The veggie burger was delicious, and the fries were even better. It was a great place to eat, and the service was friendly.

First of all, I rarely write reviews, but in this case it had to be done! I worked as a waiter both as a student and later alongside my studies and when I started working regularly! So I'm actually well disposed towards people in the catering sector! I was in this store today with my 7 year old son. He wanted a burger with just a leaf of green salad and fries on the side! On the menu I “luckily” discovered a children’s plate with a burger (bread, patty and ketchup) and fries for €8.90. I asked the person behind the counter who took our order if I could have a leaf of lettuce in the burger? He said no! I thought he didn't fully understand me because it was just about a leaf of lettuce and asked again. Then he explained to me instructively that children's burgers consist only of bread, meat and ketchup! He wasn't willing to put a lettuce leaf on it, even for an extra charge! So I ordered a normal burger, just with salad and fries! Then the same person has the nerve to serve my son a children's burger without salad! When I point out to him that the salad is missing, which is why I ordered a regular burger and not a children's burger, he claims that I ordered it that way! Instead of apologizing and getting a lettuce leaf! Even if the burgers were ok, well for the prices the burgers should be at least ok, I will never go there again! Nowadays you can get good burgers and good service on every corner! I hope the other guests at these restaurants have different experiences than I did!

We were there on February 10th. in the Flora and wanted to eat something 😋 afterwards. Unfortunately, the above-mentioned restaurant was closed and looked pretty out of place. BUT NOW WATCH OUT!!! 😊 🤗 👍 Next door to the left is the best bakery in the district. We would be rewarded with super cheese rolls and the best nut wedges EVER. PLEASE STAY FLEXIBLE!!!

We have always had things delivered here. The burgers are very tasty and well put together. The Joppie sauce is a hit. Gladly again; Despite being delivered, the fries were still fresh and crispy and a generous portion. Update after a few orders: the last order was still worth turning a blind eye to; but today it was completely wrong. According to the order, the waiting time was 35 minutes and the waiting time was 1.5 hours. It was delivered cold and the portions shrunk a lot - like fries; but especially the patty (you had to look for that in the bun). The drinks were also forgotten on the menu. We'll probably have to look for another burger 🍔.

Where do I start? I ordered via Lieferando. To make it quicker, I clicked on pickup myself. Unfortunately that didn't change anything. We had to wait an hour. When the time came, I went there to get the following answer: "Oh, another customer just took the order. I'm sorry. I'll call him to come back." After I waited ten minutes, I received my now cold food from the other customer. The blame was not placed on the customer; it was the other customer's fault. An apology... none. Compensation... none. Taste wise. It was okay. Maybe two stars. But what could go wrong with frozen nuggets, frozen fries, frozen patty? Too bad. It was a try because it's so close. But I probably won't order from there again. That's not how you treat customers. Because as a paying customer, I don't deserve to get cold food and no apology, nor is it the other customer's fault if the wrong food is put in his bag. It is not without reason that Lieferando generates an order number. It can't be that difficult to check these before issuing the order.

Went there and ordered burgers and wedges to take away. Chilled seller, made good food. I think the store is great value for money!
