MrBig Burger in Köln

We just came there to eat a burger. The lady who made my burger had long hair, which was disgusting. On top of that, she took my money for the potato and the Coke. I didn't eat it and I didn't leave. There was a disgusting smell in the meat of the burger.

I ordered from Lieferando lots of times. I just wanted to visit for the first time . İt was totally catastrophic for me. There was a hair in my burger and I gave it back. Despite all this catastrophic experience they wanted to money from me for frites and cola. That was absolutely last time for me

I'm a huge fan of Mr. Big Burger. But... Why did you change the burger buns? It tasted much better before... If these burger buns stay, I won't order again. I don't know if others see it the same way, but I think you'll lose valuable regular customers. I wish you'd go back to the old burger! Best regards, Michael Fernandes

After a negative review, the owner called me and wanted to clarify something. He didn't even let me finish until I got a little louder. In any case, we couldn't come to a consensus. It was about an order of citizens with fries. On the page it says all citizens are delivered with fries. I didn't get any fries with it. I also wrote that in the review. He said that I ordered a single citizen and there were no fries He then said that I shouldn't order from him anymore. From that point of view, he was very, very unfriendly and that was the last time I ordered something there, so you can scare away the customers.

Very tasty food with large portions and extremely friendly workers

Delivery as stated. Food cold, comments were ignored, fries schnitzel inedible. There is apparently no extra paid sauce (but it is available at Lieferando). You will be complained about in a completely unfriendly manner on the phone after you have pointed it out nicely. It was worth a try but it was a complete failure.

This shop offers a lot and you can taste some of it. The employees are friendly. The food doesn't taste disgusting but there's no trace of hmmmm either...

It is located in a not very upscale residential area. Other than that, the burgers were delicious.

The burger was a hit with us (juicy, fresh patty) and my son liked it very much! Unfortunately, my salad mostly only consisted of iceberg leaves (including the stalk), a few small tomatoes, corn kernels and very few cucumbers. For me, this is not a colorful and varied salad! The bag it was delivered in was really nasty: it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke - an absolute no-go and more than unappetizing!

Always happy, the citizens are better than citizens from any other provider I have ever tried. Price-performance is right and I can only say that before you get a menu at McDonalds or Burger King you should get the menu at MrBig Burger, there is no drink included, but the citizen is simply heavenly. Delivery service is also top. Wish the company continued success. P.S.: if you order other things there like schnitzel or pizza, don't forget, this is primarily a citizen of Landen, the quality of these products is of course not exposed to such high standards. The schnitzel tasted very good, but it wasn't much different from what you get at many restaurants that don't specialize in schnitzel. The pizza is good but nothing special, the dough is just not ideal for a pizza. However, tasting does everything. Edit: Your website has somehow been down for half a year.

It can't be true, my food often arrived late - the last time it was 2 hours late. I complained and gave a bad rating because I had to wait a lot. When I ordered today, they call us after 40 minutes and say in a rude tone, NO WE WILL NOT DELIVER ANYTHING TO YOU.

I ordered here. It was quick, the food was incredibly plentiful and tasty and even though the journey was 5km, the fries were still nice and crispy and hot. Good Job!

When the shop opened, the food was very tasty and delivered relatively quickly. Now it's absolutely not good anymore, the food is delivered late, the fries aren't seasoned and are sticky, the quality of the burger has massively deteriorated in terms of the quality of the meat, the pizza rolls were delivered incorrectly the last two times and the aioli dip was forgotten. The last order was actually supposed to be my last but because he was so convincing at the beginning, I gave it another chance today. But this was really the last order. Not recommended at all for the price. A pity !

Wir haben heute Burger mit Pommes bestellt, ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie so einen schlechten Burger gegessen. Das Fleisch war von innen roh und von außen total trocken. Ging in den Müll. Die Pommes waren so trocken, da hätte ich auch auf Pappe rum kauen könnten. 36€ einfach in den Müll. Nie wieder!

Absolute Empfehlung! Extrem hohe und gleichbleibende Qualität. (1 Jahr Kunde) Nach 10 Jahren unterschiedlichster Lieferdienste in vielen Kölner Vierteln: das ist der Beste, den ich kenne. Frittiertes ist immer perfekt knusprig, Pommes und Onion Rings sind eine Geschmacksexplosion. Die selbstgemachten Burgerpattys sind saftig und haben eine tolle Struktur. An nichts wird gespart, alles perfekt ausgewogen (saftig, aber nicht matschig - ihr kennt das). Die Salate sind groß, lecker und irre frisch. Und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, schnell und gut gelaunt. So happy mit einer Gastro war ich noch nie 💚

Ich muss sagen war mein erstes Mal dorthin und war viel besser als erwartet. TOP 👍 Weiter so

Heute ist der 16.4.2022 und haben hier schon öfter gegessen. Alles was wir bisher gegessen haben war eine Geschmacksexplosion. Auch muss man das Personal besonders hervorheben das sehr höflich und zuvorkommend ist. Wir empfehlen Mr Big Burger zu 100 % weiter und hoffen das er dem Görlinger Zentrum lange erhalten bleibt. Wir werden hier weiterhin unsere Burger und Pizzen genießen.

Dass der Belag unter dem Käse ist, sagt schon alles. Die Pizza ist leider unterirdisch und sicher eine der schlechtesten, die ich je gegessen habe. L

Netter kleiner Imbiss mit Schwerpunkt auf Burgern und Pizzen mit freundlichem, sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Auch wenn hier viel mit Fertigkomponenten gearbeitet wird (Juppi und Samurai-Majonnaise beispielsweise kenne ich aus Supermarktregalen in Holland, Scheibletten-Käse finde ich persönlich auf einem Burger eher enttäuschend) wird man hier angenehm satt. Die Portionsgrößen sind großzügig - und die Burger (vor allem die großen, saftigen Paddies) recht lecker. Für mich persönlich dürften Fleisch und Pommes allerdings etwas stärker gewürzt sein (was aber Geschmackssache ist). Schön wäre auch eine größere Saucenauswahl... bevorzugt "homemade". Wir wünschen Euch viel Erfolg - und werden gerne wiederkommen. 😉

Überraschend gute Burger. Laden sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Geschmacklich ein Erlebniss Als Menü bestellt! Mit Pommes, Juppi sosse und einem Getränk nach Wahl stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältniss alle mal. Wir bestellen wieder.

I was yesterday revisited hier. Its absolutely very tasty burgers and very clean restaurant. And specially workers are very friendly. From my side 5 stars. And will again hier eating.
