It was another great evening with a delicious burger and dessert, but what was really wonderful was the super nice service and very attentive.

A great shop! If you like fries with a little more than just mayonnaise or ketchup, this is the place for you. But the burgers are just delicious!

Waited over an hour for the food, but it was delicious. An experience not only for the palate, but also for the eyes. The prices are on the higher side, but the staff is very friendly. I would have preferred 3 stars because of the value for money and the long waiting time, but the friendliness and taste convinced me to give it 4 stars.

We were there on Saturday. Food was great! Service was top!! Unfortunately we have to tell you that we are really disappointed that baseburger has abolished the coffee machine!!!! The store was completely booked! At least 6 tables like us wanted to order dessert with coffee. Unfortunately no coffee possible. Excuse me?! What is wrong with the management please??? How can you get rid of the coffee machine??? Just because it's not so well received in another city...?! That's why, like most people, we didn't order any more dessert... that way you can scare away the guests!!

Bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Wir waren um 21 Uhr dort und haben kein Essen mehr bekommen. Das gleiche habe ich bei Google bewertet und diese Bewertung hat man wegen Verleumdung löschen lassen.. lächerlich. Eigentlich mochte ich Baseburger, aber dort werde ich nicht mehr essen. Preise sind auch mittlerweile viel zu hoch.

Burgers were very tasty. Unfortunately, 2 of 8 burgers were already cold and 2 were lukewarm. Not possible for the price. A few vegetarian burgers should also be on the menu... Service was rarely visible - the first gentleman was only responsible for lighting candles. He couldn't take drinks...

A nice location, even if it was a little too cold for our girls at the table. Too few staff, but the two service staff gave their all. The food wasn't very hot but the burgers tasted very good. The fries were good, but nothing special. I think the prices are too high due to the quantity received. All in all a nice visit, although I have to say I expected more. There was nothing to complain about, but nothing to cheer about either. Maybe we'll come by again sometime.

Delicious food and friendly people, what more could you want? I come here every now and again and have never been disappointed. Yesterday, due to a short-term staff shortage, the lady did service AND kitchen at the same time without losing her good mood. Hats off, because that was top sport!

The drinks and food came quickly and the staff was friendly and very attentive. The burgers were good, although not absolutely great. The "don't call it fries" were average at best. The tables are very close to each other, so you can hear everything from the neighboring tables and overall it's not particularly comfortable.

Won't lie, the food is tasty. A little overpriced for my taste. I don't really like the service but the cocktails are good! Only think I don't like is that they always ask you if you have a reservation even when the place is empty. I find that so snob. Other than that it's a good place! They need a while to serve you, keep that in mind.

We ordered 2 burgers (Theo once in a lifetime & The Vulcano) and fries and picked them up. The service was very nice and the food was ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, at home we discovered that the burgers were only slightly warm and at the Vulcano the "spicy cheese eruption" simply wasn't there! Since the burger was only ordered for this reason, the disappointment was of course very great. But the fries were very tasty!

We visited the Baseburger Bürgerhaus with high expectations because the food was highly recommended to us. The quality of the food certainly lived up to these expectations: the burgers were excellent, the ingredients were fresh, and the preparation demonstrated skilled craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the enjoyment was completely overshadowed by the service. The waiter was distant and inappropriate from the start. His comment that he wanted to “take our money out of our pockets” and therefore leave the menu directly at the table was completely inappropriate and created an unpleasant atmosphere. During the payment process, a larger amount than previously stated was entered into the card reader. When we confronted him, he reacted snippily and showed no insight. Such behavior is unacceptable in the restaurant industry, no matter how good the food is. The treatment of the guests was disrespectful, which overshadowed the entire evening. Conclusion: Although the food was really excellent, we cannot recommend the Baseburger Bürgerhaus because of the outrageous service. Unfortunately for us this was a one-off visit.

Hello, my dears,! First of all, we eat out a lot and we attach great importance to value for money! Yesterday we were 4 adults and 3 children who came to try this burger place that is hyped. I found the location to be too dark and noisy, even though we were probably the loudest :-)), toilets, steep stairs down but good, you can't do that because of the architecture, but the toilet rooms themselves are very, very narrow... A slightly more well-built person might have problems sitting on the toilet. The service yesterday was new and really sweet and tried to do everything right and was always available to answer questions and requests. A really nice girl who made us feel comfortable...thank you for that...The nice waitress who did the billing was also friendly and communicative. The most important thing, the food!!!! I personally didn't like my burger "The Cheese" at all!! The intense taste of the meat with a ketchup sauce that was too overloaded for me was simply not tasty...my companions had eaten burgers with a grade of 3, they said!!! I find it very, very outrageous to pay 12-20 euros for a burger with any side dish. Even with the best beef meat, you can't get that amount to produce 250G! What was really delicious were my son's Jonny Fries, which I would have preferred to order. Cocktail, iced tea, gin and beer were good, but overall just not enough to make me come back. For what we ultimately paid, I would have preferred to go out for a steak or go to a good sushi restaurant... Sorry, that was really a disappointment. A little advice, if you want good burgers, go to Dortmund to JP PERFOMANCE...

The burgers tasted great and the menu offers unusual creations. The decor is attractive, maybe a bit dark at first, but cozy. Due to staff absences due to illness, we waited a long time for the drinks, but were served by friendly staff.

An absolutely brilliant shop! The burgers are awesome. French fries are great and the drinks menu leaves almost nothing to be desired. The service is quick and totally in a good mood. The online table reservation also worked without any problems. Definitely I will come again. P.S.: Even after repeated visits, the enthusiasm doesn't fade! In my opinion, overly expensive. My burger was small, but cost €16.90 - without fries or other side dishes... By the way, fries cost €6.00 ​​extra without sauces. The bottle of water (1L = €5.90) ​​was Kranberger with gas from SodaStream... There was no sealed bottle upon request. I find it super bold. The (poor) waiter met us with a bottle of water and another drink, but you should still expect more here, especially that you'll be full.

The food tastes good and I like the ambience. However, I think everything is a bit too expensive, especially the drinks. And it's a total shame that there's nothing on the menu for children. Nuggets or children's burgers would be easy. The service is friendly but could be quicker and ask more often.

We were there spontaneously. There was a service employee there to take care of all the guests. She was very attentive, quick and friendly. Dear Baseburger! We are deeply disappointed that Shibuya fries are no longer available. They were the best thing on the whole menu. Actually, we only ever came to you because of the Shibuya fries. The disappointment was even greater that it no longer exists. As far as I can remember, they were super popular and ordered constantly. Therefore, this is an absolute wrong decision on your part. We will remain customers, but as regular customers you will unfortunately lose us.

All in all it's worth three stars. The cheese sauce tasted like nothing. It was just watery and expensive. The beef was fried to death and everything was so tasteless. The fries were great. The dessert was good too. The service was great. Very friendly! The drinks were good too. The ambience was ok. The toilets were dirty and paper was flying everywhere. (We were there with three other guests, nothing else was going on) I don't know what the point "special reason" means when making an online reservation. You could have given yourself a gift. I would have a drink there, but no longer eat. It's too expensive and too tasteless for that. There are better burger places there.

Everything really solid! I think it's really reasonable value for money. So compared to other restaurants it can keep up. You can like the ambience, it wasn't exactly my taste. (Criticism for the kitchen as a passionate hobby cook - so not everyone will criticize something like that - > In my opinion, "pastrami" is not actually cut extremely thin... here it seemed more like "beef bacon", but normally it is thick, juicy beef brisket Slides. But this one is as thin as Serrano ham and as cross as bacon... and there was no lava in my "lava cake", so it was baked for too long, too dry, and didn't have a liquid core... There were three of us here. It wasn't very crowded on a Saturday evening. At first I thought the dark ambience was okay. The service came quickly. Burgers were ordered quickly, but if you're not a fan of them there are hardly any alternatives. All that remained were fries with mayonnaise and a few pieces of bacon sprinkled on top. It's a shame that there is no selection of salads, apart from two. The Homemade Lemonade Classic was really delicious. According to my companions, the burgers were warm and tasty. Since we were sitting at the table by the side exit, I asked for it to be closed. The waitress did that too, just before paying. So I sat with a jacket on during the meal. There are steep stairs down to the toilets. Lots of black here too. The cabins are very narrow. If you want to sit down, your knees almost hit the door. Unfortunately, the entire lower area didn't seem very hygienic. The floor was sticky and you didn't want to touch anything. Only the outdoor area is truly barrier-free. Since the restaurant is in the pedestrian zone, we parked in the nearby parking garage. We wouldn't make the 30 minute journey again

The food came really quickly and was very tasty. We sat outside and the service kept coming by every now and then to have a look. We each had a burger and shared the fries. Those are the only point of criticism - they were rather bland and unfortunately no longer hot. The vegan mayo was very helpful 😅

Nice atmosphere and very nice staff. Food and drinks top. The fries are a little difficult to eat because they are served with the topping in a very small bowl. Spills are inevitable. The wooden chairs are very uncomfortable. Seat cushions would be a good idea. We would have stayed longer that way.

Good burgers with reasonable price-performance ratio. The Vulcano Burger is highly recommended, great taste experience from meat, braised onions, BBQ sauce and the cheese sauce with chili flakes on the burger. I give it 5 stars ++. Very friendly service, delicious cocktails at happy hour, we would love to come back. You have to like the completely black, simple, rustic ambience, but that's secondary to the good overall impression.

Were here for the second time, unfortunately the second visit wasn't so nice. On the first visit it was pleasantly empty, the burgers we had were nice and hot. On the second visit, it was very busy and the kitchen was apparently overwhelmed with the number of orders. The burgers we ordered were warm. When asked about the problem, all they said was that they were sorry. In other restaurants, when there are problems, 95% of the time the reaction is different. Like dessert or something else on the house. The men's toilet smelled extremely like urine and the soap had once again run out.
