I was there last week with my husband and children and unfortunately we didn't like it at all. The food was served cold and the staff was unfriendly.

It doesn't deserve a star. The food I ordered was very bad in taste because it contained too many spices and the food was served late. I waited a very long time. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

I actually can't say anything positive, we ordered via Lieferando (specified delivery time 20-40 minutes) and were really looking forward to the food. The food didn't come for an hour and a half, it was completely cold and our two fries were missing. The drinks with the menu were delivered, but I wonder how you could forget the fries. Waiting so long for the food, which isn't exactly cheap, then forgetting both fries and eating the cold burgers without a side dish is really an absolute disgrace

When it comes to burgers then you've come to the right place. The price is more expensive but the quality is totally fine. It was very quiet during the week, so the food went quickly 😊 I would like to thank you on behalf of the group, we would be happy to come back.

The food was ordered via Lieferando at 6:15 p.m. He arrived at 8:30 p.m. Everything was cold, from the fries to the hamburger. The potatoes were full of oil and we found hairs in the meat. The meat was tasteless and half-baked. In short, it was all s...... I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!!!

The meat has no taste and neither do the fries, plus we waited a long time for it to come to us, 3 hours in total, so I can't say anything good about it.

We ordered hamburgers. Meat had no taste at all and there was still hair in it. It would be better to add normal spices instead of hair. We also waited longer than 2 hours for the food even though it said it would come in 20-45 minutes.

Ordered food, 4 burgers 2 fries, waited 50 minutes (delivery time should supposedly be 20-30 minutes) until it arrived and then there were 3 cold burgers. I then called and was told it would be delivered within 20 minutes, but in the end it was another 50 minutes and it was warm again so not recommended at all.

Ordered food to be delivered. After 1 hour I asked when the food would come and a gentleman told me that it was on the way... after 2 hours I called again only to be told that the order had been lost. Absolute impudence. No insight. I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered, came significantly later than stated. Was rather lukewarm to cold. So price performance is not quite in balance. The taste would definitely have been better warm. And there should be a lot of catching up in this price range. Certainly good on site, we ordered for the last time today.

I order there regularly and have been for about a year now. I've never had a bad burger or anything else bad there. You always get the same good quality here. The burger place is outstanding, I can only recommend eating there. The beef burgers are cooked to perfection. The chicken burgers are crunchy. I haven't tried fish burgers and meatless yet. But I would be very surprised if they didn't taste good. The citizens' creations are rounded off in terms of taste. Whether spicy, classic or BBQ style, everything is there. The finger food is also amazing, a quick tip: definitely try the chicken wings. From my point of view, I am and will remain a regular customer. I've even been given free desserts to try. If you want a great burger, you've come to the right place! I've never eaten there, but I live a 2-minute walk away, so it's not necessary. The same applies to delivery times, I have no experience with that. If you pick up your food, you will have your food in 15-20 minutes. That's why I always recommend picking up. You always receive a friendly welcome and the music in the restaurant suits my taste. The shop is nicely decorated, just like you would imagine a burger shop to be. Not particularly fancy, I think it's good but the ambience is always a matter of taste. There is also seating outside. JUST GO AND ENJOY THE GOOD FOOD. I ate the Mini Mount there for the first time yesterday and it was really delicious. Service was also very sweet. We got a cute little saying written on our bag with the Sharpie and the food arrived even quicker than expected. I will definitely order there again and recommend it, everyone was very satisfied. Nice little restaurant, nice and open and spacious, table decorations rare but service and burgers very good...

So, in one corner of the guest room, there are several transport boxes and bits and bobs lying around that take up a seating area for several people, something that I as a guest honestly don't want to see when I go out to spend money. The waste container in the toilet was overflowing with used cloths, so nothing was checked for hours. While paying at the counter, I noticed a freezer where some of the contents were covered in ice... So I don't like any of that on my plate. Even though the burger was delicious, I have doubts about whether I would really want to eat there again.

Food was very strong. While I was eating, my cell phone was even being repaired and charged - best man 🫶

Very excellent burgers. The fries were hot for a long time. Very fast and friendly service. The food came within minutes and the lettuce on the burger was fresh. Always happy to come here and definitely recommended. The only drawback is that the benches are very far apart and you have to lean further towards the table if there is someone sitting on either side of the table.

Visited spontaneously and were completely satisfied. Fast, delicious service and the food was excellent. Tasty fresh burger, hot, deliciously seasoned fries. Portion is sufficient, you are not overcrowded. The only point (but that's petty) is that the tables are quite far away from the bench when the table is in the middle. Otherwise the atmosphere is cozy, inviting and clean.

We have often ordered food from Range of Burger, but today it was really not good. The lettuce from one burger was sandy and the other had a large piece of plastic wrap. Unfortunately we no longer had any appetite after that.

Incredibly delicious and fresh burgers. My absolute favorite is the Pulled Chicken BBQ - Dreamy. But the falafel burger is also recommended.

Unfortunately there was hair in the food, which wasn't the first time and definitely the last time I ordered there. Fries are wobbly and taste like nothing.

Very nicely decorated, better snack bar. With good service. Equipment based on an American diner. Now about the food. We had the Indiana Burger, but with caramelized onions instead of regular ones, a Montana Burger with feta cheese, although it looked like it was Camembert, and a New York hot dog, jumbo is more relative. The burgers were really tasty, the coleslaw and the fries were also great. The New York hot dog was less liked. That was mainly because of the sausage. It was neither a classic Bockwurst nor a sausage like a hot dog at the fair, similar to Fikandel. It was more of a smoked sausage, but maybe that's what distinguishes the New York hot dog. Oh well. The hot dog didn't taste good. The service was good, requests such as caramelized onions or additional “feta” were implemented without any problems. All in all, I can only recommend Range of Burger for delicious burgers. I will definitely come back again and order another burger.

We had delivery for 3 people. Tried it for the first time. Unfortunately the taste is not there and the price is way too expensive. We have clearly eaten better burgers and sweet potatoes. The nuggest didn't taste like anything. Disappointing for us!! We will never order here again!!

We ordered burgers 2-3 times, I was told that you were curious how I liked the Black Angus Beef Burger San Diego. I really enjoyed it! Especially with the grilled vegetables!! 🤌🏻 The San Francisco burger and fries are also super tasty! We haven't eaten there yet, so we can't say much about the ambience. We will definitely eat there! Very very tasty, nice atmosphere. You can listen to the recommendations and I would always order 2 patties because they are so delicious and the ratio of meat to ingredients is not affected. I can recommend it and will come again. Had the Chicago Burger. Mega tasty and the bun, pay attention to the bun. Super tasty and fluffy.

Burger buns OK, standard industrial patties and unfortunately Chester slices from the supermarket instead of the cheddar that is on the menu. Falafel burger without patty, but 3 deep-fried frozen falafel balls on the burger.

Nach wiederholtem besuchen des Lokals, kann ich sagen das die Burger mit beef sehr lecker sind. Beim chicken burger ist die Qualität nicht so gut, wie bei dem mit beef. Es macht den Anschein, dass es sich bei dem Chicken um Tiefkühl Ware handelt. Was besonders gut schmeckt sind die Pommes die auch nach 10 Minuten noch knackig sind. Die Soßen sind auch empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist freundlich und Vorort ist es auch sauber. Zudem lieferdienst kann ich nichts sagen, da ich bisher keine Persönlichen Erfahrungen gemacht Habe.

Sehr lecker Burger, kein fasriges Billigfleisch! Was allerdings eine etwas lange Zubereitungszeit hat. Aber der Geschmack macht das wieder gut. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!

Die Bestellung wurde erst nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit und 2 Anrufen, mit der Frage wo endlich das Essen bleibt, storniert. Man hätte viel früher herausfinden können dass die Bestellung untergegangen ist wenn man seine Kunden auch ernst nehmen würde wenn sie nach dem Essen fragen! So haben wir jetzt 2 Stunden komplett umsonst gewartet und sind immernoch hungrig. Absolute Frechheit!!! Zumindest war der Anrufer, der uns mitgeteilt hat dass wir die Bestellung nicht bekommen, nett.

Riesengroße Enttäuschung! Nach 2 Stunden warten und zweimal am Telefon vertröstet werden, wurde letztendlich gesagt dass unsere Bestellung doch untergegangen ist.

Chicken Burger ist gut. Allerdings ist es ein einfaches patty aus dem Supermarkt. Der Hotdog ist nicht mein Geschmack.

Hammergeiler Burger, meine Frau hat ihn weggeatmet.

Teil der Bestellung ist nicht angekommen. Der “mountain” Burger ist einfach ein fetter Klumpen vom trocknen Fleisch, was nie im Leben 18 Euro Wert ist. Man kann auch woanders für 10 Euro größeren Burger bestellen.

Alle richtig korrekt, der mit Cap nochmal eine andere Stufe erreicht was Service angeht. Super Burger Laden 10/10

Extra mein Uraltes Google- Konto rausgesucht, nur um eine Bewertung geben zu können, da dieser Laden die 5-Sterne mehr als verdient hat. 😄 Die Besitzer verstehen was von moderner Unternehmensführung, alle dort extrem liebenswert und nett; das Essen ebenfalls eine 1+. Der beste Burger! Wirklich die Nummer 1! Danke dafür!!😊 wir kommen regelmäßig mehrmals im Monat und werden dies auch weiterhin tun.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig dort der beste Burger in Bielefeld finde ich. Preisleistung ist zwar etwas teuer aber jeder Cent lohnt sich. Dazu muss ich sagen das der Inhaber sehr herzlich ist, selbst bei fehlenden Sachen bei der Bestellung hat er ohne wenn und aber selbst angeboten die Bestellung erneut liefern zu lassen ohne Aufpreis. Kundenzufriedenheit steht hier an erster Stelle 👌☺️

Sind zwei Stunden vor Feierabend dort gewesen und wurden weg geschickt weil schon geschlossen ist. So kann man sich auch die Kunden vergraueln🤷

Wir haben jetzt sechs mal dort bestellt und fünf male davon fehlten Burger, teilweise ganze Menüs, Dips, Beilagen usw. Das war das letzte Mal, dass wir dort bestellt haben, absolut unzuverlässig.

Wollte über lieferando bestellen, Wartezeit war angeblich 20-45 Minuten. Als ich dann bestellt habe würde plötzlich die Wartezeit knapp über 90 Minuten. Als ich dann angerufen habe, meinte die das wäre normal. Dann bitte anders auf lieferando deklarieren!

Wir haben heute bei Lieferando bestellt und Fahrer konnte das navi nicht bedienen hat dann wieder angerufen und dann war unser Essen nicht mehr ganz so heiss . Hotdog und Burger waren Zuviel Soße drauf , trieften mehr ! Die Zwiebel Ringe waren total labbrig und die Mozzarella Sticks waren fast kalt . Die Pommes waren ok ! Getränke hatten auch Zimmer Temperaturen Schade hatten uns mehr erhofft

what i can say i was here last year and i tryed the food and to be honest ist the first place from germany when im eating so a tasty hamburger and now im back to eat again so yeas definetly you should try it out and i realy recommend it 💯💯

Bestes Essen was es gibt Das Essen ist immer warm, schmeckt anders krank macht mehr als satt. Lieferung ist bei mir meist schon 20 Minuten früher da. Bestellt nur noch dort vertraut.

Essen war kalt und zum Großteil ungenießbar.

Die burger sind an und für sich ganz gut aber die portion coleslaw die grade bei mir ankam nachdem ich bestellt habe war maximal 1.5 esslöffel voll für 3.50€ Also echt einwenig frech

Sehr einladender und gemütlicher laden. Essen war lecker und sehr viel für wenig Geld. Wenn man einen Gutschein hat und ihn nicht ganz aufbraucht wir du def Rest gutgeschrieben nicht wie bei anderen Läden wo der Rest verfällt. Die Leute waren mega nett.

War da Der Burger war sehr klein und hat nicht das versprochen was auf der Karte stand Rindfleisch vom black Angus war durch und trocken Preis Leistung passte garnicht Viel zu kleinen Burger für das Geld . Bier in Flaschen Es wurde nicht mal nach einem Glas gefragt Nicht zu empfehlen der Laden Einmal und nie wieder Bekomme wo anders für das Geld mehr und wesentlich bessere Qualität Schade
