We went there for the first time today and really enjoyed it! The burgers were delicious and fresh, as were the fries. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately a huge disappointment today. We waited almost an hour for our food, then the burgers came, the patties were definitely not fresh, but warmed up, and two of the three burgers had the wrong ingredients. Instead of a refund or a free drink, we were offered a disgusting liquor. According to the friendly waitress, the manager insisted on it. Since you can eat 3 burgers at Mäcces for this price and because of the long waiting time, I have to downgrade my rating to 1 star. But that has nothing to do with the friendly service!

Ordered food at 5:40 p.m. for almost 100 euros. Called at 6:45 p.m. and was informed that the food was on the way. Called 10/19 and found out that the order hadn't gone out. Food is delivered at 8pm without an apology or reduction in the cost! 20.01 part of the order was forgotten. A success story with little customer friendliness.

We were there as a group (8 people) and had made a reservation. Very friendly service, our food was brought to our table by two people, so no one had to wait. For me as a vegetarian, the selection of vegan and vegetarian burgers was pleasingly large and creative. The one in the photo is the "Hüttenzauber" (Hüttenzauber), which I highly recommend. I had the half I couldn't finish packed up. ;-)

We were warmly welcomed and we received our dishes quickly. The service was also great!

Unfortunately the music is too loud, especially in the evening. The bass in particular is simply disproportionately too strong. Furthermore, you didn't even cut off the unsightly parts of the salt. According to the waitress, sometimes the salad doesn't look so good anymore. A strict incoming goods inspection would probably be a solution here. But decide for yourself based on the photo.

I had reserved a table for 6 p.m. today. We were welcomed immediately and were able to look at the map in a relaxed manner. Our questions about the menu were explained to us directly and we had enough time to watch without pressure. The service was friendly and came to us regularly and then received the order. The food came at the same time for 5 of us and it was delicious. We are satisfied so far and can recommend the food and service.

The service is always very friendly. Even when it's very busy, we never wait longer than 15 minutes for our food.

Today, March 1st, 2025, we are at Peter Pane in Bielefeld for the second time. We were here for the first time a week ago. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. The staff is really very friendly and accommodating and the ambience speaks for itself. For me one of the best restaurants in downtown Bielefeld. We would like to thank the entire team and look forward to our next visit to Peter Pane.

The double cheeseburger and iced tea were delicious and the two waitresses had a great smile and were super friendly! The only thing I can't recommend is the Cole Slow salad for €3.90. Tasty, but not enough for the price.

The food is delicious, and if you're there for lunch on a weekday you can get a whole menu for €10. The only thing that isn't quite as good is the seating.

A total failure!!! Sauce must have become expensive But it wasn't that bad since I couldn't eat the burger. Burger King is even better. The tables have holes Maybe one more condition would be good.

There is a maximum stay of just one hour! The prices are very high, and although the food tasted good, unfortunately it doesn't justify the high price. At first glance the ambience seems nice and cozy, but upon closer inspection you quickly realize that the restaurant does not fully meet its own requirements.

Never again!!!! Unfortunately the lettuce was already very wilted. My complaint was heard and forgotten. When I asked about it, the waitress, who was no longer friendly, told me that the supplier had finally delivered the salad that way.

Top top, a real burger paradise! I was here recently and absolutely loved it! The burgers are simply fantastic - juicy meat, fresh ingredients and creative combinations that you can't find everywhere. The homemade sauces give the burgers that certain extra something, and the side dishes such as crispy fries or sweet potato fries are also great. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. You can tell that people work here with passion. If you're looking for a really good burger, you should definitely stop by here. Absolute recommendation! 🍔🔥

The service was very nice and the food was also very tasty, with the fries being particularly good compared to fries from other restaurants.

First of all, the good points. The service staff were very nice and responded to special requests without any problems. The restaurant and toilets were clean and tidy. Now, unfortunately, the many negative points. First of all, we had to wait about 1 hour for our food (4 burgers and one fries). Before that, we asked a waitress and the food came less than 2 minutes later. We observed the same scenario at another table, long waiting times and when we complained the food finally came. Unfortunately, the food was no longer really warm and was very carelessly prepared. Our seating was right at the entrance on two benches. You had to share these benches with a stranger who sat behind you, there were no backrests, everything was very uncomfortable, after waiting an hour everything hurt in the end. One door in the toilets couldn't be closed properly and in another the toilet paper box was on the floor. We would have expected much more for the money. All in all, the visit was unfortunately very negative and also our last visit.

The burgers are really delicious, the ambience and especially the service are also great, thank you for a really good evening.
