Very good burger! And friendly staff! I'd love to come back!

I recently ordered from Foodbrother Münster via Lieferando and all I can say is that I am absolutely disappointed. The order worth €30 was accepted and confirmed by Foodbrother, but unfortunately we waited in vain for the food. It just never arrived. The customer service was also a disaster. Despite multiple attempts to reach someone and find a solution, there was no response or feedback. You feel completely abandoned and helpless, especially when the money has already been paid. In my opinion, the fact that an order is simply ignored is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customers. For me, this is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Neither an apology nor a refund was offered because no one answered the phone, instead the money was put in their pockets despite the food not being delivered. Such behavior is unforgivable and cannot be recommended under any circumstances.

We ordered via Lieferando and nothing was delivered. Calls are not answered for several days and no one answers!! A case has already been opened at Lieferando

Ordered from Lieferando, waited 2 hours only for it to be marked as delivered even though nothing ever arrived. Cannot be reached by phone and suddenly Lieferando is set to closed. Terrible experience.

The burgers taste really good, as do the fries. In my opinion the quality is slightly higher. For 13-15€ you get a fairly large burger, a good portion of fries and a 0.3l drink. The staff is friendly and even prepares two menus for you to take away shortly before closing time. There are toilets on the upper floor.

Incomplete order! Very uncooperative! Order was not delivered because I cannot prove it! Never again.

You order food from there via Lieferando, you receive a message that the food will not be delivered for 2 hours. I tried calling several times to find out whether the delivery really took that long and no one answered the phone. I just feel ripped off. It's a shame that there are no 0 stars to choose from.

As someone from California USA who has traveled to many country’s this is easily the best burger I’ve ever had in Europe and it’s not even close. 100% would recommend to anyone who likes a good burger.

The food there is usually good, but I ordered there today around 2:00 p.m. and around 3:00 p.m. the order was simply canceled without giving a reason after 1 hour of waiting. That really doesn't work.

Always like to come from Gronau to Münster to eat the burgers! Very tasty and very fresh. Staff is also very nice. Unfortunately a bit expensive for the size of the burgers..

The Classic Burger comes as a relatively faceless mayo/ketchup burger. Classic topping with onion rings, a large tomato slice. The patty doesn't stand out due to any special features. It doesn't stink against other homemade burgers but I don't think that's what you want In my opinion, the price of €9 is not appropriate. Fast, friendly service. However, the area around the store is underground (junkies, ultra drunks, etc.). But it is also close to the train station.

Delivery took a very long time, the burger was delicious, which unfortunately I can't say about the sweet potatoes, they were very soaked and the normal fries were very dry

Good, but unbelievable, the Mayo n Euro!! That's 2 marks!!!1!!1 They're not quite right in the head, have they got a nail in their head?!!!1!1! Their helmets are burning!!1!!! Is there something on the waffle?? They drank paint or what? Did they run past the zombie?!?! Since we are completely ripped off, all we want to do is shovel some fries in peace!!!1!1!!1 Hömmal, what is that 2 marks?!?!

Food delivered cold after 2 hours

Ridiculously long delivery time (advertised ~115 minutes). When asked by phone, they said there was no meat left. On a Wednesday lunchtime. Yes. According to the employee, the food should arrive in 20 minutes, but that was more of a wishful thinking, after 45 minutes no one showed up with the food. In the end we waited over 3 hours, the food was lukewarm, the burgers were too soft and the curly fries were half dumped in the bag. Actually 0/5 stars... unfortunately not possible, no recommendation

I ordered fries & curly fries + a sauce each. Food was very hot👍 The curly fries were awesome, 100% recommendation, I don't think I've ever had better ones, very crunchy, soft on the inside and spicy, salty, perfect. The fries were a joke. My AirFryer does a better job - limp things, hardly any taste. McDonald's are better. And: unfortunately the size of the sauce was also a joke... Service on site was fine, the lady at the checkout was very nice. Overall 3/5

We ordered from Lieferando at 8:20 p.m. and the stated delivery time was absolutely not met. No one could be reached by phone. We've now been waiting almost 3 hours for the food and that's an absolute disgrace... If you have a lot of patience, you can try it and see if the food is delivered earlier.....But if you are very hungry like us, I would recommend the pizzeria nearby or Mc Donalds!!!!!!! !!

Ordered the Baba burger (12€) from the menu (17€). It was tasty, but a bit overpriced, so only 4 stars. Meat was juicy and not too dry. Sauces and cheese were appropriate. The vegetables balanced the fatty portion well. Service was nice.

Ordered via Münster-ist. Almost 2 hours of waiting and the food was at McDonald's level, but more than twice as expensive and the driver didn't even have change.

Double bacon supreme: hhmmm. Double meat, double bacon, 4 x cheese. The chilli mayo is also really good

Absolute frozen goods. Fries, meat,... Burger only tasted like ketchup. Fries were not salted. It was okay, but it doesn't have to happen again.

I've been waiting over 2 hours for my order despite the stated delivery time of 45 minutes!!! You are lied to on the phone that the driver is on the way... Called for the first time after an hour, then after 1:30 hours and now after 2 hours. Always the same fairy tale!! Absolutely not recommended!!

*Bei jedem mal bestellen fehlt was* Einmal fehlten Pommes und heute fehlten Saucen.

Kleines Entspanntes Lokal. Kann man mal hin. Im Gegensatz zu Mccess und BK bisschen hochwertiger aber dafür auch weniger auf dem Tablett.

Kurz vor Feierabend reingeplatzt & gefragt ob man eventuell noch essen kann- Trotzdem super leckeres Essen bekommen & super Service !!!

Genialer Burger, der von freundlichen Mitarbeitern trotz einem großen Andrang schnell zubereitet wurde... immer wieder gerne!! Es ist zwar etwas teurer, aber das Essen ist unverschämt lecker!

Hatte gerade am coconut beach ein Burger von eurem stand gegessen, und wirklich so heftig. Noch nie so ein guten Burger gegessen

Kleines aber sauberes Lokal, Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Essen schmeckt wie immer gut, ist halt der beste Burger. Gerne wieder ! 👍

Wir fanden die Burger sehr sehr lecker. Hatten den Baba Burger. Das Fleisch war so verdammt zart und perfekt gebraten. Außerdem waren die Pommes auch auf den Punkt! Das Essen war beim Servieren auch mega heiß. Gerne wieder!

Die Burger sind wirklich echt lecker. Der Service ist ebenfalls prima. Das Ambiente könnte ne Idee besser sein, letztlich ist es aber ein Burgerladen von daher ist das Ambiente okay.

Sehr sauberer und moderner Laden mit guten Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Burger haben nicht umsonst so einen tollen Ruf, das Fleisch ist halal und der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schon immer sehr zufrieden und seit Jahren Kunde (vorher immer in Bochum oder Dortmund gewesen). Ab und zu leider echt lange Wartezeit und das Restaurant war auch schonmal zu, obwohl im Internet geöffnet stand.

Ambiente und Service sind ganz gut. Burger war leider nicht heiß und Pommes auch nur lauwarm.

Also der Burger hat super geschmeckt. Bei den Pommes würde ich empfehlen darauf zu achten, daß sie eine gewisse Länge haben, da ohne Besteck serviert wird. Kann aber auch sein, daß man sich Besteck selber holen muss, habe es aber nicht direkt gesehen. Ansonsten alles gut und sauber:)

Keine Dönerbude im klassischen Stil. Das Lokal ist hell, geräumig und ordentlich gemacht. Die Auswahl des Essens fällt schwer wegen der enormen Vielfalt. Toller Grill. Ich war rundherum satt und zufrieden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt, lediglich der Reis könnte etwas mehr "Bums" vertragen.
