Our visit was a disaster. We were there with 2 adults and 2 children. There were restrictions when ordering: neither bacon nor jalapeños were available, and the only drink available was canned Coke. After 30 minutes of waiting, we noticed hectic activity in the kitchen. Frozen fries were smuggled in. After another 15 minutes my burger arrived. A sad sight: carelessly slapped together, the patty charred and tasteless, far too small for the bun. The fries were inedible, but the kids choked them down because they were hungry. After another fifteen minutes I asked about the remaining orders. The answer: "We'll do it little by little." Unbelievable. Another 30 minutes later the remaining burgers arrived, all together on a plate, unrecognizable and loveless. I demanded my money back. The staff apologized multiple times, but they are not the problem. The management of this store is a disaster. Anyone who eats here either hasn't read this review or wants poor quality at exorbitant prices. Definitely not a recommendation. Addendum: I can understand if the place is full and everyone is under stress and so the meal takes a little longer. But we were the only customers the entire time we were there!! 😂

I ordered a wrap with tomato, corn, cucumber and chicken. I got cold food with just salad and two pieces of chicken. I don't recommend it!

Unfortunately, it has diminished significantly. I ordered through Liferando and waited almost 2 hours for my food. When it arrived the food was cold. The petti on the burger was slightly pink on the inside, which is not my thing at all. Totally rude on the phone... I paid €26. Then for €4.50 you get a fries where you would actually think that for that price you would actually get a few more fries instead of one small fries. You can now forget about cheese sauce, it doesn't taste remotely like cheese, it just tastes chemically hot. Never again.

We ordered 2 menus via Lieferando, after waiting for an hour the food arrived without drinks and without sauces. The burger patties were completely burnt black and you couldn't eat them. I think it's a disgrace to charge €30 for that. That was definitely the last order from Baba's Streetfood.

Ordered food via Lieferando. After 1.5 hours delay it was stated that the food had been delivered. Nothing was ever delivered and the amount was already paid. It was the last time I was here

Today I went to Baba's Street food and ordered a burger. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked about our food and was told there was no meat left. We should have received this information immediately instead of waiting unnecessarily long. The mismanagement and lack of communication was disappointing. This store desperately needs to improve its organization and customer service. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at the moment.

Perfect euthanasia service Fries so beautifully black and crispy that your teeth will break. The black color favors cancer. Meat was also nice and black. Looking at the other reviews, I'm glad that my meat was burnt rather than raw. What happened to Baba's street food? So as I said, if any of you want to die yourself or want to get rid of someone, I can only recommend Baba's Street Food 2024. Oh yes, and by the way, I ordered for 5:30 p.m. Naturally, the food came burnt and cold at 7 p.m. I can't imagine anything more beautiful. Kiss to the old owner of Baba's Street Food or whatever made Baba's Street Food so good back then.

The worst experience. I placed my order at 6:45 p.m. and asked for possible delivery at 7:45 p.m. I hadn't received my order by 9:00 p.m., but the app showed it as having been delivered at 7:50 p.m. But it wasn't delivered until 9:20 p.m. The delivery person said they had more than 50 orders and only one person to deliver them. If you can't deliver decently, it might be better not to be available on the Liferando app. That's a shame because I liked the food. But this time it was completely cold.

Ordered via Lieferando at 6:30 p.m. Alleged delivery time 7:30 p.m. At 7:50 p.m. still no delivery so called the restaurant directly. It rings and rings and no one answers it. Someone answers Iwann and says that there is a lot to do and that my order will only be delivered after two more deliveries. Compensation: 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks on the house. At 9:15 p.m. the delivery person arrives with a small bottle of Fuzetea and lukewarm food. Full payment refused from me. Boss couldn't be reached so food was sent back. Incompetent store never again!

Ordered 2 hours ago nothing arrived very bad

I ordered burgers via Lieferando. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the food finally arrived. Unfortunately, the inside of the burgers was completely raw and inedible. You couldn't eat a single bite. Called the restaurant directly. The whole thing was justified with “medium rare”. Unfortunately, there was apparently no possibility of a refund and no voucher as compensation. We were only offered a new order, which I declined after I lost my appetite. Never again.

The burger was ok, but the service is so bad it's unbelievable. You are not greeted, the employees look like they just don't care about customers. I also saw that no gloves were used when preparing the food. Money is accepted, a few fries are then shoved into the mouth and the burger is made by the customer without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Just disgusting. The best thing is that as a customer I even say “have a nice evening” when saying goodbye and they just look me in the face without saying anything. There were three of us and we were the only ones there. So I won't eat there again!

Very unfriendly staff. At the entrance it says EC payment possible, at the checkout it says card payment not possible. One burger felt raw and no longer edible, so I had to throw it away. The store used to be better, but the owner probably doesn't value the employees much anymore.

Incredibly unfriendly and incompetent staff (June 9th, 5 p.m., the boss will know who is meant). We pre-ordered the food over the phone as we didn't have time. When we arrived we weren't greeted once, even though we said hello. On the phone they even said she would process our order second. 40 minutes later (15 of which we were there) the order was only started after we asked. Even afterwards there was neither an apology, a goodbye or compensation for the lost time and effort, as we had to go to the bank again because EC payment didn't work. There wasn't enough change on site either, so when we arrived we were told we had to wait until the driver came with the change. Once and never again. I hope this has consequences. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly in a restaurant. If you do want to eat there, allow plenty of time and patience with the staff.

Waited 3 hours for food to be delivered, never again

Fast delivery, food tastes super delicious. But unfortunately the mayo and fries were forgotten for the second time! There is the prospect of improvement.

Ordered on Lieferando (and accepted by the restaurant) nothing has been delivered after 2 hours. Nobody can be reached by phone, instead you are pushed away or the phone is simply left ringing for minutes.

I am always very enthusiastic about the food. The sauces taste very good and the burger is nice and juicy and fresh, as are the fries.

That's it for Baba's Street Food. First we had to wait in line for 10 minutes because there were 2 people in front of us in line. Then no small burgers for children are possible when ordering, so 2 burgers for €11 each, plus 2 x Baba's single menu, all together for €46. This is usury and outrageous. But if the quality was there maybe ok. Then wait 30 minutes for a meal in the restaurant. Because of 4 burgers in front of us. When they came, they weren't pretty to look at. The patty was charred on the edge, the meat on the inside was more than cooked through, and the fries were cold. After the teething problems after the takeover, they can at least sit back and relax if they go bankrupt in the near future.

Since the change of ownership, the owner is no longer as confident as before, the wraps are smaller, the service no longer seems as unmotivated and unfriendly as it used to, many things are no longer offered and the taste has unfortunately deteriorated

The food was very tasty and was served quickly and warm. The service was great and everyone was very nice.

Rarely have such bad food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was the most outrageous thing we've experienced in a long time. The driver arrived on time, but had the wrong amount of food with him, for which we had to pay extra even though we hadn't ordered it!!!!!!!!! The food was also cold and we ended up paying €80 for crappy fries and crappy burgers. The single burger was particularly terrible, the buns crumbled when you looked at them and were unsuitable even for feeding ducks. The patty was dead and miserably burned. Any cheaper fast food store would make your life more beautiful. You're looking forward to something special and you're mercilessly disappointed, it's really ruined the whole evening!!!! Emergency solution: Homemade pasta with tomato sauce 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 And we're not people who normally write reviews, but this really wasn't possible!!

Really very tasty! Even just before you finish work, they are quick, friendly and tasty (no old frying fat etc)!

That was the most bottomless thing I've ever experienced. The food didn't arrive until THREE hours later, we called after 2 hours. The driver looked at the receipt in the hallway, then looked in the bag and quickly ran away. My husband is still behind because: a burger for €12 was missing. You couldn't even see how quickly the driver was gone! I then tried to reach the store by phone for an hour and no one answered. The food that was delivered so late was cold and we ended up paying €40 for fries, a wrap and a burger! Any cheaper fast food place will make you happier. That was really outrageous! And we're not really people who normally write reviews, but that wasn't possible!

We ordered fries with cheese sauce (+1.00€) and garlic sauce (+1.00€). We paid the full €6 for it, but I only received a tiny fries without any sauce. I tried to reach the restaurant for an hour, during opening hours, but no one answered.

The fries were totally over salted, both burgers were ordered without tomato but it came with tomato but I saw it too late because I was in a state of fuss and thought that they came without tomato. I now have a bad stomach ache as well as my stomach and intestines. Thank you very much, I'm ordering from you too never again

Significantly slowed down, for us that was it for now with Baba's street food. No contact possible. After more than an hour the food came, it was announced that it would take 25 minutes. One dish was completely missing (sweet potato fries special), although it was listed on the enclosed receipt and also billed at Lieferando. The single burger was completely cold, but the chicken burger was not. It is not possible to contact us, the telephone number stored with Lieferando does not exist, and no one can answer the number on the Internet. Unfortunately this time it was a total failure.

Absolute impudence. I ordered via Lieferando and had the order confirmed. It's been an hour now that the food is on the way. Everything has already been paid for but it doesn't arrive. The phone number provided is not available.

Someone like that shouldn't be allowed to run a business. The girlfriend and two of them - on a whim - beat a 20-year-old into the hospital. What do you do with dissatisfied customers if the burger is served cold - as is so often the case? Spit in food? Apparently you, as supposed adults, don't have your emotions under control! Shame on you, that could have been your own child!

Very tasty and you can accommodate any special requests. The only thing that's stupid is that you have to come to the front of the counter to order... you won't be served at the table, which is a shame, otherwise everything was good

Bester Burger den wir je gegessen haben, ist sein Geld wert. Sehr nette Bedienung!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Nur leider hat es leider sehr lange gedauert bis es ankam und war kalt. Trotzdem hat es geschmeckt und war bis auf das liefern sehr zufrieden

Bleiben die besten Burger in der Stadt und das schon seit Jahren. Die kleine Karte gibt dem Laden recht.

Habe einen Wrap im Menü mit Pommes und Getränk bestellt. 15€ sollte es kosten, aber das Getränk hat nochmal extra gekostet. Stand leider nirgendwo dran. Der Wrap war nichts besonderes leider und zu den Pommes gab es zu wenig Sauce. Die Stühle sind auch nicht so bequem . Trotzdem war das Ambiente cool und die Bedienung freundlich. Kollege von mir hatte einen Burger und damit bessere Erfahrung.

Ich schreibe normalerweise nie Bewertungen aber hier muss ich Mal. 1 .Ich hab bestellt und die Bestellung war gefühlt nach 20 Minuten da obwohl bei Lieferando 50-60 Minuten stand. 2. Ich hab beim ersten Mal bestellen vergessen, PayPal als Zahlung auszuwählen und ich musste nur einmal anrufen und die Lieferung wurde direkt storniert und ich konnte mit PayPal bezahlen. 3. Einfach Baba essen ja 👌

Ich wurde durch ein überraschendes Eistee-Geschenk heute daran erinnert, wie lange ich schon nicht mehr da war. Heute Abend nachgeholt. Super lecker. Toller Service, Elephant Bay Eistee. Super!

Wir waren spontan in Iserlohn und haben den leckersten Bürger Deutschlands gefunden! Also hier stimmt wirklich alles! Das Burgerbrot ist unvergleichbar, das Fleisch perfekt gewürzt. Die Einrichtung sehr Modern und Sauber. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderes Wohlfühl befinden geben einen auch noch die Geschäftsführer, die wirklich 100% mit Herz hinter ihrem Produkt stehen. Für diesen Burger kommen wir definitiv nochmal nach Iserlohn.

Der Service top. Die Bürger sind wirklich super lecker. Der Laden hat auch ne super Einrichtung immer wieder empfehlenswert 👍

Ich muss sagen, das war der beste Burger den ich geliefert bekommen habe! Der Burger sah total ansprechend aus, ist nicht zerfallen und war absolut saftig und heiß! Großes Lob, selbst die Pommes waren noch heiß und knusprig... Weiterer Stern für die umweltfreundliche Verpackung und die kurze Wartezeit bis zur Lieferung! War unser erster Besuch. Das Essen war lecker, aber die weibliche Bedienung war lustlos und unnötig gestresst obwohl kaum zu tun war.

Ich habe schon oft hier bestellt (via Lieferando) und bin bisher nie enttäuscht worden. Habe mein Essen immer zeitnah und vor allem warm bekommen. Tripple Burger mit extra Cheese und vor allem die Fritten sind zu empfehlen.

Die leckersten Burger in Umgebung MK! Schon mehrmals hier gegessen und bis jetzt sehr zufrieden gewesen. Absolute Empfehlenswert.

Was soll ich sagen habe 2 mal dort gegessen und finde es einfach überbewertet. Preis passt nicht zu dem was du bekommst. Außerdem kann ich die langen Wartezeiten selber nur bestätigen und das Essen ist total kalt wenn du es dann bekommst. Das Personal ist nur am labern und auch überfordert, so mein Eindruck. Passt einfach nicht.... da gibt es in Iserlohn einfach bessere Läden wo du mehr bekommst für dein Geld.

Die Burger sind sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und an einer kritischen Rückmeldung interessiert. Der Laden wirkte sauber.

Eigentlich immer gut gewesen. Heute leider garnicht. Haben 2 Burger und 2 Pommes bestellt. 50 min Abholzeit auch ok. Nach weiteren 20 min Wartezeit im Lokal wurde die Hälfte vergessen und die andere Hälfte wurde in dieser Zeit nicht warm gestellt. Zuhause angekommen hatten wir 2 eiskalte Burger und eine matschige, kalte Pommes. Das Personal schien etwas überfordert. Für diesen Preis dann doch schon ziemlich frech. Hoffe dass es beim nächsten Mal nicht mehr so ist.

Wir bestellen öfter und es läuft immer super schnell und es ist auch immer super lecker! Bei den gesamten Bestellungen die wir bereits hatten, kam lediglich ein mal etwas an, was vielleicht ein bisschen zuuu knusprig war. Dauerte nicht lange und wir hatten Ersatz da (und sogar eine extra Cola) Wirklich empfehlenswert! Werde immerzu weiter bestellen, wenn die Laune für Takeout gegeben ist!

Einer der guten Alternativen in Iserlohn wenn es um Burger essen geht! Der Burger war sehr lecker und saftig, was mir besonders gefallen hat. Die Pommes waren knackig und die Mitarbeiter aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Für die Zukunft würde ich mir noch mehr Varianten von Burgern (mit gerösteten/karamellisierten Zwiebeln, spezieller Sauce, speziellen Patty‘s, etc.) wünschen. Außerdem könnten die Saucenschalen auch gerne ein bisschen größer sein.

Cooler Laden und essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt 👍

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Allerdings gab der Besitzer arrogante Antworten auf berechtigte Fragen. Des Weiteren hat er die Mitarbeiter in Anwesenheit der Kunden zurechtgewiesen. Das schafft eine unangenehme Atmosphäre.. Daher muss ich leider Punkte abziehen.
