Good burgers in an acceptable size in self-service style.

Which is good but very expensive in my opinion.

Food and service is a disaster. That doesn't change the fact that all 1 star reviews were recently removed. Many quick fake 5 stars were then read. Instead, invest your time in training your staff

I had very high expectations based on the other reviews, but unfortunately they were not met. I had the 4 Cheese Burger and the Big Bro. The Big Bro was juicy and tasted quite good, but it wasn't anything too special. Unfortunately the 4 Cheese was too dry for me as there was no sauce other than cheese on it. Both burgers were okay but nothing earth-shattering. The service was quite nice and the atmosphere was quite nice. You can try it out for yourself, but I can't give a recommendation.

Good food for a very reasonable price.

Actually 4 stars cool service good meat Unfortunately it's way too expensive even if it's halal. and I really expected something homemade! Otherwise a few euros too much for what you get.

Fantastic burgers at Burger Brothers! I tried a menu here for €18 and it was really worth it. The burger was one of the best I've ever eaten. The quality of the ingredients and the taste were outstanding. I highly recommend Burger Brothers and will definitely come back!

It was our first time at Burger Brothers. The very friendly employee explained everything to us in detail and gave us some “advice”. Since I don't eat meat, it's always very difficult for me to find a delicious burger. I have to say that I had the best veggie burger ever here. Everything was perfect. I was really excited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tables were not completely clean. But all in all it's worth a visit!

Our S. Sour Cream Sauce had a bite. (Was bad)

Every time I eat here I have to use the restroom afterwards. This can't be normal. In addition, the meat in the crispy chicken burger often doesn't seem fresh. However, value for money and service are acceptable.

I ordered italien burger contain rucola and grilled chicken and bro beef burger ,it was delicious the place is pretty nice but the toilet runs out of soup and dirty so I hope they take a good care of the toilet 🫰

NEVER WORTH A VISIT AGAIN! I was in the store on June 13th, 2024 at around 4 p.m. and was served at the checkout by a very disrespectful employee who doesn't even know how to deal with customers and who rolls her eyes and answers cheekily when customers make special requests !!!! If you don't feel like doing the job, then it's better to leave it alone instead of scaring off the owner's customers. Makes me feel stupid when I order, but isn't able to hand me the correct order myself 👏🏼👏🏼

1. You are loudly reminded 40 minutes before the store closes while you are already sitting on the upper floor that the store closes at 2100. 2. Tables so dirty that you smear your shirt. 3. Doors of the toilet facilities totally smeared with grease. 4. Not the first time meat has been raw, so much for Halal. I'm disappointed, I paid €40 for two menus and still felt uncomfortable. The last time for me.

Service is very bad... The lady at the checkout is not trained in gastronomy... she is very loud and unfriendly...

We were initially satisfied customers. However, there is one point that we have noticed negatively for some time and that we would like to address. In a finger food restaurant like yours, we believe it is essential that guests have enough napkins and wet wipes available. Unfortunately, we have repeatedly found that this is not the case for you. The lack of napkins and wet wipes is particularly inconvenient when eating with your hands. We would therefore kindly ask you to correct this problem and always provide sufficient tissues and wet wipes both at the tables and in the restaurant in general. We also noticed that there is often no soap in the toilets. This is also a situation that urgently needs to be changed.

Really tasty burger, would highly recommend the big bro burger - very juicy and filling. Chips are ok, nice selection of sauces however.

Can't understand the positive reviews. Half of the order was wrong and what was there didn't taste good at all. Burger meat thinner than at Meckes. Fries ok. Chicken wings unidentifiable aftertaste. It's a shame actually. The shop looks very cozy, but DIRTY!

It’s delicious~ You can choose three kinds of bread for the burger, and there are many kinds of sauces to choose from. The fries are very delicious. The chicken wings are juicy but the spicy wings are not spicy at all. There is no seasoning taste. I ordered Big Brother for the burger, which is double-layered meat. The bread is double-layer cheese and juicy. From p3, you can see that the outside of the bread is crispy but the inside is very soft. It won’t overflow when you take a bite. Basically, every bite can be controlled to include bread, meat, sauce and side dishes. The meat is very good. fragrant

Expensive, long wait and there was a toothpick in my burger when I took a bite I thought half a toothpick was a bone or something. (toothpick not supporting skewer btw)

The burger was fine, but there is no burger larger than a double which was a huge disappointment given most pictures are of massive stack burgers. Then the price.... very expensive for the burger and while it is tasty, it is just very over priced

While we were there, we were already looked down upon by the two employees with black hair on March 5, 2024 at 8:50 p.m. Their texts were immediately prepared in their heads and they said it would take 30 minutes until we got a chili cheeseburger menu, which wasn't a problem. But it turned out that it was ready after 5 minutes. When I asked if you can take the drinks, they said yes, and then I kept wondering where to open the unopenable bottles. Only after I asked did they say “over there.” Great explanation, thank you. The burgers were made in a hurry and there were no napkins, which is complete bullshit. P.S. Despite all these horrific odds, I gave the exact date and time to be scrutinized by the bosses/employees.

It's all very tasty, but the employees there don't work at all. A staff member literally sent me and my girlfriend away from our seats the whole time.

Food was top However, the employee with glasses was very unfriendly and sent us off the pitch several times instead of the other 3 x 2 couples. It doesn't work at all!

Super nice staff, not too big a selection of burgers that you're overwhelmed, but enough that you can decide quickly and still have a choice and the furnishings are nice and the benches are comfortable. Fries are some of the best I know from burger chains.

We are a regular satisfied customer and almost tried everything. There service is fast and cost worthy. Food quality and quantity both are great.

We went there because of their 4.7 Google map points (as of Feb 29, 2024). However, I do not think that it is reflecting the truth, unfortunately. The burger was not so tasty and the chips were not crispy. I would say it is average.

Acceptable ingredients but mediocre burgers. Flabby roll, the cheese is not sticky and cold, hardly seasoned. Side dishes, however, were good. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the good reviews.

It was my first time at Burger Brothers. I ordered the Classico menu. You have a choice of three different rolls, normal fries and sweet potato fries and several dips. I was expecting a normal burger, the kind you've eaten and tasted everywhere. It's not a joke: after one bite, I went back to the checkout and ordered the same menu again! The burger is amazing and the fries are really good! The staff was very friendly. There are two floors. Downstairs the tables are a bit smaller and space is tight. The larger tables and toilets are upstairs. The only criticism was our table, which was not completely clean and tidy. We stayed there for almost an hour and during this time an employee only came once to bring the tablets back downstairs. If someone came every 20 minutes to check the cleanliness of the tables, I would give another star for the ambience. Nevertheless, I would love to come back! Also kind regards to the chefs! Very correct people!

I have been eating here for almost 3 years now, every visit was worth it. I like taking friends here whenever I can since it’s one of the few halal burger places I know.

Nette Bedienung und worklich sehr gute Burger. Ich aß einen aus dem Food Truck von Burgerbrothers und fand ihn so gut, das ich mir 2 Tage später zwei Burger in der Bochumer Filliale bestellte. Wirklich eine der Top Adressen zum Burger-Essen. Sehr lecker.

In retrospect I wouldn't pay any money for it, the mayo tasted strange, the burger was tasteless. Friendly staff, ordering took a while due to a checkout. Ambiance seemed thrown together, individual items of clothing could tear due to the pallet furniture. 2/10 in terms of taste.

We were there recently for the first and last time. First of all: the food was OK. An averagely good burger, for a price that is too high (around €12). The sweet potato fries were okay. But now what brings the rating down so much: the service and the ambience. We came in, looked at what we wanted and then ordered. We wanted a milkshake, but it wasn't available because the machine was broken, which is OK. What wasn't OK was when the lady who took the orders asked her colleague to be on the safe side if there really weren't any milkshakes. She didn't take the question seriously and just joked around. The woman who asked somehow had to ask 5 times whether it was possible or not before the other person answered. We stood there the whole time and didn't know what was going to happen. We then ordered an apple spritzer instead of the shake, which was also charged. The drinks were in two refrigerators opposite the cash register and you simply take your drink out yourself after paying. Now we wanted to take it out of the fridge and searched in vain for the apple spritzer and it turned out; there was no apple spritzer. When we asked, they just said: "we don't have any apple spritzer, just use something else". WHY isn't this mentioned when you check out and why isn't you offered to get your money back? Then we also ordered the burger without tomato. Of course this came along. Which would be great if you had an allergy. Apart from us, there was only one other group in the store, which was pretty quiet. Still, the store was incredibly loud because the two women I mentioned earlier were screaming/talking/laughing (whatever) really loudly. I found the service there very unpleasant and clearly not competent. It also brought the food down quite a bit for us. We paid €35 ​​for two people (1 menu + 1 burger and drink) which we found too expensive for the service.

Fantastic burgers! The meat was really juicy and the bread was also fresh. You could taste that everything was homemade and freshly prepared! The chicken fillets were just as good and the breading was crispy. Also noticeably homemade. The atmosphere was modern, the furnishings were woody and cozy, but overall it seemed a bit restless and busy. The fact that everything came on a metal tray was somehow charming, but also brought a bit of a cafeteria feel. However, this was pushed into the background by the taste and quality of the food and was therefore negligible.

The food was good but the fries were unfortunately a bit too uncrispy otherwise I can highly recommend the shop ✅

Food, service and atmosphere is awesome. Their big bro burger is best and juiciest burger in the town. Its a bit expensive but worth it. Fries are average .

Really good burger, pure taste, great meat, just the way a burger should be. The supplements + the upgrade option are also great. I thought it was great - the price was on the upper limit, but it was okay for the quality. If there is something to complain about - at a very high level: the tomato slice was cut too wide so that the burger fell apart while eating 😝😛😋😜

unfassbar krasse erfahrung die lockere atmosphäre die durch die Innengestaltung hervorgerufen wird, das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende personal die burger sind frisch, der veggie burger ist sehr gut, aber auch die fleischvartianten die pommes haben etwas schale dran und sind richtig lecker selbst bei lieferung nach hause ist alles frisch und lecker sowie das deliziöse gericht ließen mich mit einem breiten grinsen sowie einem glücklichen herzen den laden verlassen.

Mischung aus 'richtigen', gemütlichen Burger-Restaurant und McDonalds. Also schon SB etc wie McD aber hübscher und Burger defintiv erheblich besser. Leckere Getränke (Elephant Tea). Das der Laden so viele und so gute Bewertungen hat liegt allerdings daran das man ein Getränk for free bekommt wenn man eine Rezension schreibt ... die man dann vorzeitig. Und da wird man sich wohl kaum trauen was negatives zu schreiben....

Burger patty war leider nur lauwarm, das Selfmade Bun war auch nicht so das Wahre. Ich frage mich aufgrund der Bewertungen ob der Laden mal besser war. Hab leider nicht so eine gute Erfahrung gehabt.

Heerlijke burgers voor een goede prijs. Zelf menu samenstellen.

Leider kamen wir gar nicht zum Essen, da die unfreundliche Damen an der Bedienung uns regelrecht rausgeschmissen hat, weil sie „voll“ sind. Die Männergruppe, die nach uns kam, wurde sofort an einem der freien Tische platziert. Sorry, wer so mit Kunden umgeht, verdient 0 Punkte.

Chillie Cheese und Brownie bestellt, Chillie Cheese war lecker aber der Brownie war reinste Katastrophe. 4 Brownies, alle hart und schwarz, und sogar im Laden und nicht als Bestellung. Kassiererin hat unfreundlich reagiert, als wäre es unsere Schuld. Geld zurück verlangt, und bewusst alles in 5 - 10 cent Stücken bekommen. Wird nicht mehr wiederholt und sollte mal angesprochen werden, war eine junge Dame mit Kopftuch.

Super essen und nette Bedienung

Auf der Messe Essen Motorshow 12 €fur ein Hamburger

Zunächst: die machen dem Namen "Fastfood" alle Ehre, das Essen war wirklich schnell. Wir haben keine 10 Minuten gewartet (zu zweit). Ich mag das System der Selbstabholung, das beschleunigt den Prozess. Außerdem hat der Laden ein HALAL-Zertifikat, also für muslimische Menschen echt empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: das vermeintliche "Brioche"-Brötchen ist leider ein Weizenbrötchen, ist aber nicht schlimm, war trotzdem lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und ehrlich, hat gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Gerne wieder!

Burger und Beilagen sind gut. Geschmacklich echt gut, für alle was dabei. Das Restaurant ist auch gemütlich.
