Service only three stars due to self-service. Long opening hours. Centrally located – a short walk from the town hall. Very good burger. We didn't have any sides as it was just a quick bite shortly before midnight. Rustic, pleasant atmosphere.

Great place. Order quickly at the terminal or at the counter and it's ready in no time. Even when it's busy, it's really fast. And the burgers are truly excellent. Unbeatable value for money, and for me, it's faster to pick it up on foot than to have it delivered. Highly recommended!

Or the burger is completely fake (and with its thick rocket!), but it's a bit of a disappointment :/ I live right next door and have never been there. I've heard very good reviews, but I rarely eat fast food. Today was the day, I took a burger to go, and unfortunately... now I'll start eating fast food more often 😅 Very tasty!! Soft bun, juicy meat, all the toppings are delicious! After Wilde Kuh went downhill and lost me as a customer, I finally know where I can eat a good burger :) you guys are doing a great job, see you soon :) Neighbor.

We're regulars and usually love eating there. But unfortunately, I have to say that Saturday was a nightmare. I ordered a crispy chicken taco. The night was awful; I was vomiting constantly. I couldn't even drink water. I could barely leave the bathroom. It was food poisoning 🤢. That's unacceptable! I actually like you guys, but this is just wrong! I'm still completely wiped out…never again!

The meat tastes very cheap and is often burnt. The new "toast" breads are okay, though not as good as regular burger buns, but the burgers themselves are far too dry. Instead of this trendy burger joint, find an authentic restaurant – it'll be cheaper too.

We ordered food last night (Friday) for about €40, including burgers and tacos. The delivery was scheduled for 8:40 p.m., 40 minutes later than ordered. Unfortunately, the food wasn't delivered until 11:00 p.m., but we picked it up at 10:00 p.m. This means the driver spent an hour driving around with the food. Consequently, the burger was colder than room temperature in our apartment. The tacos were also very cold. We will not be ordering from there again; this is unacceptable. The food was relatively good in terms of quality and taste, but everything tastes worse when it's cold. The burger was also carelessly placed in the box.

I waited over 45 minutes for my food, and only after I asked about it and put some pressure on them did they finally bring it. When it finally arrived, the fries and baguette were cold, and the baguette had completely fallen apart after I took it out of the paper. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Today at Andalusien, I experienced one of the best waiters ever. A young employee with curly hair/an afro, and I have to say, he was an incredibly positive presence! From the very beginning, he was ✔ extremely friendly, ✔ attentive, ✔ quick, ✔ and always had a smile on his face. You could immediately tell that he loves his job. He gave us excellent advice, was respectful, professional, and at the same time totally natural and friendly. That's exactly the kind of person who makes a restaurant visit special. You rarely find employees like him—a true ambassador for the restaurant! Please keep him on board and appreciate him, because he makes all the difference. I'll gladly come back anytime just because of his service! ❤️💯

My partner and I were there on Friday evening and ordered two crispy chicken tacos. A few hours later, my partner started feeling really unwell, while I was still fine. Eight hours later, I had food poisoning. That was it for Andalusia.

The food is really delicious, but unfortunately the quality isn't always consistent. Customer requests are ignored, and sometimes the food arrives cold and burnt. Once deliveries/orders are running smoothly again, this place will definitely deserve 5 stars.

The smash burguer is ok, it tastes good, very meaty, but the sauce is too strong for my taste. I waited more than 30min for the order...the staff apologized to me and gave me a free drink in return.

Best snack bar in all of Bielefeld, I'll be back every time

Honestly, it's a real pain. We ordered at 9 p.m. and waited until 12:25 a.m. I work in the restaurant industry myself and can understand when orders are delayed, but they didn't care at all. Every time I tried to call, the number was unavailable. I really hate this snack bar. I know it tastes good, so I ordered, but to be told after two hours of waiting that it's not coming is really nasty. I'm on vacation right now and thought I'd treat myself and make myself comfortable, and my whole evening is ruined.

The food tastes excellent, but mistakes are constantly made. When you order as a group, orders often arrive missing, which means we always have to wait until the rest of our group gets their order and our food gets cold.

I have to make this comment with regret. The hygiene was poor. The tables, seats, and especially the toilet were very bad. Unfortunately, there was a hair in my burger. I showed it to the management, but they offered a new one. I couldn't eat it because it didn't appeal to me. They wouldn't refund my money. I won't be going back.

Train late to Bielefeld? The eight-minute walk here is absolutely worth it! I would have loved to take a photo of the Cheese Classic Burger, but I didn't have the time! Delicious!

Delicious burgers and friendly service – great value for money! The burgers are delicious, juicy, and freshly prepared. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The prices are absolutely fair for a snack bar – the value for money is excellent! One small downside: The decor is unfortunately a bit dated and looks worn. However, if you value good food, you won't be disappointed here.

**Highly praised but room for improvement** You can't miss the Andalusian snack bar - if you believe the street gossip and the long lines outside. And the place once had real flair and aura. Today, though, I can't quite grasp that. The shop itself unfortunately looks very worn, messy, and dirty. A no-go for me, and I don't want to know what it's like behind the scenes. The food (veggie burger with fries and Brazilian sauce) was delicious. I'd give it a 7/10 in the burger rankings. The service was nice. The tables, however, were also dirty, and the shop lacked a "good soul."

I've been there regularly for the past four years (at least twice a week). I'm from a pizzeria on the same street. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly recently – today in particular was a very disappointing experience. Extremely unprofessional on the phone. They answer the phone, barely say anything, then just hang up (I can't hear them) and immediately hang up. Even though I wanted to order something once, I told them it was a minute, but he heard it!!! Then he says, "Yes, hello, hello, yes, hi, I can't hear you."

The food is a 10/10—I could eat here five times a week. It's often crowded, especially on weekends and in the evenings. The restrooms could use some work, and the seating needs to be updated.

We once ordered a burger and a baguette. The fact that the food arrived cold - the journey was long after all - was annoying, but still understandable. Unfortunately, the bigger problem was that the meat in both the burger and the baguette was undercooked. Unfortunately, it was really unappetizing and we couldn't finish the meal. The hardly any salad in the baguette was also disappointing. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience - we will not order again.

This was our first time here and I was skeptical at first. The map is clear. You can choose from various burgers, tacos or baguettes. We were immediately informed that the menu today only costs €12.50. So we decided on 2x burger menu and 1x taco menu. The gentleman at the counter was very nice and friendly. Tried to have fun at the same time. It took a while (the store was also very busy and Uber Eat was also being finalized). The order was completed correctly and served in metal baskets. The fries are crispy and cooked to perfection. There are various dips to choose from. The burgers were fresh and very tasty. My taco was packed to the brim with lettuce, chicken breast and fries. Everything tasted great. There was also Fritz Limo. We'll definitely come back when we're in Bielefeld. Many thanks to the boys. Your service was top.

Certainly one of the best taco shops in town! Unfortunately for vegetarians there is only vegetables or falafel - it would be cool if there was some variety here. The fries are incredibly good.

On my last visit I felt like I was at the train station The store is filled with children/young people They occupied all the benches and didn't eat and I had to eat outside with my wife. I'm at a loss for words. People you know are allowed in and you have to wait all the more for your food. and it wouldn't cost you the earth if you got some nice benches and tables there. I don't even want to start with the toilet.

I've really enjoyed eating here, but recently I've been consistently disappointed by the service and some of the staff. The staff is often unfriendly and suggestions or special requests are not taken into account. Often you receive something different than what was actually ordered. In addition, employees gossip about customers in the presence of customers. Please change something urgently if you want your customers to continue to be satisfied and want to come back.

Definitely one of the best taco and burger joints in the city. Both tacos and burgers are highly recommended! The ambiance is more like an urban fast food joint than a restaurant, but everyone should be aware of that beforehand. A clear recommendation, also due to the very fair price-performance ratio (€2.50 for fries, €2.50 for most drinks, as of March 2025). In short: top-notch food at reasonable prices, unlike other fancy burger joints. :)

I ordered on March 20th around 5 p.m. with the note that I would like to break my fast on time. My order was brazenly canceled 15 minutes before I was due to break my fast. This meant I had to order somewhere else and couldn't eat anything until over an hour later. Very unprofessional!

Now my second home in Bielefeld. By far the best (non-Mexican) tacos in the city and clearly the best value for money for food in the area. I love the shop and can really recommend it to everyone 🙏🏽 (Order recommendation: taco minced meat, crunchy chicken or shrimp)

We always order there and please say beforehand that it's not spicy. The place is always packed and they put jalerpenos on the taco, so it's just too spicy. Next time, listen better

The really tasty burgers are a positive highlight. Unfortunately the shop looks very rancid from the inside. The leather benches are torn and the tables feel like they're from the last century. The designated tables were also not cleaned between guests, which really bothered me. We then cleaned the table with our own wet wipes and saw that the staff preferred to sit on their cell phones rather than wipe down the tables. Unfortunately, we searched in vain for friendliness among the staff. So maybe an alternative to ordering, but we won't come by again.

The food is still delicious, but you can notice some changes from before. The baguettes have become smaller and are not open. More sauce is saved. One star is even too many. So disappointed with the store. How can you go so wrong with an order? The employees ignore you when you speak to them. The fries came 20 minutes after our burger and didn't even taste good. You order a taco without tomatoes and get a taco with tomatoes. Have you ever heard of a tomato allergy?

I also always specify that I want my taco without cheese. Today cheese was put on it again, so unfortunately I couldn't eat my food. I've also said many times that the sauces were forgotten. Unfortunately no reaction. Conclusion: I'm super disappointed because it actually always tastes good (but unfortunately only on site). Too bad!
