There were four of us, each with a completely different food preference. We all found something to our liking and were all very satisfied. Despite the busy schedule, the service was attentive and very friendly. The team leader was very personable, which (we felt) rubbed off on the entire team. As soon as we're back in Bonn, we'll be back :-)

A very nice restaurant with a lovely ambiance and very friendly staff. The food was simply amazing, and it's also great that they now offer so many vegan and vegetarian options. This is our third time at Hans im Glück and we can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, during our visit, it wasn't quite as clean as I would have liked. The tabletop was clean, but there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor. Our neighbors also had a dog sitting on the bench, which resulted in a lot of dog hair on the bench. I personally find that a bit unhygienic, especially when the table is only quickly wiped down afterward. The food was okay, but unfortunately nothing special. It's a shame—I was expecting a bit more.

Disgusting frozen burgers, lukewarm, and overpriced. Not recommended.

This review refers only to the food, as we used a delivery service. Among other things, we had a double smash burger. The meat wasn't seasoned, the brioche was dry, and the onions and second portion of cheese were missing. We also ordered the bacon and onion upgrade for this burger. It was on the bill, but it was completely missing. And all for 15.90. I never thought I'd write this: But I'd rather eat at McD's. Never again!

The staff was very friendly, and our dog was welcome. The burgers and fries were delicious. There's a good selection, with something for everyone. The atmosphere is also okay. The restroom window could use a covering. I found it a bit uncomfortable to look through. But overall, it was OK :-P

We sat right under the air conditioning, which was too cold. The EC-Cash machine didn't work properly (no Wi-Fi connection), so we missed our train... no go! The service and food were very good :).

The more beautiful Hans im Glück ;-) There's plenty of space both inside and outside, and you don't feel quite as cramped as at other locations. The burgers are of the usual Hans im Glück quality and taste great.

Here's the delicious end to a wonderful meal at Hans im Glück Bonn-Beuel! Very friendly service, be it from the boss personally or from the great service staff! The food (we had a vegan + vegetarian burger menu) was fresh, very tasty and beautifully presented, we sat outside in the sun ☀️ on a spacious terrace ... but we also had very nice evenings inside! Best recommendation! 👍🍀🙏 We'll be back! 😇

We often eat at Hans im Glück and have not been disappointed so far. The food has always tasted very good and there is also a great selection for people who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet. Service has ALWAYS been really nice and accommodating.

Hans im Glück is a good restaurant alternative in Bonn Beuel, offering a variety of delicious burgers. The restaurant impresses with its friendly staff and delicious burgers and fries.

Positive: The ambiance was very good for a restaurant of this type. Everything was clean; this also applies to the restrooms. The food was very decent for a burger restaurant, both in terms of quantity and taste. Service was prompt when needed, without being intrusive. The prices were also OK. Negative: The only thing we found quite uncomfortable was the seating. During your visit, you'd want to lean back at some point. However, there was no backrest. The upholstery of the bench could also have been a bit better. Well, a young clientele overlooks this. But you can't stay young forever...

Bürger sind sehr lecker und etwas ausgefallener. Mein Tipp ist der Eistee. Ein Stern weniger, weil die Bedienung zwar nett ist, aber auch einen gerne mal übersieht.

Delicious restaurant. We ate different burgers here, which weren't top notch, but were tasty. A mixed plate of fries with various dips - very good for a bit of variety. The ambience is a bit “too confused” for me - everything seems wild and confusing because there are tree trunks set up throughout the restaurant. They create a restless atmosphere. The service is courteous.

We went there for dinner for our birthday, the burgers were super tasty and very big. The service was absolutely top. Were there for the first time, we'll be back soon.

Nice branch with lots of sunlight

Today when we went in we were asked to find a clean place, which turned out to be difficult because the seats by the window either hadn't been cleared yet or the benches were dirty and you weren't allowed to look at the floor. After ten minutes the neighboring tables were cleared away and we then left the restaurant. I think the restaurant urgently needs a thorough cleaning, we would like to come back in the summer when you can sit on the beautiful terrace.

There are mainly burgers here, but in many variations (also many vegan and vegetarian burgers). Plus different versions of fries. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered and not exorbitant, like some of the competition. The service is attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is generally cozy, as is usual at Hans im Glück. In this house, however, the comfort is spoiled by the temperature being too cool and sometimes drafty. One star deducted for that.

The service is faster and friendlier than in many other branches in the Cologne Bonn area. Food as always good. The cocktails weren't that great, in particular the brown cane sugar was replaced with sugar syrup, which in my opinion is a real no-go for some cocktails. All in all, however, great.

Quite attractive and good quality. The service is great. Chapeau. A real alternative to the countless burger shops that now exist.

We tried the Christmas burger. It tasted very good. The staff is friendly, but could "drop by" a little more often and ask what's going on. Otherwise the waiting time was reasonable. The cleanliness of the toilets leaves something to be desired and the ambience there could be a bit more "loved".

The food is almost always delicious there. Unfortunately, the chef meant very well about the parmesan and garlic when we ordered garlic parmesan fries. Unfortunately it was a bit much. The taste of the fries could no longer be tasted. Unfortunately, the dessert didn't arrive completely either. The homemade lemonade, thirst quenchers and iced teas are definitely recommended! Delicious. Price-performance, great. The interior design is really great. Very appropriate to the topic. Unfortunately you can't sit on the wooden benches for too long; at some point you'll notice it on your bottom and back. The service was good at the beginning. When our responsible waitress suddenly left without saying goodbye or letting us know and didn't come back and no one felt responsible for us anymore, we had to wait a very long time, despite repeated reports, until someone came or anything at all got. That ended up being very annoying. Which was unfortunately also reflected in the tip.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Cocktails waren sehr gut und das Essen sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung stimmte in etwa.. mehr Pommes wären wünschenswert gewesen. Aber alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen.

Das Essen war ok, aber nicht besonders gut. Beispiel: Kinder-chicken-burger ohne jegliches Gemüse (Tomate, Salat, etc.). Leider wurde unsere Bestellung von Süßkartoffelpommes nicht berücksichtigt (aber der Service hat sich ehrlich dafür entschuldigt). Das Lokal ist ganz hübsch eingerichtet. Insgesamt wären es ggfs. 3,5 Sterne, aber das Essen war nichts.

Wir waren heute mit der Familie zum essen beim Hans im Glück. Es war rundum sehr schön. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Das essen hat uns allen hervorragend geschmeckt!

Sehr leckeres essen, schöne Getränke nur ein wenig teuer

Wir waren heute das erste mal dort mit 13 Personen. Das Essen war wirklich gut. Meine Kids hätten sich aber einen Nugget Burger mit Fleisch gewünscht. ;-) Das Essen wurde so gebracht, dass alle gemeinsam essen konnten und keiner warten musste. Die Mitarbeiter waren MEGA (das muss ich jetzt einfach mal groß schreiben). Wir hatten viel zu lachen! Ich habe noch in keinem Restaurant solche Mitarbeiter erlebt. Weiter so!

Tolle Bedienung. Nur Platzdecken waren alle sehr schmutzig. Offenbar wurden sie mehrere Wochen nicht gereinigt. Das geht nicht in einem Restaurant!

Anfangs sahen Ihre Lokale picobello aus; mittlerweile haben alle nachgelassen: Krümel, nicht aufgefüllte Tischausstattung, verschmutzte Tischsets. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass dies nicht an den sehr netten Servicekräften lag, sondern an der dünnen Personaldecke.

Ich mag das Ambiente,.. das Konzept ist wirklich super. Nur scheitert es hier an der Umsetzung zum dritten mal. Leider! Der Service wirkt auf mich etwas unprofessional. Lange Wartezeiten scheinen Standard zu sein. Leider nur drei Sterne. Hier kann mehr rausgeholt werden.

Das Essen ist lecker und preislich in Ordnung. Wir finden die Soßen wirklich sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir fanden den Ausblick sehr schön. Was besser sein könnte ist die Sauberkeit, die Sitzauflagen sowie die Untersetzer für das Essen. Diese sind aus Filz und das Material zieht leider alles an.

Sehr nettes Personal und echt gute Biurger. Mit Kritik (Knoblauch-Mayo schmeckte uns zu wenig nach Knoblauch) ging man sehr professionell um und man hat alles versucht, um uns glücklich zu machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-D

One of the few places open on Sunday for lunch in Bonn (how odd so many places are closed!). Good place if you like hamburgers, and also great juices. Otherwise, nothing out of the ordinary. I did like the design with the real tree trunks and the other furniture though.

Das Essen ist lecker, der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Es gibt auch eine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Optionen. Mit der "Mittagskombination" bis 17 Uhr ist das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis auf jeden Fall ziemlich gut. Ich habe heute den Keksteig Nachtisch zum ersten Mal probiert und fand ihn sehr lecker! Durch den Aufbau der Tische und Bänke sollte man nur keine Probleme damit haben ohne Rückenlehne zu sitzen, da der Platz sonst u bequem werden könnte.

Der "Feurige" Burger hat den Namen wirklich verdient! 😁👍 Das Ganze noch mit Süßkartoffeln-Pommes mit Chili und Jalapenos und Freunde des scharfen Essens kommen voll auf ihre Kosten! 😃

Positiv: Burger und Pommes gut, aber jetzt auch nichts Mega besonderes. Service freundlich. Neutral: Nur eine Servicekraft, daher alles recht langwierig. Negativ: Tische und Auflagen ziemlich schmutzig. Extrem teuer. Ich verstehe die hohen Preise nicht, finde das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Wir kommen nicht aus Bonn, halten aber seit dem Zufalls- Fund vor einigen Jahren regelmäßig dort, wenn wir auf der Durchreise sind. Der Service ist super zuvorkommend, die Burger stets lecker und frisch bei einer guten Auswahl auch an vegetarischen Varianten. Selbst unsere Hunde sind willkommen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man gut auf der Terrasse sitzen.

Im ersten Stock der Architektursünde schlechthin am KAP in Beuel kann man sein Burgerglück suchen und wohlmöglich finden. Denn die Burger von Hans im Glück sind schon ziemlich lecker. Es gibt auch andere gute Burgerläden - hier hat man aber auf jeden Fall eine recht große Auswahl und aufgrund der möglichen Einzelkomponenten (Brötchensorte, zusätzliche Zutaten, etc.) vielfältige Kombinationsmöglichkeiten. Das Ambiente entspricht dem typischen Hans im Glück Style - viele Birkenstämme, viele Plätze (mit Rückenlehnen vom nächsten, rückwärtigen Gast), hier zusätzlich noch ein Wunschbrunnen und ein Geisbock mit FC-Schal als Dekoration. Der Service in der KAP-Filiale ist durchweg freundlich und war eigentlich immer auf Zack. Nur beim im Mittagsmenü inkludierten Heißgetränk hat es nicht mehr gut geklappt (dauert sehr - für uns zu lange), was auch dem plötzlichen Besucheransturm geschuldet war. Am Ende haben wir das Restaurant ohne das Getränk verlassen müssen.

Update: 26.08.24 Wieso werden nicht alle Gäste gleich behandelt? Beobachter Fall, unterschiedliche service Kräfte (die einen super Job machen) verteilen beim Empfang nur an einige Gäste Feuchtigkeit Tücher... Etwas komisch für mein Verständnis. Einige Gäste werde nach dem Wunsch gefragt welche zu bekommen, andere bekommen die unaufgefordert und die dritten gar nicht. Die Servicering und die Präsentation von dem Latte macchiato könnte sehr viel besser sein. Bekam ein sehr kleinen Glas, mit sehr wenig Schaum. Schade. Das vegetarische Patty könnte in dem Farbenspiel etwas mehr durchgebraten werde, es war sehr weich. ------------------------------------- Sehr schönes angenehmes Restaurant. Ambiente ist top! Sehr nette und höflich Mitarbeiter. Sehr flotte Lieferung von dem bestellten Essen. Das kleine Manko war mein Mohito

Wir waren vor einigen Wochen hier Essen. Das Essen war wie immer köstlich. Ich hatte den Brombeer-Durstlöscher, der absolut fantastisch schmeckt. Das Personal war superfreundlich. Und die Location mit wunderschönem Ausblick hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank nochmal 🙌

Ich bin Zöliakiepatient und fühlte mich verstanden und gut informiert, sowohl durch die Servicekraft als auch durch die ausführliche Allergenekarte. Die Servicekraft war freundlich und schnell und das Essen hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt.

Sonderwünsche beim Essen („bitte den Salat beim Bürger weglassen“) muss man wohl leider sehr (sehr!) deutlich und am besten mehrfach äußern, sonst geraten sie leider in Vergessenheit. Da hilft dann auch das nette Lachen der Bedienung nicht.

Service: super freundlich, sofort zur Stelle und zuvorkommend, sowie hilfsbereit Essen: super lecker, gut abgeschmeckt, gute Konsistenz der Burger, sehr leckerer Speck, den Olivenbratling möchte ich besonders lobend hervorheben Trinken: Beim Eistee eventuell etwas viel crushed ice, uns stört es aber absolut nicht Preise: für die Innenstadt und in Anbetracht der Umstände völlig im Rahmen

Das Essen ist gut. Insbesondere die reiche Auswahl an wirklich leckeren Burgern, Saucen und Dips. Der Service ist so lala. Das liegt nicht am Personal. Das ist durchweg freundlich. Aber es ist halt Systemgastronomie. Das Ambiente ist zwar augenscheinlich nett, aber lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Man sitzt nur unwesentlich besser als auf Bierbänken. Wir waren zu fünft und mit irgendjemand musste man sich immer um einen Birkenstamm herum unterhalten. Es wirkt auch alles nicht sehr sauber. Staub auf auf Lampen und Deko. Schlieren auf dem Tisch.

Essen, Service und Ambiente sind super. Preise leider etwas happig.

Essen und Getränke sind sehr gut, die Bedienung war super freundlich. Die Preise liegen bei 17-20€ pro Person für Burger, Fritten und Getränk. Leider gibt es keine Klimatisierung, was bei den aktuellen Temperaturen sehr ungünstig ist.

War wie immer lecker, allerdings wurde die Speisekarte erneuert, was schade ist, da es nun weniger Auswahl gibt und nicht mehr alle Salate zur Bowl gemacht werden können. Die Preise sind auch ordentlich, das ist aber nichts Neues.

Erneuter Besuch bei HiG in Beuel. Das Wetter ließ es zu, dass wir draußen sitzen konnten. Am Ambiente draußen kann noch gearbeitet werden. Vom Restaurant zog Küchengeruch raus, aber das verschwand nach kurzer Zeit. Das Angebot sowie die Qualität der Speisen waren wie immer überzeugend. Service war auch wie gewohnt sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und locker. Wir kommen wieder 😆
