The burgers are delicious, and the service is very attentive and friendly. However, it's very cold inside, which is a problem if you want to sit there when it's cold outside.

This will be the last time I order from there. The food arrived after about an hour and a half, the patties I paid extra for were missing, both sauces and one drink were missing, and one burger had the wrong bun. Unfortunately, a disaster, and not the first time.

Absolutely not recommended. I ordered yesterday around 4:20 PM. The food arrived at 7:00 PM. The place is also completely unreachable. The number listed on Lieferando is not in service. And nobody answered the phone when I called the number listed on Google Maps, despite multiple attempts at different times. I ordered sweet potato fries instead of regular fries as part of my meal deal, for which I paid extra. I received regular fries instead, and they were soggy. The burger was okay. Save yourself the headache this place will give you and order your food somewhere else.

Rnbeef used to be one of my favorite places in the area. Today I swore to myself that I would order from there for the last time. The delivery took over 1.5 hours, then there was no sauce with my fries (that was the second time already), and on top of that, the food—both the fries and the burger—was lukewarm.

We ordered at 8 p.m., two menus and one finger food. It's now 9:40 p.m., and Lieferando has been saying "almost there" for half an hour. When I dialed the rnbeef phone number, I got a message saying the phone number is unfortunately not in service. Honestly, that's the most disrespectful thing I've ever had to endure from a delivery service. Unreachable, fake statements on Lieferando saying they were almost there. Will never order from you again.

The more time you waste, the worse this place gets! I ordered via Uber Eats today and waited almost two full hours for my food! It's the same procedure at the restaurant. The place is empty, but you STILL wait over 30 minutes for ONE burger meal?! On top of that, the food arrived wrong and cold, as if it wasn't enough that you had to wait two hours? Simply disappointing. This was definitely the last time I'll eat from RnBeef... Estimated arrival time was 7:20-7:40 p.m., the food arrived at 8:30 p.m.!!! Ordered at 6:24 p.m.?!

We ordered there twice. The food was delicious, but both times we waited two hours. The estimated wait time was one hour. When we tried to call to ask where the food was, we only got a voicemail.

I bought something twice, once in-store and once via Uber Eats. The food is okay, but the wait times are catastrophic. I pre-ordered on the way there (20-30 minutes in advance) and still waited a good hour there. The online order took at least 2 hours to arrive.

I placed my order today at 6:24 p.m. and called at 7:30 p.m. to ask what had happened to my order. I was told by a woman that the driver was on his way. After another half hour there was no food and no one answered the phone. Then at 7:58 p.m. the phone finally rang. I told the lady how dissatisfied I was that this was not customer-friendly and orderly. As if we weren't already annoyed enough about the delivery, the burgers were all lukewarm to cold and didn't have anything close to what we ordered on them and the buns were all wrong. Two of the three burgers ended up in the trash. I praise the quality and value, but absolutely not the service today and I paid 30 euros for that - a no-go. And I find it unacceptable that I placed an order in the shop a few days ago and a few days later and had absolutely nothing to complain about and had given it five stars, and then overnight there was such stress. Please see the pictures. Addendum: Ordered today at 6:00 p.m. and the driver didn't arrive until 7:20 p.m. I canceled the order because the Uber app showed an hour wait (see pictures). That was fine but not like that. And then they rip me off on the phone. I have 15 orders to process, they have to wait, their order isn't even ready even though the Uber app clearly shows me it's ready for pickup after an hour. I then canceled the order via Uber and had my money refunded. This is the last time I'll order from here. Even the boss didn't apologize the first time or offer me a discount. I'll be aware of this for the future.

I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry. I ordered food, not some kind of time travel experiment. It took over 3 hours (!) for my order to arrive – and that's no exaggeration. No info, no apology, nothing. I sat there, hungry, angry, and more disappointed with every passing minute. The food? Cold, soggy, and honestly, after all that waiting, just frustrating. What's going on with you guys? Do you deliver by stagecoach? Or did you have to hire the driver first? It's really sad how little value is placed on customer service and reliability here. Extremely poor organization. The first time I ordered, the fries were soggy. Then I placed another order today, requesting that the fries be prepared properly. Absolutely outrageous! I waited over two hours for delivery, and then the food arrived cold. My special request was ignored, a sauce was missing, the meat was completely dry, and the rolls were rock hard. Delivering such lousy quality for that price is truly abysmal.

We ordered our food at 8:10 p.m., and now at 10:30 p.m., our food still hasn't arrived. It's really rude; we can't get through to anyone. We called over 20 times, and then someone answered and said they were alone and the food was on its way (it's very stressful these days, I was told). That was at 9:50 p.m.... I placed an order there in August, and then received a call telling me the product was no longer available. I was asked if they should send me something else, which I politely declined. I paid for the order via PayPal and requested a refund. They filed an appeal, and now the decision is in favor of the seller! It's a disgrace. Thanks to them, my PayPal account was closed because it was debited with an amount for a product I never received! It's a disgrace!

We placed an order at 6:45 p.m., saying we'd like our order delivered by 8 p.m. At 8:25 p.m., the order still hadn't arrived. I then called and was told we were finishing your order. I called again at 9 p.m. and found out the person was alone in the store. They said they weren't supposed to accept any more orders. Their offer was that we'd get our order for free next time. If you pre-order food, it should be there on time! I probably won't order there again, especially with kids when it's supposed to be dinner.

We ordered online through Lieferando. The food arrived fresh and within 15 minutes. I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time.

The service and waiting times are horrible, and not just once. I speak from multiple experiences. You sometimes wait over an hour for your order. They promise you it will take a maximum of 30 minutes, but it takes at least an hour, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes. It's a horror, even though the food is actually really good.

The hot dog was really juicy and nice and spicy, and the crispy chicken burger was super tasty. But the potato daddy was delicious in a different way. The fries, ground beef, and fried onions were a perfect match. All in all: very good and highly recommended!

The tastiest burger of my life – no joke! I've tried a lot of burgers, but this was next level. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, the bun soft but not soggy – everything was just perfect. Even the sides weren't just a side dish, they were really well-made. You can tell the love goes into the cooking here. Honestly, I still dream about it. If you love burgers, this is a must-visit!

The place is very good. Beautiful interior. Very tasty food. Good service. All the food tastes very fresh. The only negative is that the restrooms are for both men and women, and there's only one toilet inside. There's almost no lighting in the restroom and it's too small.

I just ordered (5:40 p.m.) via Uber Eats and am still waiting for my order (7:30 p.m.) which I find unacceptable. Waiting 2 hours for an order. Real cheekiness. I really like burgers, which is why I ordered the third time from the store, but the delivery time was just too long.

So seriously the service was really bad, we had to pay €24.57 for two burgers because that alone is expensive (which doesn't even fill you up), the delivery guy stands there and says he doesn't have any change, we rounded it up to €26 and according to him he doesn't have €4? So that's very embarrassing. I won't say anything more about that.

Really good shop. Food very tasty, very very clean, friendly staff. Was pleasantly surprised. We'll definitely come back. Prices are not very cheap but in my opinion they are completely okay for the quality. I was there with my two children and we were very satisfied. 😁 Burgers tasted very good. The portions of fries were really good and also very tasty. Mayo was served in a separate bowl. And there are even wipes like those at KFC back then to degrease your hands. 🤓 Completely successful. In my opinion, there aren't that many viable fast food restaurants in Meiderich. Everything is currently working fine with this one. 😃

Hello, since the owner changed, I can no longer recommend this place. You wait hours for the food or nobody comes at all. The food is cold or the burger is always burnt. I ordered food for 6pm today and was called at 6:25pm and the driver was supposed to be on his way. PayPal buyer protection was activated at 7pm. Many people from our company will no longer order there.

"Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. An order was forgotten, which can happen, but the handling on the phone was very rude. The missing order was delivered later, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The meat was extremely tender, the bun was really soft, and the intensity of the flavors was simply great. You can tell that quality is important here.‼️ The delivery was also flawless. Everything arrived intact and warm, and even the fries were perfectly crispy. So a clear recommendation not only on site, but also when ordering! Since the re-opening & renovation last week I've already eaten in the store twice. Top ambience, top food, that's how a burger shop has to and should look. Simply top, the best you can get in Duisburg. Highly recommended!!

I was last here about two months ago and I can say with certainty: the quality has definitely increased! Since the renovation, the store not only looks great, but also meets all hygiene standards at the highest level. Everything is clean, modern and inviting. The food was good before, but now it's just outstanding! The ingredients are fresher, the meat is grilled to perfection, and the burgers taste simply juicy. You can tell that quality is important here. Definitely a clear recommendation! I will come by again!

Positive: The food was very tasty, the price-performance ratio was good and the staff were friendly. Negative: We were a group of 10 people, which is why the preparation unfortunately took a little longer. The atmosphere was not very inviting. It was very cold because the door had to be left open because the exhaust in the kitchen had broken down. This also made the air extremely stuffy. The clothes then smelled strongly of cooking fat. The same also covered all surfaces in the guest room, including the floor, chairs and tables. Result: More of a place to order for pickup or delivery.

First of all, I'm not a burger fan. Finding a pizzeria that's open on Monday is a bit difficult if you're unfamiliar with the area. That's why I found this burger joint, looked at the menu and spontaneously ordered something. The selection is only made via a paper card. I couldn't see the selection in the store. I ordered a menu, burger, fries and a drink. About 10 euros. It was absolutely worth it. The burger was topped with fresh products. The meat was not a greasy patty and the bun was nicely baked. The fries were great too. It's almost worth it because of the fries. Drink, original Cola from the glass bottle. Completely satisfied. I rated the ambience with 1 star. A lot of details show that the cleanliness is not right. I'd rather not see the kitchen. The door and frames are smeared yellow, cables full of dust hang on the ceiling, open sockets, dirt on the floor, etc... Gastronomy must be clean. That shouldn't be asking too much. Just some basic cleaning and some repairs, guys, and the thought of the kitchen looking like that is no longer necessary.

I usually love the bruger there even if they are always cold when delivered, like the fries. But the pommdaddy!? Just disgusting, cold and totally burned. I always gave them a chance because I really like eating the hot sixteen, but that was definitely the last time!!!

BURGERS are OK 👌, unfortunately there were no drinks available when I was there! Only later did a delivery come, the food without cutlery then with wooden cutlery doesn't fit the character of the restaurant, not even as a snack bar of wealth, it's a shame, sticky tables aren't inviting either
