Friendly service! Delicious food - both the bowl and the burger!

Not a bad salad, mint elderflower, non-alcoholic wheat beer, Wolperdinger burger with multigrain. And bird of paradise.

The portion was a bit small, but the burger was very tasty. The chili mayo had a good kick! 👌 Very good. The waiter was a little slow taking our order, but once we did, the food arrived incredibly quickly. The waiter was also friendly. However, I found the bench very uncomfortable, and the look with the birch trees in the middle of the room took some getting used to.

We felt very comfortable in the restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food tasted great. We are vegetarians and vegans, and the selection of dishes was also large and delicious.

We were just here. There's a Christmas market outside. It's absolutely packed. And it was crowded inside too. We got a table after a short wait, even without a reservation. Despite the crowds, the food arrived incredibly quickly, it was delicious as always, and the service was excellent. They even took the time to ask if we were enjoying our meal. Deserves 5 stars+

I wanted to fill my stomach with a burger. The selection is so vast, which makes choosing a bit difficult, but I finally went for the burger with cheese and bacon. It was definitely a good choice; everything tastes delicious and looks fresh. Upon arrival, you have to wait a bit while a very friendly gentleman sits you down, who later also comes to take your order. There's a very high risk of repeat visits.

I would like to say thank you again. Yesterday, my grandmother, who uses a wheelchair, and I passed by this shop, and the two very kind waiters or service staff, or whatever you want to call them these days—in any case, two very kind people—made their accessible toilet available to us. I would like to say thank you again!

I ordered through Uber Eats and will definitely do it again. The bowl with the falafel strips was delicious; the falafel were crispy and not at all dry, and the salad inside was super fresh and varied. The mango mint thirst quencher was super refreshing and not too sweet. The dessert was also great; I had the pistachio Granzie. All in all, the food was delicious and will definitely be added to my favorites.

The atmosphere is great, but unfortunately the food wasn't all that great. The fries were cold and the burger was only lukewarm. After complaining, I received a new meal, but there wasn't even an apology. Therefore, I probably won't be eating here again.

After our visit to another great Hans im Glück restaurant in Halle an der Saale, we wanted to have a nice evening here. All in all, the experience was quite good, although the tables and seats were rather cramped. This meant that we often bumped into the person sitting behind us. So, it wasn't exactly a cozy experience, but the food was definitely tasty.

We ordered food through Lieferando, but unfortunately, it never arrived. When we called to inquire, we were assured it was on its way. Twenty minutes later, a different employee told us that the order had been canceled by Hans im Glück and that the first employee had apparently lied to us. Absolutely incomprehensible and outrageous!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even though the store was busy on the weekend. That's a rare find these days.

The food was good, but we waited almost an hour for it... too long for my taste when the restaurant is only a third full.

It used to be better, especially the service and the prices. But otherwise it was very nice. A woman at the next table even fell because it was so dark and she didn't notice the unnecessary raised edge of the table.

The value for money is excellent! A great selection of food. The food was delicious, and the service was super friendly and fun. There are sauces at the tables that you can use with your food; they're also very tasty, with something for everyone. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, perhaps a little cramped. I'll definitely come back!

I placed an order with Hans im Glück via Lieferando during normal opening hours. I received a confirmation stating a delivery time of approximately 25 to 45 minutes. Twenty minutes after placing the order, Hans im Glück canceled it. When I called to inquire why my order was canceled, I was told that the kitchen had already closed at 9:00 PM and that it was a Lieferando issue. This explanation is completely unacceptable, as the website states that the restaurant is open until 10:00 PM. I have ordered from them several times before, but after today's experience, this will be the last time. Get your business under control, especially your publicly stated opening hours!

We're repeat customers and wanted to share our experience at Hans im Glück / Essen Kennedyplatz today. The service was very friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We sat inside. Unfortunately, we waited ages to order, hence only three stars for service. The restaurant was only full at lunchtime with about 20 people, and unfortunately, there was only one server. After ordering, everything went smoothly; drinks arrived quickly, and the food didn't take long to arrive either. We had the Kräuterraucher (vegan beef alternative, mushrooms, mixed herbs & smoky jam) and the WELTENBUMMLER (falafel patty, jalapeños, mixed herbs & avocado cream). Unfortunately, in our opinion, the Weltenbummler patty wasn't cooked enough and therefore didn't have a firm enough texture.

Well...overpriced burger joint. The staff was friendly and helpful, though not immediately recognizable as such due to the lack of uniforms. Otherwise, it's typical chain restaurant fare with nothing special. The food arrived quickly, but it wasn't hot, more like lukewarm. You practically had to search for the coleslaw in the bowl – outrageous for the price! €4.90. The fries weren't crispy, and the burger was just okay. €7.90 for six onion rings...speechless! The value for money is hard to find. The seating is uncomfortable and designed for a quick bite, not for lingering. The tables are far too small. No repeat visit and no recommendation.

Very tasty food. A large selection of burgers and drinks. At first, we were often asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. Once our glasses were empty, we weren't even approached again—we would have loved another coffee. I think it's great that mayo and other condiments are available on the table and don't require an extra charge. The seating isn't very comfortable, but it's nicely done, but not that comfortable.
