Die besten Restaurants mit Burgerrestaurant Essen in Nordrhein-Westfalen

Food was good according to the chain. The waitress was obviously drunk (carnival) and had to be reminded by us about little things like paying for the food. This restaurant also uses “tip screens” - when paying with a card, you are immediately asked to tip in a double-digit percentage range. (In this case even for a to-go order) We probably won't come here again.

We wanted to reserve a table, but they told us we didn't need to, we should just walk in. When we got there, the place was packed, and there was a line all the way to the entrance. It was a disgrace.

The food deserves 5 stars, no question. Everything is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. However, the service was very unfriendly and arrogant. We were served by Fabienne. The waitress kept pressuring us to order, even though it was a Monday before 2 p.m. and there were hardly any customers. We didn't dare ask anything because she immediately asked us if we "couldn't read" the menu. Her behavior made us feel uncomfortable. When we paid (without a tip), the waitress took the money and left without a word. No goodbye, nothing.

Wirklich enttäuschend. Mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen. Von den selbst gemachten Saucen habe ich nicht viel geschmeckt. Kam mir fast vor wie ohne Sauce. Für die Preise habe ich schon Burger mit deutlich mehr Geschmack gegessen. Dabei war alles sehr sauber und der Service war auch sehr freundlich. Schade eigentlich.

There is a large selection of burgers and other delicacies here. We had reserved a table and the service provided us with drinks and food very friendly and quickly. The burgers are very good, nothing to complain about here. There is a 1 star deduction for the ambience because of the non-functioning ventilation. Otherwise you can't go wrong here. We'll be back.

Good citizens… The chicken with potato pancakes is my favorite.

All in all it was fine. However, I don't think it's great, especially when we've just recovered from Corona, that the waitresses don't put on gloves while preparing the glass decorations (fruit, sweets on skewers, etc.)

My review got deleted lol, here it is again: Burned, unedible, outright health hazard. What happened to this place?! Have you guys ever heard of carcinogens? We used to order every week. Our favorite burger place was closed so we ordered from Space Burger again after a while. First they sent a burned patty with 50% of the surface black with literal charcoal pieces embedded in the bun, the smell was nauseating. I called them and they generously offered to bring a new one and I can send back the burned one. Now they delivered the second burger and it's just as burned... I paid 13,50€ for this joke and two times 2€ for the delivery guy, as he has nothing to do with this disgrace of a burger. I spent 10 minutes trying to remove as much charcoal from the second burger as I could but it smells really bad and my appetite is gone. The avocado, the bun is full of little charcoal pieces. Shame on whoever makes these!
