The food is simply very well done. And tastes great. Service really nice. And since I really appreciate good food, I would like to say something at this point for people who write reviews: Mistakes happen. And if a meal is burnt, you can have it brought back again. If the food really doesn't taste good, you can give it a rating. Especially if you have read the predominantly good reviews beforehand. Which then tells the intelligent person that there must have been a little faux pas here. And the rule has not been revealed here. I find writing that you can't explain how all the good reviews come about to be premature and, to be honest, just hateful.

Unfortunately our visit did not live up to our expectations. The stint was fresh, but unfortunately quite greasy. What was particularly disappointing was that the portions were counted precisely - 5 stints per round - and the first two portions were served cold or only lukewarm. Only the last portion was somewhat okay. The side dish, the fried potatoes, was also weighed, which seems quite petty given the price of 30.00 euros (without drinks). Although we were able to order more stints twice, unfortunately my father and I didn't get enough. Overall it wasn't bad, but nothing special either. We expected more for the price and unfortunately we won't be coming back. It's a shame because we were looking forward to a nice meal.

Hermosa comida y servicio atento pero no forzado. La ensalada de pepino era sabrosa y ligera. La sopa de castañas estaba caliente y muy sabrosa. Mejilla de buey... para morir. Hermoso puré cremoso, verdes crujientes y sabrosos, la mejilla de buey simplemente se desmoronó y la salsa era para morirse! El desmoronamiento de la plomada era agradable, aunque una porción relativamente pequeña dado el costo. El helado estaba delicioso. Nos hicieron sentir tan bienvenidos y nos enviaron con una toma de Hamburgo de algo u otro. Sin duda recomendable. Un sabor encantador de Hamburgo.

We were here on April 12th, 2024 to celebrate our wedding, we celebrated with about 60 people. It was beautiful and we were very happy with everything. The owner Arne Meyer spoke to us several times and always had an open ear. We were also able to adjust the schedule on site at short notice to suit the celebration. We had the best day of our lives here and hope that many more celebrations will take place here. P.S. The food was very good and there was something for everyone. We booked a buffet. Wie immer ein Hochgenuss; kulinarisch mit das Beste in ganz Hamburg; ein wirklich wie immer netter Abend mit einem Genuss auf hohem Niveau; unverständlich wie man hier glaubt in einer Stunde mit 5 Gängen durch zu sein; absolut empfehlenswert.

The ambience is admittedly nice, the food is good, but not much for the prices. Cocktails small and very expensive. Now the big minus: ordered 5 large beers, each one of which was clearly filled below the calibration mark. Not a little, but at most 2/3. The most blatant thing - despite my advice, there was no improvement after the second one. Ergo, all that remains is the assumption of the business model. Of course, you make a decent margin on drink prices. Never again for me, something like that doesn't work.

das essen war sehr frisch und lecker besonders die fleisch- und kartoffelgerichte waren hervorragend das personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit das ambiente des restaurants war sehr gemütlich und angenehm jedoch kann der platz etwas eng sein

Wir waren zu einem Konzertbesuch in Hamburg, am Vorabend waren wir zum Abendessen hier. Von der telefonischen Reservierung bis zur Verabschiedung war alles super cool und angenehm. Ach ja, das Essen war klasse , ich hatte aufgrund einer Empfehlung Labskaus als Vorspeise, spektakulär, besser geht's nicht! Beim nächsten Besuch gehen wir vorher in die dazugehörende Bar, da hängt ein klares Statement im Kasten mit der Getränkekarte!!!

Immer wieder toll im Laufauf. Einfache deutsche Küche - versteckt in einem leckeren Auflauf. Hamburgisch - authentisch mit nettem Personal.

Uriges, kleines Lokal in einer schönen Gegend, die sich auch unabhängig vom Essen für einen Bummel lohnt. Nach einem Michel-Besuch eine schöne Alternative zum Portugiesenviertel. Essen phantastisch, frisch zubereitet und mit hochwertigen Zutaten, auf den Punkt gewürzt. Allerdings schon mächtige Portionen, bei kleinerem Hunger sollte man darauf hinweisen und wird entsprechend zu Alternativen beraten. Sehr freundlicher Service, der alles top organisiert und alle Wünsche erfüllt. Immer gern wieder.
