Delicious burgers and always ready quickly.

Great service and incredibly friendly. We accidentally sent the wrong address for the delivery. They reheated the package and then delivered it to us. Top!

We used the 2-for-1 offer three times in one order (a total of 6 burgers for just under €30). Unfortunately, the results were consistently disappointing. The ordering form in the app is extremely misleading: Under "Without the following ingredients," all the checkboxes are marked in green. This makes it seem as if you're deselecting the ingredients, but in fact, it's the other way around. Only if the checkbox is green is the ingredient added at all. So, in the end, we received six burgers that consisted only of a bun, meat, and some sauce. Essentially, simple hamburgers. Our telephone contact with the store was also unsatisfactory: The employee was neither accommodating nor solution-oriented. For this price, the result is simply unacceptable. We expect the app to be clearly designed and customers to at least receive compensation for such misunderstandings. Under these circumstances, we will not order from here again.

There was simply a 4cm long metal chip in the burger. No more Burgerme!

You only need something like this once in a lifetime! - Fries were cold and soggy - Burgers were cold, with little topping, barely any sauce, and completely dry - Special requests for burgers were simply charged for without any toppings. It wasn't possible to complain because no one answered the phone. But you could have sent an email, which would be processed within the next 24 hours. What was good was the Fritz-Kola.

You might be able to order during the week, but not on the weekend. Received an order confirmation at 12:23 PM, and the food arrived cold at 1:38 PM. Unfortunately, once again, the fries I ordered and paid for were missing. What's also really annoying is that there's no direct connection to the store. You can only reach a support team based in Munich who has the same information as I do via Lieferando. Thumbs down!

Ordered here for pickup for the second time and paid online in advance. It was really delicious. But if I pay an extra €0.99 for jalapenos, I'd like them too. But they weren't on it. Of course, we only noticed this at home and then ate them while everything was still warm. Up to this point, everything was fine and no problem. I'm certainly not going to get upset about 99 cents. But I can always let them know afterward and ask if I can get the 99 cents refunded. So I called the local phone number listed in the order confirmation and explained the problem. The woman seriously told me that I should have checked it on site. Hello?!?! As if I were taking apart a warm burger in the store!! Are you serious?!? I couldn't speak to the store directly either. So, despite the local number, it was a hotline. I was told to go back to clarify. Two stars deducted for this abysmal reaction and treatment. It's good that there are alternatives. Never again burgerme.

Everything as always. We have been customers since the beginning and nothing has changed in terms of quality.

I actually like ordering from Burgerme but today (and after previous events) I'm not sure if I'll order again. First tried ordering online - website is a complete disaster. An address stored in the account could not be changed on different devices (including the app), even though I had already deleted it from the account the last time I ordered. Then called and ordered. The gentleman was nice, but unfortunately he recorded my menu as a single burger, calculated the desired drink individually, fries were completely missing and the desired lunch discount (lunchme) was verbally confirmed on the phone but ultimately not included... No receipt upon delivery to be able to understand what was ordered. I was only able to discuss this with the complaints team over the phone. Unfortunately, it was noticed that there was a difference in the final total between what the driver told me and what I heard on the phone afterwards. I was given compensation in the form of a voucher, but the bad aftertaste remains...

Very tasty but please expand the delivery radius and include Iserlohn-Sümmern.

Typical burger fast food, but delicious. A little more expensive than BK or Mecces, but it also tastes better 🙂

Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. I ordered a Meetfree Crunchy today and received a non-vegetarian burger.

You get burgers that actually look like they do in the brochure. Tastes really good. There's nothing to complain about. And the prices are what they are for good food. Always my pleasure

Ordered the Big Angus menu for the first time there, although the high prices put us off. But we wanted to at least try it. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised by the very fast delivery! The two Angus burgers were absolutely delicious, everything was fresh and crunchy, and I also thought the brioche buns were very good! Unfortunately, the patties didn't seem to be seasoned and we couldn't have tasted the difference between Angus and normal beef. Of course, we have eaten Angus as a steak a few times. In my opinion, the fries are just as good as at Mc D., the chili cheese nuggets are also very tasty, as are the chicken wings. I thought the food was really good and the difference to the big burger shops is clearly noticeable, better quality. But €36.99 for 2 burgers with side dishes including delivery is quite a number! We probably won't order again for that price, unfortunately. There are many alternatives that are much cheaper and also offer good quality. Sorry for that! And if you read the recessions, we're not the only ones who feel that way. Btw.: I actually always give a tip to the delivery person, I totally missed that because I had already paid online, sorry, dear delivery person, I didn't mean it in a bad way!☺️

The food is really good! But Burger Me is ALWAYS late. It's actually a journey of 5 minutes, but somehow they always manage to make it a delay of (+-) 20 minutes. But I actually like ordering there. If it weren't for the delays, I would give you 5 stars.

Price is way too high for the taste and quantity of food. Mcces or BK are definitely more worthwhile.

Ordered for the first time, the taste of the food was ok, but the price-performance ratio was not ok. You can also go to the well-known fast food restaurants and get the same thing for less euros. Just expected more for the price.

Nach meiner Bestellung ging es relativ schnell, bis das Essen ankam, was bis hierhin auch gut war. allerdings war am Morgen danach die Welt schon ganz anders. Mir ging es so dreckig, dass ich erst zwei Tage später zum Arzt konnte. Verdacht auf… Worüber ich mich beschwert habe, um bis zum heutigen Tag keine Entschuldigung Reaktion oder derartiges zu vermerken schien von daher kann ich davon abraten und selbst der eine Stern ist viel zu viel

Wir haben gerade gegessen. Die Lieferung kam wirklich schnell! Top! Der Burger war total in Ordnung. Also wirklich lecker. Aber die Süßkartoffelpommes waren leider eine Frechheit. Die waren komplett matschig, es war kaum möglich nur eine aus dem karton zu nehmen. Das sie nicht gesalzen sind, war in dem Moment uninteressant, da sie sowieso nicht essbar waren. Sehr sehr schade, so war das Menü ihm Preis dann doch sehr hoch. Und ich noch hungrig.

Lieferung kam über 1 Stunde zu spät.

Die Burger werden immer frisch zubereitet und sind echt lecker. Gerne wieder.

Zum ersten Mal Essen von dort probiert und wirklich zufrieden gewesen. Burger, Fingerfood Box und Pommes. Alles kein Vergleich zu den anderen Burger Anbietern. Natürlich ist der Preis ein wenig höher als bei den großen aber dafür hat man auch bessere Qualität. Und man hat nicht nach einer halben Stunde wieder Hunger. Solange die Qualität so bleibt habe ich nicht zum letzten Mal Burger von dort gegessen.

Preis Leistungsbombe. Muss man mitgenommen haben.

Ja insgesamt 3mal haben wir schon da essen geholt. Sehr lecker und frisch ob pommes,Käse sticks und die Burgers sind bombe lecker. Meine beiden Männern (mein Mann und Söhnchen) sind von lecker Fleisch begeistert Top.

Einfach wow. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung lief alles reibungslos. Der Lieferant war freundlich. Das Essen war fantastisch. Zudem sind dir Preise absolut berechtigt. Ich bestelle definitiv wieder

Ich bin heute mal alternativ auf Burger umgestiegen weil mein Lieblings Italiener geschlossen war, auf jeden Fall. Habe ich nicht wirklich viel erwartet, aaaaaber das Essen war super schnell da, es war heiß und auch noch lecker ! Bin total begeistert 🤩

Sehr nettes Personal die 🍔 Burger und Pommes 🍟 waren lecker.Nach der Bestellung haben wir keine 15 Minuten gewartet,bis wir unser Essen mitnehmen konnten.Obwohl wir noch ca.10 Minuten bis nach Hause fahren mussten,war das Essen noch immer frisch und knusprig.Leider gibt es nur einen Tisch an dem man hätte Essen können.Also besser abholen oder liefern lassen.

Also, habe schon oft Burger bestellt bei anderen Lieferdiensten oder bestimmten fast Food Läden ABER an diesem Service kommt niemand ran!!!! Hut ab 👍🏻

Ich liebe euch ♡ endlich ein Restaurant welches sich nicht zu fein ist vegane Burger anzubieten. Sehr lecker 😋 wird auch sehr oft bestellt.

Bin extra aus Hohenlimburg dahin gefahren weil ich es mal testen wollte und es hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Der Burger war mega lecker genauso wie die Chicken Fingers. Personal war sehr freundlich. Werde auf jeden fall öfters vorbeischauen.

Sehr gute Auswahl an Burger und anderen leckereien. Top Service und schmeckt gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Zum mitnehmen super, sieht auch nett aus. Schmeckt lecker und der Preis stimmt auch. Ist nicht zum da essen gedacht, dementsprechend rustikal ist die Einrichtung.

Ich habe bei BurgerMe Iserlohn 3 Sachen bestellt. Pommes und Käse-Donuts. Beides Lecker. Soweit, so gut. Die Dritte Sache war ein Muffin. Haben uns schon gewundert, wieso die Karton-Umverpackung fehlte. Als wir merkten, dass das Plastik seltsam aufgebläht war, suchten wir das Verfallsdatum. Der Muffin war "zu verbrauchen bis: 14. März 2022" Es ist Dezember. Das ist ziemlich ekelerregend. Ein Anruf hatte zur Folge dass der Betrag gutgeschrieben wurde. Ich habe also nichtmal das Geld für den Muffin wiederbekommen, sondern einen Gutscheincode.
