Nachdem wir hier jahrelang sehr gerne gegessen haben waren wir diesmal extrem enttäuscht. Der Kellner steht, gefühlt, mit der Stoppuhr neben einem, man hat genau 1,5 Stunden Zeit, dann ist der Tisch wieder vergeben. Das Kalbsschnitzel war zäh und die Pommes labbrig. SCHADE

Were there for dinner at Christmas and we were satisfied. The staff is very nice and tries to do everything possible for the well-being of the guests. If something doesn't go well, just speak up straight away, but like I said, it was great. We will come back.

Unfortunately, I expected more 😢 I had the "French" pancake. Instead of fresh chicken breast, I had pieces of frozen chicken in brine, because the typical "juice" from the brine oozed out of the pancake. Well, it's more about quantity than quality, after all, reservations are processed every hour, which is a shame...

We made a last-minute reservation for dinner by phone. The fish platter with three different fillets was a delight, and the service was very friendly.

Service not good. Waited 2 hours for food because the waiter forgot it. Then no salad, as it said on the menu. The waiter's remark "the menu is for an ass". Fish raw. A main course was also forgotten at the next table. Eating relatively little. But expensive.

Mega. Driving back to Usedom tomorrow. And of course we go back to the restaurant. Best regards

My mom and I went there last week hoping to get something delicious to eat. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that they weren't fresh schnitzel, but rather that every schnitzel looked flat, like it had come from the freezer, and the fried potatoes that I had ordered with it all looked the same, were swimming in oil and, in my opinion, had also come from a bag. The price was totally overpriced for these Esden. The young waiter was very friendly and considerate but despite that we won't be visiting this restaurant again, sorry

Good cuisine and good service. At this time of year (beginning of April) there weren't many guests present. Still highly recommended.

We spontaneously stopped here for dinner after 6 p.m. today, April 8, 2025. Very inconspicuous on the outside but really nicely furnished on the inside. Great, nice, friendly service, could have been the boss. We noticed well-filled plates at the neighboring tables. As expected, our order came lovingly prepared and it was simply delicious, a feast for the taste buds. We as a family really enjoyed it. Lots of attention to detail. Among other things, my wife reports that in the women's toilet you walk on glass plates and there is straw underneath. We'll come back when we're busy in Neubrandenburg. VG and please try it out. We weren't disappointed.

I was on a short hiking break in the buoy ;-). Coffee and herring rolls, fantastic. Plus interesting background information from the landlord. Nice, cozy facility! Gladly again in Neuendorf..

I have no idea why there are such bad reviews here. The service was great, we had reserved in advance. There were no long waiting times, the portions were absolutely sufficient and absolutely something to please the palate! The prices are justified at this location. And if it's too expensive for you, you should inquire in good time or simply not go. We will definitely come back.

I was able to experience the hotel from March 20th, 2025 to March 24th, 2025 🤗 Felt a great sense of well-being from the first second 😊 Extremely nice and courteous reception staff and all other employees 😊 My room with a view on the 3rd floor was beautiful and didn't promise too much 🤗 A sensational and extensive breakfast set the mood for a great day every morning ☺️☺️☺️ The location of the hotel simply cannot be topped 😍 Direct location on the beach promenade with a wonderful view of the pier ☺️ You should book the parking space directly at the hotel in advance 😊as it is very limited due to local conditions 😊 The parking lot on private property on Goethestrasse is also safe and only a 2-minute walk away 😊 I felt extremely comfortable in this wonderful atmosphere of the hotel and will definitely visit it again 🤗🤗🤗
