Good day, I was at Glückspils today at 12:50 p.m. and ordered a French fries bowl with Lucky Chicken Crisps and mayo (unfortunately the name is not exactly known). Since I was in a hurry, I ordered my food to take away. Per: ✅ The fries were still crisp and good even after 10 minutes. ✅ The Lucky Crisps were really crispy and delicious. ✅ The ordering process via the app was quick and uncomplicated. Cons: ❌ The price is a bit high in my opinion (but partly justified). ❌ The employee seemed unfriendly and not very motivated. ❌ The food was prepared carelessly. Other than that, it's a good store. I will come back to try a burger and update my review afterwards. For the time being, I can recommend the store.

It was a very nice evening, the food came quicker than expected with such a large order, I was with my girlfriend because she became aware of Glücksstück via YouTube and other platforms. Ordering and paying is like at McDonald's/Burger King. When I ordered and received my menu, I went outside and ate the menu in the park next door or in the market square. The potato sticks (fries) and the Top Secret Burger were so delicious that I thought it tasted much better than at McDonald's/Burger King. Dear lucky team, Thank you for the great food and of course I'll come back from Hamm to Bielefeld to eat something with you.

We were there today. Two employees on site who were overwhelmed by the rush. There are no parking spaces available except in the parking garages, none directly from the lucky guy. Small Burgerit chili cheese fries €16.80. Way too expensive. Came hungry and left again. The burger tasted okay and the fries were good. We tried the Glücksschlucht and won't be going there again, we'd rather go to the Andalusia snack bar.

Coca-Cola is suspected of supporting companies and structures that help finance violence and suffering in Gaza. The sale of such products represents a serious contradiction to the ethical principles associated with helal. Helal does not only mean allowing or banning certain foods, but also includes a moral claim to justice, fairness and humanity. Anyone who consciously buys helal products does so out of religious and ethical convictions. These customers rightly expect a store like Lucky to act consistently and avoid brands that are associated with oppression and injustice. Especially in times when the suffering in Gaza is becoming increasingly visible, it is incomprehensible why a Helal-oriented store like “Glückspilz” continues to sell Coca-Cola products. There are numerous ethically responsible alternatives that are free from such controversies. Unfortunately, the sale of Coca-Cola shows that ethical values ​​are being overlooked in favor of profit. “Lucky guy” should take his responsibility to the community and moral principles seriously. A store that sells helal products should consistently ensure that all products offered meet these ethical standards. Coca-Cola has no place in such a range. We therefore demand an immediate stop to the sale of Coca-Cola and other questionable brands. True integrity means not compromising on ethical principles. This is the only way “Glückspilz” stays true to its standards and earns the trust of its customers. A business that truly wants to take responsibility should avoid brands that support suffering and injustice. Selling helal products alone is not enough – consistent values ​​are needed in every decision.

From an 8/10 to a 3/10. (Pictured before and after) I don't understand how a restaurant with a good burger with fair prices comes up with a fast food mini version and changes the ENTIRE burger. Now all you can find on the burgers are deep-chilled patties (at least for the chicken) and unsalted fries. Lucky guy had always delivered before and has now put profit over taste. I wouldn't be surprised if there are soon terminals for ordering like at McDonalds.

I ordered these again yesterday and when I saw what I was served, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. To demand that much money for this measly portion of 6 5x1cm scraps in an extremely small paper bag borders on an insult. You used to get 6 large, juicy fillet strips in a crispy breading in a small box, which definitely filled you up. Not exactly cheap, but really tasty. Today you would have thought that 6 boogers had fallen into the deep fryer and you no longer knew what was meat and what wasn't. The ambience is still convincing and the staff is friendly and nice, but the business adjustments are definitely very questionable.

We were there on Friday evening with 4 friends, the shop was absolutely empty. In retrospect I understood why: - The fries are solid, you can have them - The burger portion doesn't fill you up, but it's okay as a small snack. - Prices are mediocre, not cheap, not expensive, but unfortunately the food is not worth the price. - The four of us tried all the burgers. Unfortunately, not a single one was convincing. The bread is just mediocre, the cheese sauce on the burgers overwhelms the taste of everything else, the jalapenos aren't spicy, and the worst part of the whole thing is the patty itself. It's okay to get a frozen patty if the burger joint doesn't sell any more , but taking one that tastes so boring makes no sense at all given all the marketing this company does. The food absolutely does not live up to the brand. We have revealed the secret of who this so-called lucky guy is. It's the person who saves themselves a visit to this shop and goes to a decent burger/smashburger shop.

The store is really absolutely disgraceful. I ordered a chicken burger and firstly the meat wasn't cooked properly and it felt like there was more breading than meat. The burger is also very small and not appropriate for the price. My friends and I had stomach problems afterwards. The chairs in the restaurant are half falling apart and the tables are shaking. Absolutely no recommendation and a rangy shop.

Unfortunately the chicken burger was disappointing. The meat was unappetizing and some of it was still raw. The taste was barely there. A burger should be well cooked and tasty. I cannot recommend this store.

Normally we always go to Andalusia but it was too crowded so we decided to give Lucky Guy a chance for a long time. Unfortunately, the size of the burger is an absolute disgrace - it looks like a children's menu. Tastes quite good. Unfortunately, as work colleagues, we are all very dissatisfied, not full and are all out of just under €20. Too bad! The store actually has great potential, but they should adjust the prices and increase the size of the burgers.

The appearance on social media and the images presented there do not correspond at all to what was actually offered to me on site. The price-performance ratio is therefore not appropriate in my opinion. With a well-known competitor you get significantly more and significantly better quality.

Uber order disastrous! Ordered via express. According to the restautant, the food had been ready for pickup since 2 p.m. However, I had to leave at 2:30 p.m. That's why I ordered express. After calling the restaurant - they are not responsible for anything when ordering via Uber - I was assured they would take care of it! Now at 3:00 p.m. the Uber order was simply left in front of the door. (Had contacted Uber several times and also the driver) The burger, which is already 1 hour old 😂, has now been delivered. Yes, Uber is a service provider, but when I called again they just said - it was Uber's problem. To have a burger that was prepared almost an hour ago delivered and to first promise support and then not respond. Sorry, that's not a service for me

The burgers themselves are tasty, but very small for the price. Unfortunately the fries were unsalted and lukewarm. The staff talked for a long time and were only able to take our order after about 7 minutes, even though there was no one in front of us. We still had to wait about 15 minutes for the food (aside from us there was only one table occupied by two people, but they had already gotten their food).

The burgers are okay, but in my opinion not worth 9-14 euros (without side dish). In terms of quantity and quality (not the ingredients, they definitely seem to be of higher quality) it is more like fast food, but the price is similar to restaurant prices. Coupled with the now somewhat worn-out interior and ambience, the concept doesn't really fit together for us. I always find the introduction of tips when paying when you as a customer place the order at the counter, pick up your drinks and food yourself and put the tray away again afterwards, something 'interesting' & I originally come from the gastronomy scene.

We come from Osnabrück and like to eat there at Glücksburg. But here in Bielefeld it is really sobering. The fries were okay but not as good as in Osnabrück. The bread was sticky. There were only 5 very small chicken pieces on the manta plate. All in all it was okay, but if you know the level of other Glücksburg stores, it's really not that great.

After the online hype about lucky guy, I tried it out during my visit to Bielefeld. The operation is quick and easy. You need some time to decide because the selection is really diverse. I liked the clean restaurant, the selection, the atmosphere and also the quick service. I ordered the Superstar Burger with Lucky Mushroom potato sticks and Lucky Mushroom sauce. The food was prepared quickly and looks great on the plate. The portion size is decent and the price is justified. So why only 3 stars? Because unfortunately it was disappointing in terms of taste. The bacon on the burger wasn't really cooked through or even crispy. Otherwise the burger was balanced in terms of taste, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the potato sticks (fries) were totally over salted and there were a noticeable number of 'old' fries between the fries. The lucky mushroom sauce is delicious - there are a lot of positive things about it. Although I think it's Jopi sauce 😅 All in all - the food tastes good and the price is fair too. The quality is also good. What can be improved is the love and care when it comes to seasoning the fries and preparing the ingredients.
