I ordered from this restaurant via Lieferando and am thrilled. Although I initially provided the wrong address and delivery time, the restaurant was kind and patient enough to clarify this and kindly delivered to the correct address. Despite these circumstances, potato side dishes and burgers were hot and full of flavor. The salad was very fresh (rarely get such fresh salad from the delivery service O.o). I can only recommend the honey mustard dressing. Overall a very positive impression. Service great, food great - not cheap, but for the quality: OK.

Fast delivery, in my opinion significantly better taste than the classic, well-known competitors (especially much better meat), prices are definitely justified for the quality delivered (especially since the competitors have also raised their prices significantly) (the price difference used to be much larger, now it's quite similar, but with what feels like better quality from burgerme)

I ordered a burger menu and it was really not enjoyable, dry bread, not melted cheese, a finished beef patty and completely overloaded with sauces. Completely disappointed!!!

The burger & fries were very tasty. The meat juicy and fresh. Fries, whether the normal or the sweet potato fries, are very crispy and just the right amount of soft on the inside. It was our first time eating a burger there and we were pleasantly surprised. Both burgers were very tasty. The buns and patties were very good and the salad was also fresh 👍🏻 I've had worse burgers in other more expensive places. I would definitely recommend this store. And: we'll be back!

We have ordered there several times. However, what we learned today surpasses any imagination. All 3 burgers that arrived were completely cold. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted on any of the burgers, the patties were hard and not really edible. The fries with fried onions and cheese sauce we ordered were also cold, hard and no trace of the sauce. When we called the phone number provided to complain about the order, we ended up at Burger me's headquarters, who explained to us that they could neither help nor forward us because this location had not given permission for this. We then tried to file the complaint via Lieferando, which unfortunately didn't work either and they couldn't help us either. In other words, no one was able to accept our complaint and so we are stuck with the €30. It's a shame, we were always very happy there.

Just ordered a burger menu. The burger was ok but the fries were worse than at McDonalds. And ordered mayo and got ketchup, also very cool.
