Food tastes really good, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and while it can feel a little tight when it's busy the atmosphere is very nice

Burgers that are good, although they are not cheap and even more so if you ask for extra things. They are fast. It is the best place we saw to eat in the shopping center and in general in Leverkusen there is not much to choose from... It was either this place or Mac Donald. The Burgers have many things and are good and so are the potatoes. We had to pay in cash.

If you decide to go try the burgers... Be sure to take with you: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers and sauce... Dry burgers, impossible to chew. The staff is polite and fast.

Personally, I don't like the atmosphere. Food is okay but I've had better burgers. Everything is fine and you can see for yourself.

The food was very good and, above all, the conditions at the checkout were very respectful, something I can't say about the competition. Special praise goes to the cashier who gave me and my girlfriend intensive advice

The food was plentiful and good. The staff is friendly and competent. Unfortunately, some tables wobble a lot. But otherwise absolutely recommended. Gladly again!

Good burger, also great vegetarian alternatives, good value for money. The shop is nicely decorated and you can enjoy your food both outside and inside. You have to pick up the food yourself, if you're into it... A great shop if you're quickly hungry while shopping.

Ambience is nice. However, you should pay more attention to the quality of the food and special requests!

Unfortunately the food was very disappointing! Chicken wings taste like old oil, very dry and there was no taste of “HOT” either. Not recommended at all. Burger is okay, but not a highlight. Paid around €44 for 2 people and will never eat here again for that money. Service and operation were friendly, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio didn't make it any better.

Unfortunately, the meat was quite dry and tasted like a run-of-the-mill frozen patty :( plus there wasn't enough sauce and a bun that wasn't really convincing either. For that (without any side dishes) with a small cola for €20 I just think it's completely overpriced. A highlight There weren't even napkins... it really wasn't convincing and was a one-time visit for me... at least the atmosphere and the staff were good

So, even though it was pretty full in the city yesterday because there was this Leverkusen fan festival... Of course the shop was pretty full... But the team got it under control really well... Despite a long wait before ordering...we received our food very, very quickly.... The price and performance here are assured. The service is great and even though it was super busy, the people on the team were still super friendly... And the food on offer was great... I would be happy to come back...

Very tasty, everything fresh and very friendly

I didn't go for years because it didn't really appeal to me, even though there are always a lot of people there, and then I was there recently and I was disappointed: The order was unclear and taken incorrectly at the checkout, so I had to order something again. Waiting times long and self-collection, vegetarian burgers normal vegetable patties like at Extrablatt, mayo not homemade, but just out of the package like at Mc's and reordered fries a bit oily. All in all, unfortunately not enough for the price.

Totally satisfied. Burgers very tasty and no long waiting times after ordering. It's very comfortably furnished and it wasn't particularly expensive either. Can recommend it.

Were here for the first time today. We ordered food to take away (chilli cheese burger, potato con carne and frites con carne), everything was really tasty for my taste, the burger was the tastiest I've eaten so far and the rest was also very good! Ambiance very tasteful! Staff extremely friendly, warm, personable and accommodating. Our son was treated to a drink. With all my heart ❤️ Thank you for your hospitality and the great food! We would love to come back and will of course recommend you!

Burgers were quite good. Fries were nice and crispy. The shop is nicely decorated. In winter, right at the entrance to the department store, the ambience is not the nicest.

Opening hours whenever you want. I checked on Google when it was open, walked there, but it was still closed. The burgers are good, but the organization is catastrophic, ordering doesn't work at all.

Personally, I'm not that enthusiastic. The food was quite good, but after one citizen I could have eaten even more. Unfortunately for me the meat was dry and not well seasoned. The location is cute.

Das Personal ist super nett Hilft immer ob es um einen Parkplatz für den Kinderwagen geht oder wenn es drum geht das man den Namen von seiner lieblings soße vergessen hat und das Essen ist einfach super!

Lecker, aber maßlos überteuert! 1x und nie wieder.

Viel zu teuer...ein Bacon Cheeseburger mit Pommes und 6 er Nuggets sowie 2 Getränke und 2 mal Mayo einfach mal 27€ bezahlt... Brötchen war nicht so toll sowie das kleine trockene Patty. Service gibt es gar nicht kannst deine Sachen selber holen und Getränke auch Selbstbedienung. Meine kleine hat sogar die Pommes nicht gegessen und das soll was heißen. Sah gut aus aber nichts dahinter.. leider

Der Veggieburger ist groß und sehr lecker, nicht ganz billig ( 9,50€), aber jeden Cent wert. Die 0,33er Cola, die man sich aus dem Kühlschrank holt hingegen ist mit 3,30€ einfach zu teuer. Das Personal ist freundlich, stellt das Essen auf den Tresen zur Abholung ( mit Piepser), von daher der Abzug beim Service.

Lecker Essen, wenn's mal schnell gehen soll. Obwohl es ein bisschen wie ein Imbiss ist, ist es sehr gemütlich.

Lecker wie immer Gibt nichts daran auszusetzen Personal super freundlich und Essen war schnell fertig .

Das Essen dort ist unschlagbar. Ich liebe die Burger dort und vor allem auch das Angebot an verschiedenen Beilagen. Die Bedienung ist jedes Mal außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Must see & eat!

Selten so einen geschmackslosen Burger gegessen.Preise viel zu hoch für das Angebotene never will see you again.

Sehr gut zubereitete Speisen von Burger bis Onionrings. Top! Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Bedienung ! Gerne wieder und empfehlenswert.

Hab mir einen Burger plus Curly Fries zum mitnehmen geholt. Burger war super lecker, Fries waren auch gut, hatte aber schon bessere. Wenn ich nochmal in Leverkusen bin, schau ich hier nochmal vorbei.

Ich persönlich finde den Chili Cheeseburger unschlagbar. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung ist mega entspannt.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker da kann man wirklich Nichtgegen sagen. Aber… Am Telefon kaum zu verstehen und spricht undeutlich. Man muss mittlerweile über eine App bestellen und diese App kann man weder bar oder ec Karte zahlen da u.a. Bestimmte Restaurants diese nicht akzeptieren wie dieser. Ich spreche hierbei vom online bestellen. Essen top Ambiente top Service Flop App Flop

Alles Top! -das Essen ist wie gewohnt qualitativ und ausreichend. -die Preise sind etwas zu hoch. - Sauberkeit, Schnelligkeit, Freundlichkeit 100%

Der Burger war gut wie erwartet, ansehlich wie auf den Bildern. Die Pommes hingegen waren in Öl ertränkt und eingeweicht. Sehr schade, denn das hat den, sonst sehr positiven Eindruck doch sehr getrübt. Scgade

Die Bestellung musste man vorne an der Kasse aufgeben. Die Kassierin hat nicht richtig zugehört und ein Teil der Bestellung falsch angenommen. Wir mussten richtig lange auf das Essen warten, obwohl nicht so viel los war. Die Knoblauchpommes waren lecker, aber etwas ölig..

Einer der besten Burger die ich je gegessen habe. Gutes Fleisch, leckere Burger Buns und überhaupt einfach yummy 😋....gerne Wieder...sehr zu empfehlen
