We ordered from here for the second time today. We ordered at 2:17 PM, but the food didn't arrive until 3:44 PM. Upon unpacking, we immediately noticed that the extra beef patty we had ordered for €3 was missing from one of the burgers. After a brief phone call, they initially claimed that Uber Eats had supposedly mislabeled the receipt. Only after further discussion was the missing patty delivered, and even then, not until 4:14 PM, it arrived as a single patty without any toppings. Very disappointing service and not what one would expect for the price.

Terrible staff, not at all polite; when I picked up my food, I had to show them the receipt proving I'd ordered three sauces. Never again and I wouldn't recommend them.

Very long waiting times. He was wearing gloves, but touched everything with the same gloves, from drinks and trash to the sink and even food.

I can say that it was the most tasteless burger I have ever eaten. We were satisfied with the branch in Essen and wanted to try this one too, but both the taste and hygiene were zero. The gentleman at the cash register was preparing burgers and looking after the cash register with oily and dirty gloves on his hands. The tables and floors were not clean at all. I definitely do not recommend it.

I've ordered from Burger Brothers several times, and I've almost always had long waits—and I mean, up to an hour, sometimes even longer! The meat is often burnt, and orders aren't kept properly.

They didn't ask for the address or order number, which shows that the order wasn't even being processed. Yet the driver was SUPPOSEDLY already on his way. Impossible!!! They blatantly lie to you instead of apologizing for the inconvenience!

With the Schlemmerbuch, the price was okay. I wouldn't have paid so much without it. However, the burger was delicious and so juicy that the meat juices dripped onto the plate. But what tipped the scales and made us stop coming back were the sticky tables and the floor. And the pile of garbage bags right next to the entrance wasn't exactly inviting either. The staff were really nice, explained everything about the Schlemmerbuch to us, and were calm and polite despite the many orders. It seemed to us that the two employees were completely overwhelmed. Of course, when two people are expected to run the whole place, some tasks fall by the wayside. What a shame.

I watched the Nations League final with my friends. We were hungry and hoped the food would arrive on time. We waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After waiting so long, I called the shop and asked why it was taking so long. They said the delivery was only just on its way. We then waited another 20 minutes and when the driver arrived, I asked why it had taken so long. He said I had only recently received the order. We ordered 4 Cokes but only got 3 and 1 peach drink. I asked for mozzarella sticks on the menu but got fries instead and paid an extra €2 for the mozzarella sticks. All of our fries were completely soggy, the burgers weren't that warm, and my colleague's fillet bites were so hard you couldn't even bite into them. I would definitely advise against going to this shop.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and professional. The burger was juicy and served on good burger buns, and the fries with cheese were a real taste experience.

I ordered to be picked up and should be ready to pick up in 15 minutes. When I arrived there wasn't even anything ready. I had to wait 30 minutes and then the employees even had an argument in the store. Something like that doesn't work in front of the customers. That was the first and last time. It was a really sad working atmosphere and a disaster in the store!!!

We were there with a voucher and redeeming it felt complicated, at least under different conditions than those printed on the voucher. But ok The two burgers - Crispy Chicken and the one with different types of cheese were delicious, especially the Crispy Chicken was really "crispy", the patty of the other burger was okay. We also had sweet potato fries, which were quite ok. were. There is certainly still room for improvement in the atmosphere in the restaurant. Speaking of air: it was pretty cold, we left our jackets on... if we're in the area we might come back, but for us it's not worth a separate trip.

Patties were not fried at all, many places in the middle were pink/raw (see pictures) You could hardly eat the fries, it was as if someone else's old fries had been fried and served again, as more than half of them looked broken off or bitten off. What was most irritating was that you were forced to buy coke and fries because you couldn't order the only burger according to “the boss”. Regarding the ambience: the heating was off so it was very cold, you could have sat outside and everything was dirty from the menu card to napkins and furniture. The fridge was also out of drinks. That's why I don't understand the positive reviews. It could possibly be because we were there on a weekday when there wasn't much going on and that's why it was like that.

Fries portion too small. Salad was ok. Service unprofessional with calculator when checking out. Location was good and clean. Everything just looked a bit disorganized.

Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with my order. The delivery time was stated in the app as 15-45 minutes, but in the end it took a full 2 ​​hours for the food to arrive. When I asked by phone after an hour, I was simply told that it would take a while, without giving an exact time. This is unacceptable as accurate information and a realistic estimate of delivery time are important. What's particularly disappointing is that this isn't the first time this has happened - it was the second time I've had to wait this long for my order. After this experience I will never order there again.

Went to Burger Brothers Duisburg for the first time. Must say = SOMETHING OF MIND= Top meat quality. Fresh vegetables and you can choose between three buns. You can't say anything bad about the price of the menu either. For the price you get full, not like with the M or BK and consortia.
