I waited 15 minutes and the service was overwhelmed and couldn't take an order. 03/19/2025 around 1:00 p.m. Very unfortunate.

We waited three hours for our ordered food and, after calling twice, were put off. Finally, at 10:30 p.m., we received our cold burgers, soggy fries, and a small bottle of Coke as compensation. A total disappointment!

Delivery was quick but unfortunately the food was cold. Burger was delicious and the employees were also very friendly. It is recommended 😊

The food was tasty but a bit cold because it was delivered 45 minutes late and there wasn't even an apology, just an unfriendly delivery. Part of the delivery was also missing.

Super tasty fresh burgers! The delivery is unbeatable! We ordered for the third time and it took less than 10 minutes for it to arrive. The New York cheese poop is our favorite dessert!

We ordered online at 7:40 p.m. and paid in advance. As of 10:40 p.m. we haven't received our food yet and the restaurant can't be reached by phone...impossible now we have to make sure we get our money back, definitely not recommended

Best fried chicken in Voerde, but don't accept card payment (Wonder why)

After a negative review the owner called me and wanted to clarify something. He didn't even let me finish my sentence until I got a bit louder. In any case we couldn't come to an agreement. It was about an order of burgers with fries. On the website it says all burgers are delivered with fries. I didn't get any fries with them. I wrote that in the review. He then said that I had ordered a single burger and that there were no fries included. However, when the homepage says all burgers it means EVERYONE to me because it is a burger and not a pizza. He said that I shouldn't order from him again. So I was banned from the premises. He was very, very unfriendly. That was the last time I ordered anything from there. That's another way to put customers off.

Shop is closed! Still listed as open in Google you can even order but it is never confirmed. We walked past and the store is already closed. At least you could tell Google that the store is closed!

We went there for the first time today and really enjoyed it! The burgers were delicious and fresh, as were the fries. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was friendly. We'll definitely be back.
