The Burger House in Köln

We waited three hours for our ordered food and, after calling twice, were put off. Finally, at 10:30 p.m., we received our cold burgers, soggy fries, and a small bottle of Coke as compensation. A total disappointment!

Very friendly service and staff, and the burgers are always well-balanced. I often come here for the fries!

My wife and I come here every few months and each time we comment how it’s even better than we remember. Great taste, great prices, great location and amazing service. Very happy to support this independent, family run business.

The food is actually very tasty and we are big fans, BUT we have now had the case twice that instead of 2 ordered burgers only one was delivered. When we tried to contact the store no one answered the phone. If there's a mistake, I can understand that, that can happen sometimes, but I don't think it's possible that it's happened repeatedly, especially since you have no means of contact to get the costs reimbursed. Sorry, but we probably won't order again, despite the delicious food.

Delivery. 50 minutes earlier than shown in Wolt. Didn't hear the messenger because I didn't expect it and heard music. Messenger calls me and is extremely rude because he had to wait. Tone irritated. Poor coordination. Unprofessional. Won't order there again. Burger delicious.

Unfortunately not recommended because the store is not clean. Yesterday I had nausea and stomach pain.

I ordered via Lieferando. After an hour nothing came. I called the burger joint. They said they tried to deliver it and called me and my number was typed wrong. That's simply not true. The man from the store said the courier just left my food at the front door (i.e. on the street). Of course my food was no longer there when I looked. Never again.

We waited almost 1.5 hours for our order, even though a different delivery time was stated. Nobody could be reached by phone. When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm. The bacon burgers were probably okay, the vegetarian classic hamburgers weren't that great - the sauce was tasty, but the patty was pretty tasteless and had an unpleasant red color. It doesn't have to happen again.

The place itself is very good, the lights and the ambience are quite exquisite. Looks like a place where you can go with your friends and take a lot of pictures and enjoy the meal. Food on the other hand is average, have had fries from here a few times and they're okayish. A tad bit expensive for the quality and quantity of the food.
