Taste ok. But overpriced. Had Hollywood Burger in the menu with 6 chicken bites and drink. For €14 there would easily have been a potato side dish included. In terms of appearance and content, the burger was on McDonald’s level. The ambience was bright, but didn't invite you to linger. There are better snacks in Bielefeld.

It's a shame, there used to be the best fried chicken you could get here, but apparently they changed the recipe two months ago, now you can completely forget about it, unfortunately it doesn't taste good anymore. Hopefully they can go back to the old recipe soon.

The store isn't dirty, the ambience is fine, nothing earth-shattering. The map is easy to understand and the selection looks great. We were there on Friday evening with 4 friends, the shop was absolutely empty. In retrospect I understood why: - The fries are solid, you can have them - The burger portion doesn't fill you up, but it's okay as a small snack. - Prices are mediocre, not cheap, not expensive, but unfortunately the food is not worth the price. - The four of us tried all the burgers. Unfortunately, not a single one was convincing. The bread is just mediocre, the cheese sauce on the burgers overwhelms the taste of everything else, the jalapenos aren't spicy, and the worst part of the whole thing is the patty itself. It's okay to get a frozen patty if the burger joint doesn't sell any more , but taking one that tastes so boring makes no sense at all given all the marketing this company does. The food absolutely does not live up to the brand. We have revealed the secret of who this so-called lucky guy is. It's the person who saves themselves a visit to this shop and goes to a decent burger/smashburger shop.

The food was very cold, the fries were very limp, the burgers are very small, they are no longer the same burgers as they were six months ago. I won't go there anymore, it's a shame...

The store was recommended to me and I really have to say top, top, top! Nothing to complain about. Price performance ratio is insane. The staff recommended a menu especially for my first time and they know what they are talking about. Will come back :)

Unfortunately the chicken burger was disappointing. The meat was unappetizing and some of it was still raw. The taste was barely there. A burger should be well cooked and tasty. I cannot recommend this store.

The store is really absolutely disgraceful. I ordered a chicken burger and firstly the meat wasn't cooked properly and it felt like there was more breading than meat. The burger is also very small and not appropriate for the price. My friends and I had stomach problems afterwards. The chairs in the restaurant are half falling apart and the tables are shaking. Absolutely no recommendation and a rangy shop.

Normally we always go to Andalusia but it was too crowded so we decided to give Lucky Guy a chance for a long time. Unfortunately, the size of the burger is an absolute disgrace - it looks like a children's menu. Tastes quite good. Unfortunately, as work colleagues, we are all very dissatisfied, not full and are all out of just under €20. Too bad! The store actually has great potential, but they should adjust the prices and increase the size of the burgers.

The appearance on social media and the images presented there do not correspond at all to what was actually offered to me on site. The price-performance ratio is therefore not appropriate in my opinion. With a well-known competitor you get significantly more and significantly better quality.

Tina best employee!!! I visited the Glückspilz restaurant and was very satisfied. The food was delicious and the portions were just right. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly employee Tina, who served us excellently. She was super attentive and made the evening even better. The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, ideal for a relaxing evening. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. I will definitely come back!

Uber order disastrous! Ordered via express. According to the restautant, the food had been ready for pickup since 2 p.m. However, I had to leave at 2:30 p.m. That's why I ordered express. After calling the restaurant - they are not responsible for anything when ordering via Uber - I was assured they would take care of it! Now at 3:00 p.m. the Uber order was simply left in front of the door. (Had contacted Uber several times and also the driver) The burger, which is already 1 hour old 😂, has now been delivered. Yes, Uber is a service provider, but when I called again they just said - it was Uber's problem. To have a burger that was prepared almost an hour ago delivered and to first promise support and then not respond. Sorry, that's not a service for me

I had a double "superstar" in the menu with fries. What can I say: the burger was ok. Not bad, but nothing more. The fries were in the deep fryer for far too long and were rock hard. The toilets were bad, really bad. On the way to the basement where they are located, some of the tiles on the stairs are missing and the handrail is worn out. The toilets themselves are either closed or have significant defects. Cracks in the pool, scuffed surfaces, etc.

We've been there three times now and found the food delicious and the atmosphere is nice - something different :)

The burgers themselves are tasty, but very small for the price. Unfortunately the fries were unsalted and lukewarm. The staff talked for a long time and were only able to take our order after about 7 minutes, even though there was no one in front of us. We still had to wait about 15 minutes for the food (aside from us there was only one table occupied by two people, but they had already gotten their food).

The burgers are okay, but in my opinion not worth 9-14 euros (without side dish). In terms of quantity and quality (not the ingredients, they definitely seem to be of higher quality) it is more like fast food, but the price is similar to restaurant prices. Coupled with the now somewhat worn-out interior and ambience, the concept doesn't really fit together for us. I always find the introduction of tips when paying when you as a customer place the order at the counter, pick up your drinks and food yourself and put the tray away again afterwards, something 'interesting' & I originally come from the gastronomy scene.

The ambience is excellent and the service is acceptable. However, a burger for €10.90 should be filling for a person of average weight. The burger tastes good, but it is very small and the price of €10.90 is absolutely not justified. I congratulate the marketing department of Glückspilz on their successful work.😉

The smashburgers used to be better than the current patties. It's a shame that Coca Cola and Co. are still sold here. A reason not to come anymore.

We come from Osnabrück and like to eat there at Glücksburg. But here in Bielefeld it is really sobering. The fries were okay but not as good as in Osnabrück. The bread was sticky. There were only 5 very small chicken pieces on the manta plate. All in all it was okay, but if you know the level of other Glücksburg stores, it's really not that great.

After the online hype about lucky guy, I tried it out during my visit to Bielefeld. The operation is quick and easy. You need some time to decide because the selection is really diverse. I liked the clean restaurant, the selection, the atmosphere and also the quick service. I ordered the Superstar Burger with Lucky Mushroom potato sticks and Lucky Mushroom sauce. The food was prepared quickly and looks great on the plate. The portion size is decent and the price is justified. So why only 3 stars? Because unfortunately it was disappointing in terms of taste. The bacon on the burger wasn't really cooked through or even crispy. Otherwise the burger was balanced in terms of taste, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the potato sticks (fries) were totally over salted and there were a noticeable number of 'old' fries between the fries. The lucky mushroom sauce is delicious - there are a lot of positive things about it. Although I think it's Jopi sauce 😅 All in all - the food tastes good and the price is fair too. The quality is also good. What can be improved is the love and care when it comes to seasoning the fries and preparing the ingredients.

The store is in a quiet and secluded area. The service was very nice and friendly, and the food was served quickly. However, I found the price-performance ratio to be unsatisfactory. Well, I can't quite understand the hype. The burger isn't bad, but it's nothing special either. The four dips I had didn't blow you away either. Especially the secret sauce, it's so secret that it doesn't taste like anything. The chicken strips weren't a revelation either. The interior is a bit worn and in need of renovation. At least the service was friendly. Maybe less social media and more quality and competence.

I am truly thrilled. I came from Paderborn because of the company's Instagram presence. Was greeted very friendly by Mr. Cafer. He explained the various menus to me with a lot of patience. After we found the best menu for me (Double King Kong + Chicken strips) I paid normally and received an amusingly designed beeper that signals when the food is ready. All in all it was very tasty. The lucky sauce tasted a little like Dutch Joppie sauce, which increased the feeling of happiness. Unfortunately the bad-tempered lady from Instagram wasn't there, but I'll be happy to come back soon.

Very inviting burger place. The outside tables on the street are acceptable. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong burger for myself. I wanted spicy. So: "Touchdown" Spicy was okay. I was there with my son because he likes the citizens. This was the first time for me and to be honest I was disappointed with the citizens. Given that the citizens are so expensive, I would have expected more. The citizen patties were devoid of any flavor and overcooked, resulting in the patties not being juicy at all and feeling like a dry mush in the mouth. Were in the store for the first time, the burgers are great. I only deduct 1 point for service because it's basically self-service, you order at the front entrance, get a beeper and then wait. You wait in vain for a condition or basement. I became aware of Glücksstück through social media and wanted to test it out. The location in Bielefeld is not air-conditioned and is not particularly hygienic (toilets). The food was mediocre, nothing special and what was offered was too expensive. Sorry, can't recommend it, although Glücksinn really likes it on social media followed.

The restaurant I sat in had an interesting interior design, as well as free WiFi! Dirty broken and empty soap dispenser! It stinks in the basement! I'm really sorry, but toilets like this are a no-go for restaurants! But you can easily change it!

So on the second visit I took a different burger with a different patty. The second burger was just outrageously bad. Greasy, cheap ingredients and outrageous prices. The food was extremely tasty and was very filling, but after you finished eating you didn't know where to put the trays and when you asked, you got a "at the cash register there", maybe it would be good if you made a sign saying what it said “Leave trays here” or something like that.
