I arrived at 9pm and saw that the restaurant was still open. I came in. There was an employee who was on his cell phone and didn't even say "Hello". I then greeted him. He didn't even react. Then I wanted to order, but there was no menu and no menu. Then another employee came out and asked what I wanted to order. I asked if they had a menu. He didn't even know what that was. Then I said “menu” and he tells me menu is on Lieferando app. As if I'd go to the trouble of going to the Lieferando app. Then he suddenly says that they are open even though they are officially open until 10 p.m. From all the other reviews I've seen, I'm glad I was spared from their delivery service and food. Delivery Kampstrasse today at 4 p.m. The delivery person harassed my wife alone after the delivery when he realized that she was alone I quote... I can come up and help with the move... The delivery person was Arab, I'm black myself from the Congo with racism here but what kind of service is that??? How dishonorable can one be? Then be surprised if the German doesn't want you here... you'll get a juicy ad and I'll put it on social media. I'll come to your store with a camera and a WAZ newspaper if I have to! for women's harassment boycott the store! Zero tolerance for something like that, a simple apology is not enough. The guy needs to be fired!

Excellent food and excellent service

Half of the order is missing... Even though the driver probably had it with him. Just disappointing. Nobody answers the phone and what is missing sometimes doesn't show up. We won't be ordering here anymore.

I visited Buffalo Fried Chicken & Burger and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The meat on my burger was raw, which is completely unacceptable. It's a food safety issue and something like that shouldn't happen in a burger joint. To my surprise, the burger was not exchanged, even though the problem was addressed to me directly over the phone. The service person was unfriendly on the phone and showed no willingness to solve the problem. Very disappointing - I definitely won't eat here again.

It was a total disaster We ordered at 6:30 p.m. and it was said that we would eat in 30 minutes, then it didn't arrive until 8:45 p.m. and half of my chicken was raw, which I only saw after the third wing and ran to the toilet shortly after eating. It was just bad, not recommended if you expect good and tasty food. You could rather eat a few toasts or the leftover rolls from breakfast. Do yourself and your stomach a favor and order somewhere else.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers including the mr. Big chicken, however, the wrong one was delivered to me after a call I was told they would call back after an hour and several unanswered calls I still haven't been called back. Unfortunately, service was an absolute disaster.

Ordered yesterday via Uber Eats, ordered sauces and sweet potato fries. These were not delivered after telephone consultation and it was said that they should be delivered. Nothing was delivered, let alone that someone reported back that they couldn't deliver it or something else. Sweet potato fries (2x missing) cost an extra €1.75 and the sauces (6x missing) between €0.50 and €1, making a total of almost €10.

The store was fine from the start. But now the fries taste like cardboard, then curly fries were forgotten, the wrap became less and less edible after each bite and some of the hot wings were not cooked through. That was the final proof that we will no longer order from them.

I ordered food here today at 7:47 p.m. I was told it would take 60 minutes. The order came at 9:58 p.m. There was no call and no apology was given. As if that wasn't enough, our food arrived RAW. We ordered 2 burger menus, one nacho with chili cheese sauce and one chili cheeseburger nuggets. The burgers were raw, you can see that. They weren't eaten. The nachos are without sauce - only a small can (a tablespoon) of cheese sauce was given for so much nacho. I had ordered the others separately but didn't know that there was so little added to the nacho. In any case, anyone who orders here will continue to starve. I'm telling you. I preferred not to order, I paid €45 but I couldn't eat anything other than the chili cheeseburger nuggets with my wife, there were only 5 of them and we then had to order them again from somewhere else. I really don't need the fries, just plain cardboard 😞😞😞 Really sad for so much money...

Even one star is too much for this shed!! It was a complete DISASTER!! We ordered at 6:50 p.m. for quite a bit of money, and the FOOD NEVER ARRIVED!!!!!!!! Apparently it was supposed to come between 7:15-7:30 p.m. I will never order there again. Of course, no one can be reached by phone. More than disappointed and horrified.

I am more than disappointed. We waited a whole 3 hours for our food. There were also sauces, drinks and fries (so about half of the order was missing)! We were then told on the phone that they would be delivered later. But then the shop closed?! Not recommended at all!! However, the food was really cheap and not tasty.

If you can NEVER meet your delivery times, instead of an hour it will always be 1.5 to 2 hours and when you call you never answer, I will NEVER order there AGAIN!!!

Enttäuscht! Das Essen war kalt bei der Lieferung, die Pommes waren labberig. Ich habe extra angemerkt, dass ich keine Oliven möchte, dies wurde nicht beachtet und ich bekam einen Taco mit Oliven. Meine Zwiebelringe wurden vergessen, ich habe angerufen worauf mir versprochen wurde, dass der Fahrer auf dem Weg ist und diese nachliefert. 2 Stunden später habe ich immer noch nichts bekommen! Unfassbar! Nie wieder bestelle ich hier.

Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist preiswert. ABER: bitte ändert die Öffnungszeiten bei eurer Bestellseite. Es ist frustrierend wenn man für Mittags etwas zum abholen bestellt und dann vor geschlossenen Türen steht, obwohl bei eurer Bestellseite Öffnungszeiten ab 12 Uhr angegeben sind. Dennoch volle Sterne aber bitte Änderung annehmen!

Wir bestellen öfter mal bei Buffalo. Bei den letzten 5 Bestellungen hat immer was gefehlt! Angefangen bei einer Soße, was nicht sonderlich schlimm ist. Aber heute hat mein Wrap gefehlt! Der Lieferant kam aber eigenständig nochmal hoch und hat gefragt, ob mit der Bestellung alles in Ordnung sei. Haben ihm dann Bescheid gesagt, dass der Wrap fehlt und er meinte nur, wird nachgeliefert. (Wurde auch so mit dem Laden abgesprochen, hat der Lieferant selber gesagt!) 50 Minuten später kam mein Wrap immer noch nicht an - eine Soße hat übrigens wieder gefehlt. Das Essen finden wir super und die Lieferanten immer sehr freundlich - aber dass neuerdings ständig was fehlt geht gar nicht. Dass sind ca. 7€, die uns dann niemand zurückzahlt. Mit weniger freundlichen Grüßen

Also wir fanden das Essen mega lecker. Es war warm und hat an nichts gefehlt. Und mit der Dauer der Lieferung muss man Mittlerweile überall mindestens ne Stunde auf sein Essen warten. Von daher war alles optimal.

War an sich nicht sonderlich schlimm, sowas kann ja passieren. Wollte ihn dann trotzdem aber noch haben. Ich hab nochmal angerufen und habe nachgefragt. "Ja ja der Fahrer ist unterwegs, er kommt sofort". 50 Minuten später hab ich wieder angerufen. Niemand im Laden weiß, ob jemand kommt, wo der Fahrer ist oder sonst was. Einfach unfassbar. Hab selber mal in der Gastro gearbeitet, aber sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Kann man eigentlich nur drüber lachen...

Das Essen liefern die immer erst nach 1,5 - 2 Stunden. Kommt IMMER kalt an und die vergessen IMMER, wirklich immer die Getränke.

Selten so etwas ekliges gehabt. Auf Sonderwünsche beim Burger wurde nicht eingegangen. Fingerfertigkeit falsch geliefert bekommen. NIE WIEDER!
