Cozy atmosphere and great burgers. The daily menu prices are very convenient. The burger was very good and the fries were perfectly fried. Service was very friendly and the food came very fast, but at peak times you make have to wait until the server notices you.

The ambience of this Hans im Glück is also very nice. However, I found it a bit cold, which didn't exactly encourage me to have a drink after dinner. We had previously chosen another seat because the temperature was more pleasant, but unfortunately it was in a cordoned off area, which we had no way of knowing because it was neither marked nor were we greeted. After 15 minutes, after we had almost finished our order via the QR code, we were then asked to move. Another 10 minutes later our order was taken. The iced tea and lemonade were great. The burger was also very tasty, but the fries and sweet potato fries were wobbly and too cold the first time and when we got them back after returning them to the kitchen, they were almost unsalted. There was no pepper or salt at the table and the service only appeared again when we asked to collect at the table. Failed on average for us. It wasn't full, there were enough staff there, but they weren't trained or didn't feel like it.

Yes! A new employee was serving me who wasn't quite sure and needed help... So far, normal and not bad... The cohesion in the team was great. The old hands helped a lot.

Overall it was okay, service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately it seemed a bit rushed. The taste of the burger and fries was okay, but definitely not a culinary revelation. The overall atmosphere is quite cozy. Conclusion: You can do it, but you don't have to. There are better ones.

I've been going here ever since this place opened! The staff is very friendly and efficient! The food and drinks are delicious!

Despite the fixed time, the food was delivered far too early, and therefore it was still cold, incorrectly filled and an entire menu was forgotten. This was delivered after a very long phone call, which was also a disaster because the woman on the other end finally realized after 5 minutes of "I can't understand her, her reception is bad" that she was going to a place where it wasn't so bad. The subsequent delivery was also cold, despite being delivered within 10 minutes. Maybe the burger had been lying around somewhere for an hour. The colleague who ate the delivery is now in the hospital with a laceration to his head and severe food poisoning. Seems like the owner doesn't have his own shop or the employees under control, which you can tell from all the other negative reviews. Since such food poisoning cases have to be reported anyway, we hope that the health department will take a look. The entire Burgerme chain has significantly deteriorated in quality over the last few years, whether it's due to the poor individual branches... possible. At least I can no longer recommend the branch in Paderborn to anyone in good conscience.

Ordered from Food Brother yesterday and after a few hours I got extremely sick and today I'm still having gastrointestinal problems. I think there was something wrong with the food and I've read in other reviews that others have had the same experience, so maybe I need to work on hygiene etc. Unfortunately I will never be able to eat here again.

Well, overall okay, but there is still room for improvement. The food was OK, but not quite as good as I had hoped. The burgers tasted okay, but some were a bit dry. The fries weren't quite as crispy as they should be either. Delivery was quick, but unfortunately the burger wasn't really warm when it arrived. The service was friendly and the menu selection is really good, but overall I wasn't entirely impressed. It's fine for a quick lunch, but I wouldn't order again immediately if I'm in the mood for a really good burger.

We ordered online at 7:40 PM and paid in advance. As of 10:40 PM, we still haven't received our food, and the restaurant is unreachable by phone...impossible. Now we have to see if we can get our money back. Definitely not recommended.

We just came there to eat a burger. The lady who made my burger had long hair, which was disgusting. On top of that, she took my money for the potato and the Coke. I didn't eat it and I didn't leave. There was a disgusting smell in the meat of the burger.

Shop is closed! Still listed as open in Google you can even order but it is never confirmed. We walked past and the store is already closed. At least you could tell Google that the store is closed!

Today we had ordered a menu for 10€ and it said so on the menu that we asked again if that was true and they said that in the end we had to pay 22.80 again. I would never in my life.
