I waited almost 20 minutes for my drink, which was then delivered incorrectly. Afterwards, we had to wait almost another 20 minutes for a new food order. Although there were about five servers in the restaurant, only one person was actually serving us. Furthermore, we were spoken to rudely when we pointed out the situation. I have rarely experienced such poor service. This was my first and last visit – as a regular customer, I will definitely not be recommending this establishment.

I went for dinner last night. Nice place, good service, and good food.

The gluten-free bun option is a bit smaller, but tastes fantastic. The fries are also perfectly edible and delicious. It's not suitable for every type of burger, but everything is clearly and transparently labeled, which is why I feel quite safe overall. Even when I ask questions, the staff knows what I'm talking about and makes me feel like they're taking me seriously. That's unfortunately very rare in restaurants. I'll definitely be going there more often!

Overall, it was quite nice and okay. I'd eaten at the same place in another town before, and it was a bit better there. But it was okay in Bielefeld too. You get a good amount of food and there's a good selection.

I went to Hans im Glück with my girlfriend for dinner over the weekend. I ordered a Double Smash Burger and my friends ordered the Kraut Ruprecht Burger. Both burgers were absolutely delicious, we highly recommend them! The Kraut Ruprecht, in particular, is just perfect for the Christmas season. Great deal! The staff was very friendly and entertaining. All in all, it was a wonderful evening at a fantastic restaurant.

Although the restaurant was relatively empty (besides ours, there were maybe four other tables), we waited quite a while before being asked about drinks. When someone finally came, we ordered drinks and food right away. Unfortunately, the burger buns were incredibly dry, one burger was forgotten and only arrived when the rest were almost ready. Also, the fries were cold. All in all, the visit wasn't very impressive. However, it must be said that the decor and lighting are very cozy and inviting.

I love smash burgers, and they really do have the best ones here. Plus, they have a large and varied selection of drinks.

Attention everyone, don't be fooled. This is just a regular frozen food fast-food restaurant. It has nothing to do with a burger restaurant. This kind of deception is just typical human behavior.

The chicken in the chicken burger was unfortunately very tough and rubbery; I'm afraid it wasn't cooked through. The sweet potato fries, however, were very tasty.

I ordered through Uber Eats and I don't know why my food arrived cold. The fries were cold and not crispy anymore, and the burger was cold too. NEVER AGAIN! Don't order from them. I don't know what it's like at the restaurant, and I waited about 50 minutes here to get cold food.

The service was very friendly. It was very busy on Saturday evening, and according to the waitress, the staff was short-staffed due to illness. Despite this, they made a great effort, and we received a complimentary dessert as compensation for the wait!

We went there on a Saturday evening with a reservation to celebrate a birthday. The food was ordered, and after 50-55 minutes, nothing had arrived except drinks. It took quite a while before we could finally make eye contact with the waiters to ask where our food was. They apologized and promised it would be there in 10 minutes, and that we would also receive two pieces of cake as an apology. The burgers arrived within the promised time, but after such a long wait, the least they could do was ensure there wasn't a hair in them. The burger was then replaced (we didn't actually wait another hour), and after the meal, our waitress asked if she should order the cake. We agreed and waited. Surprisingly, the apology for the long wait didn't even arrive after 40 minutes. I should also mention that the restaurant wasn't at all full for a Saturday evening (at most half the tables were occupied). Our food was never cleared, and the table wasn't wiped. How could we possibly expect anything when the waiters were so focused on nothing and avoided any communication? We simply left without getting the cake and will definitely never come back. The hygiene and service were appalling. Afterwards, my friend told me that she had even called ahead to say that there was a birthday party included in the reservation and asked if they could bring a cake. Of course, that was completely ignored, even though they had been told on the phone that it wouldn't be a problem.

Everything is far too expensive. If the restaurant industry continues like this, there will soon be no restaurants left in Germany. Or rather, only for people earning over €5000 net per month. Congratulations...

We went there spontaneously, two adults and a child. We were forbidden from sitting at one of the tables on the right when you enter the restaurant, even though we sat down at one of the tables. We had to get up and take another seat, on the left. Shortly after we chose another table, other guests entered the restaurant and sat down at the same table on the right. They said they had reservations. All the other tables were free, right... The food was good as always, but the service and customer service were very rude.

As is the case in Bielefeld, before you can get to the restaurant, you first have to find a parking space. This is especially true if you're always traveling by car. There's a parking space not too far away. It only takes a few minutes, about two to three. Then you should already be at the restaurant, where you have the option of sitting inside or outside. First of all, it's really interestingly decorated. With the natural trees, it creates a very nice atmosphere, and so far, it's my only restaurant with this style. It definitely has something to offer; there are various seating options here, whether for a larger or smaller group. I think everything is beautifully made from wood. For dinner, I had a burger menu. Instead of a regular drink, I could have a cocktail, and everything was delicious. The menu with burger, fries, and a cocktail cost €25, so overall, I was satisfied. It was delicious. The price is debatable. I've had cheaper options with honest menus at other restaurants that were up to €5, or even up to €10 cheaper for the same price. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied.

We just left the restaurant spontaneously. The staff seemed extremely unmotivated, and after about 15 minutes at our table without a greeting or anything similar, we simply left. At least the waiter wished us a nice evening as we left.

Drinks arrived promptly, special requests were handled immediately, and he always kept an eye on things. A particularly positive aspect was his unobtrusive yet very warm manner, which made the entire evening even more enjoyable. This is what you would imagine perfect service to be.

Super friendly staff here in Bielefeld! Unfortunately, we're only visiting, otherwise we would definitely come back and be regulars. Food of the usual Hans im Glück quality, everything was excellent!

We were there on a Wednesday around lunchtime, and it was very quiet at that time (there were only about three or four tables occupied, including us). What was negative: Some tables weren't cleared, and the staff preferred to have a chat – that's unacceptable! The tables also desperately needed a wet cleaning; everything was sticky and greasy. We're used to the Hans im Glück restaurant in our area, which is much better. The food was delicious, but the value for money has suffered in the past due to price increases, but that's unfortunately the case everywhere.

You're kindly advised about discounted packages (lunch and dinner menus). Unfortunately, the boards that are called seats are completely uncomfortable.

The ambience is a bit dark but very interesting. The vegan and vegetarian burgers with sourdough buns that we ordered were very tasty. The fries with delicious cheese sauce were unfortunately cold and a bit soggy from the sauce. The table was still sticky when we sat down. We quickly cleaned it ourselves using the napkins provided. Service was quick, but it took 20 minutes for a drink (spritzer) and another 15 minutes for the food. The place was not full at around 5 p.m. We couldn't place any more orders because there was no service. When we waved and spoke to someone at the counter, we were told "right away" and then never came. What a shame. We had to spend 1.5 hours there, at least half of which was waiting.

The atmosphere is quite interesting. I used to like the place, but now it's really bad. The salad around the burger was at least a few days old, shriveled up. The patty inside was much smaller. Even though there were hardly any people there, it took a long time for the waitress to come, but she had spent a long time talking to other servers inside. There was no toilet paper in the restroom, and there was no soap either, just water. They're not just cutting corners on the food, but also on the restrooms?!
