Really very good and tasty burgers, good value for money, nice staff and nice decor, we'll be back more often!

Food actually good. But service on the phone was a disaster. First they tell me to call and order because they probably don't want to pay you commission to Ubereats etc and it will be cheaper then. It's understandable. But in the end they tell me the same prices on the phone as with Ubereats. And the 12.90 per menu only applies to three menus. Not recommended

The burger was simply a taste explosion! Every bite blew me away - a pleasure from the first to the last second. The juicy chicken was so tender that it literally melted in your mouth. The combination of fresh, crunchy ingredients and an incredibly well-balanced sauce was simply heavenly. Every bite released new, intense flavors - simply a masterpiece. I couldn't have imagined a better burger!

If you're hungry for raw meat after waiting 2 hours, I can only recommend this shop. Everyone else should give the store a wide berth. Just ridiculous stuff like that. The delivery guy showed up in a car after 2 hours, and I wasn't entirely sure either: When he said that it took a long time (apart from the fact that it was Wednesday and between 8 and 11 p.m., when probably not that many people order), There was only a short counter-statement and I was given a free Fanta as a “sorry”. Conclusion: Never again and definitely not recommended!

The burgers there are the best in Essen. I've never eaten anything like that, it's just amazing. The waiter Massod is such a nice and personable waiter, I also gave a decent tip for such service. However, the little guy in the kitchen is too loud.

Very disrespectful behavior and very unpleasant, the boss doesn't accept a single question without feeling pissed off, and the food took more than 45 minutes to arrive. NEVER AGAIN !

I recently went to Burger Club and absolutely loved it! The truffle burger is an absolute highlight – juicy, aromatic and perfectly prepared. The taste was simply unforgettable. The service was also outstanding: Massoud was very nice, courteous and competent, especially with the selection and recommendations. The town is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, medium in size and very charming. It's rare to find such a successful combination of excellent food, great service and beautiful surroundings. Definitely worth a visit!

I had the pleasure of visiting Burger Club recently and all I can say is that it was a great experience. The burgers are simply outstanding – juicy, perfectly seasoned and made with fresh ingredients. I particularly liked the “Chilli Cheeseburger”. The sides, especially the sweet potato fries, were equally delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and customer satisfaction here. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Burger Club to any burger lover. Keep it up, Burger Club!

Anyone who supports this business no longer has them all. Ordered at 8:44 p.m. Order received at 10:50 p.m. are you crazy?!? And unfriendly staff and don't know the term service-oriented. Is this what a sensible cheese burger looks like topped with a tomato? There are no biscuit pieces in the Oreo Shake. Pure milk drink. Never this juice shop again

Here you can often get a good to very good burger with juicy meat that tastes very tasty. The fries are always delicious, but unfortunately just a bit too thick. If they were thinner that would be great. One star deducted because the last two times I was there the burgers were a bit drier than usual and had less sauce. The fries weren't as crispy either. I hope that my review will be read and that this small problem will be resolved as soon as possible as I really enjoy eating there.

Since I know the Burger Club from Mülheim, I have a comparison there and I have to say the difference is HUGE! For vegetarians there is exactly one burger to choose from and it just doesn't taste good. The 'patty' consists of some vegetable puree-like and takes up all the flavor. The burger is just soggy. My friend's meat burger was also probably rather tasteless. Very disappointing. Neither of us would come back. The only tasty thing was the curly fries, the staff was very friendly.

Table not really clean, burger ordered through, medium rare. Fries quantities vary greatly on the plates. Ordered fried Maxi King & Snickers. Waiter comes with the statement “we only have Maxi King left”. There were 2 fried Snickers on the plates. But the burgers actually tasted pretty good.

The delivery arrived about 20 minutes late and the supplements were missing.

I had dinner there with my son today and I was thrilled. The food was absolutely delicious and the black-haired waiter who served us today was extremely friendly and nice. He made you feel very comfortable in the store and the atmosphere was also very nice. I recommend the shop to everyone and maybe you will also meet the nice waiter from today :)

Durchschnitts Burger für zu hohen Preis. Pommes bei der Lieferung quer durch die Papier Tüte gestreut und lange Lieferzeit. Menü beinhaltet nur kleine Pommes ohne Getränk, was ich persönlich etwas irreführend finde.

Nur weiter zu empfehlen super lecker und was für ein service. Die Jungs sind super nett das Essen kommt sehr schnell. Einfach nur perfekt.

Eigentlich waren wir immer zufrieden, aber heute war es eine Vollkatastrophe: das was an Extras bezahlt wurde, war nicht drauf. Die eingelegten Gurken, hatten einen ganz komischen Geschmack. Das Beefpatty hatte Riesenslalom richtige knorpelige Anteile. Der crunchy chicken Burger war nicht crunchy - okay, was an der Lieferung liegen kann- aber der Patty war innen ROH und teilweise faserig bis zäh. Am Rand völlig vertrocknet und dunkel. Was ist denn los bei Euch ? Für 38€ über Lieferando. Bei orderdirect kostet dieselbe Bestellung 32€. Der Dienst wird angeboten, stürzt aber ab. Die Antwort aus dem Restaurant ist, dass der Dienst nicht aktiv sei. Sorry, aber goodbye forever !

Nie wieder. Das Fleisch war verbrannt und hat nicht geschmeckt. Die Hälfte des Belages wurde einfach vergessen: kein Salatblatt, keine Tomate. Getränke scheint der Laden nicht zu besitzen.
