An absolutely brilliant shop! The burgers are awesome. French fries are great and the drinks menu leaves almost nothing to be desired. The service is quick and totally in a good mood. The online table reservation also worked without any problems. Definitely I will come again. P.S.: Even after repeated visits, the enthusiasm doesn't fade! In my opinion, overly expensive. My burger was small, but cost €16.90 - without fries or other side dishes... By the way, fries cost €6.00 ​​extra without sauces. The bottle of water (1L = €5.90) ​​was Kranberger with gas from SodaStream... There was no sealed bottle upon request. I find it super bold. The (poor) waiter met us with a bottle of water and another drink, but you should still expect more here, especially that you'll be full.

Food was great, service was mixed, one lady was tip top, the other would need some training, but that will definitely happen.

The food tastes good and I like the ambience. However, I think everything is a bit too expensive, especially the drinks. And it's a total shame that there's nothing on the menu for children. Nuggets or children's burgers would be easy. The service is friendly but could be quicker and ask more often.

Dear Baseburger! We are deeply disappointed that Shibuya fries are no longer available. They were the best thing on the whole menu. Actually, we only ever came to you because of the Shibuya fries. The disappointment was even greater that it no longer exists. As far as I can remember, they were super popular and ordered constantly. Therefore, this is an absolute wrong decision on your part. We will remain customers, but as regular customers you will unfortunately lose us.

We were there spontaneously. There was a service employee there to take care of all the guests. She was very attentive, quick and friendly. Drinks and food were brought shortly after ordering and were delicious and freshly prepared. We would come back at any time because there is nothing to complain about.

All in all it's worth three stars. The cheese sauce tasted like nothing. It was just watery and expensive. The beef was fried to death and everything was so tasteless. The fries were great. The dessert was good too. The service was great. Very friendly! The drinks were good too. The ambience was ok. The toilets were dirty and paper was flying everywhere. (We were there with three other guests, nothing else was going on) I don't know what the point "special reason" means when making an online reservation. You could have given yourself a gift. I would have a drink there, but no longer eat. It's too expensive and too tasteless for that. There are better burger places there.

Everything really solid! I think it's really reasonable value for money. So compared to other restaurants it can keep up. You can like the ambience, it wasn't exactly my taste. (Criticism for the kitchen as a passionate hobby cook - so not everyone will criticize something like that - > In my opinion, "pastrami" is not actually cut extremely thin... here it seemed more like "beef bacon", but normally it is thick, juicy beef brisket Slides. But this one is as thin as Serrano ham and as cross as bacon... and there was no lava in my "lava cake", so it was baked for too long, too dry, and didn't have a liquid core... I know Complaining on a high level, but I think this is constructive criticism, either rename the "pastrami" to beef bacon, or just look again at how good pastrami should be and possibly manage the baking time of the cake differently). Really not a bad criticism, but a well-intentioned one. I could write just as many good things, such as the homemade, really good fries with ultra good toppings!! (Juicy Lucy)... and the very good cocktails... etc etc but you can still improve. xD

There were three of us here. It wasn't very crowded on a Saturday evening. At first I thought the dark ambience was okay. The service came quickly. Burgers were ordered quickly, but if you're not a fan of them there are hardly any alternatives. All that remained were fries with mayonnaise and a few pieces of bacon sprinkled on top. It's a shame that there is no selection of salads, apart from two. The Homemade Lemonade Classic was really delicious. According to my companions, the burgers were warm and tasty. Since we were sitting at the table by the side exit, I asked for it to be closed. The waitress did that too, just before paying. So I sat with a jacket on during the meal. There are steep stairs down to the toilets. Lots of black here too. The cabins are very narrow. If you want to sit down, your knees almost hit the door. Unfortunately, the entire lower area didn't seem very hygienic. The floor was sticky and you didn't want to touch anything. Only the outdoor area is truly barrier-free. Since the restaurant is in the pedestrian zone, we parked in the nearby parking garage. We wouldn't make the 30 minute journey again

His friendly and attentive manner made the visit a completely successful experience. Overall, BaseBurger in Iserlohn is a must for every burger lover. The quality of the food, the variety of drinks and the excellent service make it a place to visit again and again.

The food came really quickly and was very tasty. We sat outside and the service kept coming by every now and then to have a look. We each had a burger and shared the fries. Those are the only point of criticism - they were rather bland and unfortunately no longer hot. The vegan mayo was very helpful 😅

Nice atmosphere and very nice staff. Food and drinks top. The fries are a little difficult to eat because they are served with the topping in a very small bowl. Spills are inevitable. The wooden chairs are very uncomfortable. Seat cushions would be a good idea. We would have stayed longer that way.

The last time we were there there wasn't much activity. We each ordered a citizen and shared a portion of fries. The young man who served us was very polite, but still relaxed and bright. We like the atmosphere. There are tables where you can sit with bar stools or in the windowsill, as well as conventional tables and chairs made of wood. The selection offers something for different tastes and vegan alternatives are also available. The food came after less than 15 minutes. It was tasty and good. In my opinion, the prices are quite impressive and the price-performance ratio is a bit too high for me. All in all we were happy with our visit.

Good burgers with reasonable price-performance ratio. The Vulcano Burger is highly recommended, great taste experience from meat, braised onions, BBQ sauce and the cheese sauce with chili flakes on the burger. I give it 5 stars ++. Very friendly service, delicious cocktails at happy hour, we would love to come back. You have to like the completely black, simple, rustic ambience, but that's secondary to the good overall impression.

Were here for the second time, unfortunately the second visit wasn't so nice. On the first visit it was pleasantly empty, the burgers we had were nice and hot. On the second visit, it was very busy and the kitchen was apparently overwhelmed with the number of orders. The burgers we ordered were warm. When asked about the problem, all they said was that they were sorry. In other restaurants, when there are problems, 95% of the time the reaction is different. Like dessert or something else on the house. The men's toilet smelled extremely like urine and the soap had once again run out.

I waited half an hour for my drink and over an hour for my food, even though there didn't seem to be many guests there. At the same time you can see the few, albeit very nice, waiters carrying online orders from the kitchen. If there are not enough waiters and cooks, you should decide to serve guests on site or order online. The burger was also only lukewarm and the cheese wasn't melted properly. In terms of taste, just like the sweet potato fries, it was outstanding. Given the relatively high price for burgers (€13-20 without side dishes), I expect not only appropriately fast service, but also warm food. The ambience is very calm and pleasant. The Volcano and the sweet potato fries are my favorite, but actually everything tastes good here. In terms of price, it is relatively expensive, but it is worth it. The last time the service needed a hint to come over, otherwise it was always great 👌

The food was top and the atmosphere is great. However, we felt the shortage of staff. Had to wait a long time for our drinks. Nevertheless, kudos to the staff, the store was full and there was a lot to do.

The ambience was ok. Nothing super elaborate, but still. The service was on point and super friendly. The dishes we ordered were also convincing, with the exception of the cheese sauce on the lattice fries. It was somehow super artificial and tasteless (typically American). We even ended up skipping the fries. Basically we were satisfied and would come back.

Waited 30 minutes for drinks, over an hour for food. It arrived cold and waiters are completely overwhelmed. Maybe you shouldn't run a store that size if you couldn't handle half of it.

Well, I think you can see how delicious the monthly burger tasted this time. I'm always surprised at how delicious these monthly burgers taste next to the other delicious ones on the menu, please keep it up.

The service was never particularly good, but it's now unreasonable. If I hadn't drawn attention to myself several times, I probably wouldn't have had anything to drink after an hour. Once you have ordered your drink, it takes an unacceptably long time until it finally arrives. In my case just a bottled beer. The store was about 70% full that evening. You won't be asked in between if you would like something to drink. Sales of drinks seem undesirable here. The food came quite quickly, but the patties were well cooked and a bit dry. The burger is now just average. The sweet potato fries now cost soooooooo much euros. Seven €€€... you would expect a mountain of fries for that, but it's a puff cake. It was a normal, rather small bowl for which five euros would be exorbitant. That's just ridiculous. If you were more attentive to the drinks, you could make the margin there and not have to rip off the customer with the fries. And mayo, which of course still costs extra. I used to love coming to you, but I don't feel like it anymore. That was the last time. A pity

The three of us had dinner at BASEBURGER Iserlohn on Thursday. It was a very beautiful evening! It's been a long time since we've been welcomed and served in such a great and truly hospitable manner. I got my burger gluten-free, so being able to eat like that as a celiac sufferer was an absolute highlight! The gluten-free burger buns are fluffy and delicious. Great offering, great people, super delicious food! We can fully recommend BASEBURGER in Iserlohn!

Essen 1a war nur leider nicht mehr super warm als es aus der Küche kam was aber daran liegt das bloß eine Bedienung vorhanden war. Er hat sich super Mühe gegeben allerdings kann eine einzelne Person nicht gleichzeitig gute 30 Gäste bedienen, die Bar schmeißen und das Essen austeilen. Deswegen beim Service sowie dem Ambiente nur 4 von 5 Sterne

Wir waren heute nach dem Kinobesuch mit unseren beiden Kindern (8+10) zum Essen dort und eigentlich eher enttäuscht. Die Burger waren ok, ich hatte einen Vulcano, der sehr durch war, zu viele karamelisirte Zwiebeln hatte und mich hat die hauseigene Burgersauce gestört. Aber das nur als Anregung und fließt nicht in die Bewertung ein. Was uns sehr gestört hat waren die langen Wartezeiten. Bis zum Getränke bestellen, bis die dann kommen und dann schließlich bis das Essen kommt. Hat bei uns fast eine Stunde gedauert. Für 4 Burger und 1 Pommes. Am Ende haben wir dort knapp 100 € für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausgegeben und waren genervt von der Wartezeit. Bezahlen dauerte dann auch wieder, obwohl sich das Lokal schon gut geleert hatte und das Karten-Lesegeräte funktionierte dann auch nicht (mit diversen Karten und auch schon bei unseren Vorgängern nicht). Da fehlt es einfach an Infrastruktur und Personal. Die beiden Jungs im Service konnten da definitiv nichts für, die haben ihr bestes gegeben.

Essen ist warm auf den Tisch gekommen, Burger waren sehr lecker. Es gibt auch viele Variationen. Preistechnisch ausbaufähig da man zum Burger keine Pommes bekommt. Die Pommes muss man extra dazu bestellen plus Ketchup etc. Sauberes Restaurant Bedienung sehr nett und zuvorkommend

Es war wie auch beim letzten mal mega Lecker Habe mich an the Heart Attack getraut, mega muss ich sagen hätte meiner Meinung nur ein wenig saftiger sein können oder mehr Soße. Das aber ist Geschmack Sache. Meine Kids habe die vegie Varianten gegessen mit Fleisch Ersatz Patty sehr lecker... Und die Musik war ein wenig laut muss nicht sein Aber werde auf jeden Fall wieder hin und freue mich jetzt schon drauf 😍😍

Ein tolles Restaurant mit erstklassigen Burgern. Gute Auswahl und sehr lecker. An einem Samstag Abend sehr voll und daher ist die Wartezeit etwas länger, was aber durch leckeres Essen wieder ausgeglichen wird.

Service war sehr bemüht, leider gab es immer wieder größere Lücken zwischen den Getränken, Tresen stand voller Gläser und konnte nicht abgearbeitet werden. Auch das wir zwei unterschiedliche Getränkekarten hatten war sehr verwirrend

Das 4. Mal dort gewesen und kein einziges Mal enttäuscht gewesen. Der Service ist top, man wird regelmäßig nett und höflich gefragt ob man noch etwas braucht oder bestellen möchte. Das Ambiente ist der hammer. Ich könnte beim besten Willen nichts negatives finden. Mittlerweile mein Lieblingort um zu Abend zu essen und Cocktails zu trinken.

Wir sind spontan zum Abendessen in dieses Restaurant gegangen. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, ich würde jedem besonders am Wochenende empfehlen, einen Tisch zu reservieren. Die Speisekarte ist ansprechend und gut erklärt, viele Bürger gibt es auch als vegane Variante. Wir haben uns für einen veganen und einen normalen Burger sowie eine Portion Prison Break Fries mit zwei zusätzlichen Dips entschieden. Die Bürger waren der Hammer! Besonders das vegane Patty hat uns geschmacklich total überzeugt. Auch die Fries waren super. Allerdings haben uns die zusätzlichen Dips geschmacklich leider nicht überzeugt. Dazu kommt deren relativ kleine Portionsgröße für den jeweiligen Preis von 2€. Alles in Allem aber auf jeden Fall eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr nettes Personal ein klasse Ambiente und super leckeres Essen. Sehr moderne und schöne Innenausstattung. Top Musik auch im Laden. Einziges Manko: Getränke lassen etwas auf sich warten und der Tisch war leider noch dreckig als wir ihn zugewiesen bekommen haben.

Zuerst muss ich anmerken, dass diese Bewertung nicht auf einer einmaligen Erfahrung beruht, sondern leider mehrfach. Wir sind sowohl zwei Mal zum Essen vor Ort gewesen als auch zwei Mal Essen als take-away. Immer mit zwei Personen. Zum Essen vor Ort: Lange Wartezeiten, fängt beim Eintritt bzw. Platzzuweisung an, dann dauert es bis der Kellner bzw. Kellnerin mal kommt und dann wieder bis die Getränke kommen. Ganz zu schweigen von den Mahlzeiten. Eine Stunde, auch wenn nur wenige Tische besetzt sind, sollte man einplanen. Auch bzgl. der Sauberkeit und Reinigung ist noch potenzial nach oben. Das positive sind die Burger, welche Geschmacklich echt etwas zu bieten haben. Leider ähnliches Spiel bei der Abholung: Man bestellt, bekommt eine Abholzeit genannt und nach Ankunft sollte man einplanen weitere 15-30 Minuten auf sein Essen zu warten. Ich rede hier nicht von 38 Portionen, ich rede von zwei Burgern mit zwei Beilagen. Preislich ist das Restaurant absolut fair und in Ordnung. Ich persönlich würde mir wünschen dass das Management das Personal aufstockt oder ggf. auch austauscht. Das wäre sicherlich der erste Schritt in die richtige Richtung, denn selten findet man solche guten Burger. Leider zählt nicht nur das Essen alleine. Es ist im gesamten noch ganz viel Luft nach oben.

Wir wurden zu Beginn höflich begrüßt und nach oben begleitet. Uns wurde ein Tisch gegewiesen. Als wir uns gesetzt hatten, merkten wir, dass er noch nicht gesäubert war. Daraufhin kam die Kellnerin und säuberte Ihn erneut. Bei der Bestellung kam der Hinweis, dass es heute länger dauern würde. Deshalb baten wir den Kellner uns die Fritten vorab zu bringen. Als nach 40 Minuten immer noch nichts angekommen war, fragten wir die Kellnerin. Sie ging in die Küche und es wurde alles zeitgleich kredenzt. Geschmacklich war alles ok, wobei Burger & Pommes warm aber nicht heiß waren. Die Größe des Burgers war ebenfalls Standard. Alles in Allem war es OK. Wobei ich sagen muss, dass es bessere Location gibt. Dies ist aber meine persönliche Meinung.

Sehr lecker aber der Kellner hat dreckigere Hände als ein Totengräber aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Außerdem hat es wirklich sehr lange gedauert, bis wir überhaupt etwas zu trinken bekommen haben.

Man kann es kompliziert schreiben oder einfach halten. Ich mach es mal einfach kompliziert. Sehr cooles Ambiente. Alle Corona Regeln berücksichtigt. Nette Bedienung die immer da war und nach unserem wohl geschaut hat. Wir waren mit unseren 3 kleinen Kindern da und die haben auch prompt was zu spielen bekommen, Alleine das ist schon fast ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Sowas bekommt man leider nur sehr sehr selten in Deutschland. Burger und Pommes waren MEGA lecker und alle waren zufrieden.
