You guys made my evening so much better! 😁 I quickly ordered two cheese dogs to go and received very relaxed and friendly service. And then, to top it all off, they even threw in something extra for free so it wouldn't go to waste! ❤️ How awesome is that?! Please keep it up, a very satisfied customer! 😃

I have no idea what the big deal is, this was the most average burger ever. The only positive thing is that the manager today was a Caleb Landry Jones’s doppleganger 😅 but sorry (five) guys, I’ve never paid that much money for such average food. Oh, there’s one more good thing I guess, the mini fries are actually huge.

A traditional store of this chain in Cologne. For those of us who are fans of the franchise, it's important to know how faithful their products are to the originals, and in this case, they're almost identical to the ones in the USA.

Great burgers, delicious fries, and fantastic milkshakes! We went on a Sunday evening, and the wait wasn't too long. We ordered at the screen at the entrance and then waited about 10 minutes for our food. The cinnamon bun milkshake with Biscoff Creme was very tasty! The fries were delicious and not your average, more like real potatoes. Unfortunately, we didn't get exactly the same toppings on our burgers as we had ordered. But that's just a minor issue. We paid about €45 for two people.

The meat smells strongly. I've tried different branches because of my wife and I didn't like any of them.

The hamburgers are slightly better than those at chain fast-food restaurants, but overall they're bad; I would never choose them unless absolutely necessary. The fries were good. It's very expensive; definitely not good value for money.

I'm at least AT LEAST 1.5X the other man around me and the basic menu with the small fries made me doubt myself, it was A LOT. Besides it tasted really good. You can surely find better but this was very good too. My only concern is 25€ for a cheeseburger - small fries - soft drink combo

A really bad place. Waited 40 minutes for a burger and fries. The kitchen was filthy and didn't look clean at all. Not a single employee spoke German. The order terminal ran out of paper and didn't print a receipt with an order number. There was no system to display completed orders; the numbers were just shouted out in English, and if you missed it, tough luck. The food didn't taste very good either, especially considering the above-average fast-food price.

Very disappointing. Expensive food, poor quality. I was told there were no trays or boxes and that I should eat from a bag, even though I wanted to eat in. Unpleasant toilet smell in the dining area and many drinks were unavailable. Not recommended.

It was the worst meal of my life. The staff was slow , they did my order completely wrong and the best part is that I had food poison and I went to hospital . I hope my critic helps you decide

Decent fast food, but EXPENSIVE, and it was a mess inside. They didn't clean up, it was a real mess. Only two of the three ordering kiosks worked, but there were no receipts. The staff were hardworking, but too few. It seems like management failure. In short, not recommended.

Ordered via Lieferando, arrived cold after an hour, half of it was missing... Calling them was pointless, they don't speak German, nobody there... This was my third bad experience with Pfeiffen Guys in Mülheim, Schildergasse... Fact: for 50 euros, a cold McDonald's burger and cold fries... You're better off going to a gyro shop, any one... and getting two or three for the same price... overhyped. Update: After a lot of arguing, at least I got my money back...

I first tried it in London and it was quite good, but here, as soon as you enter, you're greeted by a terrible smell, like a drainpipe... Also, they're slow and rude because they're talking amongst themselves, especially the woman at the cash register...

Overall, the food and the place are fine, but the table hygiene is nonexistent. I cleaned it with two wet wipes, and it's still sticky.

This is the place to eat a craft burger with a fast-food twist. The burger is HUGE!!! The meat is perfectly cooked, the cheddar cheese is fresh, and the toppings are also fresh. Everything is served like you'd find in an American fast-food restaurant, but McDonald's and Berger King are all falling behind. Five Guys has swept the board. These are the best burgers I've eaten this year!

Honestly, I wanted to try this place, so I ordered and was shocked to discover, upon seeing a wall of peanut oil packaging, that everything here is prepared with peanut oil. As someone with a severe peanut allergy, this was a disaster for me, and there was absolutely no indication of this upon entering the restaurant. Cancellation wasn't possible because the order was made cashless on a tablet at the entrance. €25 for nothing! Very disappointing. This definitely needs improvement.

The food was bad. The burgers were ice-cold with faulty ingredients, the fries were too salty, and the staff were extremely unfriendly. The grilled cheese sandwich was abysmal, consisting not of a sandwich and cheese, but of burnt burger buns. Simply unacceptable.

Waited 15 minutes? I have been to five guys in various countries and cities but this one is a Joke? Then they wanted to serve me a cold burger and i asked to get ir redone which they did. I watched the burger sit on the counter for 5 minutes? And they wanted to serve me that? I'm sorry. But I've been to NYC, London, Aberdeen, Landquart five guys how. Is it. This hard?

The store was incredibly clean. Since it wasn't crowded, our order was ready in about 7-8 minutes. First of all, the salt and spice ratio was completely unbalanced. The fries were drenched in cajun spice, while the burger was unsalted. Prices range from 12.5€ for a burger, 4.5€ for a drink, and 6-8€ for fries. Honestly, I wouldn't go back. We paid around 36€ for two people.

The food was delicious, and the large fries were enough for three people to share. And we all got a burger and a drink. But it was really expensive!

We did not like it. 1. No warm drinks. 2. Overpriced burgers for their quality. 3. Overal atmosphere - bad students place. And not even for university students. So after we checked real food that people get from the counter we canceled the almost formed order and I am glad we did it.

It was my first visit to FiveGuys. The fries were great, and the burger got a 3/5. I think it's overhyped, but that's just my personal opinion. At the end of the day, it's just a chain restaurant.

For me, this is the best burger place. Make your burger the way you like it. And the fries are super delicious.

It's great because you can order at the kiosks. I also love the freestyle soda machines where you can mix and match drinks. The quality of the products is what you'd expect from a Five Guys, and the team works very well!

Their burgers were highly praised, but once you try them, you realize they're not that great. You can come for the fries and milkshake; they're delicious and good. We paid around 12.5 euros for a burger and 5.5 euros for fries. If you're really curious, you should try them. The complimentary peanuts they served were nice.

Absolutely overpriced food. There aren't even proper menus. Instead, you have to buy everything individually, each of which costs a fortune. The wait time was relatively long; we waited almost 30 minutes for an order of just a milkshake. The atmosphere wasn't very inviting either; those hard wooden chairs were very uncomfortable. The way the food was served was also very poorly done. The burger was completely wrapped in aluminum foil and thrown onto a dreary metal tray, which didn't taste good either. Next to it were the fries, half in a cup, half tossed onto the tray, but they tasted very good. The milkshake also tasted very good, but when you remember the price, the pain outweighs it. You can refill your own drinks, and the selection is also large, which is very nice, but the negative impressions unfortunately outweigh the negative ones.
