The slowest fast-food restaurant around. We waited over 30 minutes for two burgers. Unbelievable. The taste was okay, but next time we'll go somewhere else.

If you're looking for burgers, fries, and a little something extra, then Glückspilz is the place to go. We really like this source of happiness on Eckendorfer Straße and definitely recommend it. It's doubly worthwhile: everything is delicious, and everyone is friendly. We'll gladly come back again and again.

Drivers heading to the competition should stop here quickly. There's parking, you can shop for your pets next door, and then let Steffi and her team conjure up a delicious lunch menu. And seriously, the price at lunch is hard to beat for what you get. And when I'm feeling lazy, I even get delivery from Eckendorfer. I love the Top Secret Burger, the sauce, and the caramelized onions are sooooo good. And sometimes you can watch Steffi and others at their social media work, whether live on TikTok or for their videos. It couldn't be more transparent and real. Love!

Ever since my girlfriend, who also lives in Bielefeld, first took me to Glückspilz, I could come here every day! Always absolutely delicious, a great selection, and fantastic, friendly service in a lovely, crazy atmosphere. My favorite is definitely the Superstar double, but the Chicken Tenders and Crazy Chick are also highly recommended. Every visit has been well worth it and was always delicious. So if you get hungry in Bielefeld, Glückspilz is my first stop and I highly recommend it!!! Thanks Glückspilz! We'll be back! :))

Very good food! No long waits. We drove there all the way from Berlin and were not disappointed! The staff is competent and very friendly despite apparently being understaffed. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces. The fast-food restaurant is smaller than expected, but perfectly adequate. Of course, we also brought provisions from Glückspilz for the almost five-hour drive home. A fast-food restaurant that should definitely be available outside of North Rhine-Westphalia! Because unfortunately, there isn't a Glückspilz branch in Berlin yet. 😢

The 🍄 branch impresses across the board! 🍀 The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel at home right away. The food is freshly prepared and tastes excellent every time. My kids love it there too, especially the lucky box with the little gift always makes their eyes light up. An all-around great experience for the whole family. Highly recommended, keep it up 👏✨

Today, on the way home from Hanover to Duisburg, we took a little detour. I've been wanting to eat here for a while. We had the SECRET SMASH burger. I can only say it was the best burger I've ever had, and I eat burgers often. 👌 Great!! We'll definitely be back.

The food is great. But I found it extremely disappointing that you have to wait 30 minutes and 60 minutes for three things. The one on Eckendorfer Straße doesn't know how it is in the other shops. Phew, no, I really wouldn't want to go back. The burger was quite tasty at the end of the day, but the wait had nothing to do with fast food. The wait staff couldn't have gotten my order wrong if I'd actively asked, and the interior is somewhere between a hospital and a police station. There are so many great places for burgers in Bielefeld where you get much more for the same price. Please don't let yourself be fooled.

I had to delete my old review and was unfortunately rather dissatisfied – with the food. Unfortunately, I have to say that Glückspilz has declined. At first, they lived up to the hype, but with all this price pressure on social media... what a pity! They themselves say that they then bought cheaper. If I want to eat cheaply, I go to the competition on Eckendorfer Straße. But okay... I had 2-3 hairs in my burger. It can happen, I complained, and I got a new burger without any ifs and buts. However, it was squashed together so quickly that the bread was simply soggy and everything was falling apart. Service: She was visibly uncomfortable, apologized several times, and of course, reacted very politely. What I personally object to is that Glückspilz still uploads menus by photo on Google Maps, even though they no longer exist. By the way, all the other employees on site seemed listless and not "happy." It was a strange atmosphere. Unfortunately, they're often very taciturn on other days, too. Not what you'd expect from watching these over-the-top YouTube shorts. Atmosphere: A Back to the Future poster on otherwise somewhat empty walls. The table and chairs resemble a supermarket snack bar. Not particularly inviting. Nothing like a burger joint. Some of the tables were dirty from previous customers. My tip: Stop trying to maximize profits with this franchise hype and remember what you once were, and deliver in all your Bielefeld branches like you did on day one. Unfortunately, the old lucky soul is completely missing!

We were inspired by the social media marketing and wanted to see for ourselves. First, the service: We were shocked to see the store was completely empty when we arrived. Even though it was off-peak, we found it uninviting that the manager was staring at his phone as we entered. He only approached us after two minutes to take our order and showed no willingness to talk or offer any recommendations. It was our first visit, but unfortunately, they didn't ask if we needed help, which I've seen differently at other restaurants. This poor service deducts two points. Let's get to the food: The fries were truly outstandingly delicious and crispy – exactly to my taste. The curry mango sauce was also very good. The "top secret sauce" turned out to be a regular cocktail sauce, but the marketing gimmick was still amusing and fit with the humorous social media presence. Unfortunately, the burger was only lukewarm. The bread was noticeably cold on the outside, which worried me at first. In a nearly empty shop, I expect a hot, freshly prepared burger. Since this wasn't the case, I'm deducting two points here as well. The burger tasted good, though. The quantity was also acceptable for the lunch menu. Outside of that time, however, I would have found the price a bit too high. The ambiance is overall okay, although some spots seemed a bit worn and the outside area didn't look particularly nice. But that's acceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Overall, I give the shop 3 out of 5 points. I'll try the "One Piece" on my next visit and hope for a 5/5. Super delicious burgers 🍔! Since my beloved King Kong wasn't on the menu anymore, they made it for me anyway. Very friendly staff. The quality is super freshly prepared and not burgers made for the masses. I'd go back anytime.

The burger was very good, the patty was perfectly smashed, and there was plenty of sauce on it. The highlight, however, was the chicken tenders in the Steffi Special. The One Piece burger was delicious, but unfortunately there was chewing gum in the leather couch, which was very annoying. The restrooms weren't clean at all. That's a no-go.

Today, I picked up food there for the first time in two years and was more than disappointed when I got home. The Secret Smash was completely runny, the meat was very thin, the bun was manageable, and it tasted like a cheeseburger from the Golden M. The fries were tasty, but very limited in quantity. The Hollywood was still the best, even though it tasted a bit like currywurst. Wild, but apparently the signature move of the house's own "Lucky Mushroom" sauce. The Superstar was also cheeseburger-level, with just a hint of bacon. The employee who prepared the food was super nice and friendly, but the taste was a complete flop, and our need for "Lucky Mushroom" is satisfied for the time being. We definitely weren't lucky today :(

The food is really delicious, but not cheap. The lady at the cash register and the person working the kitchen were also nice and helped us order without any hassle. However, the fact that the doors are constantly open, which means you can clearly hear the street, makes it uninviting for children, and generally feels a bit sparse, is a point deduction. But the most important thing – the food – is good.

After the focus shifted from good quality to TrashTok, I stopped ordering from there because the price-performance ratio was simply worse than at Maeckes. Now, after months, I've given it another chance. I really did pay ten euros for the same cheeseburger, which is already extortionate at Maeckes anyway. Nothing has changed, quite the opposite. Furthermore, the owner is even having real reviews deleted. This business practice is pathetic. The shop is closing soon. My prediction: This is bordering on fraud. Never again. The strangest thing about it is that it used to be a really good shop. 20 marks for the same cheeseburger as the one next door, which is already overpriced by 4 marks there. Sick.

We ordered food there and after about 50 minutes, they asked where it was and they only gave us a "we forgot it" and not even an apology. After two minutes, the burger was lukewarm and the bread didn't taste that fresh. We were a bit disappointed. We enjoyed going there, but we wouldn't go again.
