PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Bielefeld

Today we had ordered a menu for 10€ and it said so on the menu that we asked again if that was true and they said that in the end we had to pay 22.80 again. I would never in my life.

The food was really great, very good ambience and incredible service! I'm thrilled and would definitely eat here again!

Classic Peter Pane. With Neotaste the offer is worth it, otherwise I don't think I would go here as I find it quite expensive.

We were very satisfied, the burgers were really tasty and the staff were very friendly. I deducted one star because of the pricing. I think it's a bit overpriced. If this is due to the appropriately paid staff, I could live with it.👍

Order via the website. 40 minutes min delivery time predicted, called after 60 minutes. Food would be delivered in 15-20 minutes. Called again after another 20 minutes with no food. Supposedly the driver is already nearby and will be there soon. Another 20 minutes later, still no food, but more excuses and no sense of customer orientation, let alone awareness of injustice. 5 minutes later we got the result of around 100 minutes of waiting time. Soft, lukewarm fries, lukewarm burgers and almost cold chicken nuggets. 3 sad children, 2 of whom had to eat something else during the catastrophic waiting time. If we had been answered truthfully on the first call, the children would have been disappointed as well, but we would have organized ourselves accordingly. Such a form of customer communication is subpar and in the end the food wasn't worth the money. A very clear no go.

The service was good. The facility was also very pleasant. But the food... I've never eaten such a bad burger, as if it had been prepared without love. I had a stomach ache after eating it. It was dry and remorseful. I can't get the taste out of my head, it was that bad. Please don't do that to yourself... and the drink was the final kick against the whole thing... it tasted like you were mixing it with tap water. That's why the food only gets one star...

Unfortunately, waiters don´t speak English, so they told me that things were included, but then it turned out that it was not. So they told me it was my fault for not reading German, and I should pay extra.

My recommendation. Ordered the food and didn't wait long. 10 max 15 minutes and the store was packed. That's a top performance. The service was really great and damn fast. We were there with 4 people and felt very well looked after. The service is good everywhere. It's just a shame that I can only give it 5 stars. And we were happy to leave a good tip for this service. With such delicious food, drinks were also super tasty and the dessert took me back to my childhood. Thank you for this very nice evening.

We enjoyed the burgers and fries. The service is super attentive, quick and extremely friendly. The ambience is a matter of taste. For me, the lamp hung too low on the table, making it difficult for me to see the person opposite me. The quality of the seats in the restaurant are also not suitable for staying for a long time, they are rather uncomfortable.

Unfortunately a huge disappointment today. We waited almost an hour for our food, then the burgers came, the patties were definitely not fresh, but warmed up, and two of the three burgers had the wrong ingredients. Instead of a refund or a free drink, we were offered a disgusting liquor. According to the friendly waitress, the manager insisted on it. Since you can eat 3 burgers at Mäcces for this price and because of the long waiting time, I have to downgrade my rating to 1 star. But that has nothing to do with the friendly service!

The waitress was really nice and he gave me great advice.

Ordered food at 5:40 p.m. for almost 100 euros. Called at 6:45 p.m. and was informed that the food was on the way. Called 10/19 and found out that the order hadn't gone out. Food is delivered at 8pm without an apology or reduction in the cost! 20.01 part of the order was forgotten. A success story with little customer friendliness.

We were there as a group (8 people) and had made a reservation. Very friendly service, our food was brought to our table by two people, so no one had to wait. For me as a vegetarian, the selection of vegan and vegetarian burgers was pleasingly large and creative. The one in the photo is the "Hüttenzauber" (Hüttenzauber), which I highly recommend. I had the half I couldn't finish packed up. ;-)

Unfortunately the music is too loud, especially in the evening. The bass in particular is simply disproportionately too strong. Furthermore, you didn't even cut off the unsightly parts of the salt. According to the waitress, sometimes the salad doesn't look so good anymore. A strict incoming goods inspection would probably be a solution here. But decide for yourself based on the photo.

I had reserved a table for 6 p.m. today. We were welcomed immediately and were able to look at the map in a relaxed manner. Our questions about the menu were explained to us directly and we had enough time to watch without pressure. The service was friendly and came to us regularly and then received the order. The food came at the same time for 5 of us and it was delicious. We are satisfied so far and can recommend the food and service.

The service is always very friendly. Even when it's very busy, we never wait longer than 15 minutes for our food.
