After the online hype about lucky guy, I tried it out during my visit to Bielefeld. The operation is quick and easy. You need some time to decide because the selection is really diverse. I liked the clean restaurant, the selection, the atmosphere and also the quick service. I ordered the Superstar Burger with Lucky Mushroom potato sticks and Lucky Mushroom sauce. The food was prepared quickly and looks great on the plate. The portion size is decent and the price is justified. So why only 3 stars? Because unfortunately it was disappointing in terms of taste. The bacon on the burger wasn't really cooked through or even crispy. Otherwise the burger was balanced in terms of taste, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the potato sticks (fries) were totally over salted and there were a noticeable number of 'old' fries between the fries. The lucky mushroom sauce is delicious - there are a lot of positive things about it. Although I think it's Jopi sauce 😅 All in all - the food tastes good and the price is fair too. The quality is also good. What can be improved is the love and care when it comes to seasoning the fries and preparing the ingredients.

The store is in a quiet and secluded area. The service was very nice and friendly, and the food was served quickly. However, I found the price-performance ratio to be unsatisfactory. The bread was a little hard instead of buttery, and the jalapeños were extremely spicy. I paid €55 for three people, which I found to be quite expensive. Unfortunately, the ambience left a lot to be desired and didn't seem like a restaurant. I was particularly shocked when I went to the toilet: the path led down a steep staircase into a rancid and dark area, which left a very unpleasant feeling. In summary: The food was tasty, but not worth the price. Unfortunately, the friendly staff couldn't make up for the overall poor ambience.

Super nice employees. They were really nice and recommended something delicious to us. It tasted great. We'll definitely be back. We recommend. More outdoor seating would be great. But unfortunately it is very difficult in the city center because of the space. Therefore understandable.

Well, I can't quite understand the hype. The burger isn't bad, but it's nothing special either. The four dips I had didn't blow you away either. Especially the secret sauce, it's so secret that it doesn't taste like anything. The chicken strips weren't a revelation either. The interior is a bit worn and in need of renovation. At least the service was friendly. Maybe less social media and more quality and competence.

So I have no idea why you suddenly have new buns, but sorry the food in general was really bad this time. So the meat didn't taste good and the buns were very dry and even fell apart. Not again, it's a shame honestly...

Very positive impression! I am very convinced of the quality, the burger tasted great and was as I expected 👍 Service also nothing to complain about, the table and rooms were clean, unlike what you are used to in other burger chains!

Space was a bit poor. Unfortunately it wasn't divided up as nicely. Service was friendly, seemed a bit awkward at times. I came across the store through its website. Great advertising and also appealing. Unfortunately the food was rather average (i.e. just OK). I promised myself more of it.

I am truly thrilled. I came from Paderborn because of the company's Instagram presence. Was greeted very friendly by Mr. Cafer. He explained the various menus to me with a lot of patience. After we found the best menu for me (Double King Kong + Chicken strips) I paid normally and received an amusingly designed beeper that signals when the food is ready. All in all it was very tasty. The lucky sauce tasted a little like Dutch Joppie sauce, which increased the feeling of happiness. Unfortunately the bad-tempered lady from Instagram wasn't there, but I'll be happy to come back soon.

I hoped for more but then it was a complete disappointment. Everything was expensive but it wasn't tasty either. Chicken was too dry and didn't taste like anything. Not recommended. Except soft drinks.

The burgers taste very tasty, the food was great and the service is also good. The ambience is not that great as the restaurant is a bit small and doesn't have air conditioning in warm weather.

Biggest disappointment noticed after I ordered the chicken burger. It only consisted of two strips of chicken instead of one patty. It therefore had nothing to do with the burger, which was often presented in the pictures on site or on social media. At €9 the burger was not justified.

Very inviting burger place. The outside tables on the street are acceptable. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong burger for myself. I wanted spicy. So: "Touchdown" Spicy was okay. But a burger without tomato and lettuce only tastes okay. So: They make delicious burgers, but read the menu carefully ;-)

I really don't think the food is good. The patties are not cooked through, there are small pieces in them and the portion is small in contrast to the price. In my opinion the service depends on the employee. I think the atmosphere is very cool and has something unique about it. I will definitely eat there again to give it a second chance..

I was there with my son because he likes the citizens. This was the first time for me and to be honest I was disappointed with the citizens. Given that the citizens are so expensive, I would have expected more. The citizen patties were devoid of any flavor and overcooked, resulting in the patties not being juicy at all and feeling like a dry mush in the mouth. It's a shame, but I think it was the chef's fault. The fries with the cheese sauce and the nuggets on top were delicious. Otherwise, as I said for over 20 euros for fries and citizens, I would have expected more. A pity.

Were in the store for the first time, the burgers are great. I only deduct 1 point for service because it's basically self-service, you order at the front entrance, get a beeper and then wait. You wait in vain for a condition or basement. But as I said, the food was great again, maybe not necessarily at 12 because the whole shop was full of school children who all wanted to see their Tiktok idol Leonie 😅 but if you don't have a problem with that you will feel at home here.

I became aware of Glücksstück through social media and wanted to test it out. The location in Bielefeld is not air-conditioned and is not particularly hygienic (toilets). The food was mediocre, nothing special and what was offered was too expensive. Sorry, can't recommend it, although Glücksinn really likes it on social media followed.

I was there today and had lunch. The food was very tasty and the staff was extremely friendly and very interested in my well-being. The restaurant I sat in had an interesting interior design, as well as free WiFi! In summary, I can only recommend Glückspilz, not only because of the delicious food, but also because of the ambience. It was really a very nice visit, gladly again.

I had ordered a chicken patty there, but unfortunately the hand patty was quite cold. The tables were also very dirty. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to it. I see a lot of videos on Instagram with Leonie and therefore had high expectations, but they were completely disappointed.

If you want to eat a delicious burger, you've come to the right place! High quality meat and ingredients. One of the best burgers I've eaten. A must for every burger fan.

The store itself was fine. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable otherwise the ambience was quite good. The food wasn't that outstanding. But better than other community stores. But the bread was very good.

Not even avocado or gucamole in the range. Also, the music is too loud. For this reason I do not recommend the Lockal!

No wonder the products are so overpriced when all the money for social media is mainly spent on TikTok and Instagram or thrown out the window.

Burgers taste okay but are way too expensive. The prices for the Chili Cheese Fries have been increased, but the portion size has been reduced. All in all, the quality of Glückspilz has deteriorated significantly and those who value quality and fair prices will be better off elsewhere.

The taste was ok, unfortunately there wasn't enough of a selection of vegetarian burgers.

We came across this restaurant via the internet, we were satisfied but it could probably be a little better. Maybe you could do more veggie things (just my opinion) The prices are also a bit too expensive.

The burgers are OK but nothing more! But very expensive! The service is great! Very friendly and fast! You feel good there! What doesn't work at all are the toilets! Dirty broken and empty soap dispenser! It stinks in the basement! I'm really sorry, but toilets like this are a no-go for restaurants! But you can easily change it!

Unfortunately, really underground. I expected a lot and even went there twice because I expected more. On my first visit I was just disappointed with the quality. So on the second visit I took a different burger with a different patty. The second burger was just outrageously bad. Greasy, cheap ingredients and outrageous prices. I'd rather go to McD/BK or a snack bar. Incredibly bad unfortunately.

I was there today with my wife. The food was very tasty. The potato sticks were crispy and warm. The workers were very friendly. It's nice that you're in Bielefeld. Perhaps other drinks could be offered more as an alternative to Cola

The burger was really tasty, although the patty came from the freezer, which I would have expected differently from the advertising. Unfortunately, the toilets were really dingy and smelled very unpleasant. It was decorated quite nicely on site but of course there is no mention of service with self-service.

The burgers taste delicious, no question, but I still don't understand how you have to charge so much money for some vegetables, sauces pumped full of sugar and a frozen patty placed between 2 slices of bread. The side dishes are also overpriced and average. But you also notice who the target group is through social media advertising. However, a price adjustment would be appropriate, if the economy in Germany continues like this, what should you pay for a burger menu at Glückspilz? 30-40€??

I recently had a burger at Glückspilz. Burger tasted good, but I didn't think the service was that great. I found the way he dealt with customers not friendly and warm. He was a little taller and had a cap on.

The food is delicious, but the staff is not very motivated. Otherwise everything is fine.

A smaller, nice shop that doesn't seem overcrowded even with a lot of people. Friendly and calm employees who take time for the customer. The citizens are well stocked for the price and the fries are incredibly good. If you're looking for something to keep you full on a budget, you've definitely come to the right place

My food was served incorrectly and then excuses were made and the staff didn't see fit to give me new food. And there was a hair in my food. It was the first and last time I was here.

Great food, great shop. The food was extremely tasty and was very filling, but after you finished eating you didn't know where to put the trays and when you asked, you got a "at the cash register there", maybe it would be good if you made a sign saying what it said “Leave trays here” or something like that. Otherwise, really good atmosphere, I like it and would like to come back. :)

Food was okay but no wow effect. Burger too dry, little sauce and only a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf on it.

The food is very tasty and recommended. Unfortunately, there are discrepancies between the website and the restaurant regarding the ingredients regarding allergens, which resulted in the employees not being able to say with certainty themselves. Which is understandably not a good thing! Unfortunately, the facilities themselves are also older and worn out, which means the overall ambience is not very good. It's still acceptable for a short visit and, if necessary, you can simply take the food with you.

leider ist der chicken hollywood burger nicht mehr so wie früher, wir wollen den alten zurück :( außerdem wird die coca cola company weiterhin unterstützt! es gibt auch alternativen wie fritz kola :)

Keine Gucamaloe wenig vegane Lebensmittel/Gerichte auf der Karte. Ich habe 7 Euro für ein Büger mit Fertigbrot einer einzigen Tomatenscheibe und ein saltblatt bezahlt. Das Patti war ein Fertig TK Falavel Patti und viel zu heiß. Wie sagt man so schön danke aber nein danke trift es ganz gut.

Heute habe ich online bestellt. Ich habe eine Bestätigung bekommen und sollte um 20:45 Uhr da sein. Als ich im Regen und zu Fuß dort ankam, nachdem ich bei der Bank Bargeld geholt hatte, sagte die Mitarbeiterin mir das Online-System funktioniere heute nicht und man könnte die Bestellung jetzt aufnehmen. Sehr enttäuschend ich bin gegangen weil ich keine Zeit hatte.

Sind extra für Glückspilz von Braunschweig angereist und sind sehr enttäuscht. Burger waren gut. Steffis Spezial loaded Fries waren sehr mau, das Chicken hat auch sehr alt geschmeckt. Haben jetzt noch leichte Bauchschmerzen davon. Der Coleslaw war wirklich ein Witz. Haben noch nie einen geschmackloseren Coleslaw gegessen. Jeder Coleslaw im Rewe ist um Welten besser. Preislich ist alles auch schon etwas teurer. Im allgemeinen hat sich die lange Anreise nicht gelohnt. Sehr schade.

Es war sehr lecker und ging dafür, dass sehr viel los war, recht schnell. Das Fleisch ist von guter Qualität, die Saucen toll. Es ist teuer, aber bei gutem Essen bezahlt man auch gerne mehr.

Update: es war ein guter Ort für einfaches Essen aber leider ab heute (26.01.2024) gibt's keine mehr vegane Optionen und meinem Speedy Gonzales Burger Brot war kalt, Chicken war übergekocht und alle anderen Sachen waren nicht gut. Wir kommen hier nicht mehr weil für den Preis lohnt sich nicht

Super burger alles frisch immer wieder gerne

Super leckere Burger sowie Chilli Cheese Pommes! Allerdings würde ich es mir 2 mal überlegen ob man Abends hier hin gehen sollte, da es super voll werden kann und man draußen Schlange stehen muss.

Bei meinem letzten Besuch im Glückspilz in der Bielefelder Altstadt war ich wieder einmal vollends begeistert. Ich entschied mich für einen Burger zum Mitnehmen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Wie immer war der Burger äußerst lecker, was bei dem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis besonders erfreulich ist. Aber nicht nur das Essen überzeugt im Glückspilz; auch der Service verdient großes Lob. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen und wohl fühlt. Zu guter Letzt ist das Ambiente der Filiale wirklich beeindruckend. Die Gestaltung des Raumes und die Atmosphäre laden zum Verweilen ein, selbst wenn man, wie ich, nur kurz für einen Take-away-Besuch da ist. Kurzum: Der Glückspilz in der Bielefelder Altstadt ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert – sowohl für einen schnellen Snack als auch für ein gemütliches Essen vor Ort.

Pommes und Chicken Bites finde ich super super gut und auch die Burger sind lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Tische wurden sofort gereinigt, trotzdem waren diese etwas schmierig. Auch die Stühle finde ich etwas unstabil, vorallem die Hochstühle sollten ausgetauscht werden. Aber das Essen ist wirklich lecker.

Das Essen kam erst nach 30 Minuten und in meinem Burger war rohes Hähnchenfleisch.

Nur zu Besuch in der Gegend ,bin aber durch die Social Media Beiträge auf euch Aufmerksam geworden. (Mir gefällt der Stil der Reels) Also dachte ich probiere ich das mal aus, war wirklich der beste Burger den ich jemals gegessen habe. Richtig saftig und lecker. Sehr gut 👍 👍

Wir sind extra aus Kassel hier her gefahren und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Der Geschmack ist fantastisch. Ob von den Burgern, KartoffelStangen oder den Nasty Fries ! War wirklich sehr lecker. Warum keine 5 Sterne ? Da die Größe der Burger im Verhältnis zum Preis für uns etwas zu klein waren. Für unsere Kinder hat der Touchdown gereicht. Aber wir als Erwachsene fanden den King Kong und den Hollywood zu klein. Natürlich kann man das Ganze in Double bestellen, ist dann aber Preislich nicht mehr im Verhältnis. Trotzdem guter Laden, schneller und freundlicher Service und nette Atmosphäre 👍

Wer frische und super leckere Burger essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ich hatte einen veggie Burger 'Green Dream', den ich sehr empfehlen kann. Pommes sehr lecker. Personal mehr als freundlich. 5 Sterne✅, würde es mehr geben, würden sie die bekommen. Hoffe, der Laden bleibt uns noch lange erhalten in Bielefeld 👍🏼

Sehr saftiger Burger, geschmacklich eine 10 von 10. Einziges Manko das der Burger klein ist wenn man Hunger hat reicht der nicht aus Im Vergleich zu anderen Burgerläden. Super freundlicher Service 👌 Käsesoße muss hier such probiert werden

Super Laden, beste Burger. Nur schade das Leonie nicht mehr da arbeitet.

Sehr schöner Laden mit einer unfassbar tollen Inneneinrichtung! Mit Memes und Filmscenen bemalte Wände, Sofas zum hinsetzen neben normalen Tischen und einer chilligen Atmosphäre. Fast keine Wartezeit, leckere Gerichte. Vegane Gerichte durch Abwandlung der Veggiegerichte wählbar, Impossible Meat immer gut, jedoch gerne gleich vegane Gerichte anbieten in der Zukunft.

Schlechtester Burger in meinem Leben. Smash burger war einfach ein dickes Tiefkühl-Patty, welches deswegen nicht flach gedrückt werden konnte. Man hat einfach geschmeckt, dass es nicht frisch war. Für den Preis wirklich frech. Burger-Brötchen trocken, ein Salatblatt und keine besondere Sauce. Wer den Burger mag, hat noch nie gute Burger aus Berlin oder in den USA gegessen. Zudem war es super ungemütlich, weil es im ganzen Laden zog. Beide Türen waren auf, weil die Dunstabzugshaube nicht ausreicht und es sonst noch mehr als es schon getan hat, nach verbranntem Fleisch und Frittierfett gestunken hätte. Mein Freund und ich waren geschockt, dass Freunde uns das empfohlen haben. Nie wieder!

Der Burger ist geschmacklich Top, da gibts nicht zu beanstanden. Die Pommes sind leider teilweise zu durch und entsprechen nicht 100%ig meinem Geschmack. Das größte Manko ist definitiv das Preis-Leistungs Verhältniss. Die Portionen, sowohl die Pommes als auch der Burger, sind nicht zum Satt werden und recht klein für den Preis.

Laden sieht optisch sehr gut aus 👍 Egal wie voll es ist,man bekommt nach kurzer Zeit einen Sitzplatz. Burger ist sehr sehr lecker.

Bestellen regelmäßig über UberEats, Bestellung in den Bielefelder Westen am Wochenende innerhalb von ~40min in der Woche ~25min da, super! Das Essen ist Geschmacklich super, etwas teurer aber das Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Leider werden die Fries mit Topping nicht mehr in einer Bowl sondern in einer Burgerschachtel geliefert was die Portion sehr viel kleiner macht! Ansonsten alles super. Absolut Empfehlenswert

Bester Burger in Bielefeld, den ich bisher probiert habe. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für die Portion. Für 11€ ist der Burger dann doch etwas zu klein für meinen Geschmack.

Leider bestehen die Bowls fast nur noch aus Salat und eine macht nicht mehr satt. Außerdem ist der Salat oft schon matschig. Die Preise sind mega in die Höhe geschossen, sodass wir für 2 Personen mit 4 Getränken weit über 60€ bezahlt haben. Normalerweise essen wir circa einmal im Monat bei Glückspilz aber in Zukunft wohl eher nicht mehr. Lohnt sich nicht

Auf jeden Fall Feder einer der leckerste halal Burger in Bielefeld. 1 Stern Abzug, weil es schade ist, dass im Menü keine Saucen mit drinnen sind und der Burger hier doch wesentlich kleiner sind als vergleichsweiser andere Burgerläden ist.

Burger schmecken sehr gut. Kein Vergleich zu den Fastfood Burgern. Alles andere mittelmäßig. Außerdem... Zu teuer.

Wir sind über das Internet auf den Laden aufmerksam geworden. Der Empfang war schon sehr freundlich sodass man sich auch nach dem Bestellen noch aufs Essen freuen konnte. Der Burger war sehr gut!
