ingredients were there except the mushrooms. At prices like that it's really just outrageous.

Super delicious food and great ambience. The sushi tastes amazing and is presented really well. The selection is also good, unfortunately there are no pictures on the menu, so you are a little surprised at what comes. The service is friendly.

Complete failure. Unfriendly staff. The guest is king - you don't notice that at all here. Very overpriced. Can't recommend it. Only the ambience is right.

Food was good but also very expensive. Unfortunately it was packed. I also have the feeling that every inch of space there is being used. You're basically sitting at the next table. Chairs are very narrow and small (for a 120 kg person this is nothing) But you also have to be honest and say that even though the hut was full, they responded quickly to our concerns about the place and found a solution.

We recently went to Kokono in Würzburg for the first time. Centrally located, beautifully furnished location. The menu is extensive and has something for everyone. The dishes we ordered came with a great show and tasted great throughout. We only found the service to be a bit “rough and hasty”. All in all a successful visit and a recommendation.

The food is very tasty, I recommend visiting the Kokono restaurant chain. Each restaurant has its own individual decor, this one has an atmospheric tree. The staff is interested in the guest.

Here, a lot of emphasis is placed on the ambience and show surrounding the sushi. The food is all good, but the taste is rather run-of-the-mill, which is what the prices are for. Unfortunately, you cannot choose seats when making a reservation and depending on the location, it can sometimes be noisy.

Very tasty sushi, which is served in an upscale atmosphere that is also delicious to the eye. We're always happy to come back!

The food was very tasty, beautifully prepared and a feast for the eyes. We were there on a Saturday evening, the place was full and therefore very loud. The tables were very close together, so there was no room for romance.

It was our first time at KoKoNo and we had a very good seat by the window thanks to a reservation. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the service overall is quick and courteous. We had cocktails, as well as starters and main courses. The cocktails and the food were very good overall, but there was one point of criticism that ultimately only made me give it 4 stars. As a main course I ordered the “Best Ocean” fish plate, the most expensive dish on the menu. According to the menu description, it consists of scallops, king prawns and octopus tentacles. I got a very large plate, but it didn't contain any octopus tentacles. Since I only noticed this error afterwards, I unfortunately couldn't complain about it. The taste was wonderful, but for almost €27 as a single dish, something like that shouldn't really happen.

In my opinion, a highlight in Würzburg.

I came to the restaurant yesterday evening with my girlfriend, the restaurant itself was looking very appealing so we decided to take a table. Non really sure on what we wanted to try we went for the starters mix for two (22€ something), when it arrived in the plates we found 4 gyoza (dumplings with greens), another sort of dumpling with greens inside (cutted in half), 2 souces, 2 tempura shrimps (i ate tempura before, and that was defenetely too fried) and a lot of Edamame beans (see the picture). Nothing in that plate had any kind of flavour aside from the tempura, the only way to get some taste from those dishes was using the chilli-sour souce, even the other sauce was tasteless. If i'm spending 22 euros for a starter i'm expecting to be able to feel some flavour at least, not considering the fact that 95% there was veggies based, super cheap in taste and quantity. Then we went for a sushi plate for around 60 euros, the one that is supposed to be ate by 3 persons (we were really hungry) What we found was disappointing. The nigiri sushi was completly bad, too much rice and a small part of fish. In general the fish was poor in every sushi piece, i'm a very good sushi enjoyer and i would lie if im saying that it was good. Every single piece was tasteless. In the middle of the plate some salmon sashimi slices, so i wanted to test the fish, i was able to cut it with the only use of one chopstick not even using pressure, even the sashimi didn't had any taste. that's sign of old fish and bad quality. Without considering the fact that the sushi pieces weren't sorted correctly, if im ordering a sushi plate for 3 people im expecting to have at least 3 pieces of the same kind and not like just one piece of a kind and 2 of another, so we don't have to roll dices to decide who's gonna get what from the plate, not really smart. As drinks we had an Hugo, probably they forgot the prosecco wine because was basically sweet water. Nothing to say about the service, nothing great but not even terrible, the only bad thing was that when we first sitted we got served the classic empty plates all together in the middle of the table, from a restaurant with those prices i'm expecting something a little bit more carefull for the costumer. We didn't tipped much because we didn't felt it was deserved. We both work in gastronomy so we don't like to act bad but i would have left 0 euros.

The photos/reviews gave impression of chill and high end place, but reality was more loud, even crowded. Food came so quickly it was almost suspicious and it was not bad, but neither great or special. I personally was very disappointed in the prawn tempura sushi and doubted the freshness. Nigiri was very good though! It also is clear that they make sure you don't stay longer than the booked 90 mins. The staff is polite and nice, but you definitely get a feeling of "either eat, or get out". Overall disappointing, and we won't be returning.

Very nice atmosphere and great service. The food is also beautifully presented. However, I have to deduct 2 stars for the food (i.e. 1 in total) because our sushi was very loosely rolled and stuck to each other on the sides. This made it difficult to lift the sushi off the plate with chopsticks without tearing it or losing its contents. The spring rolls were really delicious and the taste of the sushi was good too.

Bin mit meiner thailändischen Lebensgefährtin hier mehrmals gewesen. Sie kann kochen, das sage ich euch! Sie wiederum ist so begeistert. Sehr sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Ambiente, toller Service, leckeres Essen und außergewöhnlich spektakulär angerichtete Teller machen dieses Restaurant zum absoluten Top Spot. Wir hatten als Vorspeise eine Suppe und als Hauptgericht eine Sushi Platte für 2 Personen und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wow! Seit langem nicht soooo gut gegessen und Ambiente und Service einfach Mega. Einfach perfekt.

Definitiv lecker, v. a das Sushi. Auch die Auswahl an Sushi ist recht groß. Mein vegetarisches Essen "white Fungus" mit Reis war auch sehr gut, jedoch hätte man den Tofu im Essen nicht benötigt. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Die Getränkepreise finde ich seeeeeeehr teuer.

Für meinen Geschmack relativ kitschige Einrichtung und recht enge Bestuhlung. Der Service war freundlich und schnell - es war an einem Donnerstag Abend aber auch nicht allzu viel los. Das Essen - wir hatten warme Gerichte und auch Sushi - war von ordentlicher Qualität, aber auch nicht wirklich herausragend. Viel Wert wird auf Trockeneis gelegt. Unterm Strich stimmt für mich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht so ganz. Und 5,50€ für ne Flasche Bier/Radler finde ich einfach viel zu teuer...fast schon unverschämt.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, schöne Ambiente mit gedimtem Licht und schönem Cherry Blossom Baum nach dem Eingang. Essen war sehr schmackhaft, man kann sogar bei den richtigen Pläten den Sushimeistern beim zaubern zu schauen. Alles in allem eine schöne Erfahrung!

Interessant eingerichtetes Restaurant. Man muss ein wenig Kitsch mögen mit Kunstkirschbäumen und Schummerbeleuchtung. Reservieren sinnvoll. Essen ansprechend angerichtet und geschmacklich gut, wenn auch nicht authentisch. Es ist eine eigene, kreative Fusion Küche. Gemüse sehr frisch und abwechslungsreich. Kinder willkommen, Hochstühle sind vorhanden.

So schön! Unglaublich. Essen allgemein sehr gut aber sehr wenig veggie ;/ Vor paar Monaten haben die Kellner noch was mit Dampf mitgebracht, jetzt machen Sie es nicht mehr. Schade

Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Ambiente war schön. Insgesamt alles top Ein GROẞES MINUS die Kellnerin sollte auf ihre wortwahl achten und mich nicht beleidigen wenn ich die sprache auch hören und verstehen kann.

Das Essen ist wirklich lecker und die Zutaten sind von hoher Qualität. Die Temperatur der warmen Hautgänge hätte durchaus höher sein können - mehr als "warm" war es leider nicht mehr. Was meiner Meinung nach aber gar nicht geht, dass Sushi-Platten, die als Hauptgang bestellt wurden, z.T. 20-30min ungekühlt und unabgedeckt auf einem Tisch (im Gastbereich) ohne Spuckschutz stehen. Der Service empfanden wir als gut und bemüht. Die Lautstärke ist der Größe des Gastraums geschuldet. Unser Tisch war leider mitten im Zug der Eingangstür und bei jedem Öffnen wurde es recht frisch für uns. Über einen Zeitraum von fast 3 Stunden, war es dann doch ein bisschen nervig.

Ein tolles Ambiente für groß und klein, die Kinderkarte besteht aus zwei Gerichten, ansonsten gibt es viele tolle Gerichte neben einer großen Auswahl an Sushi. Freundliches Personal und schneller Service.

Das Sushi ist sehr sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist schön eingerichtet jedoch empfand ich es als etwas zu dunkel und eng. Freundlicher Service und kurze Wartezeiten.
