I wouldn't say it's particularly delicious, but there are better and more affordable burgers out there, but given its popularity, anyone who wants to try one shouldn't hesitate. The fries, if they're fresh, are incredibly delicious, especially the spicy ones. The only downside is the price. I liked the cheese burger, and it was very filling.

We were there on October 21st. The employee was very unfriendly. The meat tasted bad and had no salt. Poor value for money.

Sorry, but €7.95 for raw, cold fries and almost €4 for a Coke that isn't included is a real disgrace.

Yesterday, I went to Five Guys with a friend for the first time in a while. When I walked in and ordered, it was pretty loud, so I had trouble understanding the man at the counter. After ordering, I had to wait quite a while for my food (about 20 minutes), which I can excuse because it was a Saturday and the place was quite busy. The noise from the kitchen, the customers, and the shouting of orders remained high the entire time. Unfortunately, the seats weren't particularly clean either. Perhaps also because of the large number of customers. After I got the food, I unfortunately discovered (like last time) that it was almost cold. But since I was really hungry and didn't want to wait for it again, I ate it as it was. The burgers are fresh and good, but they would have tasted better warm. Afterward, I went to the restrooms to wash my hands. The water at both sinks in the men's restroom is so hot that you can't keep your hands under it for long (there's no way to set it to cooler, as there's only an automatic sensor). I noticed this on my last visit a few months ago. And last but not least, the prices are now so high that I could go to a higher-end burger restaurant for almost the same price. For me, this was the last time I ate here.

Relatively bright and clean, especially clean restrooms. Unfortunately, it's very loud and crowded, but damn tasty burgers.

I've eaten at 5 Guys several times and have always been quite satisfied. Today, we ordered food for delivery from work. The delivery took two hours. The food was cold and completely soggy, and the shakes we ordered were the wrong flavor. That will probably be the last time I order from there. What a shame.

We ordered for delivery. The order arrived after 2 hours instead of the stated 20-40 minutes. The burgers were cold, of course, and the shakes weren't even the ones we ordered.

Friendly staff. The fries are delicious. The milkshake is great. The option to refill your drink multiple times is really great. The burger would have been great if the bun hadn't been cold. The prices are quite high, but still somewhat justified for the quality.

I enjoy eating at Five Guys and have had the chance to try a few restaurants. The advantage of a chain is that it should be the same everywhere. In all other Five Guys branches, they always added more fries than the actual cup fill. Not here in Münster. Incidentally, Five Guys also has a separate measuring unit for this. It was also available in the kitchen, but it wasn't used. I found it more interesting, however, that my friend, who ordered right after me (the same thing as me, with all the same toppings), received his food 10 minutes before me. Something's not right with the logistics...

Very tasty and freshly prepared. You can definitely tell the difference between McDonald's and Burger King. Unfortunately, it's very expensive. Especially the fries and drinks. If you just have a burger but without fries and drinks, it's easily almost €20.

The burgers were solid, but small and significantly overpriced at €13. The Cajun-seasoned fries were tasty, but soft rather than crispy (€7 for a medium). Service and cleanliness were okay, but the overall value for money was disappointing.

Very friendly, but unfortunately poorly trained staff. Eating the contents of the bag wasn't easy. No cutlery, the fries were scattered all over the cup in the bag. They were also too salty. The burger was okay, but eating it from the aluminum foil isn't my thing. The sinks in the restroom could use a thorough cleaning. If you like eating with your fingers, you should stock up on napkins.

The staff are always very friendly and the food tastes good. It reminds me a lot of my visits to Five Guys in the southern states. The only thing missing are the canisters of freshly brewed sweet tea ;) I especially recommend the peanut butter and banana flavored milkshake.

The fries and milkshakes are okay. Unfortunately, the burgers aren't my cup of tea. The price/performance ratio isn't right here. If I were to go there, it would only be for the fries and milkshake.

I ate at Five Guys and I was thrilled! The service was excellent – ​​manager Ben, in particular, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the pistachio shake and the bacon cheeseburger – simply fantastic! Highly recommended!

0/10 ordered via Lieferando 2 hours before closing time. A longer delivery time was always announced. After trying to reach the restaurant several times, they told us we had to contact Lieferando to see how long the meal would take. After a total of 3 hours of waiting, we received a notification that our order had been canceled. Absolute disappointment.

I'm actually a fan of Five Guys and have already visited a number of locations. But this one in Münster was a mistake. The meat and rolls were so soft that they fell apart after the first bite.

I got a hot dog with a few toppings. We were served a pressed hot dog with overcooked sausages. In general, hot dogs in Five Guys are not recommended

During my regular visits here in Münster, I often come by in the afternoon/evening when I feel like fast food. You notice the same problems here in Münster as in pretty much every other branch in Germany. Namely, a somewhat drab interior, poor cleanliness on the benches and the toilet and an unpleasant background noise due to the open kitchen, which is why I order food to-go a good 9 times out of 10 visits. But above all, cleanliness worries me every time. When it comes to service, I often ask myself why the staff isn't being increased here. In branches like Munich and Frankfurt (albeit with more frequency) you can easily see 15 employees walking around, who are then able to prepare everyone's food within 5 minutes, even on major fight days. Here in Münster I have often experienced weekday evenings where there were only two of the gentlemen at the stove and only two customers, but easily 5-10 delivery orders had to be completed. This kind of thing not only affects us customers (longer waiting times), but also the employees, who get unnecessary stress from such an ill-thought-out roster. Finally, I would like to positively emphasize how good the food tastes at Five Guys. Even if I find the decor and image a bit exaggerated and forced, I can only say good things about the quality of the burgers, fries and the like. Otherwise I wouldn't be willing to pay such an outrageously high price for my food here.

Ordered for delivery, waited over 2 hours. Burgers looked worse than at McDonald's and had the wrong toppings too. Over 50 euros for 2 burgers and 2 small fries. This is absolutely bottomless.

Simply bad!! Buns: dry, cold and not toasted! “Friko”: bland & cold, cheese not even remotely melted! Everything is very loveless! Really bad food for a really high price! Sorry...if you've ever been to a real diner, you're not talking about one here. Here, in a butcher shop atmosphere, you get something wrapped in aluminum foil in a superfluous paper bag that in no way corresponds to a hot dish. Aluminum foil is probably there to prevent this something from at least reaching room temperature. Neither cheese was even remotely melted nor was the strange bun even toasted. The price is incredible. We were excited for hours with knots in our stomachs.

I have no idea why Five Guys is so hyped, but I wouldn't go there again for money. The burger was below standard. Relatively cold. That's why the cheese wasn't really melted. There is only mayo or ketchup as a sauce. And proud prices for that!! The ambience was terrible. Like in a canteen. Loud. Dirty tables. I just wanted to test whether it was really that great. Really sobering. Maybe it's different in the US, but my experience here tells me never again :(((((

The burgers are very good and the employees seem super nice and motivated! The only thing we didn't like were the fries. In contrast to other Five Guys branches, they were apparently fried several times, which meant that they tasted too much like fat and no longer like potatoes. This was the case with both versions of fries, which is why my daughter only tried the fries and then left them alone.

Snack bar feel, but restaurant prices. After much back and forth, we gave Five Guys a chance. A cheeseburger all the way is really tasty, the bun only lasts two bites before it squishes in your hand under the sauce, meat and other toppings. The two of us shared a regular fries, but we still couldn't manage it with one of these giant burgers each. My recommendation: Little Burger and small fries, that's good for your wallet and your digestion. A plus: Mayo and ketchup as well as drinks can be refilled free of charge.

In my opinion it doesn't live up to the hype. I was hoping for a lot more than a soft buttery bun and tasteless meat. It wasn't a bad burger and it didn't taste bad either, but it was somehow bland and rather standard fast food a la BK. Fast food like 20 years ago, a lot of waste, plastic, aluminum foil around the burgers, burgers are very tasty, prices are intimidating, furnishings look like they're being checked out in the evening. It's a shame I didn't take the step into the current millennium

Juicy burgers that are simply convincing. Sure, the prices are a little higher, but the quality speaks for itself. Five Guys is not a hip, fancy burger joint - here you can find honest, authentic burger craftsmanship. A must for real burger fans :)

Atmosphere is good in itself, but also full of self-congratulation. The service is passable, but the burgers are by far the worst you can get for the price. Cajun Fries are great, but for some reason they always throw the fries loose into the bag, which is why if you have more than one item, you have to tip the bag out to get to your food. For the 10€ for a hamburger, I'd rather buy 5 hamburgers from Kochlöffel. They taste better, are cheaper and, on top of that, they are ready much quicker.

The bad reviews are almost all based solely on the price, which many people are just not ready for. Nevertheless: By far the hottest burger snack chain in Münster, or more precisely, probably in the world! It's not for nothing that Barack Obama goes here in the USA. Service was very friendly and quick, the atmosphere in the room was a bit cold, but okay. The fries are hand cut from fresh potatoes, I could see the bags lying around. Taste great. Some reviewers' comments that the rolls could have been toasted a little crispier and rosier in order to withstand the sauce a little longer are completely correct. But it's not that terribly bad. So: overall it tastes excellent, the choices are great, you'll have to look for a burger like this in Münster for a long time. However, a large burger with fries (albeit very generous ones) costs €17, but in my personal opinion it's worth it! You pay at least 15 EUR at every 0815 burger restaurant. The free refill for soft drinks and mayo/ketchup is also very good!

Noisy place. Not very clean place. Beef is not very delicious. It was more delicious in Barcelona 5 guys. French fries were fried with potato non-pilled. It had it's own thick skin on it. Was kind of disgusting and also: unpleasant to eat. Greezy tables. They had some nice self-drafting drinks with lemon or lime. Burger is quite big itself.

My friend and I went to 5 Guys in Münster for the first time today. We each ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a Coke. Price per person 20€ and a few crushed ones. That is of course a steep price to pay. But the excellent burger and the most brilliant fries make up for it. Regardless of whether it’s fast food or a “normal” restaurant. We were thrown out immediately after entering the store by an employee who was gesticulating wildly with his arms because we had our dog with us. 1. We know this differently from other restaurants and fast food chains. 2. Please put a no dogs sign at the entrance. Then customers are spared such unpleasant scenes. Then we went to Hans im Glück. There we had a very nice atmosphere, delicious burgers and friendly service and the dog was also given a bowl of water.

We just ordered two burgers and fries - €42 is a hefty price, but you also want a delicious burger. Unfortunately, neither burger was as it was put together. If you can choose the toppings individually, then they should arrive exactly as ordered. In addition, the burgers were completely smeared in their aluminum foil, making it basically impossible to eat. Delivery was quick, that worked well. I wouldn't order here again, it doesn't make any sense.

Yesterday I spontaneously went there for the first time with my daughter. What was first noticed were the very high prices for fast food. Prompt and friendly service despite the high volume of customers (Saturday afternoon). Self-service drinks and sauces were particularly well received by my daughter. The seats were clean and cool in the diner style. The atmosphere is rather loud and busy (also typically American). If you want, you can watch your burger being prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive and motivating (a child was given a shake), and a goodbye or wave when leaving the restaurant was almost always returned by the staff. The burger consisted of fresh ingredients, was tasty and filling enough for me. The fries were also delicious and you could taste the special way they were made. Points deducted only for the prices and the aluminum foil (waste is separated there). Not every week, but gladly again.

Burger was simple but delicious! We were there at lunchtime and it was very empty. The burger was really tasty. Even slightly pink in the middle, so super juicy. The bacon was fried very crispy which was good because bacon on burgers is often limp but this one was crispy. For my taste, the cheese could have been melted a little more. The bun even had sesame seeds. I think paying €12.95 for a single burger is quite a lot, I have to say. But it was tasty and the quality was good. Even though we had stated that we were eating there, the food came in a bag because a tray would have been nicer. Ordering wasn't that easy because unfortunately we didn't understand the lady very well. It was quick, but as I said, it was very empty. Everything was very clean and it just has an industrial diner charm.

We were at Five Guys in Münster today and were horrified at the poor quality of the food there.Burger bread wasn't grilled or anything like that so it was cold, cheese was completely cold and not melted and the burgers were completely topped with the wrong ingredients and missing ingredients.Where When we politely spoke and wanted to give the burger back and get our money back, we were discussed rudely and we didn't get our money either. So we spent €41 on the garbage can. Once and never again! We'd rather go to Dortmund!

Well, what can I say. Today was our first time in a five guy's restaurant, after the rather difficult ordering process (the employee's lack of German knowledge) we received our food after a few minutes. What we found in the careless paper bag was amazing, two soggy burgers wrapped in aluminum foil and three "coffee" cups with cold, soggy fries. After we took everything out of the bag, we discovered that there were still an estimated three portions of fries in the bag that had just been thrown into the bag. If that's the concept of five guy's, then we'd rather give this restaurant a wide berth.

Excellent burgers with a really unique taste, quick service will advise you what you want, be sure to take the fries which are brilliant, lots of space to sit, clean toilets. Top employees, are very helpful and nice. I found it very nice that time was taken for the customers. All employees pay attention to hygiene and the tables are always clean. There are many drink options at the Cola machine. Nuts and sauces are available free of charge. It's a bit expensive but always worth it!

First of all, you should know that the prices on the menu are advertised without VAT. We didn't have a bad look at where two burgers with just one side dish and just one drink cost €37. Customers should be made aware that the prices on the menu are not the final prices. The food itself was average O.K but certainly not the best burger in Münster. The restaurant was very loud and, for my taste, not ideal for eating in peace. Conclusion for the money I wouldn't go there again.

The only way to describe the experience at Five Guys is pure rip-off. The burger bun had already turned to mush when I unpacked it. The service was terrible and the staff unfriendly and unwilling to help the guest in any way. When I went to the counter to ask for mayonnaise, three employees immediately looked away. The only lady who noticed me suddenly started sorting through the unfinished burgers in a panic because she was obviously uncomfortable making eye contact with me as a guest. After a long wait and several hand signals, another lady brought herself to literally throw a bowl of mayo portion packets in front of my nose instead of pointing out the sauce station around the corner that we didn't know about. All in all, the burger tasted like old grease and the fries looked tasty, but were poorly fried. Luckily the unfriendly gentleman at the reception desk had forgotten the second burger that we had ordered for my wife. Thank you for this experience, which will certainly not be repeated!

Ich kann es GARNICHT Glauben wie ekelhaft es dort war. Essen war zwar frisch aber nicht lecker. Tische, Sitze alles war dreckig auf dem Tisch waren verschimmelte Erdnüsse. My partner and I like the concept and also appreciate the price-performance ratio at Five Guys. In this branch the floor was very dirty and the portion of fries was comparatively small, so one star was deducted.
