Broo Burger & Wurst in Leverkusen

I ordered via Lieferando. Burger is really worse in every swimming pool. Really pretty darn good for the price Fries taste like cardboard and the salad is also partly brown

First of all, I rarely write reviews, but in this case it had to be done! I worked as a waiter both as a student and later alongside my studies and when I started working regularly! So I'm actually well disposed towards people in the catering sector! I was in this store today with my 7 year old son. He wanted a burger with just a leaf of green salad and fries on the side! On the menu I “luckily” discovered a children’s plate with a burger (bread, patty and ketchup) and fries for €8.90. I asked the person behind the counter who took our order if I could have a leaf of lettuce in the burger? He said no! I thought he didn't fully understand me because it was just about a leaf of lettuce and asked again. Then he explained to me instructively that children's burgers consist only of bread, meat and ketchup! He wasn't willing to put a lettuce leaf on it, even for an extra charge! So I ordered a normal burger, just with salad and fries! Then the same person has the nerve to serve my son a children's burger without salad! When I point out to him that the salad is missing, which is why I ordered a regular burger and not a children's burger, he claims that I ordered it that way! Instead of apologizing and getting a lettuce leaf! Even if the burgers were ok, well for the prices the burgers should be at least ok, I will never go there again! Nowadays you can get good burgers and good service on every corner! I hope the other guests at these restaurants have different experiences than I did!

The burger and potatoes are delicious as always 🤤, this is not the first time we have ordered. But this time the girl at the checkout refused to order only a burgher; I had to take potatoes. The girl at the checkout behaved strangely, but we hope that she was just having a bad day😊 it doesn’t happen to anyone... The rest of the staff is very friendly, we will definitely come again🥰
