Food is good, however the service is too slow. It took 1 hour for food to be served. When complained it was received as 'its saturday it takes an hour'. Good food but extreme slow service

The taste was rather mediocre! A crunchy corn on the cob should actually have something to do with crunchy, but unfortunately the corn on the cob was soft, floury and covered in sauce! With the main course you couldn't identify what you were actually eating. Generally a nice location, but very crowded and the acoustics were difficult! The service was nice and courteous!

Around 10:20 p.m. on a Tuesday, just before happy hour, I wanted to have a Long Island Ice Tea. The table was dirty and stayed that way. The card only came upon request. Conveniently, it was Dice Tuesday, which was the best thing about Jumbo. I remember it much more vividly in Hamm or Münster. Well, then the cards were collected without comment and the young waiter spent what felt like an eternity at the table of young ladies who were more busy talking than paying. Finally, at 11 p.m., I was just asked to pay, they were closing now. I wonder why the Tuesday evening menu says happy hour from 10.30 p.m. 🤔

When you have too much free time and like to wait. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food. The children were exhausted. One drink was served every 10 minutes. I can't recommend the restaurant.

Nice place. Prices are rising, or portions are smaller. Had a margarita for 10 euros, which was about 100ml It's very warm in the store. The food is tasty, service is friendly. Price/performance ratio is slightly off..

Sehr leckeres und authentisches Essen, Preis/Leistung passt. Angenehme Lokalität mit Barcharakter. Nur beim Service könnte z.B. die Getränkelieferung oder Nachbestellung beim Essen schneller gehen. Ansonsten gerne und jederzeit wieder.

I ordered the vegan ceviche as a starter, which unfortunately was just a bland seasoned tomato salad with tiny pieces of hearts of palm. The coriander, which should have added flavor to the dish, was completely missing. The vegan fajitas were also disappointing: greasy, tasteless and the vegetables were overcooked and had no bite whatsoever.

Good selection of cocktails, the food would have been okay if it had been warm, although the portions were rather small. The staff was friendly, but overwhelmed with bringing a really hot tea and dealing with a beer that was ordered out of two (none was delivered at first and then two were charged again later). The waiting times, especially for the drinks, were forever, we even had to wait 20 minutes for a bottled beer, even though it wasn't really full. The ambience was okay, unfortunately it was really cool and as I said, the tea to combat the cold wasn't hot either ...we will go somewhere else next time.

I really like this restaurant. But I have to say, that last 3 times we had to wait over an hour for our food (one time we even had to leave, because it took extremely long). Wine took like 30 minutes, and then the server came and said we have to leave in 10 minutes, because they have another reservation. I understand, that it's a fav place for many ppl, but do something about the waiting time! It's alarming to not be able to finish food and drinks peacefully in ca 1,5 hrs and be asked to leave in 10 minutes after you finally get your glass of wine you've been waiting for half an hour. That's why I have to give only 4 stars. The food is very nice, the interior is cozy and I've never met a rude server.

The food has improved significantly since our last visit. Great seasoning and some new dishes significantly enhance the restaurant! We will come back more often to enjoy the great atmosphere and now also the food.

Service unfriendly, as a guest I didn't feel really valued given various reactions. Food tastes rather indifferent and only hints of Mexican notes. Margarita and Zombie only saw hints of alcohol (happy hour???).

Quite a nice atmosphere and all, but the tacos are much too small and all different sizes, you have to wait a long time for your food and then, as mentioned above, the portions are small. The toilets are very poorly signposted and in the dark it is difficult to see which door is for which gender.

My first time in Enchilada Würzburg. They have a really nice ambience: colourful and calm with perfect lighting that goes well with the evening. The service is very attentive and friendly. They did handle a big group of 15 people well. The long drinks and cocktails are good. The food was delicious. Everyone seemed to be satisfied with what they ordered. My vegetarian Chimichanga and the Cauliflower taco were awesome. The portions are good as per the prices offered. The card payment is accepted. Overall a very nice place to host parties or have an amazing evening with a group of friends.

We had reserved a table, when we arrived we were asked how long we wanted to stay, we said all evening, we were confirmed that it was fine, at 10.30 the waitress came and asked if we wanted any more drinks, we all still had ours Glasses half full, 5 minutes later the exemption came again and told us we had to pay now because the online reservation for our table was there. We were basically just thrown out. This has never happened to us in any restaurant.

Würde eigentlich eine 2,5/5 geben, da Atmosphäre, Cocktail und Personal gut waren, aber die Tacos waren geschmacklich nicht überzeugend und man konnte sie nur schwer essen, da sie lapprig waren und aufeinander gelegt wurden. Würde nicht wiederkommen, auch wenn es meiner Begleitung geschmeckt hat. Sie hatte aber auch etwas anderes zu essen, siehe Foto:

The service was very slow and not at our table very often. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and the cocktail consisted almost entirely of ice cubes. The ambience was nice, but the music was so loud that we could hardly hold a conversation.

Ein Abend mit Freunden steht und fällt mit den Gesprächen, der Atmosphäre und vor allem auch mit den Getränken. Was das enchiladas in Würzburg immer gut besucht ist sollte ja mittlerweile jeder wissen, aber so eine nette, zuvorkommende und flotte Bedienung, als jene, die und dort bedienten, hat man selten. Der Service war einfach klasse und die Getränke haben gemundet

Das Enchiladas hat mich voll überzeugt! Die Tacos waren frisch, perfekt gewürzt, und die Guacamole ein Traum. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, die Atmosphäre lebendig und einladend. Wer authentische mexikanische Küche sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme wieder!

Super rude manager. Of course there is a massive shortage of workers in the catering industry, but responsibility cannot be given to someone who complains to potential guests in a threatening tone. It costs nothing to ask so much.

Update November 2024: Beware of fraud in the free cocktail competition! You are lured into the restaurant with a free cocktail competition, but these were still included in the calculation! I wrote an email immediately after the visit and received prompt feedback from management that the case was being examined. That was over two weeks ago - in the meantime I wrote two more emails and tried several times to get through to the restaurant without success. Without success. Very dubious, disgraceful and simply an absolute disappointment! Cozy Mexican restaurant with great cocktails. I particularly like the cozy “feel-good” atmosphere there. I can recommend the frozen margaritas, absolutely delicious!

Unsere Servicekraft war super freundlich und aufmerksam . Beim Essen ging etwas schief - es hat lang(fast eine Stunde) gedauert und wir bekamen nicht alles gleichzeitig. Eines unserer Essen war zudem von einem anderen Kellner weggeschnappt und woanders hin geliefert worden. Passiert, ist halt blöd, vor allem weil der Tisch ja zeitlich limitiert ist. (Man hat uns dann eine halbe Stunde zugegeben👍Geschmacklich war das Essen ok. Allerdings relativ kalt - bis auf das nachgelieferte. Die Cocktails etc. sind nicht gerade billig - aber da gibt es dann ja die Happy Hour.

Even though the service was friendly and the interior design was nice, our food was quite poor. We had the fajitas: few jalapenos, cheap creamy salsa, uncut lettuce, red coleslaw is found in Mexican cuisine, but this one didn't taste good. We found the chicken meat to be the most problematic: without any texture or fibers. This opens up room for speculation... While it might help with the youthful atmosphere, the music was too loud and more of a party sound and didn't really go with the food. I don't think we need it a second time.

Closes much sooner than stated. This corresponds to drinking a mediocre cocktail while hungry.

We were a slightly larger group, so it was understandable to wait longer. But I don't think it's appropriate to wait a whole hour just for drinks, and I also waited 2 hours for a side salad? In total we sat there for 3 hours. Mexican is a special flavor, but it was still satisfying. The staff was okay.

Lange Wartezeiten von 20 Min bis man die erste Bedienung sieht, Essen lauwarm und trotzdem so verkocht gewesen dass man die Bestandteile nicht mehr wirklich erkennen konnte. Das muss man erstmal schaffen. Finger weg.

The size of the food chosen was very sobering. As a man with a normal appetite, you would easily have needed half an additional portion. Cocktail was good.

Wir waren zum ersten mal Geschäftlich mit 8 Personen hier. Service hat von der ersten Bestellung bis hin zur Bezahlung sehr lange gebraucht war unfreundlich & nicht kritikfähig. Das Steak kam einzeln, die Beilagen dazu 20 min. später. Auf Nachfragen beim Service wurde uns gesagt, das die Küche Schuld sei. Das Essen war ok. Uns wurde gesagt das wir den Tisch 2 Std. Belgien dürfen, dann müssen wir gehen. Dann durften wir doch länger sitzen. Wir waren enttäuscht und werden das Lokal nicht wieder besuchen, da für uns das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis nicht passt.

The service wasn't that fast... reserved for 14 people and only 13 chairs... food was already there, but no cutlery and then not enough.

It took exactly 35 minutes for us to get our 2 drinks. These were by far the worst cooktails in a long time, felt like 90% ice and 0 taste, so for 12.90 that's bordering on... The waiter also had no interest.

I celebrated my birthday evening there and had one of the best tasting cocktail called Long Palloma 🙌 which by the way was on the house! The service was quick and very good! The ambience is very interesting and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend trying this cocktail 🍹 and will visit again for sure 👌

On Thursday August 8th, 2024 we wanted a table in the courtyard for 10 people. We had been sitting for a while until a female server explained to us that she couldn't serve this table. We then just wanted to move to another table. However, this was not possible either. Although only a maximum of a third of the tables were occupied, two female service staff explained to us that they could not serve such a large group because they were alone and couldn't do it. There were also a lot of free tables in front of the restaurant, which were also not allowed to be occupied. WE SHOULD MOVE NEXT DOOR TO BESITOS! We were served very courteously there, chairs and tables were put together for us straight away, and the cocktails and snacks were very good. CONCLUSION ENCHILADA: Subterranean understanding of service, especially in terms of tone, absolute disinterest in guests and therefore certainly not an option for all of us in the future.
