PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Bielefeld

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend ordering from this company for delivery. Items were repeatedly missing from two orders. In today's order, the dip for the fries arrived, but no fries themselves. After that, you have to deal with external delivery services. I will not be ordering from here again unless absolutely necessary.

The food is great. A bit pricey, but there's a delicious selection. The restaurant isn't very cozy. In this branch, you sit crammed onto benches and don't have proper space to eat; it's not inviting. It's a quick bite and then you're gone. I've found the branches in other cities more comfortable. On our table was a plant that someone had apparently spat bits of cheese into. There were bits in the leaves and grease splatters. At least we had a running joke then.

Very friendly staff who provide good advice on the burgers and prices. The food tastes really good, especially the vegetarian option. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere and service were really good. In my opinion, the prices are completely outrageous for fast food. Two burgers (not doubles), two orders of fries, two drinks, and a small tip for €65!! Sorry, I'm out.

The Nacho Macho was really delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. However, taller people might have some trouble with the lamps, benches, and tables at some of the tables. The staff is great! Definitely recommended!

The service was also very friendly and attentive; you immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and inviting. The value for money is absolutely spot on! I'll definitely be back – a definite recommendation for all burger fans! 🙌 Above all, Dorian looked after us perfectly.

I've always enjoyed going to Peter Pane, but what happened to me today was something I've never experienced before. The tall, blond waiter neither greeted nor acknowledged me when I came in. I had to guide myself to the table, and when I finally sat upstairs by the window, the waiter who had initially ignored us actually served me again. He was rude at the table and basically just "threw" our burgers onto the table. As I was about to return to my table after washing my hands, the same waiter approached me again and almost knocked me over. When I stopped and asked what was going on, there was no reaction, let alone an apology. Sorry, Peter Pane, but I'd like a different waiter next time.
