Bürger und Pommes sind er Absolute Hammer....

Der Burger war eine Zumutung! Unter einen Chicken Burger stelle ich mir kein Schnitzelbrötchen mit zu viel Soße vor!

Verspätung von mehr als 2 Stunden

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Besuch in diesem Laden auf der Zülpicher Straße. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich einladend und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Burger waren absolut erstklassig. Besonders begeistert hat mich, dass sie mit kleinen Holzspießen fixiert serviert werden, was sehr praktisch ist. Geschmacklich war alles auf den Punkt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Es ist ein toller Ort für ein richtig gutes Essen in Köln.

Unfassbar. Um 3:05 Uhr morgens eine Lieferung angenommen (obwohl angeblich um 2:45 Uhr Schluss war), das Essen wurde aber nicht geliefert.

Haben bestellt, hatten Todes Hunger um 0:30 nachts. Lieferung kam um 2:40. wir haben beim Laden 20x angerufen und keiner ist rangegangen. Einer war schon schlafen, deshalb essen in den Müll, als es dann letztendlich kam. Pommes kalt, wie 24h alt. Burger allerdings lecker -muss man ehrlich sagen- alles in allem horrende Erfahrung. Würde niemals wieder bestellen auch wenn geschmacklich in Ordnung.

Ich habe Essen bestellt und die Lieferzeit war sehr lange. Angegeben waren 35-45 min Lieferzeit. Ich warte bereits seit 75 min. Das ist ganz klar eine viel zu große Abweichung.

Ich habe gerade Essen bestellt, und als es ankam, war das Fleisch roh. Ich glaube, es war nur 30 Sekunden pro Seite gegrillt und dann zubereitet worden. Nachdem ich dort angerufen hatte, hieß es, es sei medium gebraten gewesen, aber es war tatsächlich roh und wurde deshalb weggeworfen.

Essen war in Ordnung. Atmosphäre und Service leider eher geht so.

Richtig gut. Super nett, mega lecker. Wir haben schon öfters bestellt und waren heute auch wieder da. Einfach der beste Burger und mega gute Pommes. Ebenfalls sehr große Portionen. Liebe Grüße aus Leverkusen

Katastrophaler Imbiss, es stinkt, die Tische und der Boden sind schmutzig. Wir hatten über The Fork reserviert, nach Ankunft haben wir sofort storniert.

So gut, ich wünschte, ich hätte eine größere Größe bestellt.

Fantastisches Essen und toller Service von Yusef. Die Burger waren super, die Pommes knusprig und Yusef war total nett und zuvorkommend.

Sehr nett und das Essen schmeckt super.

Ich habe ein Bürgermenü bestellt, die Pommes waren kalt und das Getränk fehlte. Am nächsten Tag erneut bestellt und darum gebeten das fehlende Getränk vom Vortag mit zu liefern. Die Bitte wurde ignoriert, nach 1.5 Stunden Wartezeit war telefonisch niemand erreichbar, nach 2 Stunden wurde ich telefonisch gebeten mein Essen unten auf der Straße entgegen zu nehmen. Natürlich ohne Getränk!

!!Vorsicht vor dem Laden!! Wir hatten über deren eigene Website bestellt. Als das Essen dann endlich kam, die große Ernüchterung es fehlen teure (6,55€) Pommes. Der Fahrer ist schon längst wieder weg. Also die angegebene Telefonnummer anrufen. Es wird aufgelegt. Erneut versuchen, dass gleiche geschieht. Ganz egal wann versucht wird diesen Laden telefonisch zu erreichen, man wird weggedrückt. Nächster Versuch über die auf der Website angegeben Email (on_line201140@yahoo.com). Kein Erfolg. Jegliche Kontaktaufnahme wurde verweigert. Darüber hinaus ist das Essen Lala, definitiv zu teuer, zwischen den Patys ist kein Unterschied zu erschrecken, obwohl sie doch aus ziemlich unterschiedlichen Bestandteilen bestehen würden. Dann doch lieber das Geld sparen oder anzünden, da weiß man wenigstens was man bekommt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen dieser Raub-Laden!!

Die Küche war etwas unordentlich und insgesamt war alles sehr unorganisiert, das Essen war extrem fettig.

Um 19 uhr bestellt und um 0:30 hat mich der Fahrer wach geklingelt. Die Pommes waren matschig

Bestellt bloß nicht bei diesem Laden! Die liefern nicht, und über die App, über die ihr bestellt habt, bekommt ihr euer Geld nicht zurück! Außerdem ist die Telefonnummer gefälscht, da geht niemand ran.

Sehr leckeres Essen 🍔 auf extra Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Pommes waren sehr knusprig und nicht labberig. Burger war auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder 👍🏻☺️

Es hieß, es sei geöffnet, aber es war geschlossen, Mittwochnachmittag (ja, nach 15:30 Uhr, der angegebenen Öffnungszeit). Schade!

Kleiner shop mit gemütlichen Ambiente. Burger waren wahnsinnig gut und mega schnell da und auch die Trüffel Fries waren der Hammer. Und satt bin ich auch geworden und ich bring gerne mehr Hunger mit. Die beiden Jungs waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sehr faire Preise!!!

Prices are good, food is okay, all in all solid.

Making the reservation was no problem, and there was plenty of space when we arrived. Since we were a little chilly, the waiter readily turned on the patio heater for us. The burgers arrived quickly, and the portions were generous. Even our children's special requests were handled without any fuss. On top of that, the drink prices were reasonable. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely come back.

I had made a reservation for 12 people in advance. Apparently, they knew nothing about the reservation when I arrived. But thanks to their flexibility and spontaneity, the tables and chairs in the small restaurant were quickly rearranged so that everyone could fit. My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday there with her friends. Everyone was thrilled. The food, the very friendly service – everything was top-notch. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Overall, it's an ordinary little burger joint. I had a quick and delicious meal while waiting for my train. However, I personally felt the burger bun wasn't warm enough, which was a bit disappointing for the overall quality. The patty also had a strong meaty flavor, which wasn't to my liking. I'd also like to point out that they only accept PayPal or cash.

Great food for a good price. Fast service, nice staff. We requested adjustment for a burger, only salad and chicken, that was not a problem at all.

We visited this restaurant, and it was simply amazing! We tried the burger, and it was absolutely fantastic: juicy meat, perfectly cooked, a soft, fresh bun, and just the right ingredients that made every bite special. You immediately feel the high quality of the products and the attention to detail.

Extremely unhygienic and run-down shop. I've never seen anything like it... the toilets (right next to the kitchen and dining room) stink throughout the entire store, there's no toilet paper available, cleaning supplies lying around on the floor, and no towels. The kitchen, like the rest of the store, is comparable to some street food offering in a developing country. Given the sight and smell, no other comparison comes to mind... Based on the other reviews, I think they mostly order in. Therefore, I'm writing this review as a warning/description of the conditions on site.

Delivery times were late into the night. The burger was delicious, and it came with a generous portion of fries. All under €20, including two sauces thanks to a discount feature. Everything was great 👍🏽

The food was okay, but the hygiene was terrible. The toilet was dirty, there was a centipede (or something) the size of my little finger in the sink, the cutlery was dirty, and the Coke bottles were full of dust. Not recommended.

Delicious food for a good price

Waiting for our train to Düsseldorf on Monday night, we discovered a burger shop across the street and were spontaneously invited by a member of staff to have a midnight snack. And of course, we're in. It was incredibly delicious, even at this time of night - respect, we'll definitely be back.

Stopped in during a rain storm, in Koln, And had the very best bacon cheeseburger of my life. A big statement that is actually true! The addition of peppers and the right sause mixture stunned with the crispy bacon that was actually the right style for the burger which was actually seasoned exceptionally. Wow. Stunned.
