Hello, I rarely write reviews but it's important to me here. Food simply tastes fantastic. So far I've had the cowboy burger 9/10 don corleon burger 8/10 leonardo da vinci burger 9/10 avocado burger a clear 10/10 next time I'll add bacon on it then definitely an 11/10. The fries are generally not seasoned enough for my taste 7/10, the loaded fries too but the ones with garlic oil and avocado tartare are still a 9/10. The currywurst is also a real dream 10/10. So thank you very much for having this burger shop, one of the best burger shops in Cologne so far. I can only recommend it to everyone. Ps I'll try all the other burgers too. Accordingly, I hope that the usual quality will be maintained.

It wasn't a kebab anymore, it was a meat bag salad, it was completely missing, and I'll never eat meat here again

It was cold in the shop. We had to leave our jackets on. The staff was nice but not exactly accommodating. The food was ok, but not very good quality. One dish was somehow missing a green garnish. Arabic music was playing loudly the whole time, like in a mosque... you could go there, but it wasn't great.

Today we ordered a falafel kebab and got a falafel wrap. Unfortunately, we have not found a way to complain about the incorrect order. Therefore, I spoke again and again through the pick-up window. The kebab was newly made, unfortunately without sauce and with onions, although ordered differently. That was annoying and disappointing. The rest of the food was of course cold. The app was not helpful in this case.

Ordered online, PayPal payment, order confirmation received via email with delivery time of 45 minutes. After over an hour the PayPal payment was reversed without comment. Unavailable by telephone. It's a shame because the previous orders were very good, at least in terms of food. Unfortunately, we can no longer order as we rely on reliable delivery, otherwise the children will be hungry and in a bad mood.

The pre-ordered delivery arrived 30 minutes late. Instead of the vegan burger, they deliberately (!!!) delivered a chicken burger because the vegan patty was out of stock. After complaining by phone, they promised a later delivery of the vegan burger. It never arrived. Very poor service.

Positive: The ambiance was very good for a restaurant of this type. Everything was clean; this also applies to the restrooms. The food was very decent for a burger restaurant, both in terms of quantity and taste. Service was prompt when needed, without being intrusive. The prices were also OK. Negative: The only thing we found quite uncomfortable was the seating. During your visit, you'd want to lean back at least once in a while. However, there was no backrest. The upholstery of the bench could also have been a bit better. Well, a young clientele overlooks this. But you can't stay young forever...

Simply old, cold and stale burgers delivered. We order for 37€(!) and get 2x cold drinks (the highly trained bullet turners can do at least one thing), 2x cold fries, 1x completely cold burger and 1x burger with lukewarm meatballs, the rest is cold. Instead of saying we screwed up, they blame Lieferando and promised me that I would get a voucher from Lieferando. But nothing happened, Lieferando just sent me a standard email. If you read this, I am He lied on the phone and has no sense of honor and is responsible: we have often ordered from you, it will never happen again, it is 100% your fault for lying to me without honor.

Great!! Visited Blondies for the first time under new ownership and we had a lovely evening. We had a vegan taxi plate and a vegan burger, plus nachos with NoCheese sauce. Everything was delicious and the service staff were very, very nice, great!! The ambience has become more modern, cozier and more stylish, I think. The menu appeals to me more now than before. I think the addition of Thai dishes is great and the wine selection has also improved. The prices are attractive and affordable. My burger cost 14.50 euros, was very tasty and filled me up. I will definitely be back.

The burgers are really tasty and the fries are good too. And you don't have to wait long. The service is a bit too "distant", could be better.

Absolutely disastrous store! I ordered, waited forever, and inquired several times. I was told on the phone that the food was on its way – but nothing arrived. My calls were eventually ignored, and a refund was only issued after contacting Lieferando. As if that wasn't brazen enough, my review was also deleted. Unreliable and anti-customer – I'll definitely never order from here again!

We had a really nice waitress (Diana). She served us very kindly and was very accommodating with all our requests. We would gladly go back

Took 35 minutes to cook loaded fries/ chicken strips, and then the bag with the food had spiders inside of it. tried to get a refund but they said no and they would re-do the order but not do a refund. the loaded fries chicken was undercooked as well and was horrible, it’s a statutory right to have a refund if the quality of the food is not on standards, and should be especially if the food has spiders inside the bag of the food. i was told “ the food was in a container” so the spiders were not in contact with the food, and then i was told that there wasn’t any spiders in side of the bag. The manager was clearly an idiot himself and didn’t even speak during this and made his colleague speak to me.
