Friendly staff, the atmosphere looks nice, but it bothers me that the tables are very close to each other and there are no partitions. In addition, tables and benches are very narrow, making it difficult to sit there if movement is restricted. The food is fresh, but the sauces could be better seasoned, and I'm not a fan of the mayonnaise either. In addition, there is no service, order and collect yourself.

Called earlier to ask where the meat came from, the gentleman answered very cheekily and talked to others during the time. Very impolite!!! Only fake reviews here!! I don't recommend it to anyone!

The burgers at Burger Brothers are really tasty and high quality, which justifies the slightly higher prices. When we visited the store was surprisingly empty, and the prices may have put some guests off. Nevertheless, a visit is definitely worth it for a special burger treat!

Went to Burger Brothers Duisburg for the first time. Must say = SOMETHING OF MIND= Top meat quality. Fresh vegetables and you can choose between three buns. You can't say anything bad about the price of the menu either. For the price you get full, not like with the M or BK and consortia.

I ordered my food just before 9 p.m. When the app stated that it could take up to 90 minutes, I was completely fine with it. I called again at 10:30 p.m. to ask where the food was and was aggressively told that it would take another half hour. At 11:00 p.m. my order still hadn't come. Have I tried calling and what's wrong? CLOSED no one answered. At 11:45 p.m. the doorbell rings as if there were no people who had to work or wanted to sleep. First time and never again!

I was very enthusiastic about the food, organization and friendliness. Due to Ramazan it was very very crowded for Iftar, but the staff were very polite and accommodating. I have to give a special mention to the lady who was there and kind of did everything because she was super friendly! Food was very tasty; There was even free soup at Iftar, which is not a given. And the soup was homemade and very tasty. Always happy and recommended 👌

The food was great. We had a Greek Style Wrap Menu and a Lil Bro Poutine. Both were great. Personally, I liked the Lil Bro Poutine better and my wife liked the wrap. One of the employees is a really polite and courteous person. I have never seen anyone give off such positive energy. That wasn't the last time we eat here

I ordered via Lieferando and after waiting an hour I received the *wrong* order. After a dispute with the restaurant, I received the correct food after another half hour, but unfortunately it was cold and a sauce was still missing. Well, what do you want to say in conclusion? Mozzarella sticks and burgers don't taste good cold and that's why people don't order here anymore!

The burgers taste very good, but on my last visit I noticed the rude gentleman who was literally upset that customers came into the store during his billing (1 hour before closing time) and wanted something to eat. After several minutes, he finally took my girlfriend's order and without noticing me (he also wanted to order something) he looked past me and wanted to continue serving the customers behind me. Well, I thought everyone can have a bad day. I was there again earlier, another polite gentleman took my order, I waited outside the door with the beeper until my order was ready. Beeper goes off, I go to the store to pick up my order, and he goes again. No hello, no friendly face, he just asks me for the money, I give him the money in his hand and to top it off, HE THROWS THE CHANGE INTO ME THE BAG WITH THE BURGERS!!! Absolute impudence.

Excellent food. We arrived at 12:30. Ordered and were looked after very well by staff. Only after we finished we realised that it wasn’t supposed to open until 2pm. Lost in translation but they never questioned it. All fresh made and excellent. High quality ingredients. Great place.
