Lousy service. We waited a quarter of an hour for the card. Then we ordered. After three quarters of an hour nothing had happened. Even though the restaurant wasn't full. I spoke to several friends. They also had the experience. The restaurant is absolutely not recommended.

We wanted to try some authentic German food so we came here since it was close to where we were staying. The people were kind and friendly and the food was delicious!

A very good restaurant with a delicious, changing menu. The selection is rather small, but the focus is on quality. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available. Unfortunately, the restaurant is currently undergoing renovations.

A real gem in terms of location. Completely subjective: The dishes were a bit too greasy/oily for us and a bit too unseasoned in terms of taste. The cake is made with love, but the price is too ambitious for what is on offer. "Nevertheless" we will come back :-)

Nice location, good atmosphere and very good food. I was there with 8 people and we were served very friendly. We all enjoyed it very much and we will be back.

Everything here is just right; nothing is fake or overstated. The food is simply excellent, the service is authentically Hamburg, and you immediately feel at home. What more could you want?!?! But, without a reservation, it can be difficult to find a seat.

Unfortunately, a regional, traditional inn is once again closing its doors. Solid, lovingly furnished inn with regional cuisine. Here the boss cooks himself. A German restaurant located near Boutique Street, offering many places to eat inside! The decoration is quite unique. Some of the specialties of the meal are "German Pork Knuckle" and "Beer". The beer here does not taste very flat and is less bitter. I personally recommend ordering the German Pork Knuckle! The outer skin is fried very crispy, while the inner dolls retain a very juicy and tender texture. If you are walking around the boutique street of Hamburg, Germany, it is a great place to dine if you are hungry! Visitors from Asia or Taiwan must try the local German pork knuckle. The food was very good, both the steak and the vegetarian feta. Overall, good and fast service. Highly recommended.

I visit the Schweinske in Ottensen at regular intervals for lunch, especially to meet up with friends there. The prices are absolutely fair and affordable, the food is good. What makes me particularly happy is that the staff there is always nice and friendly (even under stress). People like to go there.

We actually like going to Hatari. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse in recent years. You definitely have to have time/patience, but that's okay. But what really doesn't work is that the chef let out a burnt cordon bleu. It was really partly black and completely dried out inside. Something like that shouldn't happen. Instead of making a new one straight away, we waited to see whether we would let it go back... and the burger came out lukewarm. What a shame!

On January 18th In 2025 I was celebrating an 80th birthday. Everything was perfect: service, very attentive staff, nice atmosphere, excellent food! Highly recommended for any type of celebration or meeting place!!
