Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, very tasty food with large portions, good value for money! Come again!

I recently ate here for the first time with my daughter and I was very impressed. This was the first time I had eaten Mexican and I thought it was very tasty. I'd love to come back.

Been here many times and have always had fajitas con pollo. Unfortunately today the food was completely over salted and the peppers were missing from the dish. I complained about it straight away and they immediately took the meat platter back to the kitchen. After 15 minutes I got the meat plate back. This time with paprika and fried significantly more overall. Unfortunately you're just as salty as before. The meat was not edible at all. So I only ate the peppers, the lettuce and the cheese. The accompanying rice that came with the first platter of meat was of course now cold. For what was edible, this was an expensive evening for me. The waiter was very friendly and offered dessert or tequila, but I didn't feel like anything sweet or alcoholic. I just wanted a good meal like I'm used to. It's a shame, but it went completely wrong and twice in a row. That's no fun.

The ambience is so authentic, the food is delicious, the waiters are very accommodating, sometimes a bit loud but sociable (also possible with children, they are welcome, but whether you get your money's worth is probably different for everyone, as they go through the... volume are often restless, especially small children). All in all, highly recommended! 😊

The food and cocktails are insanely good and the host is very nice and relaxed

Delicious food.. Good and fast service (if there's nothing going on) otherwise there can be a wait of an hour I think Mexican music is cool...

The food was very good and tasty. Unfortunately the service was a bit disappointing. Orders were forgotten several times, we had to wait 30 minutes before we could pay even though it wasn't that busy and our promised round of tequila wasn't kept either.

If you call yourself a Mexican restaurant you should also offer dishes with an authentic Mexican spiciness. In any case, you are out of place here in this respect. The question about options for re-sharpening was answered with astonishment by the service.

The deciding factor in choosing this restaurant was the ambience. And it was truly extraordinary - like an evening in a Mexican village. The food was good and the drinks were even very good. The service was courteous and also very friendly. If you want to eat between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the weekend, you should definitely make a reservation!

We were really lucky and managed to get the last seat on a Saturday without a reservation :-) very well attended and that speaks for the place!! Great ambience, super fast and extremely competent, friendly service. Thanks to our lovely waitress MARINA. We were given very good advice and were able to enjoy the delicious homemade lemonade. Super delicious food. Great selection on the menu and perfectly labeled for vegetarians and vegans. Unfortunately we don't live in Würzburg, otherwise we would certainly be regular customers from now on. Big praise and thank you very much

The food is always great, whether in the restaurant or to take away. It has a nice vibe. The outdoor area is a real hit, especially in summer, and is really beautifully decorated.

The decor alone is worth seeing and goes wonderfully with the food. It can get loud downstairs when it's full, so I like to sit upstairs. But overall great! The food is delicious and especially if you are a fan of Mexican cuisine. I would love to go back here again and again. If there was still home delivery... :D

We come regularly - the New Year's Eve menu is particularly recommended

Not my thing. This is for young people. Lots of bustle. People come in, eat and leave again. Sitting comfortably is not something you want. The prices are rather above average. And be careful, it's not good for people with walking difficulties. Lots of stairs and very narrow. The quality is debatable. Some say that, others say that. I had a relatively dry chicken breast fillet that was in chili con carne. This consisted of a minced meat sauce with tagliatelle and a tablespoon or two of red beans. This costs 20.00. So everyone has to decide for themselves.

Was completely satisfied. The ambience was very appropriate, the food was good and the service was very accommodating.

We actually always like to come, but unfortunately the experience with the service staff yesterday was so unpleasant that we don't want to come again next time. The lady named Hanna was not only unfriendly but rude and absolutely cannot deal with customers. As always, the food was very tasty.

The food is great - especially the desserts. And there is something for everyone. Service sometimes takes a while, sometimes something is missing, but overall it's fine. The music and ambience match the food perfectly - a bit cramped in some places. I can only recommend it, I go there often.

This review criticizes the restaurant's lack of preparation and organization and the resulting poor service. Unfortunately, it was not possible to place an order by telephone for pickup on December 15, 2024 at 7:25 p.m. Reason: "The kitchen would be overloaded" - a shame :( Reachability by telephone is also very poor. The food has always been delicious and the atmosphere is very nice.

We spontaneously went to the restaurant and received very nice service and advice, many thanks to the staff.

Every time we are in Würzburg, a visit to Habaneros is a must. The food is incredibly delicious. I've tried a lot of dishes now, but I'm far from finished. In any case, we have never been disappointed. The ambience immediately gives you a holiday feeling. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is good. So I definitely recommend it!

Authentic Mexican food, amazing atmosphere, fantastic customer service!

Very large and delicious selection, including vegan dishes. Only the stools and the small round tables are a bit uncomfortable and unfavorable for two people in my opinion.

Unfortunately it always takes forever to get your drinks/food, otherwise it's a really good shop! The staff can't do anything about it, there are simply not enough employees!

Disappointment across the board – no recommendation My visit to Habaneros yesterday was anything but pleasant. The quality of my food was simply disappointing. I had a scalloped potato with some vegetables and cheese, and a salad was served with it, but it was completely inedible. The dressing was in a veritable flood on the salad - a taste fiasco. Was it cheap vinegar with added sugar? Or something else? No one at the table could classify the taste, but everyone agreed: stay away from it. The salad itself was about 80% cheap iceberg lettuce - simply unacceptable for a dish of this price. When the staff politely asked if I liked it, I answered honestly with "No, the salad was inedible." This was passed on to the kitchen, but instead of a sincere apology, I was just offered a new salad. I refused, saying: “I should continue to be fine.” Conclusion: The quality of the food and the handling of a legitimate complaint leave a lot to be desired. For such a simple dish at such a high price – this is a complete rip off. There are numerous restaurants in W. that offer much more. I will definitely not visit Habaneros again and I will not recommend it to any other guest. I couldn't pay with an EC card either. It was probably at the bank, well - whoever believes it.

Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie – Keine Empfehlung Mein Besuch im Habaneros gestern war alles andere als erfreulich. Die Qualität meines Essens war schlichtweg enttäuschend. Ich hatte eine überbackene Kartoffel mit etwas Gemüse und Käse, dazu wurde ein Salat serviert, der jedoch völlig ungenießbar war. Das Dressing war in einer regelrechten Flut auf dem Salat – geschmacklich ein Fiasko. War es billiger Essig mit Zuckerzusatz? Oder etwas anderes? Keiner am Tisch konnte den Geschmack einordnen, aber alle waren sich einig: Finger weg davon. Der Salat selbst bestand zu etwa 80 % aus billigem Eisbergsalat – für ein Gericht mit diesem Preis einfach nicht akzeptabel. Auf die höfliche Nachfrage des Personals, ob es mir geschmeckt habe, antwortete ich ehrlich mit „Nein, der Salat war ungenießbar.“ Dies wurde zwar an die Küche weitergegeben, doch anstelle einer ernst gemeinten Entschuldigung wurde mir lediglich ein neuer Salat angeboten. Ich lehnte ab, mit den Worten: „Mir soll es auch weiterhin gut gehen.“ Fazit: Die Qualität des Essens und der Umgang mit einer berechtigten Reklamation lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Für ein so einfaches Gericht zu einem so hohen Preis – das ist pure Abzocke. In W. gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, die deutlich mehr bieten. Das Habaneros werde ich definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen und ich empfehle es auch keinem anderen Gast!

I was at Habaneros with my friend this evening (11/19/2024). The food and drinks cannot be faulted. Normally I often go there to eat or just have a drink, but this evening a young service employee was shouted at by her colleague in front of all the guests. Unfortunately, I couldn't explain the exact background, but I couldn't understand how the poor young woman was treated. There is no obvious reason to me why you have to freak out like that in front of all the guests. Unfortunately, I have to say that I've noticed more often recently that the man behind the bar is rude to the young girls. For me, today was the last time I was there. There was no explanation for the whole thing and I didn't see the young lady again for the rest of the evening. I hope the boss doesn't let it get away with his girls being treated like that. Respectful treatment among colleagues is the most important thing.

Quality has its price, that's an old saying. But the quantity should also be mentioned here: the portions are such that no guest has to leave the restaurant hungry.

Food is very good and plentiful. The prices are very high and the drinks prices are out of this world, the service is tried hard but overwhelmed.

The store will no longer see me as a guest! 9.30 p.m. Fancy a cocktail to go. Worked well and expressed our wish. We were asked to wait at a bar table in the entrance area until someone came. In 20 minutes we asked various employees that we would like to order. You are put off or completely ignored. Finally I flagged down a gentleman who was obviously in charge behind the bar. After we explained to him that we had already been waiting for 20 minutes and no one was interested in us as paying customers. From one second to the next he becomes completely aggressive and extremely rude in his choice of words. We left the restaurant. I used to eat at Habaneros regularly. Not anymore.

The food was good, nothing outstanding, the service was also courteous, although requests were forgotten and the waiter was very slow at times. The ambience is very nice, the music selection is poor (mainstream instead of Mexican type), and the restaurant is not very crowded to enjoy.

I thought the habaneros themselves were really upscale, the drinks were good, the food was true, unfortunately not for me, but not bad for my partner, true, it was very good, just not mine

Super delicious food and beautifully idyllic Mexican interior. The prices are slightly high (around €30 p.p.) but the food is really good. Unfortunately, one person's fries were cold and the taste was not convincing. Overall, however, definitely recommended!

I actually always liked the place! But I've currently experienced two situations there when dealing with guests that weren't so great. It's open until 11 p.m. You are pushed out early after 10 p.m. Then we went to the team dinner, the waiters came very early and tipped our drinks over in the plastic cups so we could continue drinking outside. So a no go for me! Otherwise great food and atmosphere. But I still won't go there anymore.

Unfortunately the map has been changed. Unfortunately, my favorite cocktail (Hurricane) is no longer available. Not necessarily cheap in terms of price, but despite the high bill we left satisfied and happy. Highly recommended. Update 10/21/24. as always, everything is fine. Very happy to come. I can now also recommend churros, just like the home made lemonade

In the heart of Würzburg is a delightful Mexican restaurant. The food was excellent and our server, Janus, was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.

Actually no stars for this store. My husband's spare ribs fell on the floor when the waiter was serving them - that can happen to anyone. We were also told that we would have to wait a while for the "new" spare ribs. That wouldn't have been a problem either. However, we didn't wait that long because after 4 minutes the spare ribs were brought back to the table. Unfortunately, the ground spareribs apparently weren't thrown in the trash but rather the sauce was simply scraped off or washed off. There was no trace of the sauce described on the menu as there was on the other part of the spare ribs and the spare ribs were otherwise extremely dry and tough. After trying it, the hair in my mouth no longer whetted my appetite for another dish. We were surprised with a brownie, but the spare ribs from the floor just didn't make up for it. Simply a no-go, the longer waiting time wouldn't have been a problem at all.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at this restaurant. Food was delicious. Service was simply 0 He gave us the food as if he was paying from his own pocket. We wanted the drinks before dinner and he said we weren't a 5 star hotel. I ordered a coke that didn't come but was on the bill!!

One of my favorite restaurants in Würzburg. Great ambience, the food and cocktails are always tasty and of good quality. Particularly nice gestures, such as a free drink on your birthday, stand out from other restaurants and should be highlighted as customer service. The current trend of increasing prices and reducing portions doesn't seem to have passed us by during our last visit, but the portions are still large and filling. :) All in all, a clear recommendation!

Came on a Friday evening, had reserved and were guaranteed a table for 2 hours. The service was very nice and the drinks came very quickly, but we had to wait a little longer to eat, but it was also quite full. But it was beautifully prepared and very tasty. Reasonably priced but not cheap either. The ambience is very nice, whether inside or outside. It feels a bit like Encanto.

Experience gastronomy! Definitely worth a visit. The division into different floors makes you feel like you're sitting in a Spanish backyard. Everything is decorated and designed with a lot of love. The food is awesome. We were there on Taco Tuesday and were inspired by the Takko variety. The taste is amazing and the waitresses are also super nice. The cocktails are also very tasty and I can tell you that.
