The first time 4 stars, today 5 (soda/burger/sweet potato fries are uniquely tiptop👌🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟). 🎩 off for it!

Tonight we were probably one of the loudest and most annoying groups in the restaurant, but the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating despite our loudness. We all enjoyed the food very much - every dish was excellently prepared and served quickly. We were particularly impressed by how understandingly the team treated our group and yet looked after us attentively and with commitment. The service was excellent and we felt completely comfortable. A big compliment to the entire team! This restaurant is definitely recommended and we would love to come back!

Great burger restaurant, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The interior is beautifully designed and has a great ambience. If you prefer something quieter, you can sit outside. The service is great, you can get to it quickly, people check often to see if everything is OK without being chatted up. And the food tastes amazing! I can recommend a burger with a drink and sharing the platter of fries if there are two of you.

The ordering process took a very long time. After almost 30 minutes of hand signals, our order was taken.

There were 5 of us there with our 3 children (5, 11 and 14). The service and the location are great. The food (we had burgers, kids menu, burger without bread and salad) was delicious. I deduct one star for the price. We paid more than €120, which is pretty decent for a burger + a round of drinks.

The vegan burgers are super tasty and the service is very friendly and helpful. A two table is a bit small with food, drinks and the sauces.

The restaurant is a fairytale poetry from Peter Pan. Curved wooden look, wrapped in rope, is reminiscent of a ship or a port city. Soft, dimmed light with numerous lanterns underline the special atmosphere. Lively and cheerful music plays in the background while you enjoy the delicious burger with a side dish and quench your thirst with a cocktail. Yes, you can dine like this and make eating an experience. The service is attentive and seems relaxed and friendly. Thanks to everyone involved for this poetry :)

We ate a classic burger with a vegetarian patty, super tasty, and the Frohnatur burger, simply fantastic!!! The vegan sauces are also great with the very crispy sweet potato fries. I was greeted by the employee, I would like to emphasize that in a positive way, I just don't like this first-name approach to strangers at all.

I like to go here often :) The burgers are a little more expensive, but they always taste delicious and are fresh and I'm completely full afterwards. The menus are highly recommended and I always like the drinks, especially the sodas and thirst quenchers in summer. Service is always very friendly and accommodating

The burger selection is a paradise for vegans and the ones we ordered were delicious. The portions are completely acceptable, as is the price-performance ratio. The interior design is exciting and there is a lot to discover. The outdoor area is attractively designed and invites you to linger. Only the tables by the window are very narrow for 4 people to eat together. Since the gear is very generously cut, it could still be sharpened. Otherwise everything was great with super nice staff and a beautiful location. Every vegan burger is worth recommending. The waitresses are all simply phenomenal, attentive, humorous and lovable. So every visit to this branch becomes a short vacation.🫶

So first of all, the ambience is great even if it's a chain. Unfortunately the burgers are a bit too high for the price. At lunchtime with 2 people and a drink almost 60 euros is the maximum and there are fresher ingredients and quality elsewhere. Unfortunately, the service was not available or accessible even though there wasn't much going on. Nevertheless, the food was okay so far.

We spontaneously went to Peter Pane and ordered the evening menu and the after-work menu. The burgers, fries and drinks were very tasty and there was a very large selection. The service was very friendly and gave good recommendations.

Food was too expensive for the quantity, burgers are frozen and absolutely nothing special. Then prefer McDonalds, it's cheaper. For €25 you can definitely get a reasonable and fresh menu elsewhere. However, the ambience and location are very inviting. Overall NOT recommended!

A great burger restaurant right in the heart of Bielefeld. Super friendly staff. Very nice sanitary areas. The food is very good. Creative offer. We were there spontaneously. Another visit next time in Bielefeld is firmly planned.

Food was great, Neotaste was not deducted despite prior announcement. Instead of admitting the mistake, they tried to explain to us in detail why we made the mistake. Everything was announced and simply not included. Service is a non-starter.

Basically the food was good and tasted good. When we came, we pointed out before ordering that we had a Neotaste voucher. When paying we were then told that we should have mentioned this in advance (which was done). One service worker called the shift manager and then she called the next service worker. She was then immediately upset and rude. The Neotaste voucher could then no longer be redeemed. We paid full price and left. Disappointing service.

Many people are enthusiastic... the burgers are good too. But overall it's too expensive for me, especially the drinks. However, I think the breadless burgers are very good...

Not recommendable. Long waiting times at off-peak times. Food ordered does not correspond to the pictures on the menu and the prices charged. New Smash Burger is much smaller than all the others, but no mention is made of what the disappointment follows. Ambiance is great, not much else. A pity

There were four of us and we had reserved a table in advance. . The service was very friendly and attentive. We had a cocktail with the evening meal. Unfortunately, the extra charge for the menu is not justified because the cocktails only consisted of water and ice. Of course, the citizens didn't look as great as they did on the menu. However, the burger was really juicy and tasty. The fries and sweet potato fries were cross and flavorful. We'd love to come back. Next time we'll skip the menu.

The service, although very friendly, seemed a little too (!) relaxed 😅 and therefore we had to wait a long time to order and in the end also for the food 😭😭😭 One of the few restaurants with true inclusion of omnivores and vegans ❤️ Edit: We tried the Peter Pane again a few months later and then had to wait seriously over an HOUR for our food and then another half an hour to pay... In the end no one came anyway, so we left got up and stood at the door. The staff kindly wished us a nice day while we tried to let them know that we would like to pay before leaving. Good food, but you'll starve before it arrives... If avoidable, we'll never come back.

The food was very tasty and the conditions were very quick and competent. The homemade drinks are very tasty, especially the blueberry thirst quencher. There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian burgers that taste very good. The frozen yogurt was also very tasty. The prices are okay too. Only the benches are uncomfortable if you stay for a long time because there is nothing to lean on and they are very hard. The atmosphere is cozy.

Four of us ate here and we all had burgers. They looked really great, but we found them too small for the price and despite the update to the better meat, the taste wasn't that great - we've eaten better ones. There was also far too little sauce on it, which only went on the bun, so it was quite dry, which was a shame. There wasn't much going on that day, but we still had to tell the waitress several times that we wanted something to drink, which was then forgotten. Maybe they had a bad day, we don't know. Maybe we'll try it again, you should always give a second chance.

Food is great, I really enjoy going there. Service is super friendly but sometimes takes a little too long for drinks, for example. This is a great choice to have a nice evening and eat something delicious. There is even a lot of choice on the menu for vegetarians/vegans.

We wanted to eat out on vacation and decided on Peter Pane. The staff welcomed us politely and friendly at the entrance. We had booked for 10 people and easily got a table that could accommodate all of us. Our waitress for this area or evening was called Philipp. Philipp explained the dishes and the drink combinations to us neatly and calmly. At no point did I have the feeling that he was overwhelmed or stressed. Every question was answered specifically and accurately (we asked a lot about the burgers, especially about the buns). We also didn't find the intermittent questions about our feelings or whether something was missing to be intrusive, but rather very pleasant. We were well looked after and always treated kindly. Philipp represents his colleagues and the restaurant very well and I would definitely go there again. Briefly about food: It was great! Juicy, tasty and above all a good portion. I got exactly what I ordered (taste wise). I can't say anything negative. The meat wasn't dry and the bun was great. We all enjoyed it! We would definitely come back, but we live in Saarland :D I am firmly convinced that this company - it seems - is well managed and the other employees also make a good impression. I was there with two friends on the holiday. There were maybe five tables occupied outside, but we still waited 40 minutes for a waitress to take our order. Despite repeated requests, no one came, so we left, which was a shame.

I can only rate the lunch menu, and it is great. For a tenner you get a burger, fries and a drink - unbeatable price. And it's very tasty too. I think it's great that there are sauces and spices on every table. The service staff are really nice, but unfortunately everything sometimes takes a long time. Recently, three of us waited 35 minutes for the lunch menu (see above), even though there wasn't much going on. That's too long for me. If there are problems in the kitchen, that can happen - but then I have to talk to the guest. Still recommended for lunch, I can't rate the evening business.

We've been to Peter Pane a lot now. The food tastes quite good, without question. My personal favorite is “The Crunchige”. Unfortunately the service in this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. It takes a long time for one of the employees to notice that you are waiting at the entrance to be assigned a seat. At some point we were allowed to take our place. We were there on a shopping Sunday, but the restaurant only had 7 tables occupied. It took an incredibly long time for someone to come to take our order. After we finished our drinks, we were not asked whether we would like to drink more. The team was well staffed - there was no shortage of staff. The gastronomy does not live from food but from drinks. There is still a lot of room for improvement in this restaurant when it comes to attentive service. What speaks for the restaurant are the delicious dishes and the drinks; the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable.

It was delicious, but the Nachos in the lunch menu were without sauce (no one told us) and tasted like 1€ Nachos from every supermarket... The burger was delicious.

The vegan/vegetarian burgers are great. Always happy to come back. Only the service could be a little more attentive. Every now and then you wait a little longer until you can order more drinks or ask for the bill. But otherwise everything was great.

1. The food My fiancée and I ordered two Peters Pause menus. Both with the vegan patty. Plus fries and the thirst quencher blueberry. We were surprised at how delicious the sauce in the burger was. There were also a good portion of fries on the plates. To quench your thirst: finally something that tastes really delicious!!! 2. Service For me, the artificial nature of being nice is too much. The constant, too close contact between guests and the staff (even while eating) seems a bit too much to me. That's why I deduct 1 star. 3. Ambiance Nice big store with lots of seating. Great location even in summer, as there are enough tables outside in the old town. Unfortunately, we don't like a concept in the structure of Peter Pan stores: Why do you come up with the idea of ​​creating a "washroom" where hands are washed for both genders? I think this belongs separately. But that too is a personal matter.

Looks nice but the food was pretty disappointing considering I paid €16 for the chicken-bacon burger. It tasted like almost nothing and the sauce was almost too sour. And you don't really get much for your money. Next time I would rather go to a real family-run restaurant or a good kebab shop. Or simply prepare the burger yourself at home.

Addendum we were in Bielefeld again today at Peter Pan, everything was great, you can't say anything, the staff was very attentive and the food and drinks were quick, keep it up. And thank you very much for Pete pan's response to my review and thank you for the nice gesture

Started well and then dismantled. A bench was easily removed for our friend in a wheelchair. Unfortunately there is no barrier-free toilet available. I thought that was now standard. In addition, the women's toilet was in a dilapidated condition. Dirtier, like some train station toilets. Service was very slow. But at least the waiter apologized.

This restaurant is located in a very good place in the Altstadt of Bielefeld close to Jan Platz. The frontis is very attractive and it is frequented for many middle age people and now in 2024 it looks like it is a trend point. At weekends, it is commonly full of people. The front of the restaurant has a privileged position on the street, in the corner of an inner "L" shape street. The local had two full size windows to get advantage of the view. The local is relatively big maybe a foro of 100 people. The roofs are high and the decoration is modern and with an organic look. The weak point is the furniture, most of them are very narrow and the branches are very uncomfortable, the top table accessories look cheap and like a fastfood place. The bathroom has a beautiful design and was very clean. The service is relatively good, the waiters are very friendly and speak English pretty well despite the service time is long. Ones can wait for better food quality but it is not so good. Too much mayonnaise in all the dishes and too much grease in the food. The salad is very simple and without a good dress. For the same prices you can find much better burger dishes in other restaurants of the same category at Altstadt. Finally, the experience was not good at all. Bad experience with the food but good experience with the space, good view and pleasant interior design and environment. If you are looking for a place to pick a dish and drink something in a good environment, this is a good place, if you want to get good food in a comfort place, this is a bad option.
