Friendly staff!! Good food and great prices

Never again! Quality, service, and prices are extremely poor. Bacon burger and chili cheese fries: I returned the burger after the patty was less than 70 grams, extremely dry and overcooked, burnt on the sides, the burger was swimming in sauce, the bun was sloppy and flavorless, the bacon was reheated red-colored beef jerky and tough as a shoe sole. The taste was disgusting, like old grease and low-quality ground beef. The tomato was mushy. The second burger, which arrived 10 minutes later, was a repeat of the first drama. This time there was a little less of the cheap, ready-made BBQ sauce, but the rest was just as bad. The taste was so disgusting that I couldn't finish it. The fries were dripping with grease that tasted like crispy chicken (probably fried in the same fryer) and were far from crispy. The cheese sauce was the cheapest wallpaper paste you can get at a wholesale catering store. I felt sick and burped for the rest of the day. All this for a price of almost €27 for a burger, fries, and a drink. It's just a carelessly thrown-together disgrace. It's a shame. It used to be much better. This was definitely my last visit!

You're scammers. I ordered food through Lieferando and accidentally clicked on pickup. I called the store to cancel the order, which was confirmed with an OK. An hour later, I received a notification via Lieferando that the order had been picked up, so the order was never canceled. The store really needs it.

I don't even know where to begin. The fries were dripping with old grease and tasted like chicken. The cheese sauce was like wallpaper paste and completely over the top. You could see the meat patty, and the burger was drowning in sauce. My husband sent his back, but the new burger wasn't any better. We used to enjoy eating here; it WAS always delicious. But today it was just terrible and not worth the money. Thanks, but not again!!!!

What's going on with you guys? I loved the hot chicken wings. Now they're serving them with bland breading. I won't be buying them anymore! Guests who came after us got their food before us. The lady behind the counter messed up our order. The chili cheese fries aren't tasty anymore either. The chili cheese burger was tasty, but really small for €12. I won't be going there anymore!

Absolutely disastrous! If it were possible, I would give zero stars. Unfortunately, I have to give one star. I ate there today with my husband and son after the soccer game. The service was unfriendly, the food was unloving. The burger tasted so disgusting that I couldn't even finish it. It was absolutely inedible. My son also had hair on his fries – a clear sign of poor hygiene in my opinion. Unfortunately, he felt so sick afterward that he even threw up. The service seemed stressed and annoyed, and questions were answered with eye rolls. I waited an hour for the food, a clear waste of time for this result. Overall, a place that makes you feel uncomfortable, and I definitely won't be coming back.

Unfortunately the food was very disappointing! Chicken wings taste like old oil, very dry and there was no taste of “HOT” either. Not recommended at all. Burger is okay, but not a highlight. Paid around €44 for 2 people and will never eat here again for that money. Service and operation were friendly, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio didn't make it any better.

Five of us ate here yesterday. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined – it used to be better. Everyone, young and old, had stomach aches after eating, and I even threw up in the middle of the night. This was definitely our last visit. Given the prices, we would have expected significantly more freshness and quality.

The meat had no flavor and the buckets of crispy chicken had too many hairs on them that it made me sick. The mayonnaise was also expired and it was way too expensive.

I was at this restaurant late this afternoon, and I have to say, the food was simply delicious! The prices were absolutely reasonable, too; I got a decent meal for the money I paid. I would come back again and again; the food is truly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's worth every visit!

It was truly delicious! At first, the chicken concarne seemed a bit small on my plate, but I was positively mistaken. It was hearty, truly filling, and delicious. The place was clean, and the people there were friendly.

Expensive and dry. The chicken tenders could only be washed down with iced tea. Never felt so bad spending €40.

I tried the Smashburger, and I have to say it was the best I've ever had. Great taste, very friendly staff, and hardly any wait time. I can definitely recommend it.

The store and the interior look great, but for the prices, I expect something better. McDonald's tastes better, I'm sorry. The fries are soft and cold, the burger dry, and nothing special.

The price/performance ratio is extremely poor. The meat is dry, the burger buns aren't tasty, and there's no choice of other buns. I won't be going back.

It's called Burgerbus but they barely have a selection of burgers anymore because they've redesigned the menu. Now there's no longer a burger I like, so I can't buy anything.

This was my first time here – and definitely not my last! The burger was simply delicious: juicy meat, perfectly seasoned, a fresh bun, and really good toppings. The staff was super friendly, ordering was quick, and the atmosphere in the shop is relaxed and cozy. Great value for money – if you like really good burgers, you should definitely stop by here!

Unfortunately, the burger was very weak. I had the cheeseburger with bacon. I've rarely eaten such a weak burger. The chicken schnitzel with mushrooms was very good. The salad and fries were okay. We ordered spicy chicken wings. Unfortunately, we got the plain ones, and they weren't particularly tasty. A total of €35 was definitely too much! Poor value for money.

The BBQ burger is nothing special; the meat was overcooked and the flavor wasn't convincing. The price is also way too high; €38 for two burgers with fries and a drink is really steep... Unfortunately, the fries weren't great either. The aioli wasn't impressive either. First and last time, a shame. I was hoping for more.

We were back at the Burger Bus after a long absence. Despite the new menu featuring smash burgers, unfortunately, it wasn't anything special. The burger didn't really taste like anything. The kid's nuggets and fries were standard, everything was okay. The chicken steak with cream sauce, the sauce was awfully sour; my wife had to wait 15 minutes for something else to arrive. Everything was also way overpriced, not for the quality here, sorry. If you're in Leverkusen, go to Atawich in Opladen, or better yet, go straight to Take the Good Food in Düsseldorf; the burgers are absolutely amazing, especially the DRIP Burger!

We are very disappointed, the Burger Bus Leverkusen had very tasty and different burgers such as guacamole burgers, sheep's cheese burgers, Italian burgers with pickled tomatoes, burgers with grilled vegetables - all gone - the menu was complete. different. Instead, 0815 burger shop, saying nothing! The Burger Bus has lost its identity and individuality and us as customers (since April 2025). It's really a shame!

Service is super nice & the food is great! If not the best local cuisine in all of Leverkusen! Tip: add garlic fries or cheese fries ;)

The burger and potatoes are delicious as always 🤤, this is not the first time we have ordered. But this time the girl at the checkout refused to order only a burgher; I had to take potatoes. The girl at the checkout behaved strangely, but we hope that she was just having a bad day😊 it doesn’t happen to anyone... The rest of the staff is very friendly, we will definitely come again🥰

The burgers are great, the staff is very nice and attentive, and the atmosphere is really nice.

The burger was tasty, but the people who work there need to go to etiquette school. No hello, no goodbye and a bland yes yes to specific questions. No possibility to hang up your jacket and very narrow seating makes the inviting atmosphere not really what you would expect. The conclusion is that the food tastes good but the price-performance ratio is really on the lower side given the hefty prices.

Nothing to complain about the food, ambience and general process. It tasted very tasty. It wasn't too overpriced. A little feedback to the young man at the checkout on the evening of January 21st: Please be a little more friendly and definitely don't interrupt the customer any more. This happened twice in a row. You are welcome to ask your questions afterwards, even if they have to be answered first. You don't feel like ordering any more. It also makes you feel impatient while trying to find something you like on the menu. After all, it's not every day that you go out to eat, so you should give the customer 1-2 minutes to take a look at everything. Nevertheless, it tasted very good and it wasn't too crowded.

They used to be the best fries in the world, but today they are dry, twice fried fries, very annoying. The whole thing for over 4 euros

Food and service are a disaster! The price for the fries is unacceptable and way too expensive. A small bowl like you get on the menu is €7.50 and is very small. Not recommended!!!!!

We happened to be nearby a year ago and ate here. The burgers and especially the breaded chicken were so delicious that we couldn't forget them. This year we made a special detour here on the way to Cologne because we wanted to eat here again. We are from Dortmund and can say it's really worth it here! The staff is very friendly and most of the sauces are clearly homemade. The burgers are juicy and the cheese melts nicely. We would come back to Leverkusen just for that👍

We've been there a few times. The taste can be very good. The price is way too expensive. For that price I can also go to Hans im Glück and I get more for the price. Especially since there are simply not enough vegan alternatives. There is only one vegan burger. That's really weak. It's also often chaotic and things are forgotten when ordering. Given the price, I expect more in terms of quality and quantity. There's just a lack of a top burger shop in Leverkusen.

Very friendly and reserved staff! Otherwise, you sit in a similar way to sitting in a snack bar. But burger shops in Cologne or even McDonald's and BurgerKing offer more.

We were just there for lunch, we really liked my veggie burger 🍔 was juicy, which is usually not the case and the portion was just right. The service is very nice and also responds to requests.

Very tasty food and a super nice location. The staff was very friendly. Especially Nathalia :) She recommended the pesto sauce to me. This was by far the best sauce I have ever had with fries. Highly recommended

The food was very tasty, but the service was a bit lacking. You take drinks out of the fridge yourself and open them. But where can you throw the crown cork? The cups are back at the food outlet. I think with a few optimizations, things could get better there.

Burgers that are good, although they are not cheap and even more so if you ask for extra things. They are fast. It is the best place we saw to eat in the shopping center and in general in Leverkusen there is not much to choose from... It was either this place or Mac Donald. The Burgers have many things and are good and so are the potatoes. We had to pay in cash.

If you decide to go try the burgers... Be sure to take with you: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers and sauce... Dry burgers, impossible to chew. The staff is polite and fast.

Good burger, also great vegetarian alternatives, good value for money. The shop is nicely decorated and you can enjoy your food both outside and inside. You have to pick up the food yourself, if you're into it... A great shop if you're quickly hungry while shopping.

Unfortunately, the meat was quite dry and tasted like a run-of-the-mill frozen patty :( plus there wasn't enough sauce and a bun that wasn't really convincing either. For that (without any side dishes) with a small cola for €20 I just think it's completely overpriced. A highlight There weren't even napkins... it really wasn't convincing and was a one-time visit for me... at least the atmosphere and the staff were good

So, even though it was pretty full in the city yesterday because there was this Leverkusen fan festival... Of course the shop was pretty full... But the team got it under control really well... Despite a long wait before ordering...we received our food very, very quickly.... The price and performance here are assured. The service is great and even though it was super busy, the people on the team were still super friendly... And the food on offer was great... I would be happy to come back...

I didn't go for years because it didn't really appeal to me, even though there are always a lot of people there, and then I was there recently and I was disappointed: The order was unclear and taken incorrectly at the checkout, so I had to order something again. Waiting times long and self-collection, vegetarian burgers normal vegetable patties like at Extrablatt, mayo not homemade, but just out of the package like at Mc's and reordered fries a bit oily. All in all, unfortunately not enough for the price.

Totally satisfied. Burgers very tasty and no long waiting times after ordering. It's very comfortably furnished and it wasn't particularly expensive either. Can recommend it.

Were here for the first time today. We ordered food to take away (chilli cheese burger, potato con carne and frites con carne), everything was really tasty for my taste, the burger was the tastiest I've eaten so far and the rest was also very good! Ambiance very tasteful! Staff extremely friendly, warm, personable and accommodating. Our son was treated to a drink. With all my heart ❤️ Thank you for your hospitality and the great food! We would love to come back and will of course recommend you!

Burgers were quite good. Fries were nice and crispy. The shop is nicely decorated. In winter, right at the entrance to the department store, the ambience is not the nicest.

Viel zu teuer...ein Bacon Cheeseburger mit Pommes und 6 er Nuggets sowie 2 Getränke und 2 mal Mayo einfach mal 27€ bezahlt... Brötchen war nicht so toll sowie das kleine trockene Patty. Service gibt es gar nicht kannst deine Sachen selber holen und Getränke auch Selbstbedienung. Meine kleine hat sogar die Pommes nicht gegessen und das soll was heißen. Sah gut aus aber nichts dahinter.. leider

Der Veggieburger ist groß und sehr lecker, nicht ganz billig ( 9,50€), aber jeden Cent wert. Die 0,33er Cola, die man sich aus dem Kühlschrank holt hingegen ist mit 3,30€ einfach zu teuer. Das Personal ist freundlich, stellt das Essen auf den Tresen zur Abholung ( mit Piepser), von daher der Abzug beim Service.

Lecker Essen, wenn's mal schnell gehen soll. Obwohl es ein bisschen wie ein Imbiss ist, ist es sehr gemütlich.

Das Essen dort ist unschlagbar. Ich liebe die Burger dort und vor allem auch das Angebot an verschiedenen Beilagen. Die Bedienung ist jedes Mal außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Must see & eat!

Hab mir einen Burger plus Curly Fries zum mitnehmen geholt. Burger war super lecker, Fries waren auch gut, hatte aber schon bessere. Wenn ich nochmal in Leverkusen bin, schau ich hier nochmal vorbei.
