Full marks from me too. Flexible for special requests due to intolerances, great wines, very tasty food, friendly service 😊 Update February 14, 2025 It's a shame that the restaurant is now closing because, among other things, a second chef is missing. I was able to enjoy some very tasty sushi!

In addition to the beautiful ambiance, the service was very good right from the start. Absolutely professional, yet not aloof, but attentive. The food was equally outstanding. Lovingly prepared seasonal and classic dishes, a blend of tradition and modernity. Vegetarians also have a good selection. The open kitchen makes the whole experience transparent and inspires trust. In addition to all this, the selection of wines and other beverages leaves nothing to be desired. We were thrilled!

Creative cuisine in a harmonious overall concept. Everything is perfect here: quality and selection of food, excellent wine accompaniment, and a modern ambience. Even the scents in the restaurant are apparently not left to chance. We'd love to come back.

The “greetings from the kitchen” immediately convinced us. The food was really tasty!

Small, fine and simply outstanding! This restaurant is a real insider tip! With just a few tables you immediately feel at home here. The owner cooks and serves personally - and you can tell by the quality of the food and the warm service. The selection of dishes is small, but each one is a delight. The starter plate in particular is an absolute highlight. The dishes change regularly, but no matter what you choose, it always tastes fantastic. The wine goes perfectly with it and rounds off the experience. Everything is just right here: good food, excellent service and a cozy, uncomplicated atmosphere. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a special but at the same time relaxed restaurant experience!

I can't quite understand the glowing reviews. The food was good, but not exceptional compared to the descriptions in the menu. e.g. B.: Boccoli tomatoes, chile, vodka (spicy): pureed tomatoes with chili? Sorry, there wasn't anything spicy - the chili was only allowed to watch the cook. The others liked it and it was nicely prepared. But there is still room for improvement for “fine dining”. The service was good and nice, as was the ambience in the restaurant. You can use the shared toilet area with the cinema, but honestly, you should avoid going there.

A good and very nice restaurant on the golf course. We had a very good schnitzel with asparagus. The service is friendly and attentive.

A great café in the countryside in a fantastic setting. A family atmosphere meets a farm atmosphere with horses and a golf course and is crowned with absolutely delicious food that makes the trip perfect! It's always nice to be with you! Thanks! 😀

There were 8 of us at Sachte and we were warmly greeted as soon as we entered - this set the very friendly tone of the evening👏🏻. There was a menu for the 8 people. We had various starters and everyone chose the main course individually. The dessert was consistent again. The starters were super tasty, and that alone would have made us excited about dinner. Personally, I enjoy eating pulpo often. This was exceptionally tasty, prepared to perfection and was perfectly complemented by the wakame lentil salad. This will be my next main course😋. The starter is the steak tartare. It was very well dressed and seasoned. The main courses, wild boar leg, cod fillet and the veg. Celery steak was also great. Add a delicious red wine from Antinori and you had a very nice “Christmas evening”. It would have been even more comfortable with more comfortable chairs instead of the wooden chairs. They may be “trendy” but not very inviting to linger. In any case, many thanks from all of us. Especially for the very personal service throughout the evening.
