Die besten Restaurants mit Burgerrestaurant Essen in Nordrhein-Westfalen

The service behind the cash register that takes the order is a disaster. Nosy disinterested deterrent to never eating there again. Wasn't just my perception...

Wir hatten einen Tisch um 19 uhr reserviert und ich kann direkt vorweg nehmen, so schlecht bin ich an einem samstag Abend noch nie weg gewesen in meinem ganzen Leben. So unprofessionell und kein stück kritik fähig. Als wir ankamen wurden wir prompt bedient und das Ambiente war gut, dann konnten wir 1x Getränke und essen bestellen und das wars dann auch schon...... Es hat alles ewig gedauert obwohl der laden nicht voll war ! Unsere Bestellung wurde im eil tempo aufgenommen inkl Handzeichen das es etwas schnell gehen muss, wie gesagt der laden war nicht voll..... Unsere bestellte vorspeise kam nach ca. 1 stunde und als die kam, konnten wir erst ein 2. Mal getränke bestellen.... als die 2. Runde getränke kam wurden unsere gläser obwohl leer nicht mitgenommen, geschweige denn das wir überhaupt noch ein weiteres mal bestellen konnten bzw. nachgefragt wurde, noch das unsere leeren gläser überhaupt mal weggeräumt wurden, der vorspeisen teller stand auch noch. Es haben bis dahin weitere gäste platz genommen die nach uns bestellt haben und vor uns essen bekommen haben. Nach ca. Anderthalb stunden hatte ich dann mal gefragt was mit unserem essen sei ? Es wurde gesagt das es noch ca. 5 Minuten dauert. Nach ca. weiteren 15 minuten mit dem blick wie um uns herum andere ihr essen weiterhin vor uns bekommen haben sind wir zur kasse und haben gesagt das wir gehen nach knapp 2 Stunden wartezeit. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen wurden wir noch darauf aufmerksam gemacht das wir den tisch erst um 19:20 angenommen haben und es ja nicht ganz 2 Stunden waren ..... Respekt an dieser stelle für die unfreundlichkeit und noch die frechheit zu besitzen sich nicht mal zu entschuldigen. Der Laden wird nie wieder besucht und auch nie mehr empfohlen. Wird im familien und freundeskreis geteilt. Definitiv keine Empfehlung und erst recht nicht als abend Aktivität zu Empfehlen.

BURGERS AS THEY SHOULD BE! I was there with a friend on a Friday and had a bacon cheeseburger. Staff very friendly, the burgers & fries were PERFECT! One of the best burgers EVER 💪! Definitely come back

The shelves are always full and the selection is plentiful for limited space. The only thing you should edit is the discount screen when you come in. I personally wouldn't advertise a discount from 2.79 to 2.79 ;) (And no, I didn't make a typo) So a top corner for shopping and getting your fill. Keep it up Tobit, you really came up with something

Fraud at its best. Food came over 1.5 hours late, then a burger was forgotten to be delivered. After the phone call we were assured that it would be delivered within 30 minutes. 1 hour No burger later, no possibility to complain as it is now closed. Never again and I will report that they have my money.

I'm sorry for the review, but this place really isn't worth visiting. The burgers are simple supermarket burger buns with meatballs, sauce from the bucket and some salad. You can do this yourself at home inexpensively. The employees are nice and helpful.

I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time. The salad was fresh, the fries and the burger were warm despite the distance. When we order burgers only from you even though we have Mafia Burger and Burger me at the door😊

Food arrived cold, fries and sweet potato fries were sticky, sauces and dressings were wrong, burgers were also completely cold, barely topped, and the lettuce on the burgers apparently wasn't washed. A very clear case for the health department. Drinks were correct. At least 5 defective. Service was the most impudent thing ever, when we asked for a new delivery there was a lot of discussion, which then became too stupid for me and I wanted my money back. They then hung up and no one answered again. If you could give 0 stars I would, I have no idea how such conditions get a license from the main company... Then I prefer to order from the center in Gelsenkirchen, never had any problems there.

Actually ZERO stars. Online order was canceled without explanation. Very bad. There is a new opportunity and possibly another negative review. Too bad.

Everything great! And totally friendly to children and dogs! The price is really okay too!

EDIT: The prices are getting higher and higher and the patties are getting smaller, so downgraded to 3 stars. By far the best burger shop in Dortmund. Unfortunately, the staff changes very often and sometimes you catch employees who don't have it (yet) and then it doesn't taste good either, but still without question 5 stars. Once you've eaten there, you won't be able to eat burgers from the competition (McD and BK).

Very unfriendly employees! When you ask you only get rude answers! Long waiting times! Would never go there again.
