Had a delicious meal with niece and grandniece. I'm not a burger fan, but the vegan and vegetarian burgers are delicious. A special atmosphere. The only thing that bothers me is the plastic flowers.

Typischer Hans im Glück. Bei der Speisekarte muss man genau hinschauen. Unsere Burger und diverse Pommes waren lecker und frisch. Wir haben gemütlich draußen gesessen.

Was there in a group of 12 people, the waiter was very quick, had an eye for missing drinks and could remember a lot, especially if you asked him something in between. He knew his way around really well, you rarely see a waiter like that these days. Had the Zeitgeist Burger on the menu and it tasted really good. Very happy again.

Fantastic service at Hans im Glück! I was recently at Hans im Glück and would like to give high praise to the waiter Majed. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and always had a smile on his face. Majed not only served us quickly, but also made the visit a special experience with his positive charisma. He immediately understood our wishes and was always there without seeming intrusive. He also gave great recommendations – simply top service! Thank you, Majed, for the wonderful care. I'll definitely be back!

I was there again after 3 years, unfortunately very relaxed... until before Corona I was there at least once or twice a year because it was very good. But not this time... Burger lukewarm, cocktail way too strong and toilet not clean

The reservation is quick and easy via the web, the service was very good, as was the food and drinks. Only the floor could be repainted and is already showing some signs of wear, which on the other hand suggests that there is a lot of public traffic. We often go to Hans im Glück in cities where we visit and are convinced of the consistent quality, including here in Bonn

There were 4 of us, we ordered 3 menus & a fries & the bill was over €100. The waiter “accidentally” charged €14 too much. In the end we got the money back, but I would recommend that everyone do the math again. Food was okay, but prices were way too high for the quality.

They make burgers, salads, bowls and cocktails. For what they do it's fine, but when you think that you're paying an average of €12.90 for the burger, you think: Isn't it really more profitable for me to go to Subway? [The hamburgers shown in the photos are the only ones available]

Very loud, relatively long waiting time for the food. Then the disappointment, 10€ fries were limp and partly inedible, burgers 12€ and really not much bigger than a BigMac. Drinks very expensive and honest, I imagine something different under an apple spritzer. Sorry, but never with you again.

This was my second time eating here and I received excellent service. The food is definitely recommended. I would love to come back

The restaurant has potential, but unfortunately neither the food nor the service convinced us. FYI: The benches are not suitable for people with spine problems, but that doesn't affect my rating. When it comes to service, I only rate one employee who served us.

Very pleasant atmosphere and great service

We reserved a table in advance, which was better - as there was a lot going on in the evening even during the week. Everyone at the table was very happy with the food and there was nothing to complain about. Even the vegan burger was very, very tasty.

Unfortunately, our visit today on August 26th, 2023 was mixed. We had reserved in advance and were told when we arrived. Yes, it is reserved, you can choose freely. But upstairs it is closed today. However, they didn't want to give up a nice corner spot because it would be reserved. When I asked whether these reservation holders would have as “free” choice of seats as we did, … there was an embarrassing silence. Ambiance as usual in the chain, unfortunately it was relatively poorly cleaned. The table and menus had a sticky film of dirt on them and the decorative birdhouse-shaped lampshades were full of dust. The bar in sight revealed that the young bartender could shake the cocktail shaker for attention, but wiping or cleaning a work surface never seemed to happen. The service was always attentive. However, the same thing was asked three times and in the end it was wrong. Among other things, a non-alcoholic cocktail called “Grünschnabel” was ordered. The wrong thing was delivered promptly. When asked about this, the booking system was blamed for the error. When asked, they promised to take the drink off the final bill. The food itself was more positive. The taste was at least mediocre, although unfortunately the sweet potato fries were dry, perhaps a bit too dark and bland. The drinks were good. When billing, it turned out that the incorrectly delivered drink was not taken off the bill despite previous assurances. When asked about this and the associated questions, the employee disappeared for a long time. When he showed up again with the invoice receipt, the invoice had not been corrected at all. Only after being spoken to emphatically did he hand over the amount in question in cash, turn around without a word and leave. So we were left with a very bad impression and definitely NOT a recommendation!

I must say, the best vegan burger I ate, it was very delicious. And the staff was very friendly and kind❤️ I will for sure go again.

The burger was no longer quite hot at the edge. The fries from my companion were lukewarm. But they were exchanged immediately without any problems. Friendly staff.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Lokal dieser Burgerkette. Die Lage des Lokals ist prima, direkt in der Innenstadt von Bonn. Hier kann man eine Shoppingtour spontan mit einem Besuch im Restaurant verbinden. Um möglichst viele Leute unterzubringen, sind die Tische und damit die Sitzmöglichkeit recht beengt. Menschen mit etwas mehr Körperumfang haben hier meiner Meinung nach echte Probleme gemütlich einen netten Abend zu verbringen. Bei uns hat es immer sehr lange gedauert bis die Bedienung bei uns am Tisch war. Sie war super freundlich und zuvorkommend aber für so viele Menschen ist eine allein absolut nicht ausreichend. Mehr Personal wäre hier ein deutlicher Gewinn. Das Essen war okay. Nachdem mittlerweile so viele Burgerläden aufgemacht haben und man somit die Qual der Wahl hat, wo man seinen Burger "genießt", achte ich noch auf die Qualität des Essens. Das hat mich enttäuscht. Der Burger war kalt und die Pommes waren teilweise viel zu dunkel.

The restaurant tells the story of Hans im Glück, at least that was the concept. Unfortunately, this is no longer implemented properly. The restaurant is getting old and hasn't seen any maintenance work in a while. The lunch menu was burger+side dish+drink+hot drink Pepper bag+salad+iced tea+cappuccino The burger was freshly prepared with fresh ingredients, but the meat was unfortunately a bit tough. The side salad was prepared with a nut dressing, a good combination. The iced tea was served in a bottle. Unfortunately the iced tea was very sour. (Getting fruit out of the bottle is rather difficult) Cappuccino was prepared according to my wishes with a milk alternative. This worked well. Unfortunately, when I wanted to order dessert, they ignored me. You can't get everything. Conclusion: There is still room for improvement at the restaurant.

The burgers taste good, good and varied selection for meat eaters and vegetarians. The staff is very friendly but I think the ambience is first class.

Good burger restaurant with good vegan and vegetarian dishes. The service was very friendly and accommodating and asked us at regular intervals if we wanted anything else. We were offered water for the dog. All in all therefore 5 stars.

Nach längerer Zeit mal wieder bei Hans im Glück gewesen. Nachdem die letzten Male nicht ganz so toll waren, diesmal wohl einen guten Tag erwischt; Burger waren nicht trocken gebraten und das Brot auch recht frisch. Leider sind die Polster und Tischsets teilweise ganz schön eklig...

The burgers were OK, a bit more expensive for little innovation. But waiting 20 minutes for the drinks and 45 minutes for the burgers is simply absurd. It was full, but the number of tables is still quite manageable. Was disappointing.

I was particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The price-performance ratio was also excellent. I am completely satisfied and would love to come back!

Un panino discreto, niente di straordinario ma comunque di buona qualità. Il locale è carino e curato e le salse che portano con le patatine sono ottime, ma secondo me c'è comunque di meglio anche nelle immediate vicinanze.

Burger, Getränke und Bedienung Einbandfrei. Das Restaurant war an einem Samstag Nachmittag voll trotzdem ging alles sehr schnell. Die Burger als Mittagsmenü waren mit Beilage, Getränke und ein Käffchen zum Schluss TOP! Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort Essen, ob ich eine Beilage zum Burger und zum Schluss noch ein Heissgetränk benötige lasse ich mal offen.

We went out to eat with a Bob Bon gift card we got for our birthday. We asked the staff, but they acted ignorant, even though the place is on the list of affiliated restaurants and in the corresponding city. We felt completely ignored. We don't recommend this place to anyone.

The food and the ambience are great! I mention it because it has happened to me for the second time that after the first order (which is super fast) I am always ignored or my orders are forgotten. Why? Well, the staff is always very friendly! You can save yourself these dirty felt things, they look really unhygienic, so it's better to just wipe the table.

Our niece took part in the postal run. The food was very good and freshly prepared. We'd love to come back.

Cowboys Burger was my absolute favorite in Bonn so far, but after I visited Hans im Glück, the former had real competition. Great ambience, friendly service, good portions, great taste and great drinks. What more do you want? 5 Stars.

A good place to eat if you sit comfortably on narrow, hard wooden benches. All the salads I've had so far have been extremely tasty, and the family raves about the hamburgers. I don't need the huge glasses with lots of ice, but that's a matter of taste. The service was also in Bonn, as in all the cities in which we visited "Hans im Glück", for example. Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Wiesbaden, Koblenz, quick and very friendly. The price-performance ratio is now slipping due to... Ambiance and cleanliness.

Staff friendly and helpful with questions about food. Because I was there with an injury to my right hand. The chicken breast was served cut into bite-sized pieces. So I only had to use the fork. I really enjoyed the food and mojito.

Man sagte mir das die 9,50Euro nur für den Burger ist. DAS SIND DIE PREISE IN DER KARTE Was soll dann das Angebot m Mittagsmenü? Ich finde das nicht korrekt . Es ist eine Augenwischerrei. Das hans im Glück werde ich nicht weiterempfelen. Auserdem ist mir aufgefallen Das die tische und Lampen sehr schmutzig sind. B.E.

The food is of very good quality and the atmosphere is cozy. Unfortunately I didn't like my burger, but that was just a matter of taste. Next time I'll order another one. Therefore still 5 stars. The only criticism I have is that the menus, and the menu in general, seem very confusing.

We took a day trip to Bonn. After extensive shopping we were hungry. The boys wanted to eat burgers. 3 of us 4 are vegetarians. So something was needed that also offered a good selection of burgers without meat. That's when we came across "Hans im Glück". Great selection, very good service, friendly service and we all enjoyed the food very much. Thank you for the nice end to a successful family trip.

“A new wind” seems to be blowing at Friedensplatz. Recently you have been greeted with a “friendly” smile and served quickly. Despite the restaurant being full, the food came promptly and was very tasty. Keep it up! We now enjoy coming back to Hans im Glück at Friedensplatz because you can feel like a welcome guest again.

Bona atenció, i opcions veganes molt bones!

Leider war der Service nicht überragend. Das Lokal war nicht voll, trotzdem war der Service eher schleppend und teilweise unaufmerksam. Geschmacklich gibt es sicherlich bessere Burger.

Wir waren schon öfters dort (Weihnachtsmarkt) Leider stimmt aus meiner Sicht das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Das Abendmenu schlägt aktuell mit 24,90€ zu Buche. Ist für einen leckeren Bürger mit Beilage und einen Cocktail schon recht viel.

Nun ich bin 1972er, und es ist etwas befremdlich das in einem Restaurant konservierte Birken stehen. Es macht das ganze jedoch zu einem besonderen Ambiente und ist ja Teil des Konzeptes der Märchen-Restaurant-Kette. Die Burger sind für 2023 etwas klein geraten schmecken aber toll. Besonderes Feature; zur Weihnachtszeit den "Santa Kraut" mit Süßkartoffeln-Pommes bestellen. In der Mittagszeit bis 16:00 Uhr für für 25€ incl. Kalt- und Heißgetränk. Der klingt nicht nur gut, schmeckt auch so. Das etwas zu klein geraten pinkfarbene Cafe-Latte-Milch-Mix-Getränk war schön heiß, das war es dann aber leider auch. So what. Lecker essen funktioniert! Bedienung ist erste Sahne 👍.Preis ist okay. FunFact: Hier findet jeder seinen Burger, den nur hier gibt es auch den "Brotlosen Burger".

Ein etwas anderes Lokal. Wir waren total begeistert. Die Gäste haben die Möglichkeit sich ihren Burger selbst zusammen zu setzen. Man hat die Wahl zwischen 3 oder 4 Brötchen. Eine große Auswahl an Belag. Entscheidet man sich für ein Menü, gibt es auch ein Cocktail dazu. Das Lokal selbst ist mit Birkenstämmen dekoriert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Manche Plätze sind sehr eng. Nettes Personal, sehr viel Auswahl an Bürgern und man kann viel variieren! Ich empfehle den Olivenparty. Das ist göttlich!

Hier schon mehrmals bestellt. Das erste Mal vor Ort gegessen. Es war zwar wegen der Weihnachtszeit ein wenig voll da der Weihnachts-Markt direkt vor der Tür Stattfindet. Die Burger sind gut gewesen wie auch die Pommes und die Dips dazu. Gerne wieder.
