Andalusien - Nicest Fast Food meets Orient in Bielefeld

I love the burgers here, especially the double chili cheese mix, and the chicken burger is amazing (I don't usually like chicken burgers, but this one is really different). They're very well seasoned!

After 50 minutes of waiting, food is still not there

I ordered loaded fries and suddenly they said it was normal that only half was served😂

One of the best burgers in Bielefeld and the surrounding area!!! Double chili cheese mix 🤤. Order two. Nothing more needs to be said. The baguettes and tacos are also highly recommended.

I've really enjoyed eating here, but recently I've been consistently disappointed by the service and some of the staff. The staff is often unfriendly and suggestions or special requests are not taken into account. Often you receive something different than what was actually ordered. In addition, employees gossip about customers in the presence of customers. Please change something urgently if you want your customers to continue to be satisfied and want to come back.

Definitely one of the best taco and burger joints in the city. Both tacos and burgers are highly recommended! The ambiance is more of an urban fast food joint than a restaurant, but everyone should be aware of that beforehand. A clear recommendation, also due to the very fair price-performance ratio (€2.50 for fries, €2.50 for most drinks, as of March 2025). In short: top-notch food at reasonable prices, unlike other fancy burger joints. :)

I ordered on March 20th around 5 p.m. with the note that I would like to break my fast on time. My order was brazenly canceled 15 minutes before I was due to break my fast. This meant I had to order somewhere else and couldn't eat anything until over an hour later. Very unprofessional!

Now my second home in Bielefeld. By far the best (non-Mexican) tacos in the city and clearly the best value for money for food in the area. I love the shop and can really recommend it to everyone 🙏🏽 (Order recommendation: taco minced meat, crunchy chicken or shrimp)

The really tasty burgers are a positive highlight. Unfortunately the shop looks very rancid from the inside. The leather benches are torn and the tables feel like they're from the last century. The designated tables were also not cleaned between guests, which really bothered me. We then cleaned the table with our own wet wipes and saw that the staff preferred to sit on their cell phones rather than wipe down the tables. Unfortunately, we searched in vain for friendliness among the staff. So maybe an alternative to ordering, but we won't come by again.

We always order there and please say beforehand that it's not spicy. The place is always packed and they put jalerpenos on the taco, so it's just too spicy. Next time, listen better

I live right next door and have never been there, I've heard very good reviews, but I rarely eat fast food. Today is the day, I took a burger to go and unfortunately... now I will start eating fast food more often 😅 very tasty!! Soft bun, juicy meat, all the additions are delicious! After Wilde Kuh broke down and lost a customer in me, I finally know where I can eat a good burger :) you guys are doing a great job, see you :) Neighbor.

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The store was recommended to us, but unfortunately our experience did not live up to expectations. The wait for our food was almost 50 minutes, which was very long for us as guests. Unfortunately, when the food was finally served, it was burnt and the quality of the meat left something to be desired. What was particularly unfortunate was the unfriendly service at the checkout, which had a negative impact on the overall impression. Given this experience, I would not come here again and cannot recommend the restaurant to anyone.

The food is still delicious, but you can notice some changes from before. The baguettes have become smaller and are not open. More sauce is saved. I prefer that the quality doesn't change, if you increase the price that would be ok. As long as the quality remains the same. Unfortunately, most restaurants make this mistake...

One star is even too many. So disappointed with the store. How can you go so wrong with an order? The employees ignore you when you speak to them. The fries came 20 minutes after our burger and didn't even taste good. You order a taco without tomatoes and get a taco with tomatoes. Have you ever heard of a tomato allergy?

Unfortunately I won't order here again. I've probably ordered here 20 times so far and every single time they forgot to add the sauce to the fries that I ordered for extra money. I also always specify that I want my taco without cheese. Today cheese was put on it again, so unfortunately I couldn't eat my food. I've also said many times that the sauces were forgotten. Unfortunately no reaction. Conclusion: I'm super disappointed because it actually always tastes good (but unfortunately only on site). Too bad!

I got food poisoning from your food. There have been several reviews in the last few days that have described the same thing. Apparently your hygiene standards are not very high, I will never eat here again. The floor and tables are greasy, the fries smell like old oil. What kind of store is this?

I ordered online, full of anticipation. Was my first time. Unfortunately I was bitterly disappointed. I specifically asked that the burgers be without cucumber, but unfortunately I was ignored. The Loades Fries looked like an accident. I reported the incident to the online service. Here I was informed that after consulting the snack bar there would be no refund or apology. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot make a recommendation. Money thrown out the window for nothing and nothing again.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this restaurant. On November 30, 2024, I ordered a Loaded Fries box with a friend, and shortly after eating it, both of us felt significantly worse in health. The incident was extremely unpleasant and the worst part is that to date we have not received any response from the restaurant despite complaining directly. Several attempts to contact her went unanswered and there was no response. This makes me have serious doubts about the seriousness and customer service. I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Really really delicious food! Here you get good and tasty portions at a fair price! We had it delivered and everything was fresh and delicious. This shop did its homework while Rachid was closed. Much better than its competitors in terms of taste and quality. Unfortunately, it's relatively full even at the usual times. The prices are okay, but shouldn't go up for a taco. One negative point is that if you come at the wrong time, you sometimes have to wait 30-45 minutes for your order. That's longer than in a TOP restaurant. A little too long for a taco...

Wow! An unforgettable experience An employee recommended a baguette with crispy chicken. I didn't know what to take and followed his advice. At 9 p.m. I got a still fluffy and warm baguette filled with some lettuce, tomatoes and crispy, freshly fried chicken. The sauce is a mixture of garlic and something spicy, the baguette is filled with some fries on top. I hugged the employee and thanked him for this unique and extraordinary taste experience at the Andalusia snack bar. Unfortunately we only got 4 points for the ambience, but we don't go to the museum to eat. Relaxed music at a pleasant volume made it one of my best restaurant visits in Bielefeld. Gladly again!

Unfortunately, it's no longer what Andalusia used to be. Burger patties dry and “fried to death”. Hardly any sauce or cheese left on the Double Cheesemix. It is now delivered cold. The last two orders were an absolute disappointment! Very unfortunate.

The tacos with falafel taste really great! The fries are also very crispy. I didn't think the burger was that good, the pattie was very soft and the burger completely fell apart while eating. Rather uncomfortable inside because it's always full and there are a lot of customers in the aisle ordering.

The best fries around. Very crispy and perfect to the point. Really delicious burgers! My favorite burger shop in Bielefeld, if not in all of Germany. The only downside is that when the store is full, orders take a little longer, but it's worth the wait! I would say it's value for money the perfect place for a delicious meal.

Great smash burgers and French tacos!

Yesterday was probably the worst visit to a food spot ever for me and unfortunately it was my favorite place to eat in Bielefeld. It's bad enough that you can't even call to pre-order something to avoid exactly what follows: I had to wait over 40 minutes until I got my food, of course I understand when it's full that you have to wait a bit, that's completely normal, but 40 minutes for 2 tacos with way too much sauce that you only taste sauce and don't taste the fresh ingredients at all and the worst thing is that customers who came after me still got their food before me, how does that work? That's why this post, I know the owners and I'll say it again for me it's the best food spot in Bielefeld, but what happened yesterday was a catastrophe and I hope it doesn't happen again.

The food tastes good, but the toilets are a disaster. Please ensure that staff carry out regular toilet checks. You lose your appetite. I've been here twice now and just wanted to wash my hands but almost vomited. Please do something about it. The food is really good, but when the toilets are so dirty, you automatically wonder if the kitchen is clean.

Don’t hesitate; walk into this burger joint; you won’t regret it! My burger was delicious, juicy, and hot, including the fries! It was all perfect 👌 and sound for my stomach. However, besides the graffiti walls, Andalusien needs more space and an upper-class seating area for its food and gusto/quality! The staff is friendly, proactive, and happy!

Ordered food online to pick up, got there after about 10 minutes and then the order started to be prepared. A good 20 minutes of waiting time again, a bit much, then at home I realized that instead of a single smashed burger I got a double with egg, unfortunately it wasn't my thing with so much meat and very mushy, probably because of the egg, but it's definitely not bad , but I expected more after all the great reviews here.

Best burger in the whole area... Andalusia is simply an addiction, I can't say anything else! Price-performance ratio unbeatable.. You can see that you can serve very fresh, delicious food cheaply. So people, if you haven't been to Andalusia yet, try it straight away.

Delicious. I can only recommend. Only the floor is extremely slippery because of the grease. We were there as a group and most of us had difficulty standing there.

Since opening in Herford, the store has become really uncomplicated. You make the orders wrong every time and we always order locally! Your food has become much greasier and you are putting in vegetables when you were explicitly told beforehand that you didn't want this or that! In addition, you often burn the burgers and naccos and the fries and vegetables taste old. Prices have also become far too expensive. My colleagues and I love the store, have been there since day 1, but from today on you have lost as customers. We'd rather go to Herford or only come back when our colleague from Herford comes back to Bielefeld. You deserve your hype and we'll treat you to the best, but if it was at least 5 stars better back then than it is today, then you have to take that to heart and raise the level again.

I had ordered a Classic Cheese and waited right in front of the counter. It took 20 minutes and various orders that had ordered after me were served beforehand. Unfortunately the food was cold. The bag with my Classic Cheese had already been on the counter for 10 minutes.

This restaurant is simply amazing! I've rarely come across a place that serves great food so consistently. Every dish on the menu is a hit! While I haven't tried everything they offer yet, every dish I've tasted so far has blown me away. My next goal is to explore the entire menu! The burgers are particularly notable; It's hard to understand why anyone would settle for the standard fare of fast food chains when you can have the fresh, homemade burgers of Andalusia instead. Every bite is a real taste explosion! Just writing this review makes my mouth water!
