Very great food, great service from lovely Diana who gave us great advice and made our day.

We went to Peter Pane in Cologne for the first time today and were super satisfied. We were quickly shown to a table, didn't have to wait long, the food was great and we were particularly impressed by the service. At this point a big compliment to the waitress Diana who took great care of us! We haven't had such great service in a long time. We'll definitely be back!

Service was great, as was the ambience. The food is just typically well-prepared frozen stuff. Not that it's bad, it tastes good. Only the price is steep, but that's a problem that all larger burger chains have. 20+ € for one person for frozen goods, you can argue about whether it's worth it :)

Very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious and there was a choice for everyone, whether vegan, vegetarian or with meat, for big appetites or small ones. We were served by Diana and she was super nice, polite and accommodating. I can only recommend it. ☺️

We were here for the first time yesterday and we really enjoyed it ♡♡♡ My companion had the “Legend Burger” as a menu and it was just great 😋 Only the garlic sauce could have used a little more garlic 😉 I had the Thanksgiving salad with fried chicken strips and that was also very tasty 😋 I found the atmosphere absolutely appealing, the music was good, although a bit loud and the service was top 👍🏻 We'll definitely be back 😍✌🏻💖😎

I recently had the pleasure of eating at this amazing burger restaurant and I can't say enough good things about it! The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. The burgers were to die for – juicy, fresh and full of flavor! But the best part of our visit was definitely the service. Our waiter Seyit was exceptional! Not only was he super friendly and attentive, but he also gave great recommendations that made our evening even better. Seyit really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if Seyit is your waiter! Thank you for the wonderful experience – I will definitely be back!

I came to the gym with my wife after a strength training session and the result was: 1. The reception was empty when we arrived and it is too close to the front door, even though half the restaurant was empty we had to wait outside the place for around 15/20 minutes to be let in as there was another couple standing in front and there is limited space in front of the reception. 2. Since we didn't have a reservation but half the restaurant was empty, we were given a table on the right as we entered the restaurant, which has quite uncomfortable chairs. 3. The facility itself is nice and looks clean. At least the dining area. 4. The service was great and very pleasant, they advised us on what to eat and always served us with a smile. 5. The food arrived at what I thought was a logical time after ordering, we ordered two hamburger meals with fries and drinks. I should have said it was tasty, but the meat was very fatty. 6. PAYMENT: We paid over €60 for two hamburger meals. We found it overpriced for the product we ate and the dishes we ordered. Don't be fooled by the €9.99 price tag in the window. Therefore in my opinion it is a clean place with nice staff but with normal food but at extremely inflated prices relative to quality-price ratio. The veggie chicken buger was very tasty. Service also very friendly. Unfortunately, there is nothing more unhygienic than ketchup and mayo bottles on the table, which every guest before me has already touched. Unfortunately I don't understand this model at all. The waitress was at my table three times and could have brought three times more mayo or ketchup. This needs to be changed urgently. Otherwise I unfortunately won't be able to come back, which would be a shame. 🥲

When we're out and about, we always look to see if we can find a Peter Pane. Since we've been to different places, we always went to Peter Pane there too. We already count ourselves as regular guests. We can only warmly recommend the restaurant. No matter whether for lunch or evening. We then always order the respective menus. And kudos to the conditions. Always nice, friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, our visit to Peter Pane Cologne was disappointing. We were treated rudely at the entrance. The person at reception asked us to wait outside - which we did. But even after 30 minutes of waiting, we continued to be ignored and not even informed when we could expect a table. A friendlier approach to guests and better organization would be desirable. Unfortunately you don't feel welcome. Too bad!

Incredibly good cuisine and, above all, the service is unbeatable. I love coming here at lunchtime and have never been disappointed.

We've been here again for a long time and it was really delicious! The salad, burgers and fries were perfectly prepared and the jalapeno cheddar sauce was great! Our service Olivia accompanied us through the evening in a very attentive and friendly manner.

The food was absolutely delicious - there are lots of vegan/vegetarian options and the service was excellent! LG to Deeko, made us very welcome and was very attentive :)

All in all, I'm super satisfied. The food was ok for what you can expect, the price was a little high. But the service was so great, everyone was super nice and especially Olivia, who served us today, chatty, quick and always with a smile on her face.

Disappointing experience – never again! We were looking forward to a good burger evening, but this place was a complete disappointment. The burgers finally came to the table after a wait of 40-50 minutes - and were cold. Unfortunately they didn't taste any better than at McDonald's, but they were much more expensive. The service also left a lot to be desired. Absolutely outrageous: €3.90 for plain tap water, which was also the only water option! No bottle of water to choose from - we've never experienced anything like that. The sweet potato fries were also a disaster: dry, tough and probably old. No hint of crispy or fresh. Conclusion: Paid almost €90 for 4 people - and got inferior burgers, poor service and overpriced prices. Unfortunately worse than McDonald's, but with prices that don't do it justice in any way. Definitely not recommended!

The price isn't cheap but it's worth it. Of course not comparable with Mac. ... You can put together your burger the way you like it

The two of us spontaneously went to Peter Pane for a burger this evening, but unfortunately we didn't have much time. After a short discussion with the service staff about our time dilemma, the processing of our order was brought forward and after a short time we had our burgers and were able to leave on time for our appointment. Many thanks to the team for their flexibility and that the burgers were excellent again, despite the short time!

We were there on Saturday and the place was full. Nevertheless, it went quickly and was very friendly and attentive. And it was delicious too 👍

Food took 50 minutes. 2 burgers and 1 x fries. Didn't work at all. Service the only bright spot. Smash burgers weren't smash patties, but patties like the fast food chain's cheeseburger with the golden seagull. That was just nothing and it doesn't help much when the words: "Sorry, I'm sorry" come across.

The girls were a bit slow and we had to wait a long time for the remaining plates for the main course (three came, but I asked about 15 minutes later the remaining four plates) and unfortunately the dessert only came when we asked. Otherwise very, very nice.

The atmosphere is very appealing. The food was really good, but almost cold when it arrived at the table. We waited an impossibly long time at the entrance to be assigned a table, even though the shop was not very busy. It took a while until we got the menu and then it took a while until we could place the order. The drinks then came quickly. Everything else took what felt like an eternity. Too bad...

Staff was friendly and attentive. You can easily get a good seat in the evening without a reservation. Burger was ok (meat looked like a ready-made patty, so one point was deducted). The fries and the garlic mayo were very tasty and both were decent portions. The cocktail with it was also good. O.

My impression is very positive. Super nice reception. Eating "costs money" yes, but here it's good for what you get. A little too loud but nice dining room. Since I'm not from here, I won't visit the other Peter Pane locals to eat. Keep it up.

We really enjoy coming to Peter Pane in Cologne and attach great importance to good service. All the staff here are very friendly, especially Olivia. She is extremely warm, attentive and always asks if everything is OK or if we need anything else. Food and drinks are also served quickly. If everyone were as committed as Olivia, the guests would definitely be completely satisfied!

Unfortunately our visit was a disappointment. We have a MOUSE!! Saw it in the restaurant, which completely spoiled our appetite. Employees already knew about the problem but did nothing. Hygiene should be a top priority - we won't be coming back.

Today I would like to tell you about my experiences at Peter Pan Cologne. There are enough paid parking spaces in the parking garage. The ambience is modern and very cozy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The quality of the food is very good, the meat was cooked to perfection and the portions are good. So all in all a positive experience, everything went well.

All in all, a solid burger joint. The burgers were really tasty, as were the drinks. The prices are a bit too high for the quality. Be sure to reserve on the weekend!!! The restaurant is actually nicely designed. The seats on the benches without backrests become uncomfortable at some point. Especially if you have a bench that has to be shared with the neighboring table. A very unfortunate solution. The service was very nice and attentive. There were no long waiting times.

Unfortunately, far too expensive for frozen meat. Minced meat patties dry and much too firm consistency. You can also taste the TK. Unfortunately this has nothing to do with BBQ. Fries and sauces are nothing special and way too expensive. Too bad! In Cologne you can also get much better quality for the same money. Tasty cocktails and good service, but that doesn't make up for the bad food.

A very nice atmosphere and the food was also quite okay, but you have to wait a long time for the food (almost 1 hour) and despite making a reservation you are thrown out immediately after eating because there apparently aren't enough tables.

After roaming around Cologne we were famished and was in the Mood for a good burger and then we decided to come here as it was really centrally located and looked promising. It definitely was as it appeared, not even a minute walk from the tram station so you don’t have to walk for miles in the bitter cold . The burgers were perfect and the amount of options you get as a vegan ist worth mentioning. As a foreign couple on vacation in germany, the biggest problem we have is the language barrier as we only speak English. Diku welcomed us so warmly at the door and even took time to explain almost the entire card to us. He way really friendly and familiar and had a good idea of what he was doing, he even gave us some tips for some clubs nearby and even some handy german to get around. Looking forward to visit one more time before we leave the city and thanks to the entire team for the experience.
