Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Abgebildet ist das Wildschwein. Habe mit Kollegen im Innenhof etwas getrunken.

Wir waren heute auf dem Weindorf im Julius Bereich und waren absolut zufrieden! Wir waren uns erst unsicher welcher Wein es sein sollte aber die Bedienung hat uns bestens beraten und sich gut gekümmert! Wir hatten eine Flasche vom Souvion Blanc und einen Käse Teller dazu was alles Mega lecker war. So zufrieden dass wir uns den Wein auch für zu Hause holen werden. Unsere Bedienung „Melina“ hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht! Alles flott gelaufen. Weiter so! Auch wenn man bei euch im Restaurant essen geht absolut hervorragend! Weiter so absoluter Spitzen Service!!

Auch wenn es Essen ein wenig "feiner" häte sein können, hat der exzellente Service und die gute Weinauswahl das kleine Manko wettgemacht.

Leider stimmt hier das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Ich hatte blaue Zipfel, 3 kleine Würstchen im Zwiebelsud und nicht im Wurzelsud mit einer Scheibe Brot für 15€. Und das nach der Steuersenkung. Da sollte der Anspruch dieses schönen Lokales ein anderer sein! Schade!

Wir haben mit einer größeren Gruppe dort im Innenhof gespeist. Der Service war sehr gut, trotz der großen Gruppe kamen Essen und Getränke zeitgerecht, das Essen lecker, der Wein ebenfalls.

Wir waren dort zum Mittagessen. Wir bestellten das Tagesgericht und öffneten eine Flasche Weißwein. Das Spargelgericht der Saison war köstlich, und der Wein passte hervorragend dazu. Das Tagesgericht ist außerdem preisgünstig.

Wunderbares Essen mit passendem Wein. Sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert. Abends Reservierung sinnvoll.

Ein ziemlich seltsamer Cappuccino mit einer verbrannten Kruste (?).

Ausgezeichnetes Essen, freundlicher Service und der Wein sowie der Obstler waren hervorragend. Wir hatten Wildschweinwürstchen, trockenen Silvaner und einen Obstler.

Ein MUSS für jeden Würzburg-Besucher! In diesen Traditionsrämen hat sicherlich schon Konrad Röntgen seine Schoppen gefetzt. Ich hatte Spargel mit Butter und gekochtem Schinken. Sehr fein. Der Hammer war aber das Erdbeer-Tiramisu-Dessert das einfach göttlich war. Sollte den Koch noch nach seiner Inspiration dazu fragen... Die Bedienungen haben unsere 25köpfige Gruppe routiniert und mit Engagement bedient. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn das Julius-Spital zu voll sein sollte, dann eben ab ins Bürger-Spital, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Eines unserer Lieblingsrestaurants in Würzburg mit einem umfangreichen Speisenangebot, aber auch einer immer wieder interessanten wechselnden Wochen- oder Monatskarte. Gute Weinen vom benachbarten Weingut Juliusspital runden das Angebot perfekt ab. Das Personal ist erstklassig, stets freundlich und kompetent, man fühlt sich immer sehr wohl und willkommen.

Sehr gute Gastronomie, wir haben Krapfen gegessen und die guten Weine genossen. Immer wieder gerne dort.

Uriges und traditionsreiches Weinrestaurant direkt im Zentrum von Würzburg. Es gibt - logisch - viel Wein aus der Region, aber auch die Speisekarte ist recht umfangreich und enthält auch sehr leckere vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. An den Wänden Gemälde der Spitalgründer, alte Kandelaber über den Tischen, alte Weinflaschen und Deko rund ums Thema Wein. Der Service ist freundlich, schnell und humorvoll. Kann man gut machen, wenn man mal in Würzburg ist.

Eine tolle Weinkeller Führung und weinprobe. Der 250 m lange Gang mit den Weinfässern mystisch.

Unfassbar nervige Leute am Nebentisch. Eigentlich hat sich der gesamte Bereich gestört gefühlt. Sowas sollten die Gäste nicht untereinander ausmachen müssen. Das sollte eigentlich dem Personal auffallen. Das Essen war aber sehr gut. Und sonst war der Service sehr aufmerksam.

Hier stimmte alles! Große Weinauswahl, leckeres Essen, freundliches, flottes und hilfsbereites Personal. Und das Ambiente war auch noch super. Beim nächsten Würzburg-Aufenthalt bin ich wieder dort

Ich war eingeladen zu einem Geburtstag.Alles rundum gelungen. Aufmerksamer Kellner. Gutes Essen...

Wir waren heute mit über 30 Personen angemeldet und hatten eine Vorauswahl an Speisen zur Auswahl. Ich hatte das Original "Wiener Schnitzel" vom Kalbsrücken bestellt und mich richtig darauf gefreut. Was dann auf dem Teller serviert wurde, hatte Imbis-Qualität. Das Fleisch, mit Sicherheit kein Kalbsrücken, war ca. 3mm dick. Die Panade klebte an dem Fleisch uns war in Summe dicker als das Fleisch. Zudem war es in der Friteuse zubereitet. Bratkartoffeln waren es auch nicht. Eher leicht angebraten und dann gedämpfte Kartoffelscheiben. Preiselbeeren waren okay. Das Bier aus der Flasche akzeptiere ich, weil es ja eine Weinstube ist, aber für 5,50 für 0,33 Liter auch so nicht akzeptabel. Zumal es gut gezapftes Bier in Würzburg für 3,20 Euro je 0,25 Liter gibt. Ich habe das Essen zurück gehen lassen und auch nicht bezahlt. Das Personal war such nicht einsichtig. Aber vielleicht wissen sie nicht was ein Wiener Schnitzel ist. Würzburg immer gern wieder. Die Weinstube Juliusspital nie wieder. Last euch nicht an der Nase herum führen.

Es ist sehr angenehm hier Essen zu gehen. Es beschleicht einen allerdings der Verdacht, daß die Küche doch nicht so wertvoll ist, wie sie sich gibt. Ein Coq au Vin sollte eigentlich so lange im Wein schmoren, daß man es schmeckt. Unser Maispoulet schmeckte allerding eher nach kurz in Rotwein angebraten. Ich gebe allerdings gerne zu, daß der Restaurantbesuch dennoch eine Gaumenfreude ist.

Ich bin öfter dort und immer sehr gern. Allerdings fällt mir auf, und das zunehmend verärgert, dass das attraktive Tagesgericht niemals am Abend ( und das heißt schon um 17 Uhr) noch verfügbar ist. Was soll das? Wenn doch klar ist, dass die Nachfrage stets größer ist als das Angebot, dann sollte man das Angebot eben ausweiten. Oder alternativ auf so ein Angebot verzichten. So verärgert man die treuen Kunden ( und neue auch).

Rustikales uriges Restaurant mit sehr gut gelaunten Bedienungen.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr zu empfehlen! Monatliches Tagesessen, Wochenkarten und Hauptspeisekarte. Für die ganze Familie etwas dabei.

Wir waren gestern zum Mittagessen in der Weinstube. Freundliche Ober. Als das Essen kam mussten wir es leider zum Aufwärmen schicken. Meine Schweinelende war durchgebraten und sehr trocken. Die „frischen“ Pilze hatte der Schlag getroffen! Der Sauerbraten war leider sehr zerkocht und das Blaukraut sehr unschön über dem Teller verteilt. Man hätte sich eine extra Schale für das Kraut gewünscht. Wir hatten in all den Jahren dort noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Der Preis ist sehr angehoben und entspricht nicht der Qualität. Schade!!!

Sehr gutes, regionales und hochwertig zubereitetes Essen! Schönes Ambiente, dazu die sehr guten Juliusspitalweine in einer Auswahl, die von jedem etwas bietet. Fisch aus eigener Zucht, hier ein prächtiger Waller in knackigem Wurzelsud, nicht verkocht! Super!

Ehrwürdiges Gebäude mit wunderbarer Kulinarik! Gerne auch den Innenhof besuchen: die Wiege der modernen Anatomie!

Ich persönlich mochte Wiener Schnitzel und gebackene Kartoffeln nicht.

Ich war mit meiner Frau am Sonntagabend vor Weihnachten in den Weinstuben Juliusspital. Wir hatten beide das 3-Gang-Menü und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Es schmeckte alles hervorragend. Auch der Service war erstklassig.

Super leckeres Essen. Der leckerste Rotkraut, den ich jemals gegessen habe! Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Das Essen kam superschnell! Im insgesamt ist das Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen…

Ich durfte den Service und das Ambiente der Weinstube im Rahmen einer Weihnachtsfeier genießen, auf der ich gezaubert habe. Alles war sehr zu empfehlen. Der Nebenraum war sehr schön eingedeckt und dekoriert. Die Angestellten waren äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Absprachen wurden immer eingehalten und alles konnte flexibel durchgeführt werden. Das Essen war grandios und der Service perfekt. Gerne komme ich wieder in dieses schöne Lokal!

Leider fand unsere Weihnachtsfeier keinen schönen Abschluss. Wir hatten für ca. 10 Personen einen Tisch bestellt. Bei der Reservierung wurde uns bereits das Zeitfenster bis 20 Uhr genannt. Um 19.30 Uhr kam das Servicepersonal und fragte wie wir die Rechnung wollen. Wir waren noch mit den Desserts und vollen Gläsern beschäftigt. Sofort wurde uns die Rechnung gebracht und uns unmissverständlich mitgeteilt sie müssten die Tische neu eindecken. Das Essen war, ich hatte gebratene Entenbrust, kalt, zäh und keineswegs auf der Hautseite nochmals gebratenen. Die anderen Sachen, Vorspeisensalat und Dessert waren okay. Leider nicht das was man von diesem Lokal erwartet. Sehr enttäuschend.

We held a Christmas party at the Juliusspital with a large group – it was wonderful! The arrangements beforehand were absolutely professional and reliable, the table was beautifully set and decorated for Advent, the food and drinks were delicious for all the guests, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Without a reservation, getting a table on weekends is nearly impossible. Thankfully, we were seated at 4:30 pm, where we enjoyed an excellent bottle of wine. The service was very attentive. We will definitely return.

The prices are rather high, the wines are very good, and the food, especially the wild boar sauerbraten, is good but doesn't justify the price! The atmosphere in the side room is rather cold! So, stick to the main room! Overall, satisfactory with plenty of room for improvement!

Very friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. The order arrived quickly, unfortunately too quickly as it turned out. The dishes, lamb loin and two preparations of venison, were okay, but nothing more. The vegetables served with the lamb were delicious, the dumplings with the venison were the complete opposite. We wish we hadn't ordered the dessert selection. A mixed bag for us, but my comment only reflects our personal taste. As you can read here, other guests were quite enthusiastic.

A cozy wine bar with excellent service and very good, fresh, and modern cuisine. The wines are, of course, of the highest quality. They are happy to offer expert advice upon request. Reservations are recommended.

Very nice overall. The food was very tasty, but a bit overpriced.

We didn't have a reservation, but we were still able to sit outside in the nice weather. We were just informed that the table would be reserved after 1.5 hours. I thought it was very good that they told us right from the start which dishes were no longer available. The staff were very friendly. There was no rush. I'll definitely make a reservation next time.

I was a guest at the Juliusspital at the end of July with visitors from South Africa and England. Based on our reservation, we had a choice between two well-placed tables, one inside and one outside. Since the waiter noticed that I was speaking English to my guests, they were presented with English menus without being asked. Very attentive. The wines were, as expected, excellent (the Silvaner from the Juliusspitalist was not as acidic as other places). The menu offered a balanced mix of regional and seasonal specialties as well as classics (Wiener Schnitzel, etc.). The food was fresh and well-prepared, and served with a friendly atmosphere.

Very good venison steak. Good service. Clean and quiet. We went there to visit the winery on Sunday and found out the winery is closed on Sunday, but the restaurant is open, so we still got to try out their wine. We went there in the afternoon so only a couple customers at that time, no reservation needed.

A wonderful experience in the garden: The knuckle of pork was perfectly crispy roasted, with a delicate sauce, dumplings, and fresh salad – all for a very fair price of €16.50. The service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. Franconian specialties in a cozy atmosphere – highly recommended. A particularly nice touch: the restaurant's profits go towards the preservation of the historic hospital. A visit is doubly worthwhile!

We had an excellent meal here today and received friendly service. Everything was perfect… except that our original reservation wasn't registered, which wasn't a problem in this case, as there was plenty of space.

The ambiance is pleasant, and the waiters—I saw only men—were friendly and courteous despite the busy schedule. The food was good, but not cheap due to its popularity and demand. A good selection of drinks and wines, of course.

Today, we ate at the Juliusspital as a family for the first time in a while. There were eight of us, and when the food was served, we were all amazed. They were open all day so I was able to have a proper meal even though it was a late lunch. I wanted to try everything on the today's special menu. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was good, and the staff were very friendly.

Very expensive, only for the upper class who aren't hungry. We paid 45 euros for a couple of bratwursts and a couple of Blaue Zipfel with 3 slices of bread for 2 people and 2 bottles of water.

My previous comment was deleted. I filed a complaint. I repeat, the food was inedible; the legendary chicken was dry. The chicken burger was disgusting (the chicken was clearly not fresh). They also brought us a glass of wine with our hair. The waitress walked around with long black hair. I won't be coming back again.

The waiter with the beard and gray hair was very unpleasant. His colleague was very nice. 5 stars for the nice waiter.
