You are wrong, gentleman, you are making a mess between me and another customer. I ordered online and the doner came old and you told me on the phone that every 3 days you put a new skewer in and the old one is separated. This means that the toner, like your face, is old and rotten Junk food.. doner smells bad and raw.. This is the last time. And schimmelig 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤧🤧🤧🤧 This is not the case

Before our visit to the Scala Theater we had made a reservation for 10 people at Hans im Glück. Very good and friendly service, burgers for every taste, nice atmosphere.

Price/performance is simply top here

It's nice but the menu is a little boring

Very cool concept, beautiful design, delicious food and cool cocktails! Huge portions of salads and big burgers!

The food was completely ok, but still very expensive! Unfortunately the service is disorganized and chaotic despite 4 people standing behind the counter. We pre-ordered yesterday and still had to wait 25 minutes in the store. This can happen, but communication should still be friendly. In addition, a burger was prepared incorrectly. We got a new burger, but unfortunately the ingredients that were ordered and paid for separately were missing. We waited another 15 minutes for the missing burger. In total we waited on site for 40 minutes. Of course the rest of the food was cold! There wasn't really an apology...

The best pizza ever! But only at Garden Pizza

We have eaten very good and tasty burgers there several times and have always been very satisfied. So far we haven't had a better burger anywhere else and we really enjoy going out for burgers. :)

Burgers, beer and more. Modern atmosphere. Good quality. Happy to recommend.

I don't know how they did it, but this restaurant had the best burgers of all the Hans Im Glück we have tried. Including the one in Singapore. So, we were pleasantly surprised. Staff is super friendly and speaks English. Our meal came in fast as well. We had a very pleasant evening.

Restaurant closed although it says open 1/21/24

Good proximity to the tourist attractions of Cologne. Offers plenty of space to settle down. However, we found some hiccups; the burger was borderline lukewarm unlike the boiling fries. We did not receive our drinks during service, special mention for the waiter who spoke very good English who pleaded our case and who apologized on behalf of the team. In terms of value for money, it was a first for Five Guys, we found the prices much too high. (40€ for two people).

Today I was in Minden in the restaurant "Poppins", it is located on the market. The restaurant, or bar, is certainly designed specifically for young people, or for those who consider themselves young, but that's okay. I ate a "cheese and bacon burger", it consisted of wheat bun, unfortunately I don't know what that is, it probably means the bun, homemade burger sauce, mixed salads, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, tomatoes, sandwich pickles and homemade fried onions The burger tasted very good. I was probably the only one who ate the burger with a knife and fork. I also ate French fries.
