My fiancé and I are big fans of Peter Pane and have eaten there in several cities (including Hanover, Berlin). This was our second time in Bielefeld. The food was delicious as always, but this time the service was more than just unfriendly. We were hit on because we found a seat ourselves and didn't wait at the entrance for the staff. Apart from the fact that you have to wait longer than 5 minutes for someone to greet you at the entrance (and we simply don't have that time), the customer's requests for seating are ignored anyway because the waitress places you where it's best for you. We will definitely avoid this restaurant on our next visits to Bielefeld. And the service was also very slow. Some of our burgers were already lukewarm when we got them. My fiancé's coffee was also forgotten. We had to wait 20 minutes to pay the bill because no one felt responsible. Unfortunately, this isn't the quality we're used to from Peter Pane.

We ordered for a group and got a table in a quiet corner. The food and drinks were good. The vegan burger in particular was delicious. The music was relatively loud. But you could still have a conversation.

The salads are very good and the price is right! But the burgers are just average...and therefore too expensive for me.

Unfortunately, sweet moments to share (delicious dessert variation for two) didn't convince us. Both bowls had frozen yoghurt and various toppings, but unfortunately they were far too sour for us. Unfortunately, the Sir Choc-A-Lot was rather dry and not juicy. The chocolate cake with a liquid center was the only one that was delicious, warm and the liquid center was there. The cocktails with GÖNRGY “The Icebreaker and The Sweet and Sour” were perfectly coordinated and tasted great. The ambience inside is rounded off with great details about the story of Peter Pan. The toilets are very well maintained and clean, and there is an audio book about Peter Pan and his friends playing there. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. Great price/performance ratio.

Price performance not suitable. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our breadless burgers and then we really didn't get anything great for €14-15. You won't get tired of it. It tasted delicious, but nothing special. Otherwise nice service and a cozy shop.

We were there on a Wednesday with a group of 15 people. First the positive points: I ordered the evening menu with the truffled burger and fries. The food and drink were both delicious. What particularly struck me was the visually beautiful ambience and the friendly service. The food was prepared and on the table super quickly. The only negative thing I can say is that the music in the restaurant is simply too loud and therefore extremely intrusive. That ruins the ambience a little for me. All in all it was a nice evening. But for a quiet and relaxed dinner you should look for another restaurant.

I've eaten at our local Peter Pane many times, on every single visit I've been more than impressed by the food and the ambience, but after this Saturday I decided to leave a review (something I never do). The Hüttenfreude burger was, as always, tip-top, the sweet potato fries had the ideal consistency, not too crispy and not too mushy, the thirst-quenching blueberry was perfect to wash down, ice cold of course. What drove me to write my review (since I'm not used to anything else when it comes to food) was the super-nice waitress who introduced herself to me. Totally sweet, very helpful and despite my frequent visits, she made it a completely new experience with her relaxed sense of humor and her totally understanding behavior towards my little brother. Thanks for the great afternoon, absolutely recommended for anyone who likes a good burger, great ambience that lives up to the name and unique service staff that make every visit unique.

I was there for the first time with my husband on Saturday evening and we had the evening menu. The waitress Adri was able to give us very good advice and was very friendly, we will definitely be back

There were three of us there and we had a lunch menu twice, which was excellent value for money, even if the side salad, coleslaw, was out of the box. Once we had a salad with chicken breast, which unfortunately was so semi-sweet. Little dressing, lots of stalks.

Price/performance doesn't fit at all. I don't understand all the good comments here. Far too expensive and the quality is very poor. We have decided - Not again!

Unfortunately I have to correct my rating again. The waiting time is simply too long. We were there with our children and the people next to us got their food, ate it, paid and left for some time before we got our food. You can really easily plan a good 45 minutes to 1 hour until the food arrives. That's just way too long, even if it tastes good. So our late lunch turned into more of an evening meal. PS: If I want gherkins instead of dried tomatoes and have to pay an additional €1.50 for gherkins, I think that's outrageous. Would I want to have them again? Is it something different? I would argue the cost is no more than the tomatoes. This already feels like a rip-off.

I've never felt as ripped off as I did with this burger... I ordered a smashed burger (looked good in the photos) but got a small burger with 2 thin frozen patties like from McDonald's, which are apparently supposed to represent the smashed. Be careful, kidding!!! I should have returned it. and that for just under 13 euros 😂😂😂😂. Nice atmosphere/ nice staff… nothing to complain about.

I've eaten at Pane many times, but I've never had anything like today. Food was good, even if the bacon was just fatty strips. I would have liked it to be crispy. But I could ignore that. But the great after-work menu has the rest against me. You can get a side dish and, I emphasize, 0.5 liters of beer for €9.50. That's exactly what I wanted. A non-alcoholic wheat because I still had to drive, but there was only wheat with alcohol on the menu, even though the non-alcoholic cost the same as the regular one. OK, is there also non-alcoholic shandy I asked. Yes, there would be. OK, I'll take it. A 0.33 L bottle was delivered with the explanation that you only had it in the bottle and that's why it only existed like that. The operator didn't even recognize the error when asked. Sorry, but I'm only going to let myself be kidded once. Unfortunately, never again Peter Pan. At the end we also had to have incorrectly booked sauces removed from the bill. So be careful. As I said, the food is good but the service and the business model are criminal.

Great food with a lot of creativity and variety.

The three stars are only there because the service was very friendly and the food was delicious. It's a shame to offer a menu and then charge for the burger individually. That wasn't on the menu. You lose guests very quickly and it doesn't surprise me at all that the store was completely empty. We won't come a second time either.

It was a good restaurant. Clean. The foods were served quickly despite the many customers and it was tasty. Staffs were also nice. The only thing to complain about is that the restaurant is expensive. If u want to eat a menu, the minimum you will spend is 25€. So, brings some cash with you!!

Tonight we were probably one of the loudest and most annoying groups in the restaurant, but the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating despite our loudness. We all enjoyed the food very much - every dish was excellently prepared and served quickly. We were particularly impressed by how understandingly the team treated our group and yet looked after us attentively and with commitment. The service was excellent and we felt completely comfortable. A big compliment to the entire team! This restaurant is definitely recommended and we would love to come back!

Great burger restaurant, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The interior is beautifully designed and has a great ambience. If you prefer something quieter, you can sit outside. The service is great, you can get to it quickly, people check often to see if everything is OK without being chatted up. And the food tastes amazing! I can recommend a burger with a drink and sharing the platter of fries if there are two of you.

There were 5 of us there with our 3 children (5, 11 and 14). The service and the location are great. The food (we had burgers, kids menu, burger without bread and salad) was delicious. I deduct one star for the price. We paid more than €120, which is pretty decent for a burger + a round of drinks.

The ordering process took a very long time. After almost 30 minutes of hand signals, our order was taken.

The restaurant is a fairytale poetry from Peter Pan. Curved wooden look, wrapped in rope, is reminiscent of a ship or a port city. Soft, dimmed light with numerous lanterns underline the special atmosphere. Lively and cheerful music plays in the background while you enjoy the delicious burger with a side dish and quench your thirst with a cocktail. Yes, you can dine like this and make eating an experience. The service is attentive and seems relaxed and friendly. Thanks to everyone involved for this poetry :)

We ate a classic burger with a vegetarian patty, super tasty, and the Frohnatur burger, simply fantastic!!! The vegan sauces are also great with the very crispy sweet potato fries. I was greeted by the employee, I would like to emphasize that in a positive way, I just don't like this first-name approach to strangers at all.

I like to go here often :) The burgers are a little more expensive, but they always taste delicious and are fresh and I'm completely full afterwards. The menus are highly recommended and I always like the drinks, especially the sodas and thirst quenchers in summer. Service is always very friendly and accommodating

The burger selection is a paradise for vegans and the ones we ordered were delicious. The portions are completely acceptable, as is the price-performance ratio. The interior design is exciting and there is a lot to discover. The outdoor area is attractively designed and invites you to linger. Only the tables by the window are very narrow for 4 people to eat together. Since the gear is very generously cut, it could still be sharpened. Otherwise everything was great with super nice staff and a beautiful location. Every vegan burger is worth recommending. The waitresses are all simply phenomenal, attentive, humorous and lovable. So every visit to this branch becomes a short vacation.🫶

So first of all, the ambience is great even if it's a chain. Unfortunately the burgers are a bit too high for the price. At lunchtime with 2 people and a drink almost 60 euros is the maximum and there are fresher ingredients and quality elsewhere. Unfortunately, the service was not available or accessible even though there wasn't much going on. Nevertheless, the food was okay so far.

A great burger restaurant right in the heart of Bielefeld. Super friendly staff. Very nice sanitary areas. The food is very good. Creative offer. We were there spontaneously. Another visit next time in Bielefeld is firmly planned.

Basically the food was good and tasted good. When we came, we pointed out before ordering that we had a Neotaste voucher. When paying we were then told that we should have mentioned this in advance (which was done). One service worker called the shift manager and then she called the next service worker. She was then immediately upset and rude. The Neotaste voucher could then no longer be redeemed. We paid full price and left. Disappointing service.

Food was great, Neotaste was not deducted despite prior announcement. Instead of admitting the mistake, they tried to explain to us in detail why we made the mistake. Everything was announced and simply not included. Service is a non-starter.

Not recommendable. Long waiting times at off-peak times. Food ordered does not correspond to the pictures on the menu and the prices charged. New Smash Burger is much smaller than all the others, but no mention is made of what the disappointment follows. Ambiance is great, not much else. A pity

There were four of us and we had reserved a table in advance. . The service was very friendly and attentive. We had a cocktail with the evening meal. Unfortunately, the extra charge for the menu is not justified because the cocktails only consisted of water and ice. Of course, the citizens didn't look as great as they did on the menu. However, the burger was really juicy and tasty. The fries and sweet potato fries were cross and flavorful. We'd love to come back. Next time we'll skip the menu.

The service, although very friendly, seemed a little too (!) relaxed 😅 and therefore we had to wait a long time to order and in the end also for the food 😭😭😭 One of the few restaurants with true inclusion of omnivores and vegans ❤️ Edit: We tried the Peter Pane again a few months later and then had to wait seriously over an HOUR for our food and then another half an hour to pay... In the end no one came anyway, so we left got up and stood at the door. The staff kindly wished us a nice day while we tried to let them know that we would like to pay before leaving. Good food, but you'll starve before it arrives... If avoidable, we'll never come back.

The food was very tasty and the conditions were very quick and competent. The homemade drinks are very tasty, especially the blueberry thirst quencher. There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian burgers that taste very good. The frozen yogurt was also very tasty. The prices are okay too. Only the benches are uncomfortable if you stay for a long time because there is nothing to lean on and they are very hard. The atmosphere is cozy.

Four of us ate here and we all had burgers. They looked really great, but we found them too small for the price and despite the update to the better meat, the taste wasn't that great - we've eaten better ones. There was also far too little sauce on it, which only went on the bun, so it was quite dry, which was a shame. There wasn't much going on that day, but we still had to tell the waitress several times that we wanted something to drink, which was then forgotten. Maybe they had a bad day, we don't know. Maybe we'll try it again, you should always give a second chance.

We wanted to eat out on vacation and decided on Peter Pane. The staff welcomed us politely and friendly at the entrance. We had booked for 10 people and easily got a table that could accommodate all of us. Our waitress for this area or evening was called Philipp. Philipp explained the dishes and the drink combinations to us neatly and calmly. At no point did I have the feeling that he was overwhelmed or stressed. Every question was answered specifically and accurately (we asked a lot about the burgers, especially about the buns). We also didn't find the intermittent questions about our feelings or whether something was missing to be intrusive, but rather very pleasant. We were well looked after and always treated kindly. Philipp represents his colleagues and the restaurant very well and I would definitely go there again. Briefly about food: It was great! Juicy, tasty and above all a good portion. I got exactly what I ordered (taste wise). I can't say anything negative. The meat wasn't dry and the bun was great. We all enjoyed it! We would definitely come back, but we live in Saarland :D I am firmly convinced that this company - it seems - is well managed and the other employees also make a good impression. Food is great, I really enjoy going there. Service is super friendly but sometimes takes a little too long for drinks, for example. This is a great choice to have a nice evening and eat something delicious. There is even a lot of choice on the menu for vegetarians/vegans.
