Unfortunately it got worse. They changed something. Burgers are much smaller and not as tasty anymore. Great fries, great sauce. Still better than the Scot on the same street, but I won't go there again. Hopefully you'll remember your old values, then I'll be there again. Oh well, one more thing, your films are really bad.

Overall, quite solid, I think it best describes it. The food was tasty and the prices are still reasonable for what you get. Certainly a good option for ordering/to-go, but I would choose a different option next time for eating on site. What struck me negatively was that the pagers you get to be notified when the food is ready remain with the staff after the order has been picked up. If you are unlucky and there are no more pagers at the ordering terminals, it is apparently the customer's job to collect them from the staff and fill them up and then have to place the order again from the beginning.

!!! We are really very disappointed, we ordered King Kong Burger Triple and Superstar Burger and a small fries. Each part is much too small, we would have preferred to save the money and the entire order. We really would have preferred to go to McDonald’s and we actually don’t eat there anymore. The patties and bacon were burnt but disgustingly greasy and badly salted. The rolls also tasted strange from the rancid fat. There was no sauce or jalapenos, and actually no salad either, so it didn't taste like anything. The frying fat is definitely from a week ago and some of the fries had some old fat in them and were simply too salty. We don't want anything in return, just that people think twice about where they go out to eat. We're happy if we don't get any stomach problems.

I recently ate at Glückspilz Burger and was looking forward to a good burger. Unfortunately I had to wait 45 minutes for my food, even though the restaurant was not crowded. During this time, other guests who came after me received their orders more quickly. The burger itself tasted okay, but after waiting for so long, the enjoyment was honestly spoiled. The service seemed overwhelmed and unfortunately there was no apology for the long waiting time. It's a shame, I was hoping for more. If the organization doesn't change, I'll probably look for another burger place next time.

We went to this store quite spontaneously because of the eye-catching marketing. This branch is a big disappointment. Burgers are quite tasty, but unfortunately they don't do justice to the high price. I've eaten much more lavish and high quality food for the total price. The fries were very tasty at first, but unfortunately they quickly became soggy due to the sauces etc. Unfortunately, the burgers cooled down quite quickly. Of course, that could also have been due to the metallic tray. We didn't really have any contact with the staff. We ordered via terminals, but that was ok. Pretty much directly behind it was an employee in the kitchen area. We were the only ones in the store, there was no greeting or anything. The preparation time for our food was totally ok. At some point another employee came and at least she managed to say “Hello” in our direction. The shop was filling up more and more. Two ladies with several children came in, ordered and then laboriously put together two tables and chairs. I think that one of the two employees could have helped, then the two ladies with the children wouldn't have sat in the middle of the path and you would have been able to get to the exit as another guest without any major inconvenience. Let's see if we will give another branch the chance to convince us of the brand...

Ordered twice and received an incomplete order twice. Unfortunately the number that is given everywhere is not in use, so I couldn't do anything. Order was cold and left at the wrong front door.

The food still tastes great but making the burger 50% smaller and charging the same price is disrespectful

Food was ok, but I waited 40 minutes in the branch for 6 chicken bites with sauce. Also, instead of 6 chicken bites, I only got 5. They apologized but I had to complain twice. I think otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the food at all... not recommended

The visit to Glücksschlucht was a disappointment. The burger was small, the patty was very thin and for the price I expected much more. The staff was unfriendly and also talked loudly in the cooking area, which filled the entire store with noise. The atmosphere seemed cold and loveless, and the cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. I also find it questionable that the restaurant sells drinks like cola and thus indirectly supports Israeli products and does not offer alternatives for people who boycott them. For me this was definitely the first and last visit.

Price performance underground. Everything used to be good. Put less energy into trashtok and don't make such a fool of yourself. Instead, bring quality back. That's it.

After we were in the old town we didn't miss the Eckendorfer and we enjoyed it there just as much. As I said, highly recommended!

First of all: This recession only applies to the branch in Bielefeld. Quite disappointing in terms of quality and price/performance ratio. Dry ready-made buns and meat patties like those from well-known fast food chains. Marketing is the key to success here, because you can get significantly better burgers in Bielefeld and the surrounding area for less money. I also don't fully understand why ready-made buns are used in Bielefeld and real bakery buns in the Herford branch. Different operators? Long story short. Overpriced and not tasty.

The burger (King Kong Double) was quite tasty, but how small is the burger please? When I look at the pictures on social media there is no comparison to what you get. You get a lot more from a simple hamburger with a second patty. Unfortunately, nothing justifies the additional cost. Conclusion: not again.

We were there on a Saturday evening around 5 p.m., the tables were not clean, which we did ourselves. The order was quick and uncomplicated. The potato sticks were very tasty, the burger was okay. Very small in size, the buns were very sweet. The sauces delicious. It's a shame that the dips come in plastic bowls, that could be solved more sustainably.

So I think the food is great and the prices are absolutely right. You can't get a burger anywhere else for €15 and sometimes they don't even come with fries. Leonie's menu, for example, is available for 11.90 and is reasonably priced with fries and a drink. The taste is also great and here you don't get a ready-made frozen patty, but fresh meat! Top! However, the doors are annoying. Guests don't zip them up properly and it's getting really cold, especially in winter. Eating burgers in a jacket is kind of stupid. The walls are also quite bare. You can like it. I don't like it that much. Very sterile. I'd love to come back for dinner.

We were very excited until September and regularly drove from Minden to Bielefeld to eat the Glückspilz burgers. They really were our favorite burgers - great burger buns, a nice size and the chicken fillet on the OnePiece Burger was to die for! Really great burgers that you get much better quality than at McDonald's and co. And at similar prices. - But since the branch opened in Bad Oeyenhausen, everything has changed. At first we thought everything had to be found in the new store, the processes weren't that clear to the new employees - but the quality of the burgers is now completely different and unfortunately can now be compared to McDonald's. And as we discovered yesterday, the burgers in the Bielefeld branch have also completely changed. The burgers don't really look any better than a cheeseburger from McDonalds, they are small, flimsy and the chicken pieces are no longer juicy fillets but appear to be frozen products. That's a real shame and we were very disappointed! So it's no longer worth it for us to go the extra mile for this current quality and we won't be coming back for these burgers for a while! It's such a shame! Please bring back the old quality - then we'll be happy to come back! Gladly - if necessary - even in this day and age with a price increase! Everyone understands that with really good quality!

By far the worst store. The employees are treated inhumanely and do not receive any payment for the overtime they work. I will not recommend this chain to anyone. The burgers are also served cold and dry. A rip-off for both the guests and the employees.

Hamburger was lukewarm, bun on top and bottom in the middle was ice cold. Otherwise, the hamburger wasn't an eye-opening experience. The fries were creatively different, but only lukewarm at most. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of an 80s drinking hall. A clean toilet with a changing table for all genders.

The marketing is great. The food is disappointing in comparison. These are normal burgers with thin patties. I would cheekily claim that it is even suitable for children. The shop looks well maintained. I decided on Erik's menu and got really incredibly good fries with a little too much sauce but great hands. Unfortunately the burger wasn't particularly spicy, even though it was labeled as spicy, but what particularly disappointed me was the beef. On the one hand, it was cooked way too long and well done is a massive understatement and on the other hand, it was very tightly pressed and reminded me of ready-made patties from the supermarket. I would have expected from a burger shop that they would be able to put decent meatballs on the bun and unfortunately that wasn't the case. If I ever go there again, it'll just be for the fries or get a chicken burger. I would advise against beef if someone asked me. All in all, the price was okay, but it was higher when I compared it to other burger shops.

I had a Hollywood Burger and chili cheese on the side. The burger wasn't particularly tasty. In my opinion, the sauce tasted like the Hela spice ketchup. We all had a bit of a stomach ache after eating.

The special burger was way too sweet. This may have been due to the special sauce. The turkey bacon tastes like nothing, you should definitely put delicious normal bacon on it. The burger surprisingly only cost €6.90 even though the online menu stated €9.50. Possibly the delivery price. Bun, meat and salad were ok so far. The rap music was really annoying!!

Ordering and preparation was quick, fries were hot, which is good, but the citizens were cold, which is not good at all.

Since McDonald's-like "cheeseburgers" have been available, the price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer good. For such a rag 6,- instead of a sensible Classic for 8,- like last week. Now I would need at least 2 of them and of course I would pay more. Of course that's what it's all about. Until people realize that they can't eat the money. It's a shame but no thanks.

Food is OK. Unfortunately the delivery/collection wasn't such a good experience. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that part of the order wasn't in the bag. An immediate complaint was made by telephone with the result that the amount of the undelivered goods should be refunded via Paypal. Unfortunately nothing has happened so far.

We ordered food to pick up. We regularly order for pick-up, and I personally love the taste of the sauces on the burgers, with the lettuce leaf, tomato and braised onions. I had to order for pickup today via Lieferando because it didn't work with Paypal via their website. Unfortunately, this is always the case, for whatever reason. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately Today I had the feeling that the order came in via Lieferando and was prepared with little love. The lettuce leaf was brown or black in some places and unwashed. Also, there were no onions on my burger, as is usually the case and stated. In general I had a few small black specks on the burger (no not from that Meat), I don't want to say what I suspect, but the shop is relatively new, hygiene should really be checked, which is a real shame otherwise if you go there from this Reason no longer gets food.

We were there today (September 21st) to take a burger to go. The gentleman who took our order was really nice. I have never had such good customer service in a store in Bielefeld. Big praise that our comment on the new lucky break was so well received. Best citizens. Always happy to come back!

With a lot of social media advertising this place, I recently went here for a burger and unfortunately the food didn't live up to my expectations. The bun was cold and dry, which greatly affected the taste experience. The pattie had a taste that was very reminiscent of a frozen product, and the Crazy Chick Bowl wasn't convincing either. The chicken tasted mostly like flour and was overall inedible. In my opinion the prices were too high for the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the visit and I probably won't eat here again, let alone recommend it to others.

Great concept. Seen more often on the internet, was there for the first time today. The burger is nicely presented and looks good. The roll was cold (then what were we waiting for so long?) and completely fell apart. The quality of the meat was good. Unfortunately the potato sticks were a disappointment.

Where should I start... Went there today with the family, left almost 100 euros with three people and even though we ordered ketchup or mayo for every meal, one was missing. When I asked if I could still have mayo, the somewhat unmotivated employee showed my receipt and said we had only paid for two and that I should pay at the checkout first and then I would get another one. Guys, we're talking about mayo, not caviar. I would have been ashamed to ask for more money, but oh well. Burgers are nothing special and the fries also tasted bland. These chispy chicken were also very neutral in taste for me. The only thing that really tasted as you would expect was the drinks (coke, etc.). Wait a while, you should bring them with you. Rather unsuitable for families with small children as there is only one high chair. Given the prices, I don't think it should be a problem to have a few of them. Overall I would say I would never go there again and I also feel ripped off. Then rather Burger King.

Unfortunately, lucky guy couldn't convince me. Over 20 minutes of waiting time, even though no one except me had ordered anything on site and there was only one pick-up during that time. Fries completely unseasoned/unsalted and very dry. Burger bun too soft, burger patty without consistency and completely smeared with a cheese sauce that determined the entire taste. Hardly any lettuce, half a slice of disintegrated tomato and the whole thing for 14 euros... For me the first and last time.

Today I followed the really creative advertising campaign back to my old homeland via social media. But everyone knows that marketing can bring guests to the restaurant, but the impression they have on site must then keep the guests. And I thought that was very successful. Around Friday/3 p.m. there was only a minimum occupancy at Eckendorfer Str. But this was enough for a reasonable service time. In my opinion, the products speak for themselves, there is a suitable reduced menu that should fulfill all your wishes. My “Top Secret” burger including “potato sticks” and cold drink from glass bottles were excellent and freshly prepared. The service is then more important in determining the value for money. The MA at the checkout was helpful and friendly. I noticed a lady in the kitchen who was busy but not overwhelmed. I couldn't estimate the volume of deliveries. It is with a heavy heart that I have to make a deduction when it comes to the ambience. However, this circumstance cannot actually be blamed directly on the store. The interior is very iconic. Only the outdoor area is located at the back as best as possible so that you don't have to sit directly on a busy street. Hard to do better, but a contrast to the interior. Make up your own mind. The store is worth a visit. I won't go along with the price discussion. Do the math yourself with other providers in the segment. I think the prices are fair for the quality and saturation. @Glückspilz: keep it up! 🍔❤️

The staff are friendly and the food is prepared quickly. However, the atmosphere didn't really appeal to us. For example, some of the tables outside no longer had their coating. That just doesn't look inviting. Everything in the store itself was ok, although you would have to wipe everything over properly as the grease unfortunately finds its way through the open kitchen. In terms of taste, the burgers and side dishes were okay, but the overall package wasn't right for us for another visit.

Worst chicken burger ever!! We took our chicken burgers to go. Even though we only live five minutes away, it felt like the chicken had been waiting all day! It was clearly not freshly prepared, not warm at all, almost too cold. Also, there was more breading than chicken and it was almost impossible to bite into the batter and find the chicken inside. Too thick, too dry, too much. Half was enough to upset my stomach. Not recommended!!!!

You can get delicious burgers here even late at night! Quality and taste of the burgers are top, service is top, price performance is also top. Highly recommended 🫶🏼

The burgers were very tasty, even perfect in the eyes of the children. The price for the menu was also completely reasonable considering the taste. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The trip from Hanover to Bielefeld was worth it for the children, even if Leonie or Steffi weren't there. ;)

The Lucky Mushroom store offers an average experience. The food was nothing special compared to other community stores. However, the fries variations were great and stood out. The service was there, but not particularly sociable. The ambience was simple and not particularly impressive. Overall, I've eaten much better burgers. Visiting this store was interesting for my children just because of the hype on Instagram and YouTube. My conclusion is therefore: Not necessarily recommended.

Went there super enthusiastically but were still disappointed. The burger was good so far, warm and quite tasty. There was simply a fly fried in the fries. My stomach just turned around and of course I didn't want to eat any more. When I passed it on to the kitchen, the only reaction was: “Oh yeah, sorry, want some new fries?” Sorry, but I probably won’t eat any more fries from you for a while. My first and last time. WHAT A PRICE DO YOU HAVE 18€ for a menu so I could eat at Burgerking three times. Only the meat was delicious, everything else was like Buger King. Don't go with family, you'll regret it!

Really liked my burger, I had the touchdown. The taste was very well rounded, especially the bun was absolutely top. I also had fries with Dymamite sauce, which unfortunately were a flop. Fries didn't actually taste like anything, I think the type is just not that great and salt was also missing. Unfortunately, the Dymamite sauce wasn't good either, not very spicy, generally not well seasoned, the consistency was very thick and not creamy enough. So burgers are really great, fries are a bit of a flop.

Went from Berlin to Dortmund to watch the European Championship game. If you're already in North Rhine-Westphalia, we said to ourselves that we have to try Glückspilz. It wasn't a lucky hit, but a direct hit. Food and staff great! Thanks and regards Now back to Berlin 😂

I've been there 4 times with my wife and got food to take away. And every time I left more than €40, but unfortunately the food was always incomplete, be it the sauces or the finger food. The drinks were dirty on the outside and left stains on the clothes. Even though I called and ordered an hour beforehand, we still had to wait half an hour on site.

Food was ok, but not worth the money. Service was ok, but the toilet situation was more than unpleasant. Apparently the employees use the toilet as a break room... Mega small room where you don't even dare to pee anymore... I was hoping for more.. :(

I know Glückstück from Instagram and think the videos are brilliant. I was in this branch during a spontaneous stay in Bielefeld. Since we were only hungry for fries, we ordered normal fries and once the Crazy Chick fries. We had to wait 25 minutes for the two portions even though there were only two tables next to us occupied The fries were way too crispy, so they were definitely in the deep fryer for too long and then the Crazy Chick portion was rather average, of course that reflects my personal opinion. I'm currently disappointed after the great marketing! However, I will give the place a second chance because the burgers have yet to be tried. Then I'll be happy to adjust the rating again.
