As some have already mentioned, the burgers are extremely good at times, but unfortunately the quality varies greatly. you get the feeling that completely different suppliers are temporarily supplying the ingredients. Rolls, meat and cheese then taste completely different than before. Given the relatively high prices, you should expect consistently good quality and not have to play the lottery. However, the staff was always very nice.

First of all: DuisBurger now has a different name and has been sold to a new owner. He initially remodeled something and provided new tables and chairs. The whole thing was sorely necessary as the old facility was already half falling apart. On our last visit, we were immediately struck by the new furniture and the brighter lighting. Unfortunately the light is far too bright for the low ceilings. There is now a very cool atmosphere there. Now we come to the absolute no-go in our eyes. Back then, the fries were freshly made in-house. These were the absolute highlight of this restaurant. Since the change of ownership, you've been served "ready-made fries" here that don't taste good and, above all, sit like a stone in your stomach. We definitely don't mind a price increase as the old owner kept really cheap prices for a long time. However, it is an absurdity to exchange the first-class, homemade fries for a ready-made and cheap product and to also increase the price. There's no point in slapping a few more fries on your plate. Another no-go is the absolutely miserable or non-existent exhaust or ventilation system. You can already see the thick smoke in the store from the outside. You can expect to have to change your clothes straight after you eat there because you smell so much of smoke and old grease. The smashed burgers are absolutely world class. Everyone should try this. The other burger variants are also worth trying. We prefer the small burgers because they are easier to eat. The large ones usually only result in a single pile of mud. However, the burger buns are a matter of taste. We prefer these to be a little sticky. The ones used here taste rather crumbly and fall apart very quickly. Unfortunately for us, DuisBurger took a negative turn after the renovation. At most we will pick up burgers again here. We won't eat there anymore.

I have now ordered from this store twice within two weeks - both times without success. The food simply wasn't delivered. A phone number is provided, but for two weeks it has only been sent to the voicemail. Attempts to contact us via email were also unsuccessful - both at the branch directly and at the chain. My conclusion: It's best to avoid this store. The order doesn't arrive here, and if there are problems, customer service is simply unavailable.

The special burger was way too sweet. This may have been due to the special sauce. The turkey bacon tastes like nothing, you should definitely put delicious normal bacon on it. The burger surprisingly only cost €6.90 even though the online menu stated €9.50. Possibly the delivery price. Bun, meat and salad were ok so far. The rap music was really annoying!!

I can't understand all the negative reviews and insults at all. The taste of the food was a 10/10, as was the service! My expectations were far exceeded and a future visit is definitely planned!! P.S.: If you have had a negative experience, you can describe it objectively. Nothing is settled with vague insults ;)

I can't say anything about the food, but he won't let me into the branch with the dog, even though I order the food to take away. No hello, no nothing, just thrown out straight away PS: this is a very small dog

I now only order burgers there. The deliveries almost always arrive before the stated time (15-20 minutes), are warm and not shaken. The price is a bit more expensive, but the quality is simply better in my opinion. I can especially recommend the finger food with the burger, the chicken fingers are amazing.

I actually like ordering from Burgerme but today (and after previous events) I'm not sure if I'll order again. First tried ordering online - website is a complete disaster. An address stored in the account could not be changed on different devices (including the app), even though I had already deleted it from the account the last time I ordered. Then called and ordered. The gentleman was nice, but unfortunately he recorded my menu as a single burger, calculated the desired drink individually, fries were completely missing and the desired lunch discount (lunchme) was verbally confirmed on the phone but ultimately not included... No receipt upon delivery to be able to understand what was ordered. I was only able to discuss this with the complaints team over the phone. Unfortunately, it was noticed that there was a difference in the final total between what the driver told me and what I heard on the phone afterwards. I was given compensation in the form of a voucher, but the bad aftertaste remains...

Where do I start? I ordered via Lieferando. To make it quicker, I clicked on pickup myself. Unfortunately that didn't change anything. We had to wait an hour. When the time came, I went there to get the following answer: "Oh, another customer just took the order. I'm sorry. I'll call him and he'll come back." After I waited ten minutes, I got it from the other one Customers my now cold food. The blame was not placed on the customer; it was the other customer's fault. An apology... none. Compensation... none. Taste wise. It was okay. Maybe two stars. But what could go wrong with frozen nuggets, frozen fries, frozen patty? Too bad. It was a try because it's so close. But I probably won't order from them again. That's not how you treat customers. Because as a paying customer, I don't deserve to get cold food and no apology, nor is it the other customer's fault if the wrong food is put in his bag. It is not without reason that Lieferando generates an order number. It can't be that difficult to check these before issuing the order.
