We happened to be in the restaurant today. There was smoking inside and it was really messy. We ordered chilli cheese fries. A plastic bag was removed from the ice chest and frozen sauce was quickly heated. The sauce had a very questionable taste and due to the preparation, the lack of hygiene and the obvious old food, we threw it in the trash. Hello, we had ordered 3 burgers, the burgers were pretty dry and we waited 1:09 minutes. The delivery time wasn't that bad, but the fact that the burgers were so poorly prepared was unfortunately very disappointing

Incredibly lousy online ordering process. I received a promotional brochure and wanted to try burgerme because I was supposed to get 5 euros off. I go to the site and provide all the information - but the voucher doesn't come. Not until today. Other email addresses never return any results either. If I ignore that and still select something, it asks where it should be delivered and when I enter that, everything I previously selected is simply gone. My address cannot be selected either and if a similar one is suggested, it is incorrectly assigned to another part of the city where delivery cannot be made. Is that normal? The order is structured strangely, so you are asked if you want the hamburger without onions, pickles, sauces or anything and if you want the Caesar salad without Caesar. Instead of writing “with” there, it says “without” and that is noted positively. So without onions is selected. But it's exactly the opposite, because if you deselect the "without" it is omitted. Inverted logic. So I paid about 9 euros for the Caesar salad and only got a few lettuce leaves! The selection is extremely strenuous because the page is structured like an advertisement and is therefore blocked by the browser. So I first have to change the browser, turn off ADBlock and reload to see anything at all. The mouse is then set to a tenth of normal speed, so scrolling down takes forever. The delivery was problem-free, but could not be followed live. The burger patty itself was okay, just without anything, just two slices of bread with the chopped meat in the middle. At full price. 40 euros for 2 burgers and a salad is just too much.

Absolute rubbish, cheap buns, TK Petty, soggy salad... Burnt buns... HANDS OFF !!!

The staff is friendly. The food is OK. But it's way too expensive for "OK." My daughter had a hamburger, small fries, and a milkshake. I settled for a cheeseburger with bacon. The whole thing cost just under 34 euros. For that price, the fries, which were carelessly spat into the bag, were too soggy. Okay, there were a lot of fries in the bag. But that's no good if you don't eat them. The burgers were squashed into the aluminum foil, which really spoiled the burgers. They tasted OK, though. I've had worse. But for that price, it's just not worth it. Even the free peanuts don't help.

Good location in the city center, burgers tasty, fries ok - selection of drinks good and with an ice cube dispenser. Friendly and quick employees. Priced just right.

Delicious burgers that can be put together individually. Mega fries. Today also a little more than ordered. Unfortunately very expensive, but the atmosphere is rather economical.

Phew, unfortunately the burger was absolutely tasteless. Chimichurri wasn't a real original, but a red bitter sauce. Fries were soggy and hard at the same time and the pizza with the veggies was unfortunately also very bland and soggy.

We ordered two large pizzas, 5 cheeseburgers with fries, 3 hot dogs with fries, pizza rolls and 2 liters of drinks, everything was great from the ordering with a woman on the phone who was very very nice to the delivery man, everything was perfect. Now for the food, pizza kebab and pizza Florida, I'm not a vegetable eater, but I highly recommend the pizza. The cheeseburgers were very tasty, even with tomato and lettuce on them. Everywhere you only get the patty and cheese and the hot dog like in America Great, everything was just great, keep it up, highly recommended.

Rip-off! Never order again Fries completely burnt, burger with no taste! Not recommendable!

Had to switch to Five Guys because another burger place around the corner was terrible. At Five Guys you know what you're getting. Nice fresh, greasy burgers or hot dogs, crazy soft drinks and a cool, classic US burger atmosphere. Preparation could be a little quicker, but the checkout staff were very friendly and accommodating. For me personally it's always worth a visit.
