Prices are good, food is okay, all in all solid.

Making the reservation was no problem, and there was plenty of space when we arrived. Since we were a little chilly, the waiter readily turned on the patio heater for us. The burgers arrived quickly, and the portions were generous. Even our children's special requests were handled without any fuss. On top of that, the drink prices were reasonable. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely come back.

I had made a reservation for 12 people in advance. Apparently, they knew nothing about the reservation when I arrived. But thanks to their flexibility and spontaneity, the tables and chairs in the small restaurant were quickly rearranged so that everyone could fit. My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday there with her friends. Everyone was thrilled. The food, the very friendly service – everything was top-notch. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Overall, it's an ordinary little burger joint. I had a quick and delicious meal while waiting for my train. However, I personally felt the burger bun wasn't warm enough, which was a bit disappointing for the overall quality. The patty also had a strong meaty flavor, which wasn't to my liking. I'd also like to point out that they only accept PayPal or cash.

Great food for a good price. Fast service, nice staff. We requested adjustment for a burger, only salad and chicken, that was not a problem at all.

We visited this restaurant, and it was simply amazing! We tried the burger, and it was absolutely fantastic: juicy meat, perfectly cooked, a soft, fresh bun, and just the right ingredients that made every bite special. You immediately feel the high quality of the products and the attention to detail.

I ordered at 11:33 PM and my food still hasn't arrived! (1:57 AM) I'm extremely pissed off! I can't reach anyone by phone, text, or WhatsApp either. I've spent over €20.67 for nothing!

Extremely unhygienic and run-down shop. I've never seen anything like it... the toilets (right next to the kitchen and dining room) stink throughout the entire store, there's no toilet paper available, cleaning supplies lying around on the floor, and no towels. The kitchen, like the rest of the store, is comparable to some street food offering in a developing country. Given the sight and smell, no other comparison comes to mind... Based on the other reviews, I think they mostly order in. Therefore, I'm writing this review as a warning/description of the conditions on site.

Delivery times were late into the night. The burger was delicious, and it came with a generous portion of fries. All under €20, including two sauces thanks to a discount feature. Everything was great 👍🏽

The food was okay, but the hygiene was terrible. The toilet was dirty, there was a centipede (or something) the size of my little finger in the sink, the cutlery was dirty, and the Coke bottles were full of dust. Not recommended.

Delicious food for a good price

Waiting for our train to Düsseldorf on Monday night, we discovered a burger shop across the street and were spontaneously invited by a member of staff to have a midnight snack. And of course, we're in. It was incredibly delicious, even at this time of night - respect, we'll definitely be back.

Stopped in during a rain storm, in Koln, And had the very best bacon cheeseburger of my life. A big statement that is actually true! The addition of peppers and the right sause mixture stunned with the crispy bacon that was actually the right style for the burger which was actually seasoned exceptionally. Wow. Stunned. Will return every time in Germany

Very tasty fries with a good selection of sauces. The vegetarian patty is good, maybe lasts. Not quite the same as beyond meat, but it's just something different and definitely homemade. The service is very friendly and quick!

Maybe there's a good local restaurant to order, disaster! Salad absolutely dry, as the sauce was only lightly drizzled over the meat, 1 of 2 burgers still had raw spots in the meat. Instead of the chicken nuggets we ordered, chilli cheese nuggets were ordered. So never order again!

We waited 3 hours for our ordered food and were put off after asking twice over the phone. At 10:30 p.m. we got our cold burgers, soggy fries and a small bottle of cola as compensation. Total disappointment!

The food is actually very tasty and we are big fans, BUT we have now had the case twice that instead of 2 ordered burgers only one was delivered. When we tried to contact the store no one answered the phone. If there's a mistake, I can understand that, that can happen sometimes, but I don't think it's possible that it's happened repeatedly, especially since you have no means of contact to get the costs reimbursed. Sorry, but we probably won't order again, despite the delicious food.

I ordered via Lieferando. After an hour nothing came. I called the burger joint. They said they tried to deliver it and called me and my number was typed wrong. That's simply not true. The man from the store said the courier just left my food at the front door (i.e. on the street). Of course my food was no longer there when I looked. Never again.
