The service was very friendly. It was very busy on Saturday evening, and according to the waitress, the staff was short-staffed due to illness. Despite this, they made a great effort, and we received a complimentary dessert as compensation for the wait!

The Smash Burger is especially awesome!

We went there on a Saturday evening with a reservation to celebrate a birthday. The food was ordered, and after 50-55 minutes, nothing had arrived except drinks. It took quite a while before we could finally make eye contact with the waiters to ask where our food was. They apologized and promised it would be there in 10 minutes, and that we would also receive two pieces of cake as an apology. The burgers arrived within the promised time, but after such a long wait, the least they could do was ensure there wasn't a hair in them. The burger was then replaced (we didn't actually wait another hour), and after the meal, our waitress asked if she should order the cake. We agreed and waited. Surprisingly, the apology for the long wait didn't even arrive after 40 minutes. I should also mention that the restaurant wasn't at all full for a Saturday evening (at most half the tables were occupied). Our food was never cleared, and the table wasn't wiped. How could we possibly expect anything when the waiters were so focused on nothing and avoided any communication? We simply left without getting the cake and will definitely never come back. The hygiene and service were appalling. Afterwards, my friend told me that she had even called ahead to say that there was a birthday party included in the reservation and asked if they could bring a cake. Of course, that was completely ignored, even though they had been told on the phone that it wouldn't be a problem.

Great for vegan burgers... Highly recommended after an AV Cube. First be active for the animals and then reward yourself with vegan burgers.

I haven't eaten this well in a long time. The burger and fries with dip were incredibly delicious. The 0.5L drinks were a great value. The service was super friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.

We went there spontaneously, two adults and a child. We were forbidden from sitting at one of the tables on the right when you enter the restaurant, even though we sat down at one of the tables. We had to get up and take another seat, on the left. Shortly after we chose another table, other guests entered the restaurant and sat down at the same table on the right. They said they had reservations. All the other tables were free, right... The food was good as always, but the service and customer service were very rude.

I ate here with my friends and waited over 50 minutes, only to get cold fries and a cold burger. The service was very friendly, though, so I wouldn't eat here again.

As is the case in Bielefeld, before you can get to the restaurant, you first have to find a parking space. This is especially true if you're always traveling by car. There's a parking space not too far away. It only takes a few minutes, about two to three. Then you should already be at the restaurant, where you have the option of sitting inside or outside. First of all, it's really interestingly decorated. With the natural trees, it creates a very nice atmosphere, and so far, it's my only restaurant with this style. It definitely has something to offer; there are various seating options here, whether for a larger or smaller group. I think everything is beautifully made from wood. For dinner, I had a burger menu. Instead of a regular drink, I could have a cocktail, and everything was delicious. The menu with burger, fries, and a cocktail cost €25, so overall, I was satisfied. It was delicious. The price is debatable. I've had cheaper options with honest menus at other restaurants that were up to €5, or even up to €10 cheaper for the same price. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied.

The vegan chicken burger was incredibly delicious: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The bun was fresh, the vegetables were crunchy, and the sauce complemented it perfectly. You can immediately tell that great attention is paid to quality here. The service was also super friendly and fast. Highly recommended for anyone who loves vegan burgers or wants to try something new!

We just left the restaurant spontaneously. The staff seemed extremely unmotivated, and after about 15 minutes at our table without a greeting or anything similar, we simply left. At least the waiter wished us a nice evening as we left.

For me, one of the best places to go if you're craving a burger – highly recommended!

Once again, it was delicious at Hans im Glück. This time I had the fiery chicken burger – wow, it had a kick! I also want to mention the relaxed, friendly server, Dimi; we got our food quickly and, at the end, we even got a matcha on the house. Next time I'm in Bielefeld, I'll be happy to come back!

The male waiter was simply fantastic! Our waiter was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and professional from the first moment to the last. Drinks arrived promptly, special requests were handled immediately, and he always kept an eye on things. A particularly positive aspect was his unobtrusive yet very warm manner, which made the entire evening even more enjoyable. This is what you would imagine perfect service to be.

I had a delicious burger with fries and was very satisfied. The service was also excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing, almost romantic outside under the trees. The selection of food and drinks is impressive. My companion was also delighted. You know, the way to a person's heart is through their stomach. :-) I'll be a regular.

Super friendly staff here in Bielefeld! Unfortunately, we're only visiting, otherwise we would definitely come back and be regulars. Food of the usual Hans im Glück quality, everything was excellent!

We were there on a Wednesday around lunchtime, and it was very quiet at that time (there were only about three or four tables occupied, including us). What was negative: Some tables weren't cleared, and the staff preferred to have a chat – that's unacceptable! The tables also desperately needed a wet cleaning; everything was sticky and greasy. We're used to the Hans im Glück restaurant in our area, which is much better. The food was delicious, but the value for money has suffered in the past due to price increases, but that's unfortunately the case everywhere.

Interestingly designed restaurant, very friendly and efficient staff, food arrived very quickly and was extremely delicious. As is only right, we were asked from time to time if everything was OK... We also received very friendly and professional advice with our dessert... We'd happily return here again, highly recommended...

You're kindly advised about discounted packages (lunch and dinner menus). Unfortunately, the boards that are called seats are completely uncomfortable.

The ambience is a bit dark but very interesting. The vegan and vegetarian burgers with sourdough buns that we ordered were very tasty. The fries with delicious cheese sauce were unfortunately cold and a bit soggy from the sauce. The table was still sticky when we sat down. We quickly cleaned it ourselves using the napkins provided. Service was quick, but it took 20 minutes for a drink (spritzer) and another 15 minutes for the food. The place was not full at around 5 p.m. We couldn't place any more orders because there was no service. When we waved and spoke to someone at the counter, we were told "right away" and then never came. What a shame. We had to spend 1.5 hours there, at least half of which was waiting.

The atmosphere is quite interesting. I used to like the place, but now it's really bad. The salad around the burger was at least a few days old, shriveled up. The patty inside was much smaller. Even though there were hardly any people there, it took a long time for the waitress to come, but she had spent a long time talking to other servers inside. There was no toilet paper in the restroom, and there was no soap either, just water. They're not just cutting corners on the food, but also on the restrooms?!

Too bad... I just left the place. First, they brought the wrong Coke. When my food finally arrived, they didn't give me any sauces or napkins. Even though I asked for sauces and napkins, I only got sauces with my meal. There are no hand towels in the restroom and only one hand dryer. The hamburger meat was unsalted. Cooked meat isn't salted afterward. But despite all these negative aspects, the orange sauce was good. The ketchup was extremely bad. - You should also ask the customer when their drinks should be served at the table.

Misleading description of the restaurant. This is a fast food chain, not a burger restaurant. If I'd known that beforehand, we wouldn't have gone there. The burgers were, as always in every HiG branch so far, very tasty and, with fries, absolutely enough to fill you up. As far as I could tell, two of the service staff had the store under top control, short waiting times, always friendly and always patient. The seating is typical of HiG, very nice concept. Definitely worth mentioning: We were completely full here with 2 people (both lunch menu, 1 good eater, one average eater) and left under 50€. Rare these days, for food (burgers) if you don't want to go to the fast food competitors. Gladly again, big praise again to the service staff.

Another standard franchise store. Uncomfortable and loud. The interior looks like that of the other burger joint on Niedernstr. The map is similarly unimaginatively designed. Prices are ridiculous for small burgers without fries, which you have to order separately. Classic Burger was out of the question in terms of taste. Served lukewarm at most, the roll is drowned in a sour-tasting dressing that will make you burp unpleasantly the next day. Welker drapes lettuce and a few lost-looking cucumbers over it. The Klopps could only be washed down with a lot of drink (iced tea, supposedly homemade, but tastes like it comes from a tetra pack). Sanitary facilities simple and quite dirty and not appropriate for a restaurant. The service was attentive but a bit clumsy, I waited forever for the bill. Conclusion: Unpleasant experience, not worth the money, you could just go to McDonald’s.

Never waited so long for my food. If you're hungry, you should either bring enough time or go eat somewhere else.
